Came to grab dinner on a Saturday and enjoyed the experience. Amicable staff, ambiance with sports games was nice. Food was consistent with other restaurants, well prepped. Fries were a bit too greasy but the Cali burger (on requested sourdough), soup and chicken were great. Beer flight of BJ brews were also good. Clean establishment. Plenty of parking at the mall parking lots.

I came to celebrate a birthday and I must say Mia the bartender can make a mean hurricane martini. Kudos to Mia. I haven’t one that tastes that good since my last visit to NOLO. Rogelio was our server. The blackened salmon Cesar salad was delicious and perfect portion of serving. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean but door to the storage room in the women’s bathroom was open and if a guest is not paying attention, she could get serious hurt. I truly enjoyed the music while . The birthday girl enjoyed her birthday Pizookie. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check the knives, forks and plates. Each of us had to ask for clean silverware and plates. It’s sad that someone rolled the dirty silverware into cloth napkins.

Not my first choice for a meal, but this is the preferred spot by my family so I go along with it. This time the food was worse than usual though. The ribeye steak was unbearably salty to the point it was hard to swallow. My mother noted the same thing about her prime rib. The asparagus was dry and unappetizing, and the steamed broccoli I ordered had some suspicious brown spots on a few florets. My decaf coffee was sour (not bitter - sour), and my sister noted the same thing for her coffee. They brewed some more decaf fresh and it tasted normal, so they definitely just let a batch go sour. I usually have a couple issues with the food here each time I visit, but this time the whole meal was subpar. The service was decent with a friendly waiter. We were seated quickly because a bar booth opened up. I'll probably recommend to my family to try another restaurant next time. Or just cook at home.

so me and my friends got there at like 3:40pm we got sat right away which was great, then when we ordered our drinks mine took a while to come out not sure if its bc it was a special drink, but then our appetizer took forever to come out, it came at 4:28 almost a whole hour of being there but it was delicious and then our food got there at 4:43 me and my friend got the ribeye and it was honestly more fat than actual steak and i ordered mine Medium, it tasted really chewy and when i usually get medium steak its soft and melts in ur mouth so not sure what happened here, but my sweet potato fries were good, ended up leaving at 5:20pm

I order two appetizers to start and somehow were the last things that came to the table. No utensils were given or left on table even after the food came out. only until I asked the server for it. The place looks good but careful with what you order. Calamari really salty and baby back ribs were good but sides were terrible, asparagus 0/10 dried as a bone and paying extra for onions ribs you would think it’s going to be good but nope 1/10.

Poor table service for dinner. While the food was great, our female server was extremely inattentive (i.e. we waited a significant time on refills and had to eventually ask, not checking on our table, and avoiding our table when a food order issue occured). Our server brought the incorrect pizza, and after a few minutes we got her attention to the issue. After ten minutes and three passes near past our table, she said another waiter took our pizza, and it would be remade. We waited an additional 30ish minutes for the correct pizza. To her credit, she offered another appetizer. However, on our bill, no food price was taken off for the issues. Ultimately, we were very unpleased with our experience and believe better customer service practices should be implemented.

I didn’t get the waiters name but she has cooper hair with two braids in 1/7/26 I came for the first time the food was great but the service was horrible I asked for garlic bread with my waiter as well as ketchup and was waiting to ask for a dessert. She didn’t check up on up not once. We had to keep stopping her and then she wouldn’t even bring the items. So not only don’t get my garlic breads to eat with my pasta but I didn’t get ketchup for my fries on the side after asking twice and we had to pay by the QR code to finally leave, leaving without being able to order for dessert. Horrible service.

This review is for an online pick up order. I am a huge fan of the Sriracha Brussels. I ordered some and when my husband came home, the Brussels were DRY!!! We got no sauce, only fried Brussels. It was very disappointing!! This expirence has discouragedme from orderingon-line. I trusted all my items to be in the bag and they were not.

We were a party of fivewe waited an hour and a half for fdeserts and water.The waiter took our order served the water took our silverware and napkins and we did not see him again for another hour. He never stopped back to see if we needed anymore water or update us on the status of our order. When the orders came out I had asked for my ice cream to be served on the side as my wife and I were sharing the desert. It came out on top of the warm cookie so I had melted ice cream on my portion. Because the ice cream was on a warm cookie it was melting and dripped on my wife’s dress as she tried to eat it. We had no napkins to wipe up the mess. After we asked for some napkins he threw some on the table. While we were eating he slipped the check on the table never asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. This is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. Needless to say we or our family will never be eating here again

I visited BJ’s Brewery and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. Our server started out great—she greeted us, took our order promptly, and checked in once our food arrived. When we asked for a few simple items, everything changed. It took another 15 minutes for her to bring back what we requested. One person in our group ordered a burger and didn’t even receive ketchup, and when we followed up, the server seemed irritated that we asked. After that, the service completely fell apart. She never returned to our table on her own. We had to look for her just to get napkins and drink refills, and most of the time, she was nowhere to be found. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, like we were inconveniencing her just by asking for basic things. Overall, the food was fine, but the service made the visit feel exhausting. I left feeling more stressed than relaxed—almost like we were being held hostage at our own table. I truly hope management addresses the service issues so future guests have a better experience. This happened on November 16 at about 2:20 PM and we didn’t leave the restaurant Until like 4:30. We were a party of seven and we were there for my mom‘s birthday, but the overall experience was pretty bad because the server would disappear.

My son wanted to go here for his 18th birthday. We arrived at 9:02 p.m.. My daughter informed the worker at the counter that we were a group of 12. She looked at us and she right away informed us it would be a 2 hour wait. My daughter then asked her if she was sure. She then turned around and made eye contact with her manager and repeated it would be a two hour wait time for 12, right? The manager confirmed with a yes. We were going to wait because that's what my son wanted that but we were all uncomfortable . We have never felt that way in any other restaurant we have been for. Uncomfortable, unprofessional, unwelcomed.

Will never visit this location again. Waitress didn't follow up with us, there was only 2 of us. Ordered appetizers and meal choice, one appetizer came out, we had to ask for the 2nd one which took 15 minutes after asking. We asked for napkins and she brought us three and said there were no more in the dispensary and that was all she had. One entree comes out 20 minutes later, the other 10 minutes after that. We had to ASK for our food each time. My burger was the 2nd entree that came out way later, and my burger was raw when I bit into it. Had to flag down the waitress, who took it back to the kitchen. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes, waitress is at the bar chatting it up. Waved over the manager who appeared skeptical upon approaching and asked him if he could please get my food from the kitchen because I was hungry. I just wanted my food. He went to the kitchen and brought my food immediately, which let me know it was ready for pick up. We were there for 2 hours. For 2 appetizers and 2 burgers.....we didn't even order drinks, only water. The staff here needs some serious training in customer service, and hospitality. My cousin loved her brisket burger, however I didn't enjoy my food, nor did I enjoy my experience at this BJ'S. By the way, the bathrooms were disgusting. Just like the floors in the restaurant. Will not be back EVER.

Do not order take out here! I paid $45 for this small soup that wasn’t even filled up all the way. Mozzarellas with one tiny sauce of marinara. And my soda was flat! If you do eat here make sure you’re dining in so you could complain at the place and hopefully get your order corrected.
