Honestly, I felt very underwhelmed, which is kinda surprising because it is a fast food restaurant lol. The chili cheese fries, which were about $10 for a large, came out very underserved and the chilli is honestly not the best and pretty liquidy so the fries got soggy quickly. The flavor was also lacking and it just tasted like sloppy liquidy salty fries. The mini corn dogs were actually the best part. The service was even really good actually, the cashier was very nice and I find no problem in that area!

Couple chili cheese dogs, couple hot dogs and some fries had the weekend going great. Tried to get some ketchup packets and it was as if they poured syrup all over the packets. Food came out quick and der-licious for sure. Bathroom was closed and that was a bummer as we were on a road trip.

It's funny when an item from the mid-West is attempted in the West. The Chicago Dog was nowhere near the real thing. And it was way too salty! The bun was soaking wet as well.

I went in for the $4 deal, also ordered medium fries. Nobody was in the inside however they had 8 chilli dogs already wrapped. i guess she precooked the fries too. It was a total waste of time. I know she knows nobody comes in to buy old fries. Just lazy, I won't ever come back to this location.

They made the experience to complicated we were in the drive thru and they told us we could not separate our orders because they can only do one order per car. I mean it's our money we should be able to order which ever way we wanted too. Everything is just made to be so complicated.

This was my first time at this location, and will definitely be my last! My neighbor and I were out running errands and she suggested weinerschnitzel so I agreed. I only like the all beef chili cheese dogs but was dehydrated so asked for water and I was told I couldn’t have any until my order was ready, I didn’t want to fuss so I just sat down and waited. Despite hardly any other customers, it took an eternity to get the food for myself and my neighbor and I noticed that the cheese was just thrown on the food unmelted and unappetizing. I went to the counter to ask if they could possibly warm it slightly so the cheese would melt and thanked them, she said something to the person behind the counter and gave it back to me and when I went to touch it, it was so hot I couldn’t even pick it up to eat. I then proceeded to drink a bit of the water that they gave to me and noticed a black mark on the inside of the cup, but since I didn’t have my glasses on and have a astigmatism I didn’t pay attention until it was clear that it was a bug floating in my water - and yes, they had put the ice/water in the cup. There had been no bugs flying near or around our table for the duration of our visit, so the bug was in my drink the whole time. When I demanded an explanation for the behavior of the employee I was told “these things happen”

I love Wienerschnitzel , & My kids loveee it as well ! However, I really , really hate that when I get home , I'm missing food from my order, that I was craving and of ofcourse payed for. I don't have a location nearby unfortunately, so I have to drive about 15 min to the nearest one. & I give them the benefit of the doubt, in this case, I didn't check my order. When I get home, sure enough, some of my food was missing. So frustrating! But, I guess it was my fault for trusting that they would get my order correct. Not even worth driving back at this point.

Decent food, but staff refused to unlock the bathrooms. They claimed there must have been someone in them. But after an hour they were still locked and in reality there was never anyone in them. Had to go to the restaurant across the parking lot to use the bathroom. Big heath code violation.

I've liked their service and food in the past. Today I pulled up to the order window. Since no one spoke to me I pulled up to the main window since there was no one else in line. The young woman asked if I stopped in the window and I told her I had but that no one spoke to me. Instead of just taking my order she seemed committed to proving that I had not done what I was supposed to do. She did this over and over and even had a come back when I insisted I couldn't hear her. Why? Bizarre and although she wasn't nasty, it was still utterly rude and infuriating. So what? I asked Do you want to argue with me or take my order? She said, I'm just saying and started to repeat herself, which meant....she wanted to argue. I have never had such an unnecessary experience like that and I drove away. Bad service. What was the point? She was annoyed that I didn't follow the rules, even though I was the only person in line and it made no possible difference. This was around 4PM on January 23. Cheers.
