It's a good place to go for birria. The consommé didn't have as much flavor, but it was still delicious. I'm a fan of quesabirrias, and I really liked the ones here. The prices are reasonable, and a plus is that they accept credit cards.

Birriamen is the best, the birria cheese. With a Corona or Vicky after a day of work, it's fantastic. When you order takeout, the food is plentiful and great. I wish there was more variety, at least. Birria tortas, birria pizza, birria tortas agada. Maybe the style of this birria is different without cilantro. But with cilantro, I think it tastes better. I highly recommend it.

I don't know why it has this rating, but honestly, the birria has no flavor. It seems like they made it with some kind of Norsuisa or something like that. I'm not sure if that's what it was, but it gave three out of the four of us stomach problems. It's not a place I would return to or recommend. That said, the service from the waiters is very good!

The coffee doesn't taste like birria, it doesn't taste like traditional Mexican coffee, and the quesabirrias aren't the real thing. They fry corn tortillas with meat and cheese, and the consommé is just Knorr beef bouillon with seasoned tomato. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it lacks flavor.

The birria is terrible, like almost all the food in Texcoco, and in terms of cost, it's affordable.

The broth was more water and grease than anything else, with no meat flavor. The tortillas were awful, they looked like the ones Milparreal sells in stores, the kind Sabirria makes from the same tortillas mentioned before, just soaked in oil. I'll leave the evidence.
