I don't know what happened to them, it was so good before, now the pizza almost has no ingredients, they take a long time to serve (even when there are no other people) and they don't treat you kindly, they were the only thing worth mentioning in terms of food in the area, how sad 🥲

I don't know if they've changed management, but I was a fan of this restaurant, and before, I loved everything about it. Not long ago, I ordered a pizza, and it was nothing like what they used to make (it was completely different, in a bad way). Now, they're very complicated to respond, and they're reluctant to respond. What a shame :( I really loved this place.

I don't recommend it. The place isn't a restaurant; it's a common area in the plaza with metal tables and chairs fixed to the floor. The tables had dirty tablecloths and the chairs had dirty cushions, which was unpleasant. The drinks were terrible. We ordered a sangria that had a strange, unpleasant taste, so we left it. The pizza was ordinary. We also saw a cockroach crawling on our table and another one on the floor. The staff didn't seem clean.

If you want to experience one of the worst culinary experiences in the city, this is the place. I went on Saturday, April 12th. First off, the place itself. Tables and chairs welded to the floor, so you can't move them. The chairs have old cushions that don't even match the color of the chairs or the tablecloth. The chairs look like they haven't been painted in years. Then, I don't understand why they had Chinese paper lanterns, since the place is Italian. There wasn't even salt, pepper, or Parmesan cheese on the table, not even when they served the food. Since it's like a balcony, with everything open, there were mosquitoes that kept biting us. Then there was the service. I think the waiter must be the owner's son because he has no dedication to his job. When we ordered, we asked for drinks, sangria and lemonade. But he didn't ask us if we wanted them in liter or half-liter bottles, so he brought the 1-liter ones to charge us more. We were the only diners in the restaurant, and even then, it took quite a while to serve our food. Once the food arrived, the waiter lost all interest in serving us. He didn't even come over to ask if everything was alright. After I finished eating, I held my hand up for a while, waiting for him to come over so I could ask for the bill, but he didn't come. I watched him, and he was chatting with the kitchen staff; he wouldn't even look in my direction. I finally had to get up to ask for the bill. As for the food, we ordered lemonade and sangria. The sangria tasted like nothing. The lemonade seemed to have been made with tap water because it had a flavor that couldn't be attributed to lemon, and it also lacked sugar. My partner ordered a salad, which was pretty mediocre; the lettuce already tasted old. I ordered a ribeye steak. The meat was burnt on one side, but they turned it over, thinking I wouldn't notice. So I asked them to replace it. When it came back, the meat was completely tasteless. And there was no salt on the table. An hour after we left, we both had stomach aches. By the way, the only good thing about the place is the view. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

The food: It's pretty average. The seafood pasta has no sauce, no oil, or any kind of seasoning: they just cook the pasta and ingredients and serve it with the broth, just like that. Very bland. It looks like watery soup. The clericot should be advertised as fruit juice because it doesn't have any red wine in it, so sad. The only redeeming dish is the pasta alla diavola, with a creamy sauce and Serrano ham. The service: Terrible. Despite the place being empty, it took hours to serve us. They ask you what kind of pasta you want and serve you whatever they want anyway. The atmosphere: The tables can't be moved, so you don't feel as comfortable as you'd like; the stool is very far from the table. It's not as decorated as it could be, and it feels more like a fast food place than an Italian restaurant.
