Teriyaki Madness

Great Teriyaki restaurant! You can taste the difference in how the food was prepared. Meat had a great sear, and the vegetables were tasty and still crisp. Regular size bowl is a big portion...I ate twice from that one bowl.

I previously lived in Las Vegas where I visited this chain frequently. I was excited to see the Torrance location opening. I attended the grand opening, but waited until my second visit to review. My first order was the spicy chicken with fried rice. My second (11/4/2024) visit was for the orange chicken and noodles. Both experiences were great. Service was warm, inviting and swift. The food quality was great! It was consistent with my memory of visiting in Vegas.

Placed an order for pick up, 2 bowls and an egg roll. Frustrating, got home and no egg roll. We all know mistakes happen, and its the resolve that counts. Called and spoke to Mgr. who offered to have one delivered to my house. 15-20 minutes later 2 egg rolls and a coupon were delivered to my door. This Mgr. , Leading by example, demonstrated the value of customer service to her employees. She fixed the problem and kept me and my family as loyal customers.

This place is a great place to eat worth the cost. The food was fresh, tasty, flavorful, the temperature was hot and juicy. I received excellent customer service. Justin is a customer service all star very inviting and pleasant He also offered me the combo of which I’m glad I ordered great deal and very delish.

I went around 7:45pm today a girl was a cashier she stopped what she was doing to help me to be honest i have never seen this before and she was excellent im very impressed she went over my order and helped me with my points very polite..after i was waiting for a few minutes she continued on what she was doing and when my order came out she got it done quickly im very impressed im definitely coming back.

We love the fresh food and variety they offer! Employees go above and beyond to make your dining experience positive.

I had an amazing experience at Teriyaki Madness in Torrance! From the moment I walked in, the service was fast and friendly. The staff was welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I also love the variety of options on the menu, catering to all tastes. The place was clean and well-organized, Highly recommend Teriyaki Madness for anyone looking for great fast food with excellent service! I’ll definitely be back.

I went to the grand opening and this restaurant is awesome!! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, they have healthy options (veggies, brown rice, etc.). I really liked the orange chicken - super crispy and flavorful. I'll definitely come again when I'm in the area.

Awesome first experience here! Ordered carry out online w/ apple pay and our order was ready quickly (10 minutes). The staff were friendly when I arrived and the food was delicious. I ordered the $4 side of noodles and it was large enough for an entree. My two boys split a regular chicken bowl with full broccoli and for $12 they are fed and happy. Super easy and affordable weeknight dinner. We’ll be back!

The chicken was okay as well as the noodles and veggies. This is the South Bay area where we have a lot of Asian restaurants that offer the same types of food that are better. However, for something quick and possibly less pricey, give it a go. Service was great, the employees taking orders were friendly and attentive. They gave suggestions when asked and had smiles on their faces. There were a lot of workers in the cook area and they were bustling to get the orders out. There were a few tables inside as well as outside, it looked as if the majority of the people were taking their orders to go. I may come back to try the other dishes. With the food, it was good and tasty, but the reason I dropped it a star is that is nothing to be impressed by. It does the job filling up your stomach, but its incredibly simple. The added spice is nice to add some variety, but there isn't much to throw any wow factor. There are definitely better or equal options nearby so although its not personally my favorite, I would come back eventually. The prices are okay and the portions are large so value wise its not the worst.

TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE I understand that this place is BRAND NEW. But MAN get your act together. I order my food and I am told that it will be ready in 20-25 minutes which I have NO issue with. However, I notice that the kitchen places an order and says in a low voice that an order "is ready". The problem is, there's nobody there. A big line starts to come in and I notice that the cashier comes around from the other side of the kitchen to attend the line. Completely IGNORING the food that was already placed to get bagged (mine and the gentleman next to me) so I'm thinking okay, I get it, they're busy. Then the phone rings and another guy comes from out of nowhere to answer it. So 10 minutes pass by, both cashier are busy, my food is sitting there cold, WHATEVER. THEN the guy finishes his phone call and starts to mess with the computer COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FOOD READY TO GET BAGGED. I get FED up and I say something with attitude. The gentleman next to me THANKS ME for saying something. I wanted to write this review there but figured I'd wait until I taste the food. And I'll say, the chicken teriyaki is pretty good, actually REALLY good. The problem is that this place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food: 8.5/10 Service: ZERO/10 Please fix this place management, this FIRST experience is TERRIBLE. Word of mouth really sucks, and I know FOR A FACT that I wasn't the only one disappointed today.

There was no one at the counter when I ordered initially but it looked like they were all in the kitchen working. No knock on that. I ordered a reg salmon bowl, reg orange chicken bowl, pot stickers, crab rangoons, and edamame. The host said it would be awhile as they had other orders but no time given. I'm guessing it was online orders bc it was empty. Waited about 25 minutes which seemed excessive. The sides were decent so kudos to that. The bowls were the biggest issue for me. The salmon was maybe a 4oz tops and came with about 3 cups of rice. Plus the salmon tasted like chicken. The orange chicken was maybe a half a cup of chicken to the same 3 cups of rice. Ratio was really off and didn't feel it was worth. I feel like Panda across the street wouldn't been a better taste/value. Unfortunately won't be coming back again. Wouldn't recommend.

The place only had one person working the register and two cooks. It’s disturbing how they are running a food place with this short staff. Someone needs to go and check on how they’re running the place. I recommend you skip this place in case you want to wait.

I don’t write bad reviews but this place is absolutely disgusting. Soggy veggies and super salty fried rice. The chicken is decent but man jusy go to rascals down the street and you’ll get a better value and taste
