The pizza is recognizable by its golden crust, crispy at the edges, yet soft and airy in the center. The cheese is bubbly, with light, toasted spots that highlight its intense flavor, and the steaming Bolognese pasta is nestled in a thick, rich sauce. The aroma is an irresistible blend of aromatic basil and cherry tomatoes, and the meat is perfectly seared. On the palate, the sweetness of the tomato balances the intensity of the meat, all crowned with a shower of Parmesan cheese that slowly melts into the warmth of the plate. A very pleasant place in downtown Tlalpan, and the food and service are excellent. We ordered a delicious roasted cauliflower appetizer and a half-mixed mushroom pizza with truffle oil (amazing!!) and half pepperoni with black olives, which was also very good. My only complaint was with the drink. I ordered a mocktail called "Fontana," made with horchata, strawberry, syrup, and mint. It didn't taste like strawberry or mint at all; it was more like a chai-type horchata, very spiced and watered down. I didn't like it at all. Other than that, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would definitely go back for a mushroom pizza!

I had the opportunity to visit this pizzeria in Tlalpan, and honestly, my family and I loved it in every way: the atmosphere, the music, the delicious pizzas. But above all, the service was outstanding. The day we went it was incredibly busy, yet they were quick and very attentive!

INTERESTING PLACE 😎 Service 4/5, good 👍 actually Pizza flavor 🍕 4/5 (Casa Olivo in Neza is amazing, Isain's pizzas are suuuuuper‼️) But this place wasn't bad at all. We tried the prosciutto pizza (which is actually misspelled on the menu) 😝, the burrata, and the eggplant 🍆. I think the burrata was the best. MY FAVORITE AT THIS PLACE: THE APPETIZERS 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Those 5/5 🌟 The cheese sticks 🧀 yummy‼️ And the cauliflower popcorn 😋 Next time I'll only order appetizers. 🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍 Reasonable price, a little on the pricier side. We spent almost a fortune for three people 🫠 Expect a 10-20 minute wait, so keep that in mind 😉 Street parking a few blocks away, it's quiet 🙌🫶

Had an amazing experience at Hilo Negro. The pizza was incredible — fresh ingredients, perfectly crisp crust, and great flavor. I went with the Margarita and it was easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. Service was top notch — Ximena took care of us and made the whole experience even better. Comida rica, yo pedi sopa azteca y tacos borrachos, estaban sabrosos. Sopa de médula muy sabrosa también Sin embargo mi esposa pidio un corte de carne, un churrasco y me compartió, no tenia pinta de churrasco, mas bien parecia una cecina, la carne estaba salada. Las crepas con cajeta flameadas, también exquisitas.

Fui un viernes por la mañana, el lugar semi vacío, sólo una mesa más y nosotros (qué éramos una mesa grande). La comida está muy rica, los precios de los desayunos son razonables, los bisquets con Philadelphia súper recomendables. Pero el servicio de meseros es muy malo, los tienes que andar llamando para que te atiendan, se juntan a platicar y no están atentos a las mesas, no son ordenados, en mi mesa hubo un accidente con la salsa cuando el mesero colocó un platillo y lo dejaron así todo el tiempo, ni siquiera hicieron el intento de cambiar el cubremantel, bueno ni siquiera limpiar con un trapo o una servilleta. Para lo único que no se despegan de ti es a la hora de pagar la cuenta y esperar la propina. El lugar más que clásico parece muy descuidado como que no le dan mantenimiento. La verdad me esperaba más de este lugar tan reconocido

Sin duda vayan en el horario del mariachi, recomiendo reservar, la comida esta buena, las bebidas tambien, lo unico malo es que no tienen muchos postres, pero bonito lugar.

Clásico restauran de mucho reconocimiento acerca de su comida mexicana, su ambiente, su arquitectura y decoración. Lugar para estar un buen rato, los aperitivos, la comida y los digestivos. Gastaras un buen, ya que por el espectáculo y la música, te ambientarás y pediras bebida tras bebida. Comida rica y basta en cada platillo.

The menu is extensive, offering a variety of sweet and savory pizzas, salads, pastas, and even vegetarian options (I ordered the portobello burger to avoid flour, but it was drenched in oil 😔). The place was very busy, and it was a two-for-one deal. The decor was quite nice; however, the service wasn't good. Food and drinks were slow to arrive, and when we asked for something else, they gave us dirty looks. They wouldn't let us pay with more than one card. We were celebrating a birthday, and since we ordered a cake, they played "Las Mañanitas" (a traditional Mexican birthday song). Our experience wasn't the best. The place is nice, and there's parking nearby, but I wouldn't go back.

Good flavor, thin-crust pizzas with generous portions of toppings, they only serve salsa macha on the side. Weekends are very busy. Outside you have to put up with all the vendors, beggars, and impromptu musicians; it's better to sit inside. Service is just okay, except for the hostess who lacks a good attitude.

We went for the first time this past Tuesday, arriving at 7:50 p.m. sharp. We didn't know there was a 2-for-1 pizza promotion. We placed our order, and by the time they took it, it was 8:10 p.m. The waiter, Joaquin, explained that they couldn't honor the promotion. It was a bit disappointing for my partner and me, as it was our first time there. I think they could have honored it, since our table was assigned before the promotion ended at 8 p.m. Aside from that, the cheese sticks arrived cold, which was a 7/10. However, they kindly went to heat them up and returned the plate with an apology. The best thing, without a doubt, was the pizza. We ordered half "Meat Lover" and half "Fig Parmesan." Wow, the fig one was amazing! If you have the chance, try it. And if you happen to be served by Joaquin like we were, it will surely be a pleasant experience, as he was very attentive at all times!

Es un lugar bonito, pero muy caro, y para lo que ofrecen, no vale la pena, esta muy caro, y en otros lados de la calle, la barbacoa esta muchísimo mejor, y como tres cuartas partes más barato, no vale la pena ir a este lugar, solo que quieras conocer; pero si no, ni vayas, el kilo de barbacoa esta en 1300 pesos, las bebidas pasan los 100 pesos, los postres andan también sobre los 100 pesos, el consome también los 80 pesos, si quieres pancita del borrego, te la venden aparte y es por orden y anda aproximadamente los 300 pesos y es como 1 cuarto; por 7 personas 1kg de barbacoa, 1 orden de pancita, 7 bebidas, y 5 postres, las tortillas y 6 consumes pague 5 mil pesos, para que se den una idea mas o menos, hay estacionamiento pero es balet parquín,les das lo que quieres, hay pago con tarjeta, el acceso para personas con alguna discapacidad como silla de ruedas es todo un reto, porque no hay acceso especial, y prácticamente tienes que cargar a la persona para poderla bajar al restaurante, es de muy difícil acceso para una silla de ruedas, yo fui como a las 9 am y no había gente, hice reservacion y si me la respetaron, no hay mucho ruido , los meseros si nos atendieron bien, son muy serviciales, lo único malo es el precio alto y que el sazon no está bueno, pero si quieres conocer ve, y me darás la razón.

El restaurante está lindo, es totalmente estilo mexicano, tiene mariachi (aunque creo que por ser viernes solo tocaron 30 min y se fueron, no volvieron a tocar). Pero me imagino que el fin han de estar más tiempo. La comida está super equis, la verdad no tiene nada extraordinario, pedimos barbacoa, chamorro, quesadillas, guacamole, chiles en nogada, consome de cordero, enchiladas y de postres crepas con cajeta, helado y flan; nada del otro mundo, podrían mejorar demasiado la comida porque ni buena ni mala, las tortillas son de máquina, no están hechas a mano y eso no me gustó. El servicio estuvo mega lento, y no había nada de gente, realmente eramos 5 mesas. Sinceramente a mi no me gustó nada este restaurante.

Tal vez por ser martes, estaba muy apagado el lugar. Al inicio con las entradas pedimos mas totopos y nunca los trajeron. El chamorro estaba rico. Pedí un churrasco y me trajeron un corte diferente, muy pellejudo y duro de masticar. El consomé de borrego para el precio estaba bastante regular. La verdad no creo regresar.

Hace varios años fuí con mi familia y me la pase muy bien; comimos rico, las amenidades y servicio fue bueno. Ahora que fuí nuevamente me llevé una gran decepción. Más se $1000 pesos por 600 gramos de barbacoa, que en realidad son como 400 gramos o menos (parece que la pesan con todo el hueso y plato). La barbacoa estaba tibia y la pancita muy "pastosa" como si la hubieran descongelado. El lugar prácticamente vacío a la 1:00 pm y el servicio aunque amable, se tardan. Entre 2 personas pagamos $1800 pesos por la barbacoa, solo un consomé, un jugo y 3 cafés de la olla, lo que se me hace un robo cuando esperas mucho mas con respecto al valor/precio. Dudo mucho volver a ir.

Creo que es un lugar lindo pero pedi un trozo de barbacoa y me trajeron puro hueso y pellejos, de los 300 gramos que son 200 son de hueso de vdd que descaro es caro muy caro y uno espera un buen trozo de barbacoa Mimimo que rinda unos tres tacos y no, me dieron hueso y pellejos yo eso no como . Pagamos por dos personas 2000 pesos y sin bebidas

DON'T GO!!! I do NOT recommend it. The service is incredibly slow; even for a simple glass of water, it takes ages! You have to wait in line for about 15 minutes to get in, then wait for a waiter to take your order, and then for your order to arrive—it's easily a 40-minute wait! Even though I told the manager about the lack of service, the waiter kept taking forever. I even had to demand the sauces for my pizza because it arrived without them, and he still asked me if I wanted all the sauces or just one? And I said yes! I wanted all the sauces, and then another 10 minutes for them to arrive. The burrata tastes awful! It tastes like cottage cheese, and for the price, it's definitely not worth it. The pizza itself is good—the dough and cheese are nice—but it's too small for my liking! And the cheapest pizza starts at $300 and goes up from there! They have their famous 2-for-1 promotion, but if you don't finish the promotion, you can't take the leftovers home because they literally throw them in the trash. If you insist, they cancel the promotion and charge you for both pizzas at the regular price! They shouldn't throw food away; there are many people in need and food banks that could benefit! They don't even turn on the TV screens, which makes the wait for your food even more boring. Honestly, there are better Italian restaurants where the price is worth it and the service is a thousand times better, like Cancino or La Posta, or even 50 Friends is much better! Don't waste your time.

I have come to this restaurant about 6 or 7 times in total. The food is very good. Maybe the best in the area. However, this is the 2nd time I have had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The hostess sat me down at a table outside. At about 6:50-6:55pm. I was not greeted by a waiter until 7:10 which is unacceptable, and put in my order right away. At 7:40, the hostess stopped by and asked what I ordered because all the other tables seated after me already had their food and I didn't have mine yet. The waiter then stopped by and said it will be out soon and apologized. At 7:50, an hour after I had been seated, my pizza finally came. It was slightly burned and it was the wrong pizza so they took it back. I ended up having to wait another 10 minutes for the right pizza to be brought to my table. I was by myself. One person, one basic pizza. An hour and 10 minutes to get my food from the moment I sat down. The food was fine. I gave 4 stars to the food because of the mix up on the order but the food is good. Also, I do have to note that for the second time in a row, they were out of the popcorn cauliflower which I tried to order both times. They suggested another appetizer but I didn't want any of those so I just ordered a pizza. I will say that the waiter was not mean or rude. He was patient with my frustration. He did apologize, but that really was not enough for being ignored half the night while other tables around me got their food. I was disappointed that he didn't offer at least a free appetizer, dessert or a discount based on this transaction, because where I come from the goal is to make it up to the customer because you want them to come back. You want them to leave with a positive experience even if there were some issues. Things happen sometimes. Maybe that's just a USA thing, I don't know. I am not the type of person to ask for for free stuff, I am the type of person that will typically never return to a restaurant instead. I have been living in the area for 3 months and in these three months, two of the top 3 worst experiences I have had based on service in 3 months living in Mexico City were at this restaurant and I was seated outside both times. I had great service here before so I don't know where the disconnect is. The other experiences I have had here were all positive especially the last one before this was the best experience I had at this restaurant. Also, on a side note. The employees should not assume that people don't speak Spanish based solely on appearance. The professional thing to do is to ask the person if they prefer English or Spanish if you don't know. Or greet them in Spanish. If a person wants an English menu they will ask for it. Over half the times I came here, people just assumed I didn't speak Spanish and gave me the English menu or brought out someone to take my order in English only to find out that I could speak Spanish. The funny thing is that twice in a row, it was the same waiter who did the same thing(not the one from tonight). Please Do better.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este lugar fue bastante desagradable. Desde el principio, la atención dejó mucho que desear, lo cual sorprende, considerando que uno mismo pide directamente en barra. A pesar de los precios elevados, no hay una calidad de servicio ni de comida que justifique el gasto. El consomé fue lo único pasable: sí tiene buen sabor, pero la porción es pequeña y cuesta $70, lo cual ya es bastante alto. Los tacos dorados, por otro lado, me parecieron muy decepcionantes tanto en sabor como en tamaño. Por $208 esperas algo bien servido, y honestamente, fue una broma. Nadie te dice las dimensiones ni te advierte lo limitado que es lo que ofrecen. Otro detalle importante: la barbacoa no se vende por taco, sino por peso mínimo de 300 g, lo cual complica pedir solo una porción pequeña. Y aún así, no me pareció buena. La carne no tenía el sabor o la textura que esperas en un lugar que se especializa justamente en eso. Probé también una gordita de carnitas y fue igual de mala: la masa seca, dura, y la carne sin sabor. En resumen, todo fue una mala inversión: caro, incómodo, sin sazón y con un servicio frío. No recomiendo este lugar, hay muchas mejores opciones por el mismo precio o incluso menos. La comida es bastante insípida , el personal es atento pero le falta tener más atenciones, el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Hay algo con que realmente no estoy muy de acuerdo es que el personal que maneja el WhatsApp manda a cada rato la publicidad del restaurante y eso es molesto , además de que de repente se equivocan y difunden información de otros clientes
