Great sandwiches! For manly meal. Philly cheese steak is good, meat ball sandwich is awesome 👌 and pastrami ain't bad. It's not greasy compare to other pastrami I've eaten from. Great place to have a munchies 😋

Love it here! My boyfriend and I come here all the time. We are creatures of habit though and always order the same things, but it never disappoints. The garlic fries are my favorite! We live locally and this is our go-to whenever we want a bite, but can't decide, so we always head to Big Mike's.

Hot pastrami and philly cheesesteak were amazing

This place makes a legit Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection . friendly and helpful wait staff. Not a fancy "sit down" place, but they have chairs and you can sit inside and eat. Great sandwiches at a good value.

My diet off 🍞 bread went right out the window. No regrets. I didn't order cheese and it didn't lack flavor one bit. Im going back and getting the loyalty card. I can order it again and skip the bread and cheese and I know it'll still be really good with the meat and veggies.

Staff is always upbeat and energized, especially when it comes to explaining what their favorite choices are on the menu. I was offered a free sample of the Garlic Fries, but after trying the Fries with Cheese & Bacon that'll be my go to. The Philly Cheese Steak is also my favorite item. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Big Mike’s did not disappoint. I ate the large cold prosciutto and turkey sub with all the fixings except tomatoes. Whatever else they put on it was absolutely amazing and mouthwatering to think about even a few days later as I write this.

The hustle and care put in by every member of this exquisite team really shows in the excellent meals. The fries are honestly priced (a dollar less than McDonald's large) and come in a variety of flavors, always fresh. The sandwiches are great and everyone in the group would recommend and return without question.

My 1st time trying the subs at this place. I ordered The Philly Steak 6" sub and it was incredibly tasty, filling and satisfying. You can taste the high quality incredients; nothing processed or synthetic.

I don't even like pastrami sandwiches and I'm serious that was the best pastrami sandwich I'm leaving this review for someone who just bought a pastrami sandwich and I had a couple bites this pastrami was so tender easily melt in your mouth not greasy the bread was a perfect complement to it with the little pickles and mustard I mean just honestly so easy to eat deliciousness for sure ask for Carla she makes a bomb sandwich

This is a great spot for philly cheesesteaks. Owners are from Philly and have tons of Philly gear on display at both locations. I like that they have all the variety of cheesesteaks you would expect to find in Philly (traditional, chicken, even pizza steak!) The sandwiches themselves were great and I like how garlicky the garlic fried can be but it's hard to keep well if it's done via delivery. Best to have it piping hot and fresh! The staff is nice and the orders came realtively quick. The prices are very reasonable. I'd want to come back to try the Italian sandwiches and other items they have! Both places are a tad bit small so you might have to find space somewhere else to eat especially during busy times.

Really great sandwich shop that I have loved ever since I first ate their. I have always been completely satisfied by the quality and taste of the food. I just really wish that they were available in more locations, other than the one I know of in Torrance. Good place to stop by on lunch break or if you are looking to try a new food place.

Perfect place for very good sandwiches. The service is usually attentive and the restaurant is clean. My favorite sandwich is the NONO cheese steak which has a pleasant afterburn from the delicious FLAME SAUCE. The menu is fairly extensive with cold cut submarine sandwiches, tasty hot dogs and hamburgers and, of course, their Philly cheese steaks which are also available with chicken. BIG MIKES is worth the stop.

Solid Philly cheese steak. I mean not OG to Philly, but for Redondo it's a great choice and is packed with authentic flavors. I took a star away because I'm a fan of perfect bread. Other than that, the staff were kind and fast atmosphere was cool, just average. Great place for a hot sub though!

Very good but it’s almost $20 for a 12’ sub with NOTHING ELSE. That feels like such a crime for a deli sandwich? I know this is LA and I know inflation is crazy but $17.30 out the door for a tuna sub with no side is really wild. Esp in this part of town too. :( great place tho

They did their best? Not in my opinion. Save your time save your money Jersey Mike's is better. Way overpriced for what they delivered! A big fluffy roll, not much inside...

Ok, so I was a HUGE fan of Big Mike's when it used to be in Hermosa Beach years ago. Something in the recipe changed, may it was too much salt but I can only give you a 3/5 for now. I'll keep trying as I'm hoping the Old Skool Big Mike's makes a comeback.

It’s just like a dive bar just dive restaurant. That’s not a bad thing! I ordered the steak and cheese, it’s decent. I would eat again if I was in the area but I wouldn’t make a special trip. For $18 for a large should be better for the money but that’s California for you.

Ordered take out - 2 basic sandwiches Got to the restaurant 20 minutes after we placed the pick up order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the sandwich The sandwiches are fine, but not worth the chaos and long wait. I would not visit again, and would recommend finding food elsewhere

Our order was: 2 Philly cheese steak (1 /w extra meat and extra cheese) and a Hot Pastrami w/extra mustard, no swiss and 2 orders of fries. We sat and waited for 40 minutes. Watched ppl come and go, assuming they had ordered on line. After 40 minutes we went up to the counter and asked where our food was and low and behold!! It's sitting right in front of him on the counter. When we asked him how long it had been sitting there? He looked at us dumb founded. The lack of organization and communication REALLY needs help! I WONT BE SPENDING $50 FOR COLD SANDWHICHES AND COLD, LIMP , GREASY FRIES AGAIN THATS FOR SURE

I will not be supporting Big Mike's in Redondo Beach with my business anymore!!! I will not support a business that does not care about i's customers. The owner of Big Mike's in Redondo Beach decided not to post anything online about them closing today, Saturday at 4pm...that's 5 hours EARLIER than normal (9pm). The owner must Not care about sales or customer service.

Orders in the past have been good but the last few times have my husband and I thinking we might need to find a new place for sandwiches. My husband was bummed out to find they no longer sell 18 inch anymore....the last few times we ordered the hot pastrami we were not happy customers. The sandwich was loaded only halfway with meat leaving the bottom half just bread.....another time ordered pastrami with everything and no mustard and the pastrami was incredibly salty like it was dipped in salt couldn't taste the flavor of the meat at all was over powered by salt which made the sandwich super dry and that made us super disappointed.

Horrible customer service and rude. I ordered a pastrami and fries sandwich and 4 people got their food before me and had ordered AFTER me. Seemed like the lady cooking didn’t know what she was doing. Then I noticed my sandwich was on the counter waiting for the fries to finish cooking. So the sandwich was sitting getting cold. Then the “cook” started poking other meats cause she wasn’t sure if they were cooked. Takes the uncooked fries out of fryer and put them on sandwich only to realize they aren’t cooked and now grand the fries and throws them back in the fryer. At this point I’ve already waited 20 minutes for my sandwich I demanded my money back. These workers had to idea on how to clam the situation, or give any apology. They acted like it was MY fault. The manger wasn’t there either. Mickey Mouse operation. Don’t go. Good can’t be that good either

I have been going to Big Mike's for many, many years. My son loves their steak and cheese. Sadly, their service is now horrible. The male who works the cashier from time to time is extremely rude. Highly recommend avoiding Big Mike's. We will never order from them again. Happy to pay $12 for a steak and cheese but, please be nice to customers especially local long-time customers that come there often. Cannot be rude to customers and expect them to return.

Good food but service is absolutely terrible. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I place an order online (so I can skip the line as they promote). My pickup time is scheduled 20 minutes later and when I arrive I am told my food will be ready in a few minutes. It took an extra 20 minutes for my subs and salads. The most upsetting part was 5 minutes after I was told a few minutes, 5 kids came in to order food. They were all served before I was. The service here needs major improvement. If you use their online order just expect to not show up until 20-30 min after the time they say you can pickup your food.

Ask for fries and didn't get them, wasn't gonna wait around for them either. But on your menu. It's $13 for a combo, so I got cheated or you haven't updated you menu.
