Terrible service. A tall guy served me, and I didn't say "good morning" or "thank you." They never respect the opening hours. I understand that as employees you want to leave early, but I arrived at 9:38 and they were no longer serving, even with an open sign, an employee inside, and one person at the tables. I think Italian Coffe should be more in line with their published opening hours, to prevent customers from coming in without being served.

The night manager was terrible!! I went last week at 9:40 pm and they wouldn't let me in... Now, Saturday, October 23rd, I went back at 9:13 pm and they were out of whipped cream because they'd already washed the machine!!! The website says they're open until 10 pm!! The person working the night shift is awful!! He's a shaggy-haired guy! I hope I can speak to the manager or the supervisor....

Yesterday I went to the branch and waited half an hour for someone. During that time, the guy who was serving me never took my order or even gave me a menu. When the person I was waiting for finally arrived, I had to get up to order, and he served me very rudely. They should replace him; he's a tattooed guy with long hair, and his presentation leaves much to be desired.
