The employees are always very nice in spite of the staffing shortages. I have always gotten my orders correctly and I gotta give them kudos for putting up with some of the rude entitled people they have to deal with. I do wish this location was open later, but understand due to staffing shortages .

This is my favorite place for comfort food. The night crew is always super nice when I come through after work. I just wish they would work out some of the kinks on their app so I could use it more to order beforehand. Oh well, I really miss that cotton candy frozen drink. Maybe they'll bring it back. Thanks

As a Burger King fan, this is one of the best drive thru's you can get. The work the night staff does is admirable. The lady who serves me is always amazing!!

First time at this location, food was delicious, service was A+ they made fresh onion rings for my order which seems like a simple thing but made a huge difference to me.

I just wanted to thank the kindness of Goldie, one of the workers here. My son spilled a drink and felt super bad about it. He went to the register and let them know and apologized. She was very kind and understanding and took care of it for us. She later came and talked to us again and praised him for being brave and owning his mistake. Her words made him feel better. Went for breakfast and coffee. Food and coffee was great and place was clean. There was one person at the front counter that waited on us that we also noticed was handling the drive thru and was taking food out to the parking and was tending to cleaning the dining area soda area and was doing a fine job in doing all of it. His demeanor was quite but when you talked to him he smiled and answered your questions in a delightful way. Wonderful experience. Very relaxing

This location is near my work and the staff is always super friendly and efficient. I only ever use the drive thru which is always clean and free of trash. The old location i went to would take me 15 minutes to get out of the drive thru. This one is always very quick!!

Between this store and the CrossRoads store, I am not sure which is better? This store is great! Food was hot and fresh. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. I love me some Burger King! Down with the Clown. YOU RULE! Came by again as I was in town. Still 👍

The store was pretty clean when I walked in. I ordered my meal on the kiosk and was given my cup to get my drink right away. My order was ready by the time I finished filling my cup. They were very polite when giving me my food. The food was great but my fries were a little cold. Other then that a 5 star experience.

Great burger king ! We hadn't visited in person and this was the first time with my kiddo. He enjoyed the amazing play place here ! It's one of the main reasons we came in. Food is not bad, much better then any other burger king we've been to. The only thing was the kids nuggets were really skinny and a bit dry but other than that everything else was great ! Also, very clean and modern and friendly staff.

Hello, I asked my niece to help me post a review since I only speak Spanish and I just wanted to thank the manager who was patient with me and looked for someone who spoke Spanish and a very kind lady came and helped me tell her in English that my order was a whopper jr and Original chicken and double texas is what I remember from my order and the manager did not understand my annoyance because of my language but a kind lady came to solve the problem she helped me translate what I did not understand from my order receipt I think it was the cook because she took off her gloves before serving me I thank her for taking the time and helping me and I thank the manager who understood I think the manager's name was Tina I did not see the name but my son noticed that with my age I do not think he looks at those details but I thank you for helping me and leaving happy with my order

Have to admit most BK locations I've gone to usually suck but this one didn't. Got my order right and employee at counter was actually nice but didn't speak english very well but understood everything I was saying. When's the last time you ever experienced anything like that? LOL

We went here at 9:20 pm on a Saturday night. The dining room hours were posted open until 11 pm AND--UNLIKE CRAPPY popeyes who closed their dining room 2 hours early--THIS Burger King was OPEN as posted and had the best dude running the front counter and also the back of house work. He was awesome. I failed to get his name. Good guy. Great service.

We are really digging the refresh done at this location! Everything looks nice and just feels good. We had a complicated order on one of the snow days, and Tina was not only patient, but knocked it out of the park, helped us organize, and was an overall joy to deal with for our order.

I love their coupons and awesome deals here. I love they have Impossible breakfast sandwiches and the Impossible Whoppers. I wish my Burger was warm though. The bun and pattyfor the Impossible Whopper always seems, not hot.

I think the best burger going, the whopper. Fries could be better, they used to be years ago before they changed the recipe. Bit like i said. Best burger in town. They have good fast service too and the store is very clean. I will continue to be a customer. You shoi ld try them out, is worth it.

I have not eaten there in a long time, but it was New Years Eve, and a lot of things were closed. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the Whopper tasted and also the chicken sandwich. They both tasted really fresh and clean delicious. I'll be going back!

Fast service and they get the order right!

I swing by this location for breakfast about once a week. Staff seems friendly, especially the guy at the drive thru with glasses (don't know his name). The food is usually hot and fresh but the tater tots sometimes has a burnt oil taste.

It's an inexpensive fast food burger place. They do have chicken options as well, which could could have been a little fresher, but it was clean, with pretty natural lighting in the evening. The staff repeated the order to ensure accuracy. The food was hot. The bathroom was well kept.

Fast and friendly! Good was actually hot. Chicken Fries not a favorite. Don't think they were made of real chicken? The whopper is still just that, and yet it seems a bit smaller. All of the veggies were fresh. Best pickles on the sandwiches. Not bad for Fast!

So this is one of their new "flagship" stores. It's newly remodeled. It sucks that people have been replaced with ordering kiosks. It lowers your interaction and it is almost antiseptic in your ordering experience. Why even bother interacting people when I do a machine. We are growing further apart from customer service not towards it.

This location was remodeled and I love what they did. It appeared to be more modern, decor is astonishing, and well kept. It has been a while since I have been to burger king, but the food was as I remembered some time ago. The menu was bright and clearly shown. The staff were friendly and polite. Nice place

Great Burger King to visit. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Never gets my order wrong. Just got renovated with nice indoor seating and play area for kids. Easy to find and always available parking. Clean restrooms and the drive thru goes fast. The manager even remembers us. Great to order on app as pick up instead of drive through to get your food faster once you arrive and still go through drive through. An app hack for you to know. ENJOY!

Food was good but the play area is still shut down. Apparently Covid ONLY spreads in the play area and not the dining area....Ha! They said Cooperate still hasn't approved them to open it and they don't have the staff to clean it. Very friendly staff that they do have.

The front counter guy has noooo customer service skills at all... it was awkward and uncomfortable. He sat and called out my order as I was walking towards him (2 people in the lobby) and yelled and yelled and yelled like I was invisible. And he has forgotten every persons cup that’s ordered since, including mine. Customer facing is very important for customer acquisition. Maybe put this guy through some training?

The service here is incredibly slow and the icee machine is always broken or theyre always out of something. They changed the recipe and size of the classic chicken sandwhich. The only savior is their 10 piece nuggets for a dollar.

Every time we come the kids playground is shut down. We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before deciding to just leave and go to McDonalds. I usually go through the drive thru and the food is good but the lobby experience wasn’t good.

Had coupon that made the food cheap and worth it. Drive through was quick, long time employee was super friendly, food was correct and all eaten for 3 people, and I paid under 9 bucks. This place always looks empty but there were a couple of people eating.

The drive-thru was slower than expected but my food was good. I ordered a Whopper with cheese combo meal. I miss the previous Burger patties, but the change to lower quality was a corporate decision.

Make sure to ask them to repeat your order in the drive through before you pull forward. Because they'll leave stuff off and then argue about whether you ordered it. Food is fresh and hot.

Flame grilled burgers. Typical fast food. Service is spotty, sometimes very slow. Orders are not always correct. This is not a one time observation, but rather across many visits. Ample parking, easy access, usually not a line inside or drive thru though it does have some peaks. The whopper is customizable which is a good option for picky eaters. Breakfast options are high calorie. I like the croissanwich. For a meal on the go at a decent price, this is a good option when looking for something to fill your belly.

Just witnessed a woman complain that her children's hamburgers were cold. Employee agrees and instead of giving her two fresh ones they microwaved both buns and all. Guess I know why they have a hiring managers sign outside...

We went to eat and the dining room was closed, had to drive through. When we got our food the fries and nuggets were cold. Had to heat them up so we could enjoy them at home.

Half the time when I order a bacon king, there is NOT enough cheese on it. Only a single slice.

Famous last words! We don't serve coffee after 10:30 am. Don't expect to arrive at 10:21am and place a large order because they turn of the oven early so if you need 8 biscuit egg and sausage but they only have 4 cooked the won't prepare 4 more. Have always had problems with this location. Drive the extra 3 miles to 121 and Hebron they value the customer.

The staff are usually nice and friendly. But I have a vinegar intolerance, so I can't eat mustard, ketchup, pickles, ect. Every time I ask for those off they give me the patty sitting in the warming tray, forget the cheese, and it's always cold. There's usually no wait so I'm not sure what the rush is for. I'd gladly wait for melted cheese.

Man I’ve tried a few times but this is just getting disappointing. Ticket says, “no tomato” was supposed to be no cheese as well… yet here we are…. Cheese AND tomatoes

I asked for extra well done burgers and the gave me chicken fries that were so burnt they were unedible. I am so tired of the awful service at this establishment. If you order here make sure you check your food before you leave.

Blatantly ignored by several of the staff behind the counter while we stood alone in the lobby. After making eye contact several times, they finally came to the front after 10 minutes (it was timed). Promptly afterwards a gentleman came in to complain that he had been sitting in his car waiting for his food for 15 minutes. Horrible service.

Didn’t even order here because I was told that it’s their policy not to do two separate transactions. Not sure if this is just a drive through thing or just in general but either way they lost two orders tonight because of some weird “policy”. I’ve done this at many other places just fine so the other person doesn’t owe me money and vice versa.

The female employee kept saying is that all, is that all, is that all at the end of every order like she doesn't want to work. It really annoyed me. She didn't bother to ask if I needed a sauce or anything. I feel bad for other good employees at this location because of someone like her ruining the store reputation. The only thing even edible in my entire $15 meal was the fries. Chicken was hard and new “fiery” nuggets were burnt and soggy! And nasty flavor. Uugghh now I have to go to work hungry.

They do not answer the phone. Do not repeat orders back, do not leave receipts in or on the bag and do not take orders correctly. Drove through at 9:30 for two large fries, not in the bag, one whopper no tomato, all three Whoppers are wrong let's put it that way.

Horrible experience the customer is never right at this location. I had a coupon and after showing them a t mobile Tuesday app they still didn't give me my food. Even after I was at the window they refused to sell me food when I agreed to just pay for it. Just a joke of a place. I had never had such a bad experience in a fast food place.

Ordered 2 double burgers one with cheese the other no mustard and a large fry. Got our food fries were cold and both burgers had cheese, went back through the drive thru to get a new burger and hot fries. They gave us hot fries and both burgers with cheese again, go back through the line get new burgers BOTH HAVE CHEESE. Like seriously.....won't be back that's for sure.

Unusual- I watched a woman go into your store today and steal several fountain drinks and walked out, this happen around 12:30 today, I could not believe she just walked in and no one did anything! She didn't even blink an eye when she seen I saw her do it, she was a black woman dressed in black and then jump in a gray van with someone else driving and with her kids!! You guys... Tonight was a total fail... From the drinks to the sandwich to the fries... All disgusting. Shake was too thin, dr.p was flat, fries were stale and we ended up w a lot of onion rings, and the buffalo chicken sandwich was a sad excuse of a feature. My goodness... Bk is normally a great go to but this time I just felt that I wasted my money. I'm giving this location a few months before I try it again that's for sure.

They are so slow and can’t get anything right! I went here and order a 10 pc nugget and a large fry. The guy at the window asked me to pull forward which I thought was weird since I only had two items but it’s whatever. I told the guys 3 TIMES that I needed Ranch and i saw him have it in his hand. After about 10 minutes I get my food and drive home. Guess what... no ranch in the bag but a ton of ketchup that I didn’t ask for. I’m was super irritated and to top it all off my fries were cold. Food is always cold and they close the play place at 6pm sometimes...not a big deal but today I wanted a salad and they were out of the dressing I wanted so I asked if I could have two different kinds because I don't know which one I'd like and he said he has to charge me. Ordered 2 whopper meals through Drive-Thru. Once I received my order I kindly asked for Ranch like I have been at this location for years. The employee told me I had to pay for it. I thought he had misheard me so I asked for it again and he said I had to pay for it. I told him why? I told him I visit this location regularly then he proceeded to tell me that the sauces only come free with the BK Chicken Fries (?????). Clearly this employee didn’t have any idea what he was talking about. Definitely won’t be going back.

I went through the drive thru this week at about 10am. I ordered 2 breakfast bacon egg and cheese croissants. I ate in the car so I could continue with my errands. I was eating the first one and couldn't figure out why it tasted so bad...besides the powdered egg cooked in the microwave...it was bad. I looked through all the layers trying to find the offending taste...then I flipped it over to check it on the bottom. THE WHOLE BOTTOM WAS BURNT. took a picture of it. Threw both into the trash and promised myself to avoid this Burger King from now on. It's not bad enough that all the burgers are precooked and microwaved when you order...remember when there was a real flame grill in the kitchen and your burger didn't have liquid smoke sprayed on it to pretend it was grilled? Now they can't even do a simple breakfast sandwich. No wonder this place is always empty.

Went this morning and waited until 6 am for them to open up so I pulled up a few after 6 to drive through and no one was at intercom so I waited patiently and then at 6:15 the employee pulls up to work and I ask if she’s open and she said “give us 15 minutes please sir”.. So I waited around for nothing and would of had to wait until 6:30? Why does it say you open at 6 then?! Doesn’t make sense I’m just really tired of these places not honoring their hours of operation.. I just drove off I don’t have time to wait for people to show up to work late and start late 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

1st time ever stopping at this Burger King. The atmosphere was very quite. It took just a few minutes to place my order. I got it quickly but I didn't enjoy my entire breakfast my breakfast croissant was kind of cold and my hash browns where really cold and drenched in oil.

I went to this location to get the new Impossible Croissant. I ordered it with no egg and no cheese. I got halfway home and noticed the bag felt heavy for just a patty and croissant. I checked and it had egg and cheese on both. I turn around and go back through Drive Thru, and let them know the issue. When I got to the window is when Micheal Williams, the acting GM, while Jenny Homa is on vacation, asked for me to give him back the food that was messed up! I was immediately caught off guard with regard to how you can expect someone to give you food back out of your car and they take it through the Drive Through window during Covid-19?? So I tell him I’m not giving the food back, and I want to get my food correct, he again says he won’t do that without the food that was incorrect. So I drive around and come inside. At this point I am livid!! I approach Micheal at the counter and demand the food I paid for to be corrected, and he again says not without the old food, as it is their policy to collect old food to throw out, for waste purposes! I am a General Manager in food services myself and we have systems in place that allow us to track waste without inconveniencing the guest from coming inside. I opened the sandwich in front of him to prove that I’m not trying to steal extra food from Burger King. I then threw the food in the trash myself, and only then was I permitted to receive my correct order. This location and Micheal are both terrible!! His customer service is lacking in every area. The customer is always wrong at this location and it is largely in part to Micheal! Stay far away from this establishment!! They don’t take the correct safety measures to ensure your health, and they put food waste over the customer experience, and that is a recipe for disaster!

When we first drove up to drive thru, the person on the mic was pretty rude and was responding as if they hated their job. We get our food and the Whopper tasted different than usual. That night, i had severe food poisoning that lasted through the next day. This was the only place that i ate from.

Since we have moved to the colony the 4 times we have gone here they have messed up our order Everytime!!! One time yhe lady at the window was completely rude when we asked for napkins and sauces. This last time I called fibally and the lady was very disrespectful and rude!!! Also said well sorry we are training that is no excuse for the order to be messed up training means you should have an experienced employee helping them then argued with me about the fries being cold and they still didn't give them the sauces we ordered willing to pay for!!! I will never go to this burger King EVER again!!!

Ordered today... My tea had so much stuff floating in it I had to dump it out. It wasnt tea grinds either. It was big flakes of something. The fries tasted like they were made last week. I'm afraid the even try the burger I got.

Burger King - where you can spend $20 on in two meals, but get nickel and dimed if you also want enough sauces for two people. The cashier was nice enough to offer me the sauce we needed, but the manager stopped her and told me it was going to be an upcharge. Looks like everyone already knows this place sucks. I order 2 Ham, egg & cheese croissant breakfast meals this morning here and even though the receipt does reflect my order they put 2 sausage, egg & cheese croissants inside my bag. I ordered food from here yesterday and my cheestocks were so old they were hard to chew. I didn't mind too much I just through them out. But now today I ordered here again and I finished my coke and poured the ice out in my sink and what fell out of my cup?? A COCKROACH.... I have called over and over for about 30 mins now with no one answering. I don't normal complain like this but I'm truly apauled by what happened and now they won't answer the phone they are just listening to it ring.

Dead atmosphere as in the lady at the register never greeted us. She looked very unhappy to be at work. Who can blame her? It was New Years Day, but she could have kept her attitude at home. The burgers we ordered were cold, and one of them didn't even have the vegetables on it. When we asked for it to be fixed, they just slapped the veggies onto the already cold burger and gave it right back to us. We ate what we could and basically threw away the rest along with my Husband's hard earned dollars. We'll never return to this location, that's for sure

I got a free coupon from T-Mobile to try the Impossible Burger. I ordered it online through the app to pick it up. I did customize it to be plain with cheese bacon, ketchup and onions only but when received there was no bacon but a ton of mayo,pickles, on there (Which I did not ask for, I ended up scrapping it all off and adding what was missing with food from my own home). The burger wasn't really that bad (Especially after I fixed it). The service however was sooooo slow I was inside waiting for a good 10-15 mins to even get my 1st part of my order. Myself and 2 other ladies were waiting for our online orders. The front counter lady never asked to help me but took care of an old guy that just jumped in front of us. I tried to get her attention but she was no help ( I think she might be new or overwhelmed). Another younger lady walked by and ask to help me which I appreciated though.I
