I was there because my boyfriend Ruben insisted to take me there, he told me he was work for Bob's family many years and they are the most incredible people! And the food its was amazing and absolutely recommended to all my friends and anyone!! Food was fantastic, excellent salsas, good service, I go there Everytime with my friends! I meet the manager Dan in Camarillo Sharkys and he was so nice and handsome 😍!

What can I say about Sharky's other than YUM, fresh, local, and organic!!! I've been a regular diner at Sharkys' many locations for several years, ever since the Westlake restaurant first opened. It's the first place I think of when I wish to go out for a bite. I've been to every location from Westlake Village to Ventura, they're all muy bueno!!! UPDATE: Since I moved out of the area, to Washington state, I make periodic visits back to Ventura County. Every time I'm in the area, I visit one Sharky's or another. Never disappointed! Please, bring this restaurant to Western Washington!!!

I'm not a lover of fast food, but this place I absolutely love! everything is organic, the food is fresh and delicious. The service is fast and super friendly attentive staff...! My kind of fast food...its healthy and they rock..I eat here all the time.. if you want a "clean meal" you"ll love it...and they serve yummy sangria's and beer.. muy bueno!

I have long loved their food. It's been awhile though, so I was pleasantly surprised by how they've extended their menu even more and have many great options for those who maybe don't love Mexican classics.

If you’re in the mood for a little bit more than just a fast food south of the border experience. I recommend going to Sharkys where you can find a Tex-Mex/central American cuisine with American twist.

Love the kids options and the veggie adult options like organic tofu! Staff was nice and brought me some salsa so I wouldn't have to leave my toddler to go get it.

I understood from a family member that Sharkys has exceptionally delicious food; therefore, I absolutely wanted to buy them a gift card for their birthday, online, and have it transmitted electronically to their email since we live many miles away. There was a glitch in the Sharkys’ gift-card module of the web site for online gift card purchases, so I called Sharkys’ customer service department and spoke to David in Westlake Village. The customer service that I received from David was above and beyond, and he resolved my issue, was extremely professional, kind, and articulate. I haven’t eaten at Sharkys but, if my relative enjoys the food so very much, I’m absolutely sure I’m going to like it as well. So the next time I’m in Thousand Oaks I will definitely go in and order up some food to go for myself! Thank you, David and team for your prompt and courteous assistance with my issue purchasing a gift card online via Sharkys web site as a birthday gift for a dear relative of mine.

Better than Chipotle that doesn't use GMO's and less spicy which is annoying as I eat there often. Guac is good at shakys but I don't like the tomato filler (though still good), so chipotles guac is better.

Sharky's is a great place to eat lunch or dinner. They have a lot of options on there menu to choose from, even healthier options as well. Once you've ordered, every table gets a small basket of chips (which they will gladly refill). They have a wonderful free salsa bar with around 5-6 different kinds and levels of spicy salsas to choose from. The food is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. The only downside to this location is that the building is small and so it feels very crowded inside. There is a small, covered outdoor portion but it only has like 4 or 5 tables. Also if a line starts to form inside, like I stated, it feels very crowded and the line very quickly will end up going out the door due to the lack of indoor space. Overall though the atmosphere is nice and the food is great.

I like Sharkys because of their modern and clean atmosphere. I also like their tasty food options. They have these amazing fajitas and they are accommodating to people with food allergies like me. Their chips are good. The employees are friendly. The seating options are good. There's a nice mix of outdoor and indoor seating. Overall, its a good place to eat.

I ordered a burrito, and wanted it with shrimp. I got this $14 monster the size of my toddler... So much for a "lighter" meal 😂. It was good tho, but I wish they would have told me it was an off menu item that costs twice as much as all the other burritos....

It was good, just very slow. The food was tasty. I didn't mind having to sit outside and I appreciated we could get salsa pre packaged rather than serve yourself (at least while Covid is still a problem).

Great food! Customer service was just ok.. and when I asked for a box instead of a bag for my leftover chips to go because I was traveling out of town it seemed to be a hard task. I had to ask on twice and finally they gave me a box. I just dropped 40 bucks there I think they can spare a box...

I am a Big fan of Sharky's restaurant's ...My favorite back in the day was the location,, located on Cahuenga ave and Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood CA. That location is still there and there is another location in Newbury Park CA. This eatery is in the Janns MALL in Thousand Oaks CA. Of all the years of passing by this location... I finally took the plunge...and decided why not"?? I stepped in and this location is very spacious,there is also a patio in the entrance. Second..the decorations for this restaurant are very nice. Initially I was going to buy a drink and go to the restroom.."?? Okay I had some petty cash... I ordered a kid's meal. That consisted of brown rice,black beans, chip's and quesadilla. I also purchased a Lemonade drink that was 3:50¢. I found a seat ..these are not regular plastic foam seat's... Wood and very tasteful finishing.. The site manager must have hired a Interior designer. Gave me the impression..that I was sitting in a rain forest setting. While I waited for my food ... I went to the restroom to wash up and let mother nature take care of business. Upon my return to my booth..I found my plate on my side of the booth. I have included many pictures... There is a mini bar..where they keep sauce's ♨️🔥🌶️...I prefer mild ..there is also a stall..that has slot's for the sauces and plastic lids. I've NEVER seen a location as nice as this one...Ever "!!! My meal was so delicious and my drink is one of their beverage blends that they sell. Please check out the stats... I most certainly will come back here... after enjoying my meal. I made another pit stop. The bathroom is really spacious..and it's somewhat cleaned. What I did take notice of is that the employees are always cleaning up.. That is very important..when you work in a Bar, Restaurant,Deli, Sandwich shop,Fast food. Customer's are they one's who bring in things. As I was leaving... I thanked them..and tipped a few dollars. So if you are ever in the Janns MALL..this is a spot that you must stop at for certain.

Great fast casual that’s actually good for you. The Janss Mall has had quite a few good places, some good, some bad. This location of Sharky’s is better than most. The food tastes fresh and the indoor/outdoor dining is a great option. Pro tip: Eat on the Patio in the evening and enjoy the lights of the water fountain. It’s pretty cool.

You are really short changing the veggies on the veggies with citrus /avocado sauce. I use to get double what I got tonight. Salmon and salad were good portions

They close at 8:15 I guess. I get it, I work in customer service also, but we felt rushed and unwelcome having arrived for a take out order at 8:15. Also, I was disappointed in the “singlehande” deep fried burrito, not a fan of a greasy tortilla. Would not get again.

Got my order wrong. Usually the customer gets to keep the wrong order, to compensate your time, since I had to drive back to the restaurant. They don’t do that here.

Food: Ordered the power plate, protein size is no more than 3oz. Veggies half of it were onions. Yams look like they're out of a can. Service: waited +10mins for my food. They always give me a small plate of nachos when I order, i asked if they had nachos and they just said "yes" Atmosphere: seatings are jammed next to each other, very uncomfortable. Sat outside but the music was very loud.
