La Calidad-Precio de los alimentos está muy bien. Pedimos Nachos con Sirloin para entrada y Boneless mango abanero para comida, y sorpresa!, los nachos son para 4 personas facil!!! Esta super bien servidos, y los boneless ni se diga, están jugosos, picosito rico y las papas a la francesa en su punto; doraditas y blanditas. SIN DUDA LO RECOMIENDO!! VENGAN!!

Highly recommended for chilaquiles. They arrive crispy, but the longer you wait to eat them, the more soggy they get. The mole is sweet, and I was expecting a saltier flavor. In any case, the red chilaquiles were delicious, and the poblano ones were too. If you want something hearty, add sirloin to your dish. The service from the waitresses was excellent and very friendly. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors; you can order two different salsas with your chilaquiles.

I ordered a 3/4 cut and it arrived well-cooked (tough). The tortillas were placed 8 minutes before serving and were already cold. I ordered two beers, one regular and the other zero, and they gave me as many as they wanted. The charro beans were quite spicy. But where it all went wrong was at the counter; the peach cheesecake tasted of chili. I think they made a salsa in the blender where they previously mixed it. I will return, as the service is very good. And it was just a bad night at the kitchen.

La comida es buena, con buen sazón. La atención habría que mencionar que les falta más servicio al cliente y el ambiente es muy agradable. En general muy recomendable el lugar tanto para desayuno como para cena.

No es la primera vez que acudía a este establecimiento, pero está última vez vi que en el ticket de consumo viene aparte el iva, o sea los precios son más iva, lo cual es legal, no es común, pero es válido siempre y cuando se avise con anticipación. Al ver esto pedí una factura y se me dijo que no facturaban. Por eso mi calificación.

Fue un buffet barato, ya incluye bebidas, pedimos un café que nunca llegó, entiendo que son muchas mesas, pero me quedé sin café.

La verdad no está tan buena la comida, está “okay” el ambiente… el servicio les falta más atención.

I read some negative comments but I wanted to check for myself, the portion of the dish is large, it comes very served, I ordered the chilaquiles in green sauce, egg and chicken, it had enough chicken and I liked that the chilaquiles do not feel like tortilla chips that are just covered in sauce, the service is good, the waitress was attentive at all times and the place is very nice, the prices are fair and in accordance with what they offer, in short, they will not be the best chilaquiles of your life but I think they deliver, they also have options for lunch and dinner

Era uno de mis lugares preferidos pero fui este fin y pedí mi comida (la que me quedó) para llevar y salieron con que la tiraron, entendí que fue un error y así la dejé pero al momento de que me cobraron se metieron si o si de más propina, ya no volveré :(

I love chilaquiles and I always came here because I loved them, but the last few times I bought them, it's not the same anymore. They don't even put any sauce on the chilaquiles anymore, they serve very little, and if you ask for stew, it's the same. If you ask for orange juice, it's bland or not sweet at all. The last three times I went, they took a long time. Honestly, I won't be coming back, and it makes me sad because it was one of my favorite places.

This is my first time there, and my last. I ordered chilaquiles, and they were delicious, but it was so small. I was hungry, so I went to buy something to fill up. I'm a fan of going to chilaquiles places because the chilaquiles are usually "cheap" compared to what they serve. It was also incredibly hot; they only have fans and a barely noticeable air conditioning. Honestly, I left there feeling very dissatisfied in every way. In conclusion, the service was very poor. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant because it was hot, but the flavor was good, although not enough to withstand everything else and return.

En lugar de ir a este restaurante preparense algo en casa, definitivamente será mejor inversión de su tiempo, su dinero y sabrá mucho mejor. Yo pedí una milanesa de sirloin pero no tenían, entonces pedí unas enchiladas verdes de pollo que venían acompañadas de frijoles. El pollo parecía ser de pechuga de pollo congelada cortada en pedacitos pequeños y con el resto de la preparación tradicional de las enchiladas. El sabor no era particularmente bueno. Mi esposo pidió una hamburguesa y la carne estaba cruda. Al preguntar sobre la carne que era de color rosa/rojo en el interior pero quemada por fuera (queríamos saber si era adobo, la preparación que usan, etc.) nos dijeron que así era la hamburguesa. Mi esposo la comió casi toda y se enfermó al día siguiente. Definitivamente no lo recomendamos.

Loud music makes it impossible to have a conversation. Bland food. The waitress, a fair-skinned woman from a rural area, had a very conceited attitude. I practically had to beg for service, and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip when she brought the bill. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, my expectations were sky-high because of the "good" reviews I read on Facebook, and what a mistake! The waitress who served us was incredibly rude; she was probably the owner and we didn't realize it, haha. I politely asked her several questions, and she only answered grudgingly :( making me feel like I shouldn't have gone, haha. I consider myself someone who always gets along great with service, and today was sadly the exception :(. The food was bland, the chocolate milk tasted very cheap, the orange juice was very acidic, and there was a hair in the pressed coffee on one of our six dishes. We didn't tell the waitress because we hadn't had good communication, so we just picked it out and kept eating. The only redeeming feature was the Mexican-style coffee. They had everything to be the best breakfast spot in the east of the city, but it fell far short. I hope they can pay more attention to service and food quality.

I ordered the chilaquiles with bean sauce, having high expectations since the place is very nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but sadly, they were some of the most mediocre chilaquiles I've ever had. They were supposed to be served with refried beans, but they were more like baked beans—very bland. The so-called "bean sauce" wasn't beans at all; it was more like they'd just mashed the beans. As for the protein, I had them with eggs and ham, which was just okay, but overall, some of the worst chilaquiles I've ever eaten. I decided to try other things to give a more complete review. The sirloin tacos were acceptable, nothing special. The enchiladas were decent. As for the burger and fries, the fries were tasty and well-seasoned, and I thought the burger was mediocre, but one of my companions didn't think it was too bad. Regarding the drinks, they initially gave me a bottle of horchata, but it was completely frozen. They then replaced it with one that wasn't frozen. In short... I don't recommend this place at all. The atmosphere and live music are the only redeeming features. If you're looking for a place to listen to music and have a few beers, give it a try, but if you're coming for the food, don't bother. They should change their name from "La Ramona Chilaquiles and Grill" to La Ramona Bar.
