A high-quality auto shop, the manager is very attentive and helpful. From the moment he arrives, he is warm, and his personal values ​​are evident. He takes the time to walk around the vehicle to assess the fault, demonstrating professionalism and experience. The service time is good (one day for a clutch kit replacement on a small vehicle), and the cost is reasonable. The only thing I noticed was a variation in the price on the price list (wall) and the quote, which I imagine is due to the fact that it hasn't been changed for a while. No complaints so far.

The price list doesn't match what they charge, they promise to do the work by a certain date and don't deliver, Mr. Esquivel doesn't take your calls for reports, and they cause other damage to the vehicle. After a few months, the work wasn't done right.

Terrible. Because of a routine check-up once, and because I hadn't taken it to a trusted mechanic, I left it for two hours and two sensors stopped working. They told me that's how they fail and quoted me $9,000. I hesitated and took it somewhere else, where they confirmed that they had only misadjusted them. They didn't charge me for the adjustment, and at least two years later, that car hasn't failed again.

Two months ago I went to replace the slave cylinder because it was leaking fluid. They sold me the replacement part and supposedly "replaced" it, but a week ago the same part started leaking fluid again. I suspect they didn't install the new part, so I'm not going back.

Excuse me, but the service was terrible. A brake adjustment that was supposed to take a day or an hour took a day and a half, and they charged me more, supposedly for other issues. They are neither technically skilled nor professional. A bad experience.

It's a scam. They charged me $9200 to replace the clutch and check that everything was okay. Everything seemed fine, but in four months everything changed. Their work was shoddy, and they were furious when I requested the warranty. They charged me for keeping my car in their shop, and if you don't go in the moment they tell you to, they start charging you. Mr. Esquivel was very closed-minded and uncooperative. Even though I took it in for warranty service, they didn't do anything, and it was still the same. I ended up taking it to another mechanic to get a solution. 😡😡😡
