The hickory burger was great. The sweet potato fries were just right. The vegetables (in my opinion) had to much garlic and the onions could have been cooked a bit more. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent overall.

Today I ordered a Cheeseburger with no lettuce, and I added their awesome hickory sauce and mayonnaise. I also ordered the hand cut fries and a diet Dr Pepper. The Manager Brent took care of me at the window and he was so friendly and accommodating. Brent, I’m the lady with cancer who raved about y'all's hickory sauce, anyway I just wanted to tell you that was the juiciest most righteous burger I’ve ever had in Houston! I love Beck’s Prime! Had an amazing Caesar salad with seared tuna... The tuna was seared perfectly... They have a great dressing and it includes parmesan cheese.... I got mine with extra dressing and cheese on the side...

Stopped here because they are pet friendly. Our pup likes the pond and walking trails adjacent to the restaurant patio. The manager brought out a water bowl and a couple dog treats. The burgers and fries were very good and service was fine. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

There's a clean, open and inviting dining room full of light, but me and my adult children ate on the nice deck. It wasn't hectic as some decks get, but they had three other groups arrive closely to when we got there. Burgers were big and juicy with remarkable buns we all admired. It's the best place I've found in the Woodlands to eat outside on a pretty day.

I think you cannot get a bad meal at this place. I could stand back and throw a dart at the menu and find something that I'd enjoy. Fresh food in a wonderful, wonderful setting. Indoor seating is available or you can sit outside near the water. Dogs on leashes are welcome outside as well. Although all their meat options, including the burgers, are excellent, I have discovered their fabulous salads, which now become my choice. This is a steakhouse disguised as a fast food joint. Do not hesitate to try out this restaurant.

Becks Prime is our go-to place for a great hamburger. We have tried them all. We just can't find one to match the flavor or the consistent quality of Becks. The meat is cooked over wood and is cooked to order. The steaks have the same awesome flavor and quality. They also have awesome salads. Everything we have had here over the years has been good. The staff at this location do their best to make sure your order is cooked properly and that you have everything you need. The atmosphere has a nice laid back feel. You can sit and relax while you enjoy a great meal and not feel rushed. Sometimes you can watch the ducks as they come to visit up on the deck. That can be interesting too because Becks is pet friendly (yay) and sometimes the dog & duck interaction is very entertaining! Tip: when you go for the first time- in line on the wall before you get to the cash register there is a picture frame. Read the story. That will let you know how awesome the staff here really are.

Food is consistently good. I don't know what they do to their chicken, but it is delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. One of my favorites.

Amid the expansive, orderly suburban forest, the weary traveler or hungry local is drawn to Becks. Great fast food, as healthy as a made to order burger and fresh French fries can be. Also worth mentioning, the chicken sandwiches, ahi tuna, Cobb salad, baked potatoes and steak.

This place has great burgers and fries. I have yet to try their steaks, but if I'm spending steak money, I'm probably getting nice cuts and cooking at home since I make great steaks. The hot dogs are different, they are served on a hamburger bun, but are still tasty. I actually like when they are split and cooked on the griddle in the manner Beck's does it.

Quick service. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent food with high quality. The verdict: I am a repeat customer since 1988.

Hello I keep ordering food from here so that should tell you something. The ordering online is simple and easy. The service is always great and the food is ready when I arrive. The Jamoca Malts are the best and very addictive. From their steaks to burgers to hot dog sandwich it has always been fresh and hot food. I was a bit concerned about my sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy and you could tell the oil was not at proper temp when fried but only negative thing I have experienced. Thank you

Great burger, grilled vegetables, and service was very friendly. On the pricier side with my bacon cheeseburger being 14.75 and the meat being smaller portion but I saw the value with the taste and their premium ingredients. Look forward to coming back.

We sat outside during our meal. I love the shaded desk and the wooded area behind. You can even go around back of the rest to see a pond with turtles sunning themselves, ducks, sometimes ducklings, and the beautiful pond. I love relaxing with nature. 😁 there is also inside seating for those who enjoy air conditioning during the 100° temps of Houston. The food is great also. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger, which was big and juicy. Look forward to going back soon.

Been eating at BP since the early 90's. Steak sandwiches are good, chicken sandwiches are good, the fries are a favorite and I love the shakes. Service is always impeccable.

The place is a gem!! When you want really good, really quality food but a no frills atmosphere-this is it! We make it a point to visit becks every time we visit the area and it never disappoints! The burgers are delicious, the milkshakes are outstanding and even the ahi tuna is amazing quality! Love it, don’t ever change, Becks Prime!

This just may be the best burger I’ve ever had. I got the Bill’s and my wife got the Shroom. Mine had bacon, lettuce, onions, cheese and their prime sauce. The burger is massive so don’t go too heavy on the appetizers. The patty had such excellent flavor and juiciness. The onions were especially well prepared as they contributed a lot to the overall flavor without being too strong or over-grilled. Their fries were fantastic as they had a wonderful hearty potato flavor while also having a nice crunch. We went to the Woodlands location. 10/10 strongly recommend. The rest of the menu looked incredible as well. Simply amazing burger.

First time at Becks Prime. Ordered a 'shrooms burger. It was excellent. I believe they start with 7 oz of beef, so the cooked patty was probably a 3rd lb. My favorite size. Grilled onions & mushrooms were great. Fries were hand cut and a good portion. The strawberry shake was on point. Staff was super helpful & friendly. Place checked all the boxes. I will definitely go again.

This is excellent quality food.. Looking at the menu, it seems a bit pricey but once you take a bite of your food you immediately know it is also a great value.

Very upscale Burger! They have great choices, Terrific fries, and have great views from their location that makes for a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend. It is pricey but that matches what it is. I got the bubba burger which was great. It has grated cheddar on it. I got that with sweet potato fries. Another time I really enjoyed the mushroom burger that was kicked off very well with the Parmesan fries which are my favorite. They also have some cute ducks that come by outside. Be careful because they are trying to sneak in and enjoy a burger!

Go get you a prime hamburger cooked your way. Never disappoints.

Burger cooked medium is juicy and tasty! Outside patio sitting is a very relaxing atmosphere! The tables near the lake is an added bonus to outside dining!

I love Becks Prime! The food is consistantly great. I take friends here and they are never disappointed either. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna sandwich. YUM! If I am in the area of a Becks I will go out of my way to go there over ANY other drive thru no matter the cost or inconvenience. Also, this location has an interesting drive thru feature. Ducks! 😍🦆

So underrated! Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. Portions are perfect and everything is fresh. They were really kind to my daughter and helpful with getting us what we needed. It’s in a great area with plenty of parking.

This was our first time visiting this place after seeing it on IG. It did not disappoint. Our cashier, Nayah was friendly and helpful. The food was DELISH!! We ordered the Bill's burger with truffle fries and Bacon cheeseburger with regular fries. The atmosphere was chill and laid back. We will definitely come back.

This place was a huge surprise to my husband, and I. We had known of it for some time, but we’ve gone out shopping for some items at the H-E-B not too far from here. And then we decided we wanted to get a burger. We headed over to the Becks prime and we’re totally blown away by the hospitality, the quality of the food atmosphere indoor and outdoor areas to sit in, and just as I said, the quality of the food is out of this world for some reason it’s kind of been hidden from us and we lived in The Woodlands for 35 years and not even known it was there. I hate to share this information with you because it’s gonna be crowded the next time we go but maybe not through the week but you gotta give these guys kudos cause they are exceptional folks providing this service and this food very friendly very courteous great hospitality, but this goes on.

Fantastic burger and a quality salad. Drive thru window for pick up. Cardboard bin (less plastic). From the minute I opened the to-go bag, the smell of the burger enveloped my car. Biting into the burger, it was juicy and had a fantastic flavor. My only regret is not discovering this place sooner.

My husband and I ordered the Chicken Sandwiches....they were delicious 😋. The chicken was grilled to perfection. Compliments to the crew. All aspects of our visit displayed that the employees were trained to make sure the customer came first. Look as though they had renovations going on outside which is blocked off, but the food was still exceptional 👌. We returned to restaurant the next day as well because it was close to resort for a different selection. They only had 3 staff in restaurant and we didn't get the enthusiasm from staff as the previous day. I made it known to the cashier that we enjoyed food and she just smiled no reply. I would still highly recommend because the food was very good. We always look at reviews when we travel and environments. It's a little pricey because evey item is priced separately. This place is very clean. I highly recommend.

This is a simple, no nonsense Houston eatery that is clean, comfortable and a notch above average on every front. For example, the napkins they give you are thick and unfold to cover your hand and face wiping needs. I only had the burger but I can confidently say that the burger I got was one of the best burgers I've ever had in Texas. As a lifelong Texan, that's kind of a big deal. If what you need is good food at a fair price, this is an excellent choice. Just for your information, I ordered this burger with grilled onions, I asked them to melt the cheese and a toast the bun.

I have been wanting to try best crime for the longest. I always forget about them well today they were having a special Bogo burgers and I decided to stop in to give them a try so glad I did. Service was absolutely amazing. I thought I would have a long wait to get my food, but it came out hot fresh in no time the cashier was very helpful in helping me to decide on what it was that I wanted for the day. You can either eat inside, grab to go, and even better they have a drive through. There is so much to choose from food smells absolutely amazing and tastes really good. Don’t think you’re gonna get a skimpy burger from this place. It’s anything but that I will definitely be back.

Update 7-31-25 Still great! Today had a cheeseburger and the truffle parmesan fries! Everything was perfect, even to go. The only gripe that I have is that they make the burger upside down. I like the veggies on the top. But it's really just a personal preference. Excellent fresh tasting burger!

Becks offers the best burgers in the Houston area with several locations within greater Houston. The ingredients are of a very high quality. The meat is mesquite grilled, giving it a unique taste. High-quality cheeses are used; I always pick cheddar, but there is also blue cheese, Swiss cheese, and American cheese. I always have the side of wild rice, which is delicious. The French fries are also a great option. When not in the mood for a burger, the steak dinner with a baked potato and salad and the grilled tuna are excellent options. Service has always been friendly and prompt. There is seating inside and on a deck surrounded by trees.

Great Becks location. Food is always fresh and delicious. The burgers are consistently good. I tried the grilled Ahi tuna with grilled vegetables and it was delicious! A nice change when you are watching the calories. My kids love the chips and queso and love the made to order, real ice cream shakes.

Definitely one of the best hamburgers I've ever had but a little pricey at $11. They have a wood deck outside where ducks and geese come and beg for food a little messy but it's something for the kids. Its in a hard to find location across from Randall's and tucked back a little bit. Tables were clean and the employees were very friendly. You order at the counter and then they deliver it to your table. The hamburger was so large I had to bring some home. You could share it with another person and it would make a good meal. I recommend this place and will go back. Cheeseburger day, buy one get one free. Keep the deals coming you'll keep me coming back.

Pretty crazy you make us tip when u order and your like a fast food restaurant. How do u earn the tip. I got my own drink refil. I took my trash to the bin.... so you got 25% for bring my burger to table..... I felt that if I didn't tip my food would of messed with it. 😕 disappointed burger was great

$$$ Not a bad burger but I fail to see the value in my experience for the price I paid. Nothing notably fancy or unique about the atmosphere or menu that justified their prices. I got a blue cheese burger, small fries and tap water for $17 and change. The portion size was appropriate for an individual, the burger was presentable, but the price is a deterrent.

The visit was nice and we ate on the patio. A blue cheese burger, fries and a drink were about $12 for me, which is more than I usually spend but it was big and cooked to order. The service was quick and the people nice. My friend enjoyed her baked potato as well. I would go back.

I always order the BP burger. Their burgers are excellent ! I ordered the burger medium-rare and the cashier thought I said rare. I corrected her and told her "medium-rare" and it somehow still was put in as rare. Regardless, the burger was so raw in the center it was inedible. HOWEVER, the manager made me a new burger that was cooked perfectly and got it out quickly. The cashier came over in person to apologize. My son eats so quickly his burger and fries were gone before I had my new burger, but it all worked out. My small chocolate shake was good. The fries are fresh cut but are always soft and never crispy, so they're not my favorite. The burgers here are so good I haven't tried other menu items.

It was a little different than I would have expected, seat yourself, walk up and order your food. I got a Bill's Burger medium rare and it was cooked correctly. The fries are very good. Friendly service. You throw your own trash away and stack the trays by the door. Overall it was pretty good.

Beck's is consistently good, I've never had a bad meal. They are quick counter service, so it's perfect for lunch break

Service was very friendly and helpful for our first visit with good recommendations. The Kirby salad was good with ribeye and the burger was yummy as well. Next time I will skip the parm fries and go regular as there was a lot of parm on them and it was a bit overwhelming. The only real issue is the pricing as 21$ for a steak salad and the same for a burger and fries is a bit excessive for the atmosphere. At that price point I would've expected nicer place, someone to stop by and get refills etc.

Very comfortable diner with speed and great service. The restaurant is very clean after the lunch rush. The burgers are “BURGERS”, thick, juicy, flavorful, and huge! Easily can buy one burger and a side of fries to share between two people. Want a classic American style burger? This the place. Don’t recommend the hotdog though… my wife ordered it and we did not know it would be served like this and without a hotdog bun. Very unappealing… The Parmesan fries look very tasty and appetizing. But seemed old and wiggly. Not hot and fresh. Possibly got done first and waited until our burgers were done before being served. The shakes are also very tasty here. Looking forward to coming back and trying the Ribeye stuffed potato and re-trying the Parmesan fries.

This is a hard one to do. I always forget they are there as you do not see it from any angle unless you are looking for it. The store felt old but was clean and not bad, just a bit warn out. The young lady at the counter was very polite and seemed happy to be there. A very nice surprise these days. Our burgers tasted good, there is no discounting that fact. However, we both ordered them Medium and both were pushing Well done with no pink at all. I also felt that when you are paying $13.95 for a burger to them be charged another $3.95 for fries and $3.50 for a drink is a bit of an overreach. $42 for 2 burgers fries and drinks is too high but at that price they darn sure should be cooked right. The bottom line here is I would say 4 stars but at that price point I except better.

Wow what excellent food. I mean, really good burgers, fries and shakes. Some of the highest quality, tastiest burgers I've ever had. Seriously. But man, have you ever been to a fast food restaurant at a gas station, that's like 60% more run down than a standalone fast food restaurant all kinda sticky and nasty? Well, it's like that. Pretty flipping dirty dining room. And it's not anything the staff can, or should do anything about. Because I truly believe they mop the floors and wipe down the tables. Its not the help. It's the owners responsibility. It's like 50 years of dust clinging to the lamps high overhead, or the chipping paint, and desperate need for some caulk. It just needs a face lift, and this place would be in our top rotation. Oh, and for me, the wifey, and 3 kids meals it was over $90. Nothing fancy, just burgers, fries, shakes. Let me reiterate, the food...man, seriously delicious. Just get it to go.

The food is great. My two issues are: 1) Too expensive for a glorified Fuddruckers. 2) You should not suggest your patrons tip at the drive thru window.

Food was ok. I am not sure what kind of burger everyone else is eating, but I tried the Bill's Burger and it was not bad, but I was disappointed. The SMELL of the place with the charcoal or wood or whatever they use to cook, makes it seem like the burger is going to be some crazy, flavorful delicious burger. It was decent, but I would not even say it's better than a shake shack burger orbone from Saltgrass. I got rhe regular fries, which were very mediocre, but the truffle fries with parmesan are what I should have orderee, that looks interesting. I will probably come back once more to try something different and give this place another chance, maybe I just came too close to closing time on an off day for them, place was nice and clean though and worker was friendly.

I went with a group of 8 people for dinner and ordered a hickory burger, french fries and ice tea. The service was friendly and food was good but $19.65 for a hamburger, fries and drink is pretty steep. Will recommend but only along with the warning that a hamburger, fries and drink will cost you at least $15.

Maybe I came on an off day. But lunch was so-so today. The truffle fries were soggy and limp. The blue-cheese burger was a bit undercooked from my medium request. Didn't finish either. Burger, fries and a drink was $20. Service was very good. Everyone wore a mask and were careful. They seemed pretty busy with quite a few people seated on the nice outdoor patio. The indoor seating was plentiful with lots of spacing between tables. The drive thru lhad a steady stream of traffic.

April 14th-23 When I walk in I told the guy this is my first time eating here he did not say anything I got a hamburger and a order of fries it look good but when I bite in to the Burger got pink in the meat so I tell them I don't eat raw meat that how you get worms so there re- cook it so everbody go you have to tell them how your Burger how to cook

Sad 😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞 😿 Couldn't believe that this place in The Woodlands has gone down the drain. Beck's Prime doesn't live up to its name anymore. The restroom doesn't have an automatic soap dispenser. The Idaho fries were soggy. Their price is ridiculously higher than an upscale restaurant! Sorry, but we won't be coming back. It's not worth our hard-earned money.

It was nice to get out and get a decent meal. I refuse to pay full restaurant prices for take out Glad we can sign outside on the nice deck. We were very disappointed to be handed our food in a paper sack with plastic utensils and condiments we didnt ask for. Turns a good meal into a McDonald's experience. I think it's just lazy

Came here for the first time today order a cheese burger all the way it was alright could of used some more seasoning it had a taste of a smoked grill also,I order a side of truffle fries “meals don’t come with sides” they were alright lacked flavor and was to soft for me,I also order a sweet tea it was good&Zaire baked potato all the way I will say this was my least favorite it was cold! Butter or cheese wasn’t melted just wasn’t edible I also order a small chocolate shake witch was fine and two kids cheeseburgers with fries and a drink overall I give this place two stars. Hopefully their steaks are a lot better, i will give this place a second chance but the price for everything that I got was 50.45 just don’t think the price matched the flavor !

The food was tasteless, the service was not much better than a fast-food drive-thru, and the priced at a restaurant level. The manager was creepy and just stared at customers the whole time expressionless. Very awkward experience and we certainly won't be back.

I want to preface by saying beck’s did kindly refund the take out order I mention below when I called, and assured me this was an accident, but because this has occurred several more times since, I am writing this review. We love Beck’s because they have quick, healthy options. The problem we have is the portion size of any meat, and specifically chicken (fowl ball, Roberts chicken and veggies, chicken sandwich, etc.) the chicken breasts are smaller than any you’d find at a local grocery store. This is not a one time occurrence, we have continued to go back multiple times to see if it was just an accidental thing. For nearly $50+ for two people to get a chicken dinner, drink, and a shared side of fries at a fast casual location, the chicken should be enough for a full grown adult to be full. I find the plates are primarily large portions of sides and very small protein. Photos are from a carry out order a few weeks ago and then dine in. The carry out breasts weighed were less than 3oz each. I feel like they’re splitting the breast and selling it as two separates, because the average chicken breast is 6-8oz cooked. Just feels like a rip off when my husband finished the chicken in two bites, but the taste is great.

Just awful! Burger and fries were disappointing to say the least. They use frozen burger patties, taste and texture were awful. Overpriced no quality.
