The food was okay, at least what we ordered, but the terrible service completely ruined it. The restaurant isn't equipped to handle even 10% or 90% of its capacity. They take forever to serve you, and you end up losing your appetite... I wouldn't go back unless there was absolutely no other option. Bad! 👎

Terrible service, awful service. They took ages to give us the menu until we had to ask the waiter, and then they took forever to bring the pizza, which they served on two plates all piled up because they were out of boards. How can a place in the city center do that? Plus, the dough was raw, and the waiter was grumpy and inattentive.

Specifically, we ordered chiles en nogada (a type of chile en nogada). The dish looked good, but upon tasting it, it lacked flavor. The nogada tasted like water, and the chiles were battered and seemed like they had literally been taken out of the oil and served. We ordered potato wedges, which were delicious, but we ordered them as a starter, and they were brought to us because we had already been served the main course. It took a long time for our food to arrive. The staff was very attentive, but the food, which was the reason we came, was not to our liking.

Total disappointment. I agree with many of the reviews here: the waiters were good and friendly, no complaints there. BUT the food was the downside. It took forever to arrive, the pizzas weren't worth the price at all—almost tasteless, the crust was just okay, and there were no toppings or sauces. Definitely 2/5

Basically poor service bringing the food out 5 min apart each plate really 😕 literally the hot food came out first what was less to be desired drown in sauce and the sandwich last it was the only thing good overall stupid no other customers till middle of waiting for our food that took 30min to get 10 min our drinks 🤔

La peor experiencia para comer. Más de una hora de espera para recibir una ensalada, y más de una hora con veinte minutos para una pizza margarita -la menos compleja por ingredientes- y además fuimos maltratados por los meseros quienes argumentaron que daban prioridad a las personas con reservación, a pesar de que ya estamos en mesa. Pedimos hablar con la gerente y de manera muy respetuosa le hicimos saber sobre la falta de personal preparado y sobre la incapacidad del restaurante para atender una mesa de tan solo tres comensales. Los menús están sucios e incompletos. El precio de los vinos no corresponde a la calidad de los mismos, el menú no es nada del otro mundo, es un restaurante sin concepto, con mala atención, precios elevados para una calidad deficiente en alimentos. ¿En donde concibieron que una ensalada griega lleva elote y queso panela? La peor experiencia en un 10 de mayo y supongo que igual en un día normal. Nunca vayas.

One Sunday evening I went for coffee. The menu isn't anything special, rather simple and limited, but manageable. However, the staff's service is terrible, to put it politely. The first time I went, they seemed distracted and took forever to bring our order, which was served in installments. But this last time I went, well, they didn't even let us in. They practically kicked us out. I was with my family, and it wasn't even 9 pm yet. A guy said they weren't serving anymore, that they were about to close, and then another girl came and said we had to make a reservation and that they were full, even though the place was empty. They only had a group saying goodbye at one table. It seemed like they were in a hurry to close, even though their signage says they're open until 11 pm. This place is awful, and expensive to boot.

There were dishes on the menu I was interested in, but when I ordered them, they told me they weren't available. In the end, I had to settle for something I didn't even want and that didn't taste good. 👎🏼

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, but when I placed my order, it turned out that several were unavailable, which caused great annoyance as a customer. Furthermore, the food they did serve had a poor flavor, far from what I expected for the price and presentation promised. The lack of organization and poor quality of the food mean I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had already been there and I gave them a second chance but now it is worse, tasteless food (the pizza is horrible), expensive, the cheese with skirt steak was raw, they took a long time to serve, they ruined the food and took my glass without offering me another drink, the guy doesn't know the menu (which is not his fault, it's his manager's if they have one) and everything is very bad, I will not return

I ordered an omelet with spinach and it was raw. I told the waiter and even though I hadn't eaten it, it was added to the bill. The service is terrible, as is their time to bring you the food. Eat dirt.

I waited at the table for over 30 minutes. Only the waiters kept passing by, and no one took our order; they didn't even give us a menu. That's why people don't come in, and that kind of service is what makes businesses fail. Terrible service. This will be my first and last time.

Downtown location, convenient spot. Reviews make it sound like the best place in downtown Tlaxcala, but nothing could be further from the truth. Very slow service; the waiters do their best, but the food leaves much to be desired. Over an hour's wait for our food, burnt food, I ordered brisket and they brought me beef in its own juices. I ordered a beer and they substituted it. Steamed vegetables never arrived (STEATED VEGETABLES!!!). Obviously, I won't be back. It's a shame because the place is very nice, but that's not all. They shouldn't have a menu they can't even keep up with.
