Great customer service at this location!! Friendly tip: Order your food in person. That’s the only time I get a full bowl from ANY Rachel’s location. (Is when I order in person, instead of getting it for delivery.) When you order delivery, you’ll get a super skimpy bowl which is unfortunate for the price.

The food here is always good, the rice bowls and sharma chicken. The baklava isn't bad either. It looked like there were a bunch of high school kids in there behind the counters. Which is fine, but they were definitely not being professional. They had run out of chicken and almost served us chicken that wasn't fully cooked. Luckily, one of the kids told the girl not to serve the chicken and continued to cook it until it was done. They were laughing and joking about it the whole time while we were standing there. Otherwise, though, I love the food here. I always recommend it, but the service st this location was not great.

I came in just before closing while staff were thoroughly cleaning every surface. Yosef made my food (a big order) with such care. I've been to Rachel's many times, but this felt like sitting in a friend's kitchen while they cook for you. He even offered to help me carry my food to the car in the freezing rain. I'll definitely be back to this location.

I got a Greek salad bowl and it was amazing!! Chicken was cooked to perfection and tons of toppings!!! I defintely will be back! I am back to update that I hope the upper management appreciates the staff at this location because they are amazing!! There is 2 girls that are there every time I go in and they make my day every time I come in!

I don't know why this location has terrible reviews. I think this is the first revi have ever done. I was looking to see if it was open because it is only 1030am and I am craving Rachel's. The staff have always been pleasant. Sometimes they are overwhelmed but not in a rude way. Gloves are always changed. Food is always fresh. I have eaten here at least 10 times and not a single problem. Thank you!

Service was quick as this was an app order and was done and ready when I came to pick it up. Only issue my wife and I had was we both ordered falafel and it was extremely overcooked and dry. I understand it is fried but we ordered falafel not hockey pucks. Couldn't break it with a metal fork. I completely skipped the butter knife and went straight to the steak knife.

Food was ok. Got locked out when we went to the outdoor dining area.

I loved Rachel’s and had been a faithful customer for years until today when I found a dead fly in my salad bowl. I called to alert to the manager and unfortunately all he offered was an apology and a free bowl. I’m sorry but insects in the food is just unacceptably gross

Update: As I alluded to below, Rachel's is being sued by the Bills for almost a quarter of a million dollars of unpaid sponsorship fees. The Bills are one of many. Do not order from Rachel's. If you order online, they will tell you to wait 20 minutes. When you get there after 20 minutes, they will ask your name and start making your order. Meanwhile, the staff will make food "for their brother" and get your order mixed up with the other people waiting, so it's basically a crapshoot whether your order will be right or not. This franchise was once great, now closing stores out east and having trouble paying suppliers. I can see why! Just order from Tropical Smoothie Cafe or Naantastic next door. Your order will be ready 3x faster.

Rachels used yo be great. It was a regular stop on our lunch tour. After the last few visits, it will no longer be in the rotation. We walked in, and we're greeted by a young lady on her phone. She made us wait to order until her call was over. We were made to feel as if we were bothering her. The chicken was so dry in my soulvaki salad. The amount of protein they give is laughable. 15.00 for a salad, and I was lucky to get 2oz of chicken. The onions and peepers were overcooked, and the tomatoes were a soggy mess. Last but not least, they forgot the pita. Maybe they grew too fast? Maybe they just don't care like they used to? Whatever the case, I will not return.

I showed up at 8:43 the sign said they close at 9pm and the store was locked, chair up on tables, all the bar was cleaned and broken down.

On 11/13/25, I ordered pickup as I work in the plaza . I will order in person from Now on because the bowl had like 3 scoops of food in it. Ridiculous for $14.95.

REALLY HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT WORST CUSTOMER IVE EVER EXPERIENCED GOING TO RESTAURANT don’t recommend coming to this restaurant. Bad service if I could give a 0 I would. Unprofessional workers

Ordered food and was met with attitude speifically from a young idian lady short wearing a red shirt. Ordering over 50$ of food to be treated with disrespect is disgusting. I ordered it at 4:21 did not leave with food until 4:51. Food wise is delicious and would recommend going to ANY OTHER Rachaels but this delaware one.

This place is a joke. I ordered two chicken souvlaki and the associate asked me how to make it. She thought it should be made in a bowl with rice. There was no Greek dressing, just tzatziki. Then the associate was unaware how to ring up a Seize the Deal e-voucher, which forced me to pay with a credit card. The food was just so-so and not anything like the chicken souvlaki I got there a year ago, which was great. The associate was anything but pleasant!! I won’t be returning to this location.

Arrived at this location at 7:55 on a Friday night. It clearly says they close at 9. It seemed like they wanted to ignore me but came out after a couple minutes. I asked if they closed at 8 or 9? Because all the food was removed from the case. They said 8. Not to mention I was technically there before 8. I said ok never mind I don’t want the food if it’s not even going to be good. Walked out and went to mikes next door. Cool.

Rachels is turning into a Mediterranean mcdonalds, food quality is down alot in recent years, and service is down hill. Should have went to their competitor instead.

Openly dropped chicken on the floor and put it back on the grill with customers watching. When questioned if that would be served to customers he said "I don't want to waste." Two co-workers said nothing. If they do this in front of customers, what happens when no one is looking or with online orders? Such a bummer Rachels used to be so good (or was it always this lax on food safety?) Do better Rachels.
