The service was excellent, my frappe was delicious, I loved the place and especially the paintings, along with their different drinks. It has direct access to the hotel, which is fantastic, and they had very pleasant background music at just the right volume for conversation.
A very nice coffee shop, I personally really like the brand out of nostalgia, since they were my dad's favorites. I recommend the frireo 👌🏻 The atmosphere is cozy and suitable for a good chat with friends or family.
It's one of the few coffee shops of this brand in the area. The service is good, as are the food and drinks. Frankly, I like it more than Starbucks or others. The brand is Mexican. I loved the gourmet tea (even though I'm not a big fan). My recommendation is the Mexican panini; if you like it spicy, ask them to add a little more salsa macha.
Convenient location!! Very friendly staff. They replaced my still mineral water with excellent customer service the entire time.
I went to this café recently and loved it. The atmosphere is cozy, with decor that invites you to relax and have a good time. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always smiling. Plus, the place is ideal for studying, working, or just chatting with friends. I'll definitely be back soon. :) Here's a little bit of what I ordered.

Great! The coffee is very good and the whipped cream is delicious. The only downside is that they only have one parking space. It's always taken. But they're friendly and will bring your coffee to your car if you want it to go.
The drinks were good, but it seems they're looking for people with zero customer service skills. We arrived, said good evening, and the girl didn't respond. She was preparing our drinks while taking our payment, and even after she finished, she didn't even tell us which ones we had. With that attitude, why are they working there?
The place is simple, not very big, and has a peculiar thing about it: one part of the ceiling has paintings by Italian painters. I had a natural cappuccino for $58, well prepared and very tasty with lactose-free milk. I went to the very clean bathroom.
The watered-down bread has an extra charge, and instead of a frappé, it's just water, or rather, a slushie. Last time I eat here.
Terrible service. A tall guy served me, and I didn't say "good morning" or "thank you." I stood in the lobby, and the guy on his cell phone didn't say anything until I asked for coffee, and he even got angry. He gave it to me reluctantly and left it there, meaning no "thank you" or "here's your drink," nothing! And the worst part was that there was also a woman on her cell phone, not even paying attention. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WON'T GO AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the person who works at night. She's an elderly woman who displayed such a negative attitude that I wanted to leave immediately. Definitely a shame.
In general the branch is very dirty and I found a hair in my drink... Disgusting
Everything is terrible. The food tastes like soap. The coffee is horrible. And the staff is unfriendly. It used to be a good chain, but this location is terrible. Plus, the tables are incredibly dirty.
I used to love this chain, but the quality of the food and drinks has significantly decreased. This particular branch is very neglected, both in terms of furniture and facilities.
They never respect the opening hours. I understand that as employees you want to leave early, but I arrived at 9:38 and they were no longer serving, even with an open sign, an employee inside, and one person at the tables. I think Italian Coffe should be more in line with their published opening hours, to prevent customers from coming in without being served.
The night manager was terrible!! I went last week at 9:40 pm and they wouldn't let me in... Now, Saturday, October 23rd, I went back at 9:13 pm and they were out of whipped cream because they'd already washed the machine!!! The website says they're open until 10 pm!! The person working the night shift is awful!! He's a shaggy-haired guy! I hope I can speak to the manager or the supervisor....
Yesterday I went to the branch and waited half an hour for someone. During that time, the guy who was serving me never took my order or even gave me a menu. When the person I was waiting for finally arrived, I had to get up to order, and he served me very rudely. They should replace him; he's a tattooed guy with long hair, and his presentation leaves much to be desired.
