This place was excellent! It was a vibe and we went on a Monday early and it was relaxed and comfortable! Everything was good! The Mac and cheese can’t compete with soul food spots, but it delicious. The burgers were cooked to perfection! And the fries were amazing! The service was good and friendly. The patio was great. No happy hour so that was a bum deal, but it was a great spicy margarita!
omg!!! me and my friend went there to eat lunch, and the people were incredibly nice and friendly. like it was like the perfection!!! like the wait for the food but was worth the wait. the staff made sure we were taken care b4 anything else. if they go busy with something they were apologetic about it. we had the employee with the blonde front pieces in her and she was sooo sweet. like there is no other place with this type staff. i left happy. they greeted us and then they said “ have a great day” when we left. for me its the little things that matter!! also the place was clean. there is no complaints about this place. ill so be back again!!! ALSO FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!
We had a great experience here. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Denzel was a wonderful and very kind waiter. There’s a great area for the kids to play. The white peach frozen margarita was truly one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had! We will definitely be back!
AMAZING FOOD! Burger was incredible.... The garlic Parmesan fries were outstanding.... Wait staff was equally impressive as the food. Cocktails were really good as well. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend stopping at LSA Burger Co. when visiting Grandscape in The Colony or the location in Denton.
A friend and I were in the area craving a good burger, and after passing by this restaurant several times before, I finally decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did—it’s definitely a burger spot I’d recommend and would happily return to. We both ordered the Parmesan fries, which were also really good! Our server (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) was very attentive and friendly. Note: We visited on a weekday in the early afternoon, so there were no long waits or large crowds.
A random night at Grandscape landed me here! Customer Service 🌟 :: Very welcoming!!! ● Bohemian Burger 🌟 :: 5 A housemade black bean & brown rice burger with spinach, tomato, purple onions, pepper jack cheese, & mayo. This was so dang good!! ● Garlic Herb Fries 🌟 :: 2.5 They were fried well done perfectly! However, I thought they would be more like truffle fries (wet), but it was a dry rub. I didn't really taste the garlic either. The housemade dipping sauce was good. I'll stick to their regular fries going fwd.
We decided last minute to come and try this establishment and was pleasantly surprised! Not just the price point being awesome but the food was the bomb.com and our waitress Autumn was completely a gem and handled our table with speed and accuracy! You will definitely be taken care of! Thanks Autumn and LSA for the amazing experience!
Our server Ayden was AMAZING! Seriously, give the kid a raise because he was super knowledgeable of the menu and made EXCELLENT suggestions! Try the Mango Malone Margarita it’s not on the menu but is delicious! Burger was a messy, delicious masterpiece. I got the Stevie and thought it was the perfect mix of a little buffalo heat and coolness from the Blue Cheese. So good! Will be back for sure!
This was our second time at the Denton location and they ROCKED the food, service, and how attentive they were to our needs. We ordered 3 Ready Freddie burgers, customized to our liking and they got it right in every way! The fries were fresh cut and cooked perfectly. 🥰 I got the BBQ sauce and pickles on the side…and later saw how good it would have been had I left it on.🙃 Our server Calvin was attentive, conversational and not hovering. We sat upstairs to get a rooftop view…that was a good choice because they have a section of it air conditioned. 😃 Overall, this was such a good choice and place to hang for a good lunch. They earned their 5 stars! 🌟 Sorry that I started chowing-down on half of the burger before I got the pic. It smelled delicious…I jumped right in! 😁😁
We visit LSA Burger about once or twice a month, so we’re pretty familiar with the staff and service. That said—calling Will “exceptional” this time around would be an understatement. From the start, he was thoughtful and attentive. Knowing the building can get uncomfortably cold during these summer months, he graciously moved us to a cozier spot where the vents weren’t blowing directly on us. We ordered the Chili Willy hamburger, a Cobb salad, hand-cut fries, sweet tea, and sparkling water. Everything was delicious. As someone on a quest to try every Cobb salad in DFW, I have to say theirs truly impressed me—the presentation was beautiful, and the blue cheese dressing was phenomenal. I usually skip blue cheese to save on calories, but in this case, it was absolutely worth it. Even while managing the bar, Will made sure our experience was seamless. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. We’ll definitely be back—and if we’re lucky, Will will be our server again.
Superior job by our Bartender Daniel. I didn't tell him who I was because I wanted to see how he would treat my son and I. We ate right before we got there after church but my brother was starving. Daniel was Cool and Never shamed us about eating or my drinking water. He was honest and professional. I'm proud of him because I have over 30 years in the restaurant industry. I even have my Food Handler's and TABC license currently. Great job Daniel.
This is a great place for a burger in the Granscape area. We had a group of 9 on a Thursday evening, but it was pretty quite inside although it was around 530PM. Seated quickly by the windows and had some great people watching. Waitress was at the table immediately and was very attentive throughout the meal. Between the great craft beer selection and the margarita flights there are plenty of drinks to choose from. We ordered the guacamole and the brisket queso as our appetizers and neither disappointed. Being a burger place I had high expectation and once again they came through nicely. Burger was done well, bun was soft with good flavor, egg had just the right amount of yolk spillage, and the fries were excellent. Wife had a salad, I know some people are weird but she did really like it! They used to be out by the freeway but I think this is a great location for them right across from the theater and would highly recommend!
It’s no secret that I’m partial to seafood. I’d guess 90% of my food reviews have to do with seafood or sushi. That said, I’m not opposed to red meat or beef! Weekend adventures with my daughter took us to Grandscape and for whatever reason I wanted a burger. We stopped by LSA Burger Co. I ordered a traditional burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, hold the cheese and pickles and add bacon. My daughter ordered a burger with meat alternative. The fries were large enough to share. The staff was pleasant, cost reasonable and we loved the outdoor patio for people watching. Yep, this cute little joint gets 5 stars from me!
Great Service, Big Burgers, and a Cozy Setup This place was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent, and the food didn’t disappoint. The burgers are stacked high—almost too tall to fit in your mouth, which made it a bit tricky for my wife, but she still enjoyed it. I thought mine was great. One order of fries is more than enough for two people, so it’s a good value. The booths have high backs, which gave us a nice sense of privacy. Overall, a solid spot for a casual, tasty meal.
Very tasty! Hamburgers are very well proportioned, with very tasty hamburger meat. Fries are good and taste fresh. We ate at the patio and it was nice, good vibes. Server was excellent, so efficient! Not annoying and was there when needed. Clean place. Prices are not cheap but affordable.
Ordered the Waylon burger, Georgie Boy burger, fries, and mac & cheese. The burgers are very good. The meat was well seasoned. I really liked the fries, simple and salted nicely. I will say that I am not a mac & cheese guy. I did like that the maccaroni is a bit al dente, but the cheese was not gooey enough. The cheese set a bit, and it came out room temperature. I sat in the patio. It was clean, a little noisey. The staff was very friendly. Our waitress Abby took time and explained the menu items. She was friendly and good service. This was my first visit to an LSA location. I definitely will be back.
- First-time visitor - Nice spot - Fries are shareable size - Ordered 2 burgers - I asked for it to be well done. It was not. They tried it again. It still was not, but they made it right - The server and manager were attentive and made it right, which I appreciated. - We will be back again to try the garlic parm fries.
We enjoyed ourselves here. The atmosphere was cool and very chill. The food was delicious and you get a ton of fries for the price. The veggie burger was really delicious and had a bit of a kick to it. There was a bit of a wait for food, about 20 mins, but it was pretty busy probably due to the holiday, but we’d still come back for sure.
This review is in reflection of the relocated version. The original location had charm, uniqueness, visual flair, and good food. This location, however, has a sharp drop in quality. I’m not sure just what happened, but moving to this location was a mistake. Why? Because the visual esthetic isn’t anywhere near as neat or creative as the previous one, and the food doesn’t even remotely taste as good. The fries were ok but the chicken tenders lost that buttery breading with the meat tasting rubbery. They cooked it twice and it wasn’t delicious. Maybe the Denton location might be better, but unless they do a major course correction then I’ve lost hope in this particular location of this specific restaurant.
6/15/25 Took my family to LSA Burgers today to celebrate Father’s Day. When we arrived, the quoted wait time was about 25 to 30 minutes, which went by pretty quickly. Once seated, we were greeted by our server, Arnold, who started off by asking for our drink orders. I confirmed with him whether drinks were included with the kids’ meals, and he told me they were—so I went ahead and ordered two kid Cokes, a kid lemonade, and two waters. We decided to start with the BBQ brisket cheese dip, which unfortunately was cold when it arrived—definitely a letdown. I’d give it about a 4 out of 10. After about another 20 minutes, our food arrived: • Kids cheeseburger • Kids chicken tenders • Barbecue burger • Chili burger • Side of macaroni The barbecue burger was just okay—nothing special. The bacon on my burger wasn’t crispy and felt undercooked to my preference. Honestly, I’ve had better burgers elsewhere. Overall, the food across the table was just meh. When I asked for the check, the total came out to around $77 for our family of five. This included two kids meals, two adult burgers, a cheese dip, and a side. However, I noticed that I was charged for three drinks at $3.25 each—despite being told kids’ drinks were included. Had I known, I would have simply ordered water for everyone. That definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Other things that made the experience less enjoyable, especially as a family with kids: • They ran out of kids’ cups—so two of my three children didn’t receive one. • They had no milk or juice options for kids. • They did not offer printed kids’ menus, which felt very unwelcoming for families. The atmosphere didn’t feel kid-friendly, the service had gaps, and the food didn’t make up for it. I likely wouldn’t return, especially with my children. LSA Burgers just wasn’t our vibe.
