I recently came across this store while I was on my way back from a road trip and let me tell you the customer service was amazing the lady talking my order was super friendly and super patient with me overall a great experience I will Be coming back

Delicious and also super tasty. I stopped in to get a dozen for my family and we finished them in less then a day. Good jelly and custard filled but my favorite has to be the sprinkled cake style doughnut. Also grabbed a few hot chocolates which my kid and girlfriend enjoyed a lot. 10/10 would yum again.

1st time going & wow great customer service in the morning left with a smile on my face, you gotta try their ham& cheese croissant it's delicious and worth the price you pay for it. I will definitely be going back

I like this location specifically because of the friendly staff here. It almost feels like a neighborhood joint rather than a chain. Strongly recommended.

Super fresh and filling 2 combo breakfasts (burrito/sandwhich with drink and donut) with a bagel and cream cheese clocked in at $30 for our family, while our skimpy McDonald's breakfast thar was greasy left us feeling blah cost us $36 yesterday. Burritos were hot, fresh, excellent value. Donuts were delicious. We upgraded with some avocado and a fresh squeezed veggie and fruit juice too!! We'll definitely be back.

Chose a pastrami sandwich, and I don’t think I’ve had somebody that a quick food location spend five minutes making me a perfect pastrami bagel sandwich before ever. I then asked for the freshest most delicious donut she had. Total perfection!

Had the lady with the purple eye shadow and she was terrific. Food was hot and fresh. Donuts were good.

I love their lunch deals. It's 7.99 for a fresh made bagel or croissant sandwich, chips and a drink. I tend to switch the chips for a donut and they're always fresh. I like all their bagel sandwiches and try to support them when I'm in the area because I don't want them to close.

Stop there last night to get some donuts for breakfast in the morning the lady that was there was very helpful very friendly you get 14 Donuts if you order 12 very clean very easy to get to

Waited for 5 minutes before being helped with no acknowledgment. "We'll be right with you" goes a long way. Ordered 2 glazed buttermilk, took home, cut in half, and lathered in butter. Then into the microwave....Yum Yum

Free quick and attentive service that's not always the case in all locations. I stopped by for a quick coffee and a drink there was one person I had and the staff made sure I get my flavored coffee made from scratch it was just perfect for the morning stop and no line with no wait time - I appreciate it 🍩

Was very much in the mood for a bagel and this was down the street. I thought I was "settling" for what was convenient. I was very wrong. I had a garlic bagel with cream cheese (not much selection) but at first bite it was excellent! Crispy and fluffy with just the right amount of cream cheese (not too much like many places).

Employee always has terrible attitude 99.5% of the time and either acts like she doesn't speak english or just doesn't give a damn, I always think she doesn't care and should quit and find a job she doesn't hate and yes she speaks and understands english because when she's in a good mode she will talk with you in english. Other than that, the donuts are always good.

It was excellent yesterday then today the onion bagels were all hard and the lady who prepared our sandwiches also forgot the sauce on the BLTCC which made it way more special. Other than that the place is great

They also added coffee to my husband's drink when he specifically requested that there be no coffee. (He can't have caffeine.) We had to throw the whole thing away. Donuts were yummy though.

I'll say this. I was OK with the talking and sept. The talking became too much when I was waiting. Or other customers awaiting a conversation should be held down to a minimum, so you can get to the next customer then buying the donuts. I wanted couple of Them tasted like they had been sitting in the case for quite some time they were stale and old. That's why I'm really writing this other than that. The donuts were pretty good when I used to buy him but I bought 2 separate dollars and I knew they were the last ones on the shed. Cause I didn't see any others behind them. That means that they have been sitting there for a while. Maybe don't know but I do know if they were kind of stale and old.

The donuts used to be good back in the days but now they don't taste fresh anymore. Last time I ate was 4 years ago and that was it.

Sad donuts for people who aren't picky. I ordered at 5:45 am when you think everything would be fresh. I received mini donuts that were oily and crunchy?? I then got two chocolate twists that were better but still oily, bland, and strangely tasting of coconut. Their turkey croissant sandwich was the only saving grace. That was fresh and good. Finally, they have no bathroom which I'm pretty sure violates some kind of statute regarding restaurants with sit-down dining.

Horrible service. The woman working there today looked mad and didn't even greet anyone, just stared at us and waited for us to say something. Don't have her working there if she doesn't even speak and hates her job that much.

Ordered 1/2 dozen doughnuts and one of my old fashion chocolate doughnut was moldy at the bottom. Waste of money. Will never return.

Ordered food, and they charged me the added avocado, and I received no avocado. The new management is as horrible as the old. They do not like white people.

The people that work there are rude as hell especially if you're not Hispanic. They barely speak English and have been down right nasty at times. I called them 5 times today to ask a simple question and was hung up on every single time. I don't care how good their donuts or anything else is I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Very rude lady with the crazy purple eyeshadow at yum yum on Prairie blvd Torrance - said I could not buy one mini donut I had to buy all 5 or 6. I said why can’t you sell me just one- shouldn’t be an argument. Not coming back and tell her the Halloween make up in July is not a good look either.

The woman works there lied to me about the wifi, she said she has and after she made me pay she said she doesn’t have!!! I’m serious! And after I left I discovered that she overcharged me. Avoid this place they’re not honest and the taste is very very average

The donut maker needs to be open to learning a different way because these suck. Also, it was 1.79 for the donut, and she gave me .15 change.

Be careful to pay attention to what they charge you. Under new management doesn’t mean better. First, worker passed me over, despite me clearly being next. Then, she tried to charge over $24 for 6 donuts and 2 regular coffees. When I asked what 6 donuts cost, she said $9.99. So I asked, so 2 regular coffee is $14. She said yes. I had to ask again if regular coffees are really $7 each. She then said they weren’t and fixed it. the total was now just over $14.
