I loved the service provided by Chris, the cashier. And whoever did the cooking made our chicken bites to perfection. They were delivered hot and delicious. The strawberry shake was spot on as well. The location was easily accessible and very clean. Good vibe. Great music. Chris was so welcoming and professional. Thank you!

I was passing through with some friends and we decided to stop at shake shake. All I can is we will all be coming back because of Jordan. He was incredibly nice, and went out of his way smiling and making us feel acknowledged. I asked for some sauce and he brought 3 of each for all of us, absolute legend. Genuinely mean it when I say we’re only coming back because of his good vibes, Jordan all the best with life brother !

I went when this location had its soft opening and the service was top notch. Super attentive and kind staff. Quality of food was great as always

It was my first time eating shake shake. This location opened a few months ago and my first time experience was great!! I live about 5 minutes from here and I will definitely be coming back with my family. Chris brought our order fast and provided a great service. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I love the friendly people that work here…. I had two different people come up and ask me for a refill on my drinks and asked how everything is going.

This was my second visit. The guy at the register was very helpful, & answered all our questions with a friendly smile on his face. Thanks to him our experience there was very pleasant.

Dion and Milton went above and beyond to help and explain the menu options. I was excited to purchase and try multiple menu items. For my first Shake Shack experience, I’m in love with the food taste, quality and awesome customer service. I will definitely come back to this store and other locations as well.

This was my first time at a shake shack. I must say this burger was superior to any that I have had including in and out. The staff was super cool super helpful personable and the atmosphere I commented to my daughter was probably the cleanest I've ever seen a restaurant I give this a five star a+ rating

I first visited around grand opening week! Since then, I've dined in multiple times and tried their drive through once. There were a few hiccups the first month, but this is natural as their staff were getting acclimated. I could sense they were genuinely apologetic and wanted to deliver the best service. During one visit, they forgot to add avocados in my burger (it was an avocado burger too!) but they gave me a free shake and fries voucher to make up for that. It was hilarious, but I appreciate the gesture! 4 months later, after finally redeeming both vouchers, the service and consistency of the food has improved a lot. I look forward to great things and hope the consistency continues throughout the years! I highly recommend this location if you're around the area. It's located around the 405 in a brand new plaza with other newly opened fast food chains. This Shake Shack also comes with a drive through (which I believe, is unique to this location)!

We came in about 159pm on this beautiful Monday. Adrian was the cashier / team member that took our order. Not only was he patient but also polite and quick. He seemed very knowledgeable at suggesting items as it was our first time in the restaurant. He also took the time to let us actually dig in and then come check on how we were doing and ask us what we thought of the food. Definitely will be back. I got the shake stack burger and it was amazing! Beautiful presentation along with delicious crunch into the fried portobello. Shout out to the team behind the grill as well. Topped it off with a thirst quenching berry pomegranate lemonade.

I walked into a nice large dining area. The menu is large enough to read, though rather high. The menu list is large with a plethora of choices. The staff is nice and seems happy to be working there. I got the "smoked shack" burger. The cherry peppers were new to me and they taste incredible. The cheese was melted on the patty, which also was large and nice to taste.

I ordered a Creamsicle Float it was very refreshing. You can order 2 ways when ordering inside instead of drive thru. You can order at the counter or thru a kiosk. Ordering thru the kiosk or app is very straightforward. Both are very well designed. Service is very good and everyone is helpful and nice. Not a huge amount of parking when busy and leaving to get back on the road can be challenging if deciding to make a left hand turn onto 190th Street. Be Careful. Try it out.

My server Adrian made my meal a pleasant experience. Good customer service is becoming a rare commodity and Adrian delivered 100%

Best burger chain around. I don’t go to in n out anymore because I don’t want my entire body and meal drenched in that pink orange sauce they put on everything. Plus, the milkshakes at shake shack are better. I vow to personally keep this place in business. How do I give them my routing and account number so they can just take out the cost of a smoke shack meal directly out of my checking account every 2 weeks?

Shake Shack is amazing. Its somewhere in between fast food and full blown restaurant. I suppose that's where the term fast casual comes from and is supposed to represent. Their shakes are my favorite shakes I've ever had. I love to get the seasonal ones. They're very creative with their flavors. They're also creative with their seasonal burgers as well. One word of caution before going to Shake Shack though; their food is very expensive.

1st time having Shake Shack-tasty burgers, fries and milkshakes. Purchased 3 burgers [2 were dbl patties] chicken bites and 2 milkshakes with truffle butter on the side, totaled around $78. Each item is sold separately, no combos.

Drive thru was really quick and the food was hot and served with a smile.

It's the right portion for a meal but the price is like a buffet "all you can eat for $20.". Fortunately, it's not the worst place I've ever been. Or maybe it was the time I stopped there. I will give it another try next time I'm around the area. There may be something I missed. 🤷🤷🤷

Onion rings and fries are good but not special. I did like the lettuce wrapped chicken sandwich though. Staff was also great and thr actual store was exquisitely orderly.

tried the smokeshack for the first time today thinking it would have some bbq sauce in it. but it was just chili peppers and mayo sauce. almost didn’t finish it cause it was pretty bad. better stick to the double patty shackburger if you want your money’s worth. tables are a little sticky/dirty sometimes. staff in front look like they are being held hostage and being just polite enough not to get executed.

First time at this store. They got our order wrong. Ordered a double, got a single. An employee came to see if we had or need anything, when told of the issue, the employee verified it was wrong but did nothing to resolve it as we sat there waiting for our order to be corrected. Spoke to one other employee who corrected the issue, but it took too long to resolve it. Spoke to a manager afterward to voice my concerns and issues. He seemed genuinely concerned, but at that point we wanted our food.

It's ridiculous that we were the only ones in the drive-thru, yet they still made us park for our order. We didn’t even order anything complicated—just two Shakeburgers. They seriously need to step up their pace. I can’t imagine how bad the wait gets when there are actually multiple cars in line. Also they forgot to include our sauces.

Typical smashed burger, good flavor, but kind of smallish single patty for the money. Fries were super crispy and size was shareable. Strawberry shake was excellent.

Typical fast food. I won’t be back. My nuggets were overdone and greasy, burgers very greasy. Fries weren’t warm/fresh, most likely sitting out for a long while. Kids loved their burgers. But if you’re looking for anything fresh you won’t find it here.

2 out of 3 items ordered via doordash were wrong and the only correct item, the burger, was burnt.

Although the chain is old , this restaurant was just opening. For the price of the food it was not worth it. The only was tasty was the meat but not worth the price. In an out food is much better and have a better price and taste. Their service is much faster. Only I can say about shake shack in Torrance the people was friendly but the food and prices are not the best quality for you money.

I Hated the experience and will not be getting shake shack ever again because we spent way too much money and ordered a grilled cheese which was a burger patty with cold American cheese and it was smushed and a three patty burger which came with 3 cold plain pattys and a lettuce burger with no lettuce and a plain burger over all everything was plain the fries were garbage too we spent like 150 for four people everything was cold but the shakes were alright. I will never be eating at shake shack again and I will reccomend not going to others

I will never go to a shake shack ever again. The bugers we spent almost 14.00 on 3 burgers were not even cooked all the way. The fries tasted like old oil, and we paid for a small order of fries $6.00. I'm good off this place is will never come back here again the food is not worth it at all. Wish everyone the best.
