There is a Cook there who was very helpful. His name is Davante. It was just him and his brother working working together. During the the Buffalo bills game. There were so many people coming in. And they filled every order. I didn't do a pre-order online I came in at the last minute to order a pizza. My pizza took a little longer than usual. But I was very patient and waiting and the Cook Devante was very professional. He explained the situation with it being so crowded with only two workers.. I will definitely go back again. This is a great location. Say hello to Devante the cook. We need more service workers like this.

The person who took my order over the phone was very polite and professional. When I received my food, it was fresh, hot and presentable. All of the employees were on task and assisting the customers. I was well pleased with my experience.

My order was misplaced by accident. (Not upset about it) They were super kind and polite and apologetic. I have to gives a HUGE HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT to the woman in a pink polo, manager I believe, with two part braids. She was super sweet and her attitude was infectious. Made my experience even better. Will be back if she’s there!!

3rd time’s a charm! All three times I’ve eaten at this new location the pizza was great …the customer service was fast and friendly and the place was clean. The crew worked together nicely …I loved seeing that environment. The pizza 10/10 even after getting home and not eating it right away. I popped it in the air fryer and there was an adequate and even amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. Please keep it up, consistency will make y’all the best pizza in the area even though there are a few competitors near by… I’m glad I spent my money here!

whoever was on shift last night 11/24 good team, I placed my order online and arrived between the frame it said to be ready and it was HOT N READY... not only that the pizza was good fluffy yet crisp dough like whoever was on the pizzas enjoy making pizza or know what they doing lol. I only would of liked Extra marinara for my crust the dough was that good. some people were waiting but the wait wasn't bad everything was moving smooth according to when order was placed. KEEP LASTNIGHTS team!

Fairly decent Little Caesars pizza location. The parking is a big chaotic but overall it's a fine location. The staff was very nice, and though it was busy I got my order in less than 5 minutes! Try the new puffs, they're awesome!

Today I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pineapple and bacon. The dough is thin as paper and every thing is falling off, the stuff crust has zero flavoring just tastes like dough. Some of the doors on the take out portal doesn’t work. I’ve had decent pizzas here in the past but this one is terrible!! I’m guessing some workers are lazy.

Food’s good for the price but today I waited 35 minutes after my pick up time (which is a normal occurrence) and the guy at the counter was unapologetic and rude to other customers who were obviously perturbed due to the wait.

T-Mobile Tuesday's offer for this past week was a Little Caesar's pizza for $2. Yesterday was the last day of the deal so I decided to get a pizza. I always have trouble figuring out where to put the promo code on the Little Caesar's app. I asked both young women at the counter but neither could help me. There is no place to sit down so I told them I'm going back out to my car to figure it out. The default pay option on the app is Google Pay but I didn't want to use that. One of the women told me you have to use Google Pay & I told her no, I don't. Finally got it figured out & got my pizza but the whole ordeal was a headache. Sat in my car & ate some pizza before leaving because the parking is another headache. There is exactly one parking spot in front of Little Caesar's & an employee was parked there. I parked in front of the phone store next-door but parked at an angle because when I entered the driveway I had to swing around another car trying to get out & it's really tight parking. Because there's not much parking available, a truck was waiting behind me while someone went in for their pizza, so I had to wait quite a while before I could pull out. So that's why I sat there & ate some pizza while it was still hot. So, in summary, pepperoni pizza was good. LOADED with pepperoni. It was VERY hot. Price was EXCELLENT, thanks to T-mobile. Parking & driveway entrance/exit are atrocious. Employees are NEVER able to assist with the app or promotions. I have found that at the Eastgate store as well, so it's not unique to the Berclair store. This store moved across street from Kroger a couple of years ago. I liked location near Kroger much better. Kroger is in a large shopping center with a huge parking lot so I always parked near Kroger & walked 3 stores over to Little Caesar's. I have actually been bypassing this place & going to Eastgate because of the horrendous parking & driveway situation at new Berclair location. But pizza was good so I will go back, but maybe earlier in the day when it's not so hectic.

Ordered cheese pizza and half sausage half pepperoni. Cashier said it would be 8-10 min. You would think both pizza s would be fresh out of the oven but NOT. They snuck a cheese pizza from the oven that was not hot and was not available when she rang my order up. Super disappointed

I ordered the 4-Quarter Calzony. It was horrible! I asked what was on the Calzony. I was told Pepperoni, Ham, and Italian Sausage. I asked if she could substitute, and she said only one. I substituted the ham for beef. I didn't check my Calzony before I left. When I got home, I learned that it had bacon, ham, and sausage. I ate the Pepperoni portion, and the rest went into the garbage. That bacon was nothing but fat. Not to mention, I am not a bacon or ham on a pizza fan. Signed: No bacon, no ham, please.

I normally pick up from here. Today, Tuesday,Oct 21 2025, they forgot to put the extra dipping sauce. Little Cesars was instructed to check the delivery. I did not want to charge the customer $150 per hour for personal service to pick up one sauce so I apologized on behalf of Little Ceasars.

The customer service was just awful, the young lady at the register seems like she didn't really want be there only to obtain a paycheck, she was very nonchalant about certain items on the menu. And the parking there is awful.

Pick up my order I order through the Uber eat I went inside when the app says your food is ready when I went inside. It was the cashier with someone about the bucket deal and she is so pissed off because you don’t know what she doing so after he is took another five extra minute and I was waiting. She just need to handle me my food that’s all I need but you keep back-and-forth with this guy how about the order and she act like she don’t see me it was a short fat lady with a mustache I was so nice and patient after the guy he says OK give me eight pieces and other eight pieces and she told him the total is like $50 and he say why the sign out size is like $10 for Tuesday but today it’s not Tuesday today is Monday anyway the guy he feel like he’s crazy. He left the restaurant right away. He felt his stupid back-and-forth for nothing by the time I’m waiting and I show her my phone for my pick up order. She give me a box which is like one item inside and a soda. It’s been sitting maybe all day there and I see. I think he got the wrong order. She said no this is your order I say ma’am please can you take a look again and switch the Soda for me because this is not my order. She was so pissed off. She’s almost open the lead and threw the soda on me almost I swear she gave me the nasty dirty look for no reason. I looked at the order and it says this order has been waiting since 1130 this morning. And when I order my food, it was around 5:00 PM, so she’s mixed up with somebody else his name, Ali so I want other people inside the restaurant listen to the story quick because he’s so busy. I expect this gentleman because he’s sober nice and he try to handle this problem quick but the lady she’s not even apologize she almost wanna start trouble for no reason and she was judging me because I left the food which it it’s not my food she not even wanna listen to my story. I have to wait another 15 minutes because someone else took the order and he has to fix it. Make me never wanna get no make me never ever I wanna stop to the store again just because this lady I swear I never wanna eat this chicken anymore

Don't bother going to this location. It's a horrible example of Little Caesars and the brand. I ordered a Pretzel Pizza with the cheese sauce. Realizing when i got to the car that it wasn't truly pretzel crust, I went back in to be told that it is pretzel crust but because it wasn't busy and the oven not as hot, the crust doesn't end up as dark. Either she has no clue or she was flat out bs'ing me. Either way I didn't have time for the stupidity and I'll be charging back the transaction on my credit card. Again, don't bother with this location because this isn't the first time I've had issues here.

Comically terrible. It was as if they had made it at 10am and let it sit out until 6pm; Dry, burned, and trying to pull a slice off resulted in tearing it in half from not being thoroughly cut, along with the cheese coming right off. A frozen pizza cooked on a hot rock in the desert would have been better.

Spoke to manager and she is very rude. Placed order online order 1113444. My fiancé went to pick up order. She saw she didn’t receive any of the sauces we paid for. Spoke to 2 different employees about it, told her no. Even though it was on the order receipt and the receipt sticker on one of the boxes. I called the store in regards to refunding that. She told me I had to drive back to the store, refund the whole order, and then pay again for a refund. We bought the stuffed crust pretzel pizza, which is not what we received also. 3 weeks past, still no call as promised. Looks like the owner can comment on fake 5 star reviews, but can’t take the time to ask people why he has a failing business…

Ordered a deep dish half sausage half pineapple and ham. The pizza I got had all pineapple, ham, sausage, pepperoni and cheese. Can't call the store and can't complain on the app. So how am I supposed to get a replacement or a refund?

Ordered through the website, delivery was through door dash apparently. Good took 1.5hrs to get here and when it did everything was cold and the pretzel pizza had no salt on it. When I called the lady said its a doordash problem yet I cant contact door dash because I only have a receipt from little casears. Trash store, go elsewhere. I should of read the reviews first.

WORST Little Caesars I have been too in a long time. Everyone who walked in after received theirs before us. From the time we walked in until the time we left it was 40 mins. When my husband asked 2 times where our order was they both took attitude and said it was cooking. The three stuffed breadsticks we received were so greasy it soaked through the bag along with 2 paper towels we put under neath them. Pizza was the only thing good.

100% of the time I visit I’m always waiting much longer than they say for the pickup time. Staff doesn’t care about the guests up front, and would rather be in the back laughing and joking around than helping or at least greeting the customers and seeing what they need. Food is standard most times but sometimes has minor issues. Little burnt, not cut well, little undercooked. Definitely my last time visiting this location. Shame.

Because they won't let you leave zero stars they get the free one. Absolute worst customer service ever seen. I'm still flabbergasted that people can treat other people so poorly, Little Ceaser do better, these rude people don't care about your brand and looks like you might not either, never going back. Insanely poor customer service, stood in the front packed with customers while the workers in the back stood on their phones and gave attitude when coming up to take orders. I ordered a head and it took over 40 minutes from when I ordered to get my personal pizza. Will no longer go to this location.

WOW. If I could give negative stars for service, I would. We ordered online and my phone died after, so I couldn't scan the code to get our pizza. I made eye contact with an employee and she turned to her coworker and said "can you help the woman who is staring at me" followed by a string of profanity. Her coworker looked at me and I explained the situation. She looked at me and turned back to boxing pizzas, completely ignoring me. It was so weird. I have genuinely never seen service that bad ANYWHERE. So terrible, and makes me not want to return to this location.

NO STARS DONT EAT HERE Horrible customer service and the chick that was in there tonight is a joke she handed me food that was sitting there for a hour I came in 30 mins it was busy so I waited then continued to take everyone else’s order and then went missing purposely bro she needs to be fired I want my refund and I still was missing a item if I didn’t need to go to my family I would have not left until I got my refund I will be calling and making sure she doesn’t have a job your customer service sucks you are a joke remember that dont eat here go to Cheektowaga or Lockport they actually have hot food and have good customer service

This place is terrible. So slow doesn't matter how long you give them it's never ready they are rude. The managers are rude. They swear and vape in the building no one comes to the front to check on customers. Worst place ever worst customer service EVER. So not go here. Save yourself the aggravation

There was this very helpful kid with a bowl hair cut who helped me with my order a few weeks ago. But their was this one employee who I've seen that has the nastiest attitude she is light skin. I think her name was braylen, I don't know how she still has her job but y'all need to do something about her. She is very unprofessional and makes snarky remarks thinking I can hear her.

All in all, I ONLY go to this location because my son, to whom has autism, only likes pizza from there. Last night I waited in the drive-thru for someone to assist me and never did...so I drove to the window and the young man( with black hair and a bowl cut) no more than 16yrs old just standing there and asked me "what was your order?". I responded by telling him. He took my money and immediately asked me to park without checking to see whether any pizzas were ready. I waited near the front entrance over 15mins and seen other people drive up and got their pizza but still no one came out with mines. There werent any more cars except mines outside waiting;everyone else went through the drive-thru and got their meals immediately. I went in and another employee(young female) assisted me while ALL THE EMPLOYEES were gathered and not cleaning the filthy floors, windows, or wearing protective wear near the food. I asked to speak with the Manager, and the "GM" with purple hair came to front counter. I asked him the young man's name since he wouldnt tell me but he too didnt respond. He just asked what the problem was. I explained to him that Ive seen him last time assist Hispanic customers more pleasant and quicker than he responded to me. Never have I used vulgar language or said anything negative to him. HE'S A KID! THEN I told the "GM" about the present issue of common courtesy that he lacks. The "purple-haired GM" never resolved the issue and stood there in defense of his employee instead of listening to what I had to say. He shrugged and looked at me weird while his mini crowd of employees, and himself, found the situation funny! I always find comfort with the husky young man with short bowl-cut with brown hair(sorry abt the description) for assistance because he actually try to help get things done! Him and another young man with dreads seem to come thru everytime, especially on the busiest times of the day. This comment wasnt caused for but if Shelby County Health Department and Code Enforcement have to be called to do a check on the sanitary condition of the establishment...I can come in for overtime! But this is sad service and has to change. I dont know if having a joyous time and being the "cool GM" is more acceptable than ensuring that your customers are satisfied when they leave. Sad leadership and no direction for the young man working drive thru too!

So I order pretzel crust. I wait 10 minutes. When I come in to pick up they tell me they have no chessy sauce. No one tells me until I come to get it. So I ask for extra most best and bread sticks. They want to charge me extra to wait 20 minutes all together. I'll travel 10 miles out my way to get better service. Plus the parking lot was trash too. What a dump.

Edit: Y'all was five stars not anymore. I would give y'all negative ten if I could. It's so sad how quickly this location has gone down hill. After today's experience I won't be back ever again. My food was supposed to be ready between 645 and no later than 650 and I'm currently in line still waiting on my food. It's 7:17 pm. I have waited in this freaking line for over 30 minutes. Never again. And what really pisses me off is I can't cancel my order online so I have no choice but sit here and wait for my food. I don't know if y'all are short staffed or what but this is unexpectable. I'll drive out my way to go anywhere else. I'll update when I finally get my food. Update I got it at 7:22 pm and here is the kicker freaking pizza isn't even hot. The worker never once said I'm sorry about the delay or anything. And they didn't have two of my items I ordered which at this point I didn't care I just wanted to go home.

The food is good and all but I just had to wait an entire hour in store for an online order. I pretty much watched people walk in and out with over 5 boxes of pizza when all I wanted was a stuffed crust peperoni. I personally think there needs to be someone to oversee this location and find out if it's understaffing, management, or incompetence of the staff slowing it down because Noone should wait as long as I did for a single pizza. Besides that the pizza is great.

They got new staff there and they are not good. They need to try again. The pizza is undercooked and cut all wrong. Better check your crazy bread make sure it's not cheese stuffed. There's a boy or girl at the front counter whichever 1 it is doesn't matter but what does matter is his/her attitude. If you don't want to be there then go home please.

I mobile order a pretzel crust and crazy bread . I left with a regular pepperoni and cheese bread. I also waited 20 minutes over that time, they said . The port box wasn't working, and no one said anything . I got the chease bread cause they didn't have crazy bread. Pizza looks horrible. Soĝgy and super greasy.
