i respectfully corrected the employee she made my coffee wrong and gave me an attitude for correcting her and she still made it wrong. my food was also not ready even when i did a mobile order.

Screw us once shame on you, screw us. twice shame on us. We should've know better than to leave before we checked out order, but we had faith in the backing of a global chain. For the second time today we were given the privilege of having our order short served. First this morning, a drink shy on an order for 2 people. How do you screw that up, they have it down to a science. The second time a 10 piece mcchicken. If you go here for a quick and cheap meal they'll throw in a complimentary McMissing For you. The food you do get probably won't kill you but I could've broken out their window by throwing the bun for my sandwich at it. And the sausage this morning tasted more like.... something other than sausage. Texas city mcds do better please.

Oder on line after 11pm. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru window, never made it to the window. Parked went inside, manager said he didn't even have an online oder. So what's the point. You took the money online. Sitting in parking lot waiting another 15 minutes. If McDonald's doesn't have enough staff to service fast food. Then they shouldn't call yhemsrlf s fast food restaurant.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal. When I got to the house, it was a hamburger patty with burnt onions, egg, and cheese on a mcmuffin. Then I went to call and let the manager know, the phone number on Google is disconnected. I will not go back.

Drive through becomes a parking lot depending on what management is there. Service is terrible consistently. Made complaints through corporate that were never even acknowledged. This is not 30min pizza delivery this is drive through fast food.

I went to the drive-thru to get a simple coffee. There was nobody in front of me. There was nobody behind me and I waited 20 minutes and the girl at the register was lost. She didn't know what she was doing at 3:00 in the morning. You need somebody there that knows what they're doing on a positive note, my coffee was good

Twice now in the last week, I have ordered 2 large combo meals and received no fries in the bag. Previously ordered cookies for desert twice last month and yet no cookies were put in the bag. Tried to call to complain, but the phone is disconnected. Corporate says to contact the store, but there is no way to get ahold of them. It seems no one is checking the bags to make sure everything is in them before handing off to a customer.

We ordered apple slices and sauce both times we’ve eaten here, and both times we never got them. They still charged us for them, and when we asked, they said everything was in the order — but it wasn’t. No apples, no sauce, twice in a row. Very disappointing and frustrating that this keeps happening.

It’s not that hard to fill up the fry’s. I had to ask for sauce multiple times even though I had 46 nuggets. Indian guy at the window never knows what’s going on.

Ordering ahead through the mobile app at this location is completely pointless. I arrived at the curbside pickup parking spot, and WAITED 30 minutes in that spot. My order was missing a few items even after the long wait. The drive thru continued to move forward while I waited on my curbside order. Ive been to this location many times and orders are consistently missing condiments, especially with chicken nuggets, and this has become a recurring problem. The staff shows no regard for customers, and the manager, Karina, blatantly ignores complaints. This location is poorly managed and unacceptable. I do not recommend this location to anyone! I have already sent my feedback to the mcds feedback website directly! This review is solely for anybody who is thinking of coming here.

9/21/25 - I went to this McDonald's again and I can tell you this much, it was my last time ever going there again. This restaurant service is absolutely terrible. I was waiting on vinalla shake. The employee was making it but keep hitting the wrong button and the entire time her and another employee that I believe was the manager was doing nothing but playing around and laughing while I'm waiting. And to top that off after watching them play the young lady informed me that they were out of vanilla shakes, this is after I'd been watching them play around for 5 to 10 min. Pitiful service. And the counters were absolutely dirty, but instead of cleaning they just wanted to play around while ignoring customers the whole time.

This place has the rudest customers of any place in town. Packed Sunday lunch, or any other busy time...people will sit in the drive thru for their curbsides orders, cut in line at the drive thru, and the Queen of the entitled to do all of these things simultaneously, in front of her Escalade full of baseball youths, sending them inside while she literally has the only 2 parking spaces left (not curbside) place packed, drive thru stacked, raining And it was too much to bear so I ask why she felt it was ok to do this, setting an example for the six pre teens in her vehicle (see attached photo) This is her total disregard to everyone, so when she saw me take photo, she found this miraculous energy to get out of her car, screaming obscenities upon approaching my car, beating on my window trying to fight me....I am on crutches, physically disabled, but not mentally stupid enough to open my door or window... here's my question, at what point is manager going to notice, acknowledge, or take any action? So we have to wait to get physically assaulted? I'm sure the entire ordeal was my fault for being the only person to speak up

Do not order here if they’re even remotely busy. Ordering ahead will still have you waiting in a spot because “they’re making your order right now” only for you not to receive anything 20min later and not being able to get an answer as to why from anyone. It’s easier getting a refund than food here.

Absolutely terrible. Let me begin.. they added a second drivethrough. cool okay but now cars will cut in front of you after the other drive through finishes ordering before you MESSING UP YOUR ORDERS.... i asked for 6 double cheeseburgers they got that right. two big macs. they GOT THIS WRONG.... i recieved one big mac and one nasty fish sandwich when i ASKED FOR TWO BIG MACS!!!!!... icing on the cake was the fries.... DISGUSTING STALE ZERO SALT OR ANYTHING SOGGY AND LIMP AND I GOT CHARGED FOR 4 BIG MAC MEALS FOR 60 DOLLARS WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER IT. would NOT recommend anyone to go to this terrible dump. they even make policies now i cant even say anything about my order even going inside they say nothing they can do no refund no fixing on your order or nothing. i cant even check my own order in the drivethrough window to make sure its 100% correct without the staff telling me to leave your blocking traffic. if u want sauce for a 50 piece mc nuggets good luck u only get 2 cups. it's clear as day on their windows. what a dump terrible whole place. i hope a hurricane destroys it and it never gets rebuilt.

Every time I try to give this place a chance, they remind me why I should stay away. My daughter got me a big order of fries, so I’m just driving stuffing my face when I look down at the fry I was about to eat and saw what looks like hair stuck to the freaking fry. Tell me what you think it is.
