This is the best del taco I’ve been too. They make the food the best and when I ask for extra cheese they hook it up lol. Elmira is the sweetest she is very polite and goes above and beyond! Definitely recommend coming here.

Wonderful family like staff team! Super inviting even during drive thru dining. Excellent up to date menu. Food was large portion. Of fresh ingredients. Tasted beyond good. I ordered the beyond taco, which is a non meat option cruelty free entree. Was the best !

Hawthorne and PCH store is clean, great service and the consistent quality you'd expect from Del Taco. Tried the red sauce smothered tamales and they're good, much better than the 2 for 5$ dry ones. Maybe a bit overpriced but still satisfying. Go to Del as much as we can on trips as the closest in Florida is 60 miles away. Hmmm, wait a minute...this one is 2400 miles away! Ooooooops.

Del Taco was my official canteen when working in Torrance 30 years ago. But, sadly no Del Taco can be found in Japan. This time while visiting LA, I had “Chicken Lovers Mucho Meal” which was the “Ideal”Sampler for a Mexican fast food lover. Quesadillas, tacos and rolls tasted much better than those of Taco Bell in Tokyo. Hope Del Taco opens in Tokyo soon!

For a corporate fast food place, it's what you might expect. The place was clean but the staff was really nice. I got food fast and Cindy was awesome.

Cheap and delicious. Their menu recently changed for the better. It has a fresher feel to their options. Also, try their burger. I know its weird getting a burger at a taco place, especiallyn with in and out across the street. But just try it. Its a hidden gem of delicious that nobody knows.

Del Taco is renowned for its efficiency in delivering the customers orders quickly and correctly, and this particular location is no exception. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and if you're headed southbound on Hawthorne Boulevard or westbound on Del Amo it's an easy to get in and out.

Love the food, speed of service at the drive thru. Just wish they would give you your receipt. Can use the receipt to get $1.00 off when you take the survey. Plus you can't confirm you were charged correctly. At other locations I always get a receipt. Trying to save money I guess.

Del Taco isn't fancy, it's junk food but I like it. I like the soft del taco with sour cream and medium spicy sauce. There's a guy who works at the drive thru who is super nice. Usually fast food workers don't care that much, but he's a really nice dude.

Del taco is a great place for a quick cheap bite. This location is pretty good. It gets busy around lunch time for sure. There is a drive through. Bathrooms are outside around the building so that's kinda lame. But always love to hit up the dollar menu at this place. Ranch Chicken rollers are awesome.

Del taco is probably one of my favorite fast food joints. Their tacos are much better than taco Bell in my opinion. They taste fresher and not so fast food ish. The breakfast wraps are pretty darn good and the mini shakes are awesome. Oh and for good measure their crinkle cut fries are pretty darn good. Again this is just my humble opinion.

Customer service seems to have gotten a lot better at this location and they don't seem to be understaffed. Love the habanero crispy chicken taco for $2 it's a great deal and reminds me of the McDonald's snack wrap with some extra spice.

You know what to expect when you come to a Del Taco. Its good cheap food better than Taco Bell. Their new burritos are pretty epic. Try the one with steak and shrimp in it. Parking is adequate Drive Thru is great.

There're usually only a couple of things I order from Del Taco. The usual go-to being Fish Tacos. And of course the Shrimp Tacos when they're in season. They do occasionally screw up my order by putting in tomatoes and I specifically asked for no tomatoes. Or they'll forget the lime. But since I always get it to go, there's not much that can be done by the time I get home. The other item I usually order being the Thursday specials for 3 chicken soft tacos. These seem to be hit-or-miss. Sometimes they forget the sauce, other times I get burnt chicken. Or in my bag of 6, I'll have 1 or 2 that hardly have any chicken. There's no consistency here except that they're consistently inconsistent.

Went through drive through and order was correct and food was fine but it took about 30 minutes to get to the window with only about five cars in front of us when we got there and even then we were asked to park and wait some more for some of our food.

I haven't been to del taco for many years. I finally decided to go and try the new beyond 8 layer burrito. Granted, it was tasty, but for the life of me I could not find any "beyond meat". Go figure...

I ordered the 2 for $4 Chicken Street Tacos and a small Coke no ice. The street tacos were smothered in a red sauce that was too spicy for me. Street Tacos should have onions and maybe some cilantro. I have had street tacos for 40 years from all over the Southwest and Northern Mexico and they were never smothered. I will stick to the avocado bowls next time.

It's okay food in a pinch if you're craving something that mimics Mexican food. Overall though, I feel like Del Taco is the slow and easy introduction to "Mexican" food for people unfamiliar with the more flavourful traditional and regional Mexican cuisine.

Their Mexican chopped chicken salad is very good. Their outdoor-access all-gender token-required restroom is not so good. It's hot, has no ventilation, and there are no paper towels. So if you don't bring your own, your hands will be even dirtier after washing your hands (from turning the vacancy sign, unlocking the bathroom door, and opening the restaurant door) before you have a chance to start on your first taco. Still, it was actually pretty clean...and their tacos aren't so bad. It's a shame they no longer keep the napkins out in the dining room though. Update: Not sure what happened here, but the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. And the last time I got what used to be my favorite salad, it was not good at all. This time, all I ordered were two mini strawberry shakes, it took six minutes. There was no one after me and the cashier who prepared the shakes was soooo slow.

It's either a hit or a miss. Most of the time it's a miss. Sometimes the rice is just right or it's microwaved til it's a little crunchy. They use almost week old chopped onions or tomatoes for any food items that has them late. Also dry stale black beans. Like why have this Del Taco spot open 24hrs if they're gonna do a crappy and incredibly lazy job making food for us. 😕

I've been to this location three times. Each time the person taking the drive through orders didn't understand how to process the orders. One time I was incorrectly charged a higher amount after using a coupon. Two times they forgot my fries with my combo. Once they actually switched people while I was ordering because the first person didn't know how to enter a combo into the system. Only gave two stars because the food is semi consistent with other del tacos (as long as the food is included in the bag). But it is very obvious the people here didn't qualify for the In N Out across the street. Avoid the drive through.

I didn't go inside, but the Drive-Thur, is horrible to get in. Other car's, are coming in from different directions, causing delays, blockage, people cursing at you, because it's difficult to get in and out. The only reason I stayed and put up with it, was because, I was very hungry. They, really scamp on the food they give you, and you have to pay for extras. I don't go to them to much, because, there always seems to be a problem. So I don't like going to this location, because the wait is lonnnnnng.

It’s a Del Taco, can’t really go wrong for the price. But wow this was the slowest Del Taco I have been through. 3 cars a before me when I pulled in and I have been here 15 mins. Only two cars to go. My Uber eats driver from the other night was an hour late and he said it also took this Del Taco a long time. 18 one more car before me. 28 mins for 4 cars to get Del Taco. Well after all of this, they still got the order wrong after repeating it correctly. Twice.

One customer seated when I walked in. I was the only customer at the counter. The place was not busy at all. Purchased coffee with my meal. I had to remind the cashier twice and he just ignored me. I ate my food without coffee and left.

Never had a wrong order but the staff is so rude and unbecoming. I almost tend to avoid this place because the drive thru experience is always stressful and I feel like I can never finish my order without being rushed. If there was any Del Taco closer to home I'd never go here again.

I think I'll take a break from DelTaco for sometime.

The menu is great and tasty but I have to rate the new beyond burger taco. It does not taste very good at all. I have worked with the beyond burger product and even enjoy Carl’s Jr. version. Del’s sauce with the beyond burger makes it taste like a soy burger with poor seasoning. A jack in the box taco is more flavorful. Make a better taco sauce cooked with the beyond burger and you may have a winner. Keep trying because I will eat the beyond burger products.

This Del Taco is managed by a Mexican Female who is beyond racist! I witnessed this myself as I was ordering food one day. There was a red headed teenager working there with an all Mexican crew. They were making racial slurs directed at this boy and the Manager was laughing as well. Really a sad situation. If this kid smart, he would have filed discrimination charges against this restaurant and maybe he could get some kind of justice. This type of behavior is ignorant and should not be tolerated. We ordered 12 tacos with guacamole, a drink, and hot sauce. We got 10 tacos with hardly any meat, lettuce, or cheese and no guacamole. There was also no hot sauce. At least the drink was okay.

But alas', I've been back and it was of course a huge mistake. Today (12-3-2014) I purchased a vegi burrito and a large fries. No drink, since I at least got smart enough to stop drinking artificially colored, carbonated corn syrup...a certain ticket to acquiring yourself diabetes. Anyway...I digress. This is how it went: The vegi burrito's main ingredients were all slothed into the bottom of the burrito with the starting end full of ice berg lettus and a smidgen of scattered cheese here and there. Also...I actually HATE fast food tortillas anyway. Del Taco's, Taco Bell's etc. Yuck! O.K., the large order of fries (eyes bigger than stomach...that's a major problem with why us Americans are so obese...yes, last year, my doctor told me that I was now officially in the category of the Obese! Since then, I've lost eighteen pounds and still taking them off...if not slowly) had to be the WORST container of fries I have ever had the displeasure of picking through to actually find one that was edible. They were over-cooked, stale, dry and totally worthless. Why...I wouldn't even offer them to a seagull or a pigeon or a begging sparrow. I ended up not eating them at all. Fast food is NOT convenient! It's a ticket to an early grave...that is what it is. I will NEVER eat there ever again...that means ANY fast food joints of any kind. I was in a hurry and fell for the old fast food driveway. Not smart. Trader Joe's was only half a block away. I would have been better off grabbing one of their single serving salads. Much healthier. The drive-thru clerk tried to take my cash and leave money on the gift card. And then the store manager Marina refused to cash out the gift card as is legally required. I'm not sure for what reason they left $0.35 on the gift card, but I won't be using it here.

I usually dont give bad reviews but first time i ordered from here they would not allow 2 seperate orders via drive thru. so i decided to try again and walked in months later from first visit. i had ordered their impossible guac burrito and tried their egg and cheese wrap snack they had. My coworker had also ordered though his was more and they forgot one of his tacos and for myself they gave me a normal asada burrito. sadly i think it was due to the cashiers english because i had also mentioned to her in spanish that i want impossible meat burrito and pointed and still got a regular carne asada burrito. sadly never going back. I hope they fix issues soon as i remember long ago they were very delicious foods with great precise customer service.

The fries were cold, taco shell was stale the entire meal was terrible my companion had a tostada not appetizing at all we will not be going back there.. not all del tacos are that bad. Just tried to use my EBT card here, because they told me over the phone prior to coming in that they accept it inside (not the drive thru). So I show up, try to use my card and it kept getting declined. I have zero cash benefits on the card right now, but close to $1,000 in food benefits. I think they either don't actually accept EBT or they were trying to charge me cash on the card. Kind of fishy. I come to this place all the time and I've heard about the workers doing some sketchy things in the past. I just left and canceled my order, because I didn't want to risk using my actual credit card there. I don't trust them

I have gave this location too many chances and the management doesnt seem to care. I gave them my last chance last night. I ordered 2 cheddar quesadillas and they were not melted at all. I went to the drive thru for these because I was ready to get home and eat. I would understand if they were busy. But they weren't I was the only car. Hopefully things will change.... But I doubt it.

Sat in drive through over 25 minutes...before ordering. Completely blocked in. No choice but to stay. The manager here is a joke. I placed an order and he knowingly gave me the wrong ingredients. When I returned the food. Without hesitation, I didnt even say anything. He said he would remake them. The worker then said I guess it didnt work. Why didnt they just correct it from the start? I get it, it’s late, they’re closing soon, but I have never had a worse experience with deluxe chili cheese fries at any location ever. The fries were cold. The chili was cold. No burger, cold fries, and we’ve been calling for an hour and no one answers the phone. Plenty of good workers need a job. Apparently, thy don’t check the orders or just don’t care. So check your order before u leave.

Don't like to create any negativity. What is happening to and with the customer service. It's been very disappointing. Especially on the weekends and evenings. Long waits. Unorganized, unprepared. Possibly one of the worst customer service drive-thru experiences I've had. First, for me to waste time and leave a 1 star negative review, it means that I hated this place enough for me to do this. I pulled up to the window, sat there for almost a minute, silence, before a guy goes... "CAN I HELP YOU?" with a very rude tone of voice. Not, "Hello". Not, "Welcome to Del Taco", just simply rude and unprofessional. Luckily there was no one behind me, so I put my car on reverse, and I took off. I left, never to return here again.

Friendly service. Affordable, tasty food. Unfortunately today on a Saturday morning at 9.30 the dining room was locked. So, if you are not driving through the drive through you cannot be served. I am so confused.

Do not use drive through. 5 cars ahead of us at 515. Got food at 540. Craziness. Food was normal, just not worth the insane wait.

Try to come before work to grab food. Says it open 24hrs. Cashier/cook saw me at 6am . When to go hide when I try to order my food

Sign and Google say they open 7:00 am. They are not open at 7:10 am. People are in the store, but they don’t even acknowledge me, as if I’m mistaken because they can’t get their store open on time. I’m busy and don’t have time to wait around.
