Trying In-N-Out for the first time, it was such a good pleasant experience fast service great customer service and the food quality is pretty decent for fast food chain ,I recommend the 4 x 4 it’s from the secret menu is extremely delicious it’s for patties and if your meat lover this is a great option make sure you take it vantage of the pepper it’s amazing kind of spicy

First time eating at an In-N-Out Burger ... saw crazy lineups outside every single In-N-Out drive thru that we drove by while visiting and thought that we had to see what all the fuss was about ... the fries were extremely fresh, the staff was very friendly and the burgers were really tasty !!! The simple menu was surprising for a place with such a crazy lineup, but I guess that allows it to come out fast and fresh ... we saw some things people had that weren't on the menu, so we think there might be some kinda secret menu we were unaware of as visitors, so maybe some research before our next visit will help with that...

My favorite place to eat! Cheap but delicous! One of the workers got my order wrong. He seemed new and overpriced my order. We got a refund for the extra I paid and a nice young woman brought me my food and apologized. The workers are kind and patient too.

Having moved to Southern California from the Pacific Northwest a couple of years ago, I tried In-N-Out right away based on its popularity. That first experience was great! I've been to several locations all around Southern California over the past couple of years and it has been almost exactly the same great experience every time. We enjoy this particular location for a kid friendly comfort food dinner after a day at Torrance Beach with a group of friends. Pro Tips: Don't use the drive thru! Dining in is the far better option for several reasons. - Faster service. You get your order much much faster than waiting in the drive thru line. - Free refills on drinks. They give you an empty cup and you get your own drink from the soda machine. They don't care if you just go back to the machine and get a refill. That is at least a two for one value. - Personally customized drinks. You can choose your own combinations and ratios. My wife and I recently discovered the Lemon Up. Part lemonade and part Seven Up. So refreshing! - Better eating experience. Clean tables, open access to as many condiments and napkins as you need, and a restroom to wash your hands if your burger was messy. - Save money and time. No wasting time and gas idling in the drive thru line. Try ordering a Double Double, Animal Style, add whole grilled onion and chopped chilies. - I call it my perfect burger order. I love it so much I don't know if I'll ever order anything else again. Order fries Light Well. - They take some of the regular fries and give them a few more seconds in the fryer. The fries come out hot and crispy. Thats a big improvement over their much maligned standard fries. So, do yourself a favor, forget the national chains and give this regional cheeseburger institution a try soon!

In-n-out is Always I great place to eat. Burgers are al a Always freshly made and the fries. If I had to complain about something is the don't ever had a great fountain drink. They never really have enough carbonation. Most of the time the drinks are flat. I wish I could get payed to go around all the in-n-outs testing the quality and performance of the team lol.

Let's talk about something I get nearly everytime I'm in the west coast - the double double animal style from @innout. Why is this meal so good? A breakdown below: 1. Meat: idk what it is but the meat in n out uses is really good, feels fresh and high quality (can't confirm if it is) 2. The Animal style: the first time I had in n out honestly I wasn't impressed and it was because I didn't get it animal style, the diced grilled onions and animal sauce add tons of flavor and what takes it over the top 3. The cost: this double double pretty much no matter where you are is ~$4, can you believe that? In Los Angeles and San Francisco this seems impossible Bonus: neopolitan milkshake is so rich and creamy, skip fries and get the shake you will not regret it @el_sheldon thanks for teaching me the right order here. I love this In-N-Out because of the parking. There is a good amount of parking and you're not circling the parking lot waiting for a spot. The food is always good and hot when it's served to you. Never had any problems at any location for this franchise. 3X3 with extra whole grilled onion is my go to! With a side of animals fries with just spread and grilled onion. The toppings are free on the fries so don't be afraid to add a little extra to your fries 😉

All smiles met me at this happy place with the freshest burgers in town. I visit from the east coast and a must is to have my double double! Staff was happy and looked to be enjoying their shift while they made my food. Affordable, never frozen and pretty fast. I’ll keep coming back.

Best burger, fries and milk shakes at a reasonable price here. No extra cost to order your burger animal style but it costs more for animal fries. There's no cost saving if you order the set menu. It's quite crowded during the weekend and there's a long queue at the drive-through the whole day during the weekend. There are some outdoor tables and seats too. You can also ask for tap water cup if you don't want any of the sugary drinks.

For any in-N-Out location, the burgers are great. It's all about the strategic organization of the drive-thru lines. And the synchronization of the order takers to keep traffic moving. How well are they organized to keep traffic flowing smoothly and quickly. Does it move along, or does it constrict traffic flow out on the street? This particular In-N-Out has poor traffic flow. There was only one order taker, and it was slow! Took 45 min to get In-N-Out, so to speak. So if you're in a hurry to get your food in-N-Out, this location does not live up to its name.

Clean, hassle free, muzak free environment. it's great if your income is near zero. And in moments of relaxation you may even look up the scripture verses hidden on packaging and get your soul filled as well as your belly. Five stars it'd be if it were free.

I've Worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. Places like In-N-Out blow by my mind. I know what goes into it and they pull it off everyday. How many 50 pound boxes of potatoes do they go thru inü a day?! Do they get pickles in 55 gallon drums? I have only ordered 5 gallon buckets of pickles. Those last me almost a week. They probably go thru that during lunch. On a slow day!!! The logistics and show they put on everyday....... 5 stars!!!!! They forgot our animal fries and there were some interesting mods on the burgers that we didn't ask for. Food...... 4 stars!!!! Atomosphere..... 5 stars!!!! I mean come on it's In n Out. No place like it!

We had a large carry out order for 8 and it was turned around very quickly. Service was super friendly and courteous. Fries were a little not crispy however fresh and tasty. Always a good experience with In-N-Out and decently priced at that. You’re looking at ~$15 for a double-double meal, which isn’t bad given the inflation we are seeing and the quality of burger you’re getting. This location in particular is very clean and well maintained, but is it ever busy! It’s close to high schools, malls, and hotels. The drive thru is constantly packed. I ordered a double-double inside at around 7pm and didn’t get my meal until 7:30pm, just to give you a reference on wait times. However, good things come to those who wait, and it was still an absolutely delicious burger.

A busy Thursday night, the service was decent; about 10 minute wait for my food while inside. The flavor of the burger was decent; went animal style on it along with a shake; don't forget to ask for the sauce for the fries. Made order today at 10:14pm. Staff ignored orders that was lying on counter, no calls at all ended up waiting too long to grab our order while it was lying in front of us. Cold food isn't good. disappointed. i have never been to a In and Out with rude workers. our cashier who seemed like a young teenage girl was so rude for absolutely no reason. we ordered the #1 combo which comes with a drink, but we didn’t receive one. we kindly asked for the drink and she was super rude about it. she goes “i gave you one” when the only drink we received was the pink lemonade that we purchased SEPARATELY. we asked for our again drink and then she finally gives another pink lemonade (she didnt even ask what drink we wanted) . she gave it in such a rude manner. i understand it was a hot day and things can be rough, but how on earth are you gonna be so rude while not being able to do your job correctly. she could have been way nicer about the situation.
