The place is very large and therefore very chaotic and noisy, but the guys serving the tables are very good at trying to satisfy everyone's needs, the pizzas are good and with a lot of variety even in the doughs made with coal or turmeric, it's a shame that going around so many tables they arrive a bit cold, the cleaning of the bathrooms could be improved and the floors are a bit sticky.

Very welcoming and cute place, with excellent service. The pizzas arrive quickly and are delicious, especially the sweet pizza. The kids' area is also nice. A few things, however, I didn't like: 1. There used to be a wider selection of pizzas and different qualities, like the charcoal-fired one. 2. The bathrooms are poorly maintained and very dirty: the doors don't close, and some are missing the chain to flush the toilet. Otherwise, I recommend it if you want to eat well.

The food was ok, but not great. The place was busy, and extremely loud so we went home with headache. We stayed at two tables, and they were serving more at one table, we ended up with what was left from the others.

My family and I went to this place because they offer a pizza round. The place itself is very welcoming, and we decided to make a reservation since there were a lot of us, so we preferred that. Parking is easy to find, the place has a very nice children's area, and there are TVs and music. The pizza is very good, and you can choose between a round of savory and sweet pizza or just one. They also offer appetizers, cuts of meat, and burgers, which I personally haven't tried. The price varies depending on what you order. The small round of pizza, which is what I chose, costs €17 with a choice of beer, a small soft drink, water, 0.5 or 1/4 liter of wine, and a cover charge. There's also a children's menu that offers pizza and meat. My family and I loved it, and we'll definitely be back.

The place is very big, perfect for big gatherings or parties but because of that it's a bit too loud. Definitely recommend it for very big gatherings.

A completely positive experience, a great non-stop pizza tour. Good quality pizzas and a wide variety. Very fast service. After the pizza tour, there's a non-stop dessert tour, just like the pizza. Included in the tour is a medium soft drink, a medium beer, or water (0.75 lb). For a small fee, you can get a liter mug of beer. There's a small play area for children inside. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the music is a bit too loud, which, combined with the noise (due to the very crowded place), makes it difficult to converse unless you're speaking loudly.

Non so se sia un periodo sfortunato per la gestione della pizzeria, a giudicare dalle recensioni recenti temo di sì. Abbiamo organizzato una cena di compleanno sabato 21/06. Il tavolo era stato prenotato online e poi abbiamo chiamato per confermare la prenotazione. AI nostro arrivo però abbiamo trovato una spiacevole sorpresa: solo in fase di ordinazione, ci è stato detto che la cucina era chiusa e avremmo potuto ordinare solo pizze. Peccato che al tavolo avessimo una persona che la pizza non può mangiarla, e che il locale fosse stato scelto apposta proprio perché offriva opzioni di cucina oltre alla pizza. L'inconveniente della cucina chiusa non era segnalato online e non è stato comunicato né in fase di prenotazione online, né tantomeno durante la telefonata di conferma. La situazione è stata parecchio spiacevole, perché ha messo in difficoltà una persona e lo staff non è stato in grado di venirgli incontro neanche minimamente. La soluzione - comunque non ottimale - l'ho dovuta proporre io, che non c'entravo niente. Onestamente la cosa giusta da fare sarebbe stata di alzarci e andarcene a quel punto, ma 20 persone a cena ii sabato sera dopo le 20 non sapevamo come avremmo potuto spostarle. Da questo punto in poi, purtroppo, il disastro è peggiorato. I camerieri hanno preso le ordinazioni e hanno in seguito iniziato a portare il bere: non ne hanno azzeccata una. Ogni ordinazione ci è stata portata al contrario: chi aveva ordinato Coca Zero si è trovato Coca normale, chi aveva preso bibita grande l'ha ricevuta piccola, chi aveva l'acqua gasata se l'è vista portare naturale... abbiamo persino chiesto un quartino di vino rosso e ci è stato portato bianco. Sembrava uno scherzo. I ragazzi erano molto giovani ed evidentemente inesperti, li incolpo fino a un certo punto; ma in sala non si è visto un adulto, un responsabile, un direttore di sala, per tutta la sera. Non c'è mai stato nessuno a cul potersi rivolgere, oltre ai camerierini che hanno sbagliato ogni singola ordinazione fatta (giuro, ogni singola ordinazione, anche più avanti durante il resto della cena; continuavano a portarci il contrario di quello che ordinavamo). Salvo le ordinazioni costantemente sbagliate, il resto della serata è proceduto normalmente, seppur con la spiacevolezza della situazione. Il problema si è ripresentato alla fine: una volta in cassa, nessuno ha fatto il gesto di chiedere scusa per l'accaduto, nonostante avessimo di nuovo fatto presente che avrebbero dovuto avvisare della cucina chiusa in fase di prenotazione. Quindi abbiamo chiesto noi se potessero almeno farci uno sconto sulla cena (onestamente tremenda) che è toccata al commensa e che non ha mangiato la pizza. Ovviamente la ragazzina in cassa ci ha risposto che lei non era responsabile e non poteva fare nulla di simile, e che in tutto il ristorante non c'era un responsabile che potesse prendere una decisione simile. Ora io mi chiedo: è stata una menzogna bella e buona per tirarsene fuori, o davvero al ristorante non c'era nessun responsabile? È possibile lasciare dei ragazzi così giovani e inesperti totalmente da soli in una serata piena come quella del sabato? Onestamente per noi è stata una pessima esperienza. La qualità della pizza non ha risollevato le sorti di una cena iniziata sotto i peggiori auspici e terminata con amarezza. Mi dispiace proprio non essermene potuta andare prima ancora di mangiare, ma è quello che avrebbero meritato. A giudicare dalle altre recensioni che vedo, lasciare i ragazzini allo sbaraglio è evidentemente un'abitudine. Non tornerò presto in questa pizzeria.

I ate at this pizzeria that offers a pizza round trip service. Once you enter, there's no one to welcome you or explain how it works. Once you understand the mechanism, the pizzas arrive; some had rather questionable toppings, like the "vegetables with barbecue sauce" pizza. The others didn't have overly flavorful toppings or anything interesting, same with the desserts. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, even though the waiters, although inexperienced and visibly confused, were very willing to do their best. The price was perfectly reasonable: €15 for dinner, including a drink.

Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale per un compleanno... essendo che siamo già stati al tourlé di Torino (molto buono)... Sfortunatamente sono due mondi diversi... Partiamo dal servizio : Dei ragazzi erano un po' più portati per servire. Gli altri devono cambiare mestiere (senza offesa), 20 persone sedute e il bere è arrivato scaglionato, il cibo prima del bere. Alla richiesta di un'intolleranza di una ragazza é stata completamente ignorata. Dopo parecchie richieste la sua pizza è stata portata alle 23 (e ci siamo seduti alle 22 )... Dopo 1 ora che ci siamo seduti hanno chiuso il servizio del giro pizza... Quindi o ti ingolfi altrimenti ti attacchi... Al servizio della torta portata dalla festeggiata ci dicono che è stata rotta la candela (può capitare) facciamo le foto e viene presa per il taglio. Subito dopo arriva un ragazzo che dice che la torta è caduta e quindi niente torta (ovviamente hanno scontato il prezzo della torta.... Ma fosse stato solo quello). La torta viene sostituita da tre pizze alla Nutella arrivate insieme al caffè. E qui viene il bello. L Arrivati all'amaro la stessa ragazza a cui abbiamo fatto la richiesta della pizza senza lattosio ha detto che il ghiaccio non c'era.. Arrivano gli amari senza ghiaccio che non c'era.... dopo un po' chiediamo al suo collega se ci fosse del ghiaccio che ci dice che non sa chi ha detto che il ghiaccio non c'è. Morale, ci porta il ghiaccio in un bicchiere. (almeno lui cercava di capire il cliente almeno 2 camerieri professionali c'erano per fortuna). In merito all'igiene: Piatti, bicchieri con aloni, cucchiaini appiccicati tra loro, coperti in cui mancavano posate e tovaglioli. Pizza: normale senza infamia senza lode Servizio: pessimo apparte 2 camerieri (gli altri mi spiace ma braccia rubate all'agricoltura) Locale da dimenticare e continuo a consigliare Tourlé Torino (veramente un'altro pianeta) Mai mai più. Al momento del conto volevano farci pagare amari e caffè (allibito). Dopo le lamentele, siamo riusciti almeno a farci togliere questi. Allego foto torta.

Locale caotico, completamente disorganizzato. Qualità della pizza davvero scadente, senza esagerazioni è stata la peggiore mai provata in vita mia. Abbinamenti per altro discutibili: ragù di pesce - hamburger e porri - gamberetti e cipolla rossa - crema di fagioli neri e stracciatella. Insomma non sono riuscito a mangiare una pizza “normale”. L’impasto è più vicino al pane che alla pizza e gli ingredienti sono chiaramente scadenti e di bassa qualità. Posate e bicchieri sporchi, bevande ricevute dopo 40 minuti nonostante i solleciti, 1/2 di vino servito nei bicchieri della Pepsi… Potrei continuare ma concludo dicendo che nessuno delle numerose persone presenti al mio tavolo tornerà mai più. Sconsiglio con tutto il cuore. (Mi sento di complimentare solo i ragazzi in sala, chiaramente succubi di un locale mal gestito ed una responsabile di dubbie qualità. Si sono impegnati tutti e nonostante il caos sono riusciti a tenere un sorriso sulla faccia)

Never before had anything like this happened. We booked a table for seven and received confirmation via email. When we got there, it was CLOSED. We tried to contact them by phone, but the number was inactive. I can only imagine the embarrassment we made on the part of the other diners (luckily, we found a table at another nearby restaurant). It almost deserved a complaint!

Professionalism -0, they have a phone number for show and don't even mention that it's permanently closed. But places like this deserve to close and never reopen. We've had our birthday party twice and twice they've gotten the name on the cake wrong. They're slow and rude and sleep standing up. Professionalism 0

A negative experience, to say the least. I'll start by saying that I've already been to the restaurant in San Mauro at the Panorama shopping center, where I had a great experience. When we walked in with a reservation for six, they didn't even know what table we were supposed to be at, a sign of poor organization. Once we got to our table, we had to wait a good 50 minutes for our drinks and pizza orders, with waiters walking right past us, completely ignoring us. After an hour, the food and drinks began to arrive. We got to dessert, where almost nothing was served, but whatever. After dinner, we went to pay and found ourselves in a line with another 45-minute wait (see photo). Such a wait was inconceivable for a place like this. When I got to the cashier, I asked for a discount due to the numerous inconveniences and total disorganization, and the response was, "At most, I can offer you some bitters," without even a hint of an apology for our dissatisfaction. We definitely won't be returning to this place.

The pizza and desserts were good, but it was a shame about the temperature in the dining room! Twenty-four of us ate, wearing jackets, in a temperature of about 15 degrees Celsius. When we complained about the low temperature, they told us all the air conditioning was on, when in fact half were off. Furthermore, the bathrooms and the children's play area were poorly cleaned and unhygienic.

BAD, BUT BAD EXPERIENCE. 👎 I don't even know how to begin. For a friend's 30th birthday, we decided to meet at this place (yes, it's spacious, but "overcrowded")! We start with the 45-minute wait to order and have two "blondes" delivered to the table 🍺🍺.. We can add that we were asked (rightly) to drink before starting to eat, but what we received was: - bottled water, but no glasses 🤦🏻‍♂️ - 4/5 blondes arrived at the table alone (WHERE THERE WERE 20+ OF US) and then they told us there was no more blonde beer 😱…. But we had red, white, and….. ICHNUSA as substitutes 🤔 (isn't that blonde?!?) oh well. - Let's start with when the pizzas arrive at the table 🍕😋, too bad two plates and some cutlery are missing (because they'd set the table wrong) 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ At a certain point, beers started arriving in water glasses 🍺😱😂, is this a joke?!? The young waitress told me not to worry because the other half glass would be brought to me right away, and that unfortunately they were starting to run low on glasses 🫗😠 But after a couple of minutes, I spot a waiter on the other side of the room bringing some 🍺 to a smaller table. Guess what?!? THE BEER GLASSES ARE BACK 👏🏻 So, harder said than done, we couldn't hold it in and started complaining, highlighting the fact... While the reason was being explained to me, I asked how they manage such a service... and how can someone go to the cashier and count half a glass of 🍺 while the other half never arrived!!! Moral of the story? €€€€ They told me I should have asked for the other half when I'd only finished the first half (photo attached📸) Well, right there, I told myself I'd never set foot in there again. Not me... nor did anyone I knew who would recommend the place to me, the restaurant. N.B. The staff had nothing to do with it, or rather, they weren't to blame for the "general" disorganization of the place. Some tried to apologize, others tried to accommodate us in some way to end this evening, but unfortunately, we won't remember it as a good one. Assessment of 🍕 I wasn't crazy about the dough, but some of the pizzas were really good for their flavor combinations. The desserts were very good and the street food was excellent 👏🏻 I'm sorry, but you deserve to review your entire service.
