It's a bit shabby on the outside, but inside it feels like a family place. I was struck by the owner's simplicity and the staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. The food quality is excellent, and the Pinsa Romana dough is superb. The price is affordable. This is our second time here, and we'll be back again! Thank you!

I attended a birthday dinner at Taverna dell'Ortica, which organized the evening by offering all attendees a Giropinsa, which included, among other things, an excellent selection of vegan pinsas to suit every palate. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, as was the extremely kind wait staff, who greeted us warmly, very friendly, and approachable. The price was excellent for the quantity and, especially, the quality of the food we were served. I highly recommend it.

I had dinner at this tavern, and it was a wonderful discovery! The location is very welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, the vegan options are excellent and all homemade. I recommend the vegan options, especially to non-vegans. It's a way to appreciate plant-based cuisine without sacrificing taste and enjoyment. Their quality will convince even the most skeptical! The portions are generous, and you'll definitely leave with a full stomach. Finally, the price is absolutely proportionate to the quality of the products. I will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt!

tl;dr: Welcoming place with friendly staff. The food is plentiful and delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The only small flaw is that parking might be a bit difficult. Highly recommended! It's hard to find fault with this place. The atmosphere is welcoming, pleasant, extremely friendly, and informal. The owners are truly kind; it feels like dinner at a friend's house. Let's move on to the food, which is excellent. The pinsa is delicious and well-seasoned. I tried the vegan mozzarella, and it was truly excellent. The desserts are excellent, homemade, and, like the rest of the dishes, generous. The price: 2 pinsa conditi (not the basic one), an appetizer, 2 desserts, 1 liter of still water, and 2 coffees: €34. When I saw the bill, I thought, "So little?!", and it's a very fair price for the quality and quantity of the food. If we really want to nitpick, the only flaw is the parking. It's located on a dirt country road, a bit narrow (one car can fit through), and has a small courtyard reserved for customers, but it's only big enough for three medium-sized vehicles. However, there's a much larger, dirt lot adjacent to the restaurant. But that's really the only flaw I can find with this beautiful place.

We'd been there a few years ago and had wonderful memories, but honestly, given how the vegan market has evolved in terms of products and flavors, we expected a little better. The pinsa dough is absolutely delicious, but we think the selection of ingredients could be improved (vegan mozzarella, cheeses, and other substitutes). We're still giving it 5 stars because we think that with an improved selection of ingredients, this place will remain a place worth visiting more often. Prices are in line. We'll be back!

Spectacular pinsa, classic vegan food. They use margarine in all their dishes instead of butter and use very little salt, per their culture. They make practically everything themselves. Wonderful jams and homemade pasta. The handmade tortiglioni are special; don't expect classic pasta. Various risottos and appetizers with delicious gnocco fritto. They go out of their way to serve authentic food; both the effort and the result are to be appreciated. As I have already done, I will return.

Everything is delicious and unique. Be careful with the seasonings, both for vegans and non-vegetarians. Low price compared to local restaurants. The Pinze were highly appreciated, as were all the other dishes. They deliberately don't use much salt...and they do a great job... The photos are from a dinner and a lunch about a week apart.

We had dinner on New Year's Eve with omnivorous friends, who, like us, opted for vegan dishes. Excellent food, super friendly staff, even with our dog, and finally the chance to enjoy real vegan food, offered alongside the omnivorous options, to satisfy all tastes. I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back.
