Excellent coffee shop, great variety of Mexican coffee-based drinks, 3/5 price. The food quality is very good, and their rewards program is better than La Sirena's. Not to mention the excellent service! I recommend the white chocolate and the chili chocolate!

The coffee has a good flavor, aroma, and consistency. The sandwiches are very good, but I don't recommend the other drinks; they're not outstanding at all. The service... there are two points here: 1. The staff are very attentive and helpful. 2. Avoid being served by the girl; she's very rude and discourteous. She's refused service to her server and others, and the staff have had to practically run out of the establishment to offer service.

The merchandise: I ordered two hot chocolates, but the bag was torn. They didn't deliver anything and still charged me for everything. Bad service, please take note.

I really enjoy CQC's chamoyadas, and you can't find them anywhere else. But it's truly sad to see how this shop has deteriorated. First, during my visit today, the guys were at the end of the bar and didn't approach me until a few minutes after I arrived. The guy who seemed to be in charge just walked up to the bar without an apron, put in his username, and left. The girls were very friendly, but first off, they don't even know the names of the drinks, and apparently they don't know the recipes either, since my drink had no flavor. I ordered a lemon and strawberry chamoyada, and it tasted like water. We stayed on the terrace. I was surprised to see how dirty it was; it looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in a long time. There's also trash everywhere, and the trash can lid is covered in dust. It seems that the Herdez group isn't very concerned about the image of CQC stores, and I don't think it's the employees' fault, but rather the people who don't properly train their employees. They should be more careful with these things that affect the brand's image. Check out how they did things a few years ago to see if they can regain some of the quality they had.

Their products are unremarkable, and their service is average. However, I ordered food to eat here, and they gave it to me as a takeout. They don't offer a plate or anything. I visited them a month ago, even with the pandemic, and they offered me a plate.
