The place is very unique and clean, the staff is nice. I got my food after some minutes so they are fast and the burger were very tasty and delicious. The bun itself was good. The fries very normal, nothing special.

We tried protein burgers without buns, so about buns I've no idea, but burgers were juicy and delicious. Also mixed fries were something new for me, however it was exceptionally tasty. There are also burgers for vegans with beyond. Additionally restaurant has nice, colourful and attractive design.

Ordine Just Eat (i prezzi in app sono leggermenti più alti rispetto allo store ma con le scontistiche attive risulta comunque abbastanza conveniente): ho preso un menù crispy smoke burger con patatine large mix di classiche e dolci, salsa funghi e tartufi, salsa bianca e 4 pulled pork bites… Ho trovato tutto di mio gradimento. Il locale è molto carina, la saletta imita una piscina.

Locale favoloso, stile moderno che ricorda quasi una stazione spaziale. Da quello che ho saputo ogni locale è diverso, molto carina come idea. Per essere un fast food il cibo è veramente ottimo, non i soliti hamburger secchi, freddi e già pronti ma degli smash succulenti. Pane molto buono, così come i condimenti. Per dolce abbiamo preso le patate dolci con la Nutella e lo zucchero, condimenti abbondanti ma patate un po' molli. Miglior fast-food provato..prezzi però un po' più alti rispetto agli altri (ne vale la pena)

Fast food che mira ad alzare il livello di qualità. La qualità degli ingredienti è sopra gli standard. Enorme punto di forza è la disponibilità dei prodotti "beyond meat" e per ogni panino di carne ne esiste la versione vegetariana, sintomo di particolare attenzione a tutte le esigenze. I prezzi sono più alti della media, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena, dato che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

L'ho provato per la prima volta dopo averne sentito parlare da tutti. Inutile dire che le aspettative erano altissime, considerando anche la pubblicità che viene fatta. Allora l'ho preso d'asporto e... Responso? I panini sono sicuramente buoni, nulla da aggiungere, le patatine anche, però a parte il gusto sicuramente accattivante, sembra un panino di un qualsiasi altro fast food. I prezzi sono un po' alti, ma nulla di eclatante. Se volete provarlo Ve lo consiglio. Però siete avvisati.

Ordine preso con consegna a domicilio, arrivato a corretta temperatura; molto carino e funzionale il packaging. Gli hamburgher proposti sono in stile smashed, molto buoni e di qualità. Valida anche la versione con il pollo fritto. Patatine fritte nella media. Prezzi leggermente alti per quanto offerto, ma comunque vale la pena provarlo.

Che dire location molto curata, di tendenza, ogni angolo del locale ha dettagli divertenti e unici. Non è un posto anonimo! Lo staff potrebbe essere più attenti e disponibile. I prezzi sono abbastanza alti per il tipo di burger 🍔 e menu. Ci sono molte opzioni vegetariane 🌱. Se sei in zona è sicuramente da provare

Bun è quel Fast Food in cui non ti senti in difetto per essere vegetariano. Infatti, qualunque panino ha la scelta carne/beyond meat (pollo, hamburger, bacon). Non eccelle ovviamente in qualità, i prezzi sono in linea con gli altri fast food, il servizio e il locale poco curati. Se però non avete pretese troppo alte e volete solo godervi un panino stile Mc, che magari una volta all'anno anche se siete vegetariani vi manca, questo è il posto giusto. Inoltre consiglio la formula menù con le patatine miste, quelle dolci sono molto buone. P.S. dico che il locale e servizio sono poco curati perché durante le mie diverse visite serali ho sempre trovato il personale molto preso dagli ordini delivery, con conseguente poca attenzione ai clienti nel locale e alla pulizia dei tavoli (anche se la gente potrebbe essere un po' più civile e pulire da sè..).

As someone who’s not a huge fan of fast food especially burgers, this is one of the few places I would go to when craving one. My favorite menu item is sweet potato fries! Recommended!

Il locale è davvero molto particolare: vivace, ampio, con moltissimi posti a sedere e con uno stile anni '70 versione moderna. La qualità del cibo invece è discreta. Il servizio anche è nella media.

Il locale è stato allestito con colori vivi e mattonelle colorate che ricordano molto l'atmosfera di un hammam ed è davvero interessante. In particolare, l'uso di colori intensi come l'azzurro, il verde e il rosa rende l'ambiente vivace e accogliente, creando un'atmosfera piacevole per trascorrere del tempo in compagnia o gustarsi un pasto. In generale, la mia esperienza presso questa hamburgeria è stata molto positiva. L'ambiente è piacevole e accogliente, e i panini sono gustosi e croccanti. Noi abbiamo preso due crispy chiken burger davvero buoni. Le patatine nella norma. Non posso che consigliare questo posto a chiunque stia cercando un'ottima opzione per un pasto veloce o un aperitivo in compagnia.

Ottimo sia l'ambiente che il cibo e il fatto che per ogni hamburger ci sia l'alternativa vegetariana, cosa non scontata. Salsa bun molto gustosa. Presenza di prese per caricare i dispositivi elettronici personali. Peccato trovare scritto un prezzo: 12,90 (menù classic burger double) e pagare 13,40; dopo averlo fatto presente al personale mi è stato detto che se volevo il double costava 50 centesimi in più, ma c'è scritto 12,90 sia all'entrata sia sugli schermi in alto. Non va bene scrivere dei prezzi e farne altri!

Actually the food is good and the place is interesting. Firstly, very small portions. But the reason for it's existance is understandable. Often the place is empty and staff is chatting behind the counter while you are obliged to self service. (It could be much more customer oriented with this price range.) It is not a bad place, great burgers but NOT the ones I can say "These burgers are awesome!". Mid-level good quality burger station . It might worth a visit also with it picturesque atmosphere.

Note positive: personale gentile e veloce, hamburger ben caldi. Note negative: qualità del pane molto bassa, si sente che è un prodotto artificiale, la carne di qualità media, ma il vero problema é che la bistecca é sottilissima quindi sei costretto a comprarne due per avere quello che equivale ad un hamburger e per un prezzo ben sopra la media. Locale originale, ma non molto pulito.

this is a fast food place. in the lively fast pace center. 20min. waiting time. i’ve been here 4 times before, and at this point i think they either wake up or stay in the 2-3 stars level, waiting for mc donalds to take over again. what a sad thing. but the personal is and was always attentive, willing to put an extra effort, authentic and respectful. as for the processes and management: please improve (management): planning enough personal and communication training for the staff: if you need 20 min for a burger (afternoon, past rush hour), you are in trouble; THAT is truly “unbelievable”. its just too long for an average bun (single burger with average fries and a coke). if you lack of personal or have technical issues, we understand, but please: let the client know in advance, so we get to choose; to stay or move on. the “complex” food: smokey burger, the bacon almost inexistent and dry, not crispy, just dry and chewy. fries, weird taste of overused oil. positive: colazero in a cane, good temperature 🤷🏻‍♀️. in torino, you can get better food and burgers for 11€ and a bbq sauce for 75 cents. sorry guys, do better.

Tasty but rather small burgers for the price. The person working there clearly hates her life and couldn't care less about her job. The decor was off in my opinion. Looks like a tea salon from a Barbie world thing. Weird vibes.

We arrive with my family to order at the cash register and no one arrives. Some employees were sitting in the room. After a few minutes we decide to leave. Too bad it was a nice location.

1 star for the sweet potato fries & nice location. -2 stars for the staff yelling at each other the moment i came in, maybe put some music so customers aren’t annoyed by your loud voices cioè siete a casa o lavorate proprio così? Lastly, -2 stars for raw meat (see attached photo below). I know we’re in Italy, but not everyone are pleased by medium rare cooked meat. Not worth it for 12€.

Extremely disastrous food and service ⚠️, with a suspicion of discrimination against foreigners. I will never return ❌, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant unless they wish to experience impatient service or differential treatment. When I arrived in Turin, I learned that there is a branch of Bun Burger, which is quite popular in Milan, in the city center of Turin. I decided to give it a try, as it was my first time at Bun Burger. The disaster began right from the moment I placed my order. The cashier had a stone-cold face the entire time 😐. Fortunately, they spoke a little English. I ordered the vegetarian burger combo for €11.6, and the result? The portion was pathetically small, with the burger as thin as a €5 McDonald's burger. At least the fries were decent, but there were just a few of them. And for every sauce, an additional €0.75 was charged! Are they joking? Do they think they're Burger King? But the portions here are far smaller than those at Burger King. But none of the above is even the main issue. The real disaster was yet to come 💥! I finished eating, and honestly, I was already speechless and unhappy. I looked around and noticed many tables with plates left on them, with no one clearing them. Since it was my first time visiting this restaurant, and given the high prices and the environment, I thought it was a proper restaurant and not just a fast-food joint, so I assumed staff would clean up. I stood up to leave, but after taking just a few steps, a staff member abruptly stopped me, yelling at me while pointing at the plates 👈. I was stunned, as I don't speak much Italian, but I thought I understood what he was saying. I said, "Isn't this a restaurant?" He mumbled more Italian and then blurted out "self-service." I double-checked what he meant and looked around at the tables with dirty plates left uncleared. Still, the staff member wouldn't back down. I was speechless. My time was limited, as I had to catch a long-distance train in a few minutes. It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was treated so poorly. I was also probably the only foreigner there, so I wasn't sure if the staff saw me as an easy target 🎯 and decided to give me special treatment, forcing me to "self-service." What a disastrous afternoon. I didn’t want to argue any further. I grabbed the tray and rushed to the trash can, aggressively dumping the trash in without any courtesy. If I had refused to do so, the staff member seemed to believe he was some kind of police officer, ready to detain me (yes, I almost called the police). I threw the waste paper in with the loudest possible noise, repaying rudeness with rudeness. Karma is real. This was my entire experience. I advise anyone thinking of visiting this restaurant to reconsider unless they want to pay €10 for what is worth €2, or experience discriminatory service. Or maybe, they could just put up a large, shining sign outside: "self-service only"!

The place was dirty even there were no customers inside. Tissues weren't presented and cashier kindly asked to collect some from dispenser near the cash desk. Sauses aren't included in the menu so I was asked to pay extra. Pink part was nice but blue looks dirty enough like a toilets in a swimming pool

Nice place with instagrammable design. There are a lot of vegetarian and incredible delicious options BUT which burger and service you’ll receive depend on the staff. Today the staff couldn’t explain us what’s the difference between sweet and classic golden french fries. When we got it and understood that’s not what we wished, they refused us to replace it. Moreover, the second time smoked bacon was absent in smoked bacon beyond burger (on the photo how it’s supposed to be). The portion of the burger is very small. The price is totally exaggerated. For such a price you should offer at least free ketchup and mayo and not charge for them. In addition, if you put such a high price, the service should correspond to this but it’s not. The soap in the toilet was absent. My impression of this place is spoiled.

payed 12 euro for THIS. complained and the servers gave me a horrible attitude about questioning the amount of food i the vegetarian option as opposed to the real meat. the place was dirty and full of pigeons. Don’t come here unless you want a “cute” photo. Save yourself money and go literally anywhere else, especially if you have a meat free diet.
