The staff was exceptional. We went twice, the second time they remembered our preferences and helped us without us having to ask. I adore the people and the food? Amazing. The portions are positively German Sized, so beware. Do not assume you can finish two dishes unless you are The Rock. You've been warned, haha. Thank you for the lovely time!

BEST MEAL I’VE HAD IN ITALY! Me and my family have been in Italy for 11 days. We visited Rome, Florence and Lake Como. This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel and it was our last day in Italy before returning home to the USA, so we decided to stay close for dinner. I’m SO glad we did. We were actually going to eat somewhere else but they were full and the kitchen closed in an hour. So we stopped here, looked at the menu and saw they offered a wide variety of dishes and pizzas. I got the traditional lasagne (I’m a lasagna snob and this is the best lasagna I’ve ever had), my husband got the lemon ravioli pasta and my son got the meat filled ravioli with butter and sage. You should’ve heard us after our first bites. “Mmmmmmm, omg…” Everything was phenomenal! We ordered the Marinara pizza too and split it. Again - best pizza we’ve had in Italy. It’s a nice thin crust with a delicious red sauce. We added cheese to it for a couple bucks (do it). Oh, almost forgot. I ordered the house red wine and again, it is my favorite wine. Not spicy, not sweet, goes down smooth. I’m not a wine drinker at all, but this was GOOD! 🍷 Man, I wish we found this place sooner. You will not be disappointed WHEN you dine here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • 👍🏼👍🏼

Brilliant meal with an exceptional view of Lake Como! We sat outside in the shade, with an amazing view of the lake. Staff were attentive and courteous, with very quick service! Coperto of €3 per person, gives you bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We ordered the seafood carbonara which was exceptionally presented, and superbly flavoured. The mozzarella and prosciutto calzone was also lovely, made fresh, with a light and airy dough (that paired well with some olive oil and grana padano shavings)! Would highly recommend for a romantic meal, or even if only to admire the lake view whilst dining.

Ravoli Lemon and Salmon Linguine were great for the price. Short walking distance from Villa Carlotta. The menu looks very good and the prices are reasonable. Authentic cuisine.

My partner and I decided to dine here for dinner on our trip. The food here took us by surprise, it was delicious and felt very authentic. We shared the burrata and mortadella pizza as well as the seafood linguine. So fresh and delicious ! Highly recommend trying this place

Enjoyed this excellent restaurant and its wonderful hosts . The Pizza was thin crust with perfect charred, the Chicken was juicy and tender, spaghetti is spot on. Tiramisu is alcohol free and delicious. Cheesecake was good also. 5 ⭐️ for the people working there for their friendliness and take care to explain the manu for us .

I’d vote this the best of the restaurants on that strip in Tremezzo. Firstly, only Italians in here. We explored the other two which have slightly lower ratings but were jam packed, but full of tourists. Comparing the dishes, these don’t compare. They are much better! We had the caprese, parmigiana and lasagne and left satisfied. Waiters were also great, prompt and kind.

Trattoria a Tremezzo con dehors vista lago. Personale gentile. Cibi genuini anche se semplici. Pizze buone come i primi. Il dolce fatto in casa [ strudel di mele] è super. Servizio veloce. Prezzi buoni. Facile trovare posto anche senza prenotazione grazie all abbondanza di posti.

Trattoria con piatti abbondanti e ben curati, pizza buona e pane fatto da loro nel forno ottimo….vista sul lago piacevole!

Buonissimi piatti, abbondanti a prezzi convenienti! Un piccolo ristorante fronte lago dove si possono chiedere variazioni sia per ciliaci che per vegetariani!

We ordered the linguine with claims and scaloppine Di pollo. Linguine was ok, the pollo was good. This place is right across from the water on a busy street. Was the only place in the area open all day so we went there.

Among the best restaurants for lunch or dinner offering a view on the Como Lake. For antipasti we had the crudo di parma e burrata and for primi the aglio e olio pasta ad well as the spaghetti pomodoro e basilico, both dishes well made. The Red table wine was tasty. Specialty thanks to the staff, welcoming and provided excellent service!

We stopped for lunch after taking the bus from como to tremezzo. The restaurant has a lovely view and the staff are nice. We were couple and did not book previously- there were plenty of free tables. We had 2 main courses, both of which I recommend as they were really tasty- carbonara and ricotta and spinach ravioli. We shared 0.5L of white wine which was nice and enough. I had an afoggato (which was really nice!!) and my partner an expresso. They brought us a small basket of plain bread which ended up costing 6€?!?- this was disappointing and the reason which I ended up giving 4stars. We paid 45euros.

Good bolognese! Although I am use to tagliatelle being way thicker this was more fettuccine width pasta to me but I am not the pasta police. Apple pie was okay! The panna cotta was more jell-o than custardy it still wasn’t bad but not my favorite panna cotta ever. Service was polite and attentive and offers nice views of the lake.

In the area for work I happened by chance to the restaurant for lunch. Very nice and caring staff. Prices in the lake average. We tried carpaccio, salad with mozzarella and tuna and everything in the norm, unfortunately the first seafood was drowned in a sea of cream. Good for a quick lunch without going into structured dishes.

Pizza non eccelsa ma buona,. prezzi leggermente sopra la media, bello l'esterno , l'interno pur essendo pultio e ordinato è un pochino scialbo. Comunque non male.

Service was good and the location is great. The food was well presented but a little disappointing as was rather flavourless. Portions however, were huge and my boy loves pasta so he enjoyed it. There are better restaurants to visit I. Tremezzo. Red and White which is next door but not on google maps, great value and better flavours. Service also very good. We ate there the night before and was better food and cost was less. Their pistachio tiramisu was fantastic.

Restaurant on the lakefront. Seems to specialize in pizza, which was excellent - a lovely calzone. The filled pasta we had was ok but nothing like as good as other places. The experience was spoiled by 2 of the waiters who pretty much ignored us whilst chatting constantly to the young female patrons. The calzone didn't arrive, and my first query of it was dismissed with "it's coming". It wasn't and the waiter only actually checked with the kitchen when I queried it again. It eventually arrived 15-20 minutes after the first secondi piatti.

Siamo recati ieri sera mangiare in questa locanda ma appena entrati si siamo resi conto che è una locandina turistica ! Ho ordinato pasta al pomodoro e mio compagno carbonara ai frutti di mare,eh nulla la pasta non sapeva di nulla poi ho trovato un pezzo di cipolla e sedano enormi ( consiglio allo chef che vanno frullati ma a quanto pare lo Chef devo fare la strada ancora ,e un errore da principianti però vabbè) la carbonara ai frutti di mare aveva la panna dentro ...sevizio così così , buttati le cose da bere come per dire ( bevete e non rompete) tovagliette di carta poi la sorpresa di servizio 3 euro ....locanda solo per gli stranieri che di cibo non capiscono ma per gli italiani e per noi stranieri ( da 30 qui in Italia e ho ristorante)

Non capisco le recensioni positive di questo ristorante. Ci siamo andati il mese scorso dopo aver visitato Villa Carlotta e perché era l'unico ristorante aperto. La cameriera era molto cordiale. Ma per il cibo: 1. La pizza era intrisa di acqua che si era scongelata nel forno prima di essere servita. 2. + anche il pane di mia bruschetta doveva essere scongelato poco fa.

Pasta scotta e in un mare si sugo misto a acqua con tempi lunghi e al tavolo hanno servito 7 di noi in tempi diversi. Cameriere scostumato e due ragazze molto gentili ma hanno portato ad esempio delle patatine ho chiesto salse e non sono mai arrivate. Hanno poca attenzione alla clientela non sanno coccolare e aver cura dei clienti. Non ritornerei dinuovo

Ci sono andata insieme alla mia famiglia e devo dire che la qualità del cibo non è ottima. Abbiamo preso sia pizza che pasta... Locale carino, personale molto gentile.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely disastrous, and I don't hesitate to say it was the worst I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an arrogant and indifferent attitude from the service staff. The last straw was when one of the employees addressed me and my companions in a rude and disrespectful manner, which is completely unacceptable. As someone who appreciates quality dining experiences and is willing to pay for it, I expected courteous and professional service. However, what I found was the complete opposite. Not only do I not recommend this restaurant to anyone, but I am also shocked by the lack of consideration for customers. It's a shame that such a bad experience can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise potentially enjoyable establishment. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to improve customer service at this location." ………………………… La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata assolutamente disastrosa, e non esito a dire che è stata la peggiore che abbia mai avuto. Dal momento in cui sono entrato, sono stato accolto con un atteggiamento arrogante e indifferente da parte del personale di servizio. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata quando uno dei dipendenti si è rivolto a me e ai miei accompagnatori in modo maleducato e mancante di rispetto, il che è completamente inaccettabile. Come persona che apprezza esperienze gastronomiche di qualità e è disposta a pagarle, mi aspettavo un servizio cortese e professionale. Tuttavia, ciò che ho trovato è stato l'opposto completo. Non solo non raccomando questo ristorante a nessuno, ma sono anche sconvolto dalla mancanza di considerazione per i clienti. È un peccato che un'esperienza così negativa possa offuscare la reputazione di un locale altrimenti potenzialmente piacevole. Eh ma solo voi italiani vi lamentate sempre! E fatti una domanda! Si conclude così la prima e l'ultima volta in questa locanda gestita da zingari rumeni o albanesi, poco importa, che hanno il coraggio di servire uno spaghetto inmangiabile con un pesce tritato compreso di lische (voglio sperare che almeno la testa l'abbiano tolta) giustificandosi che "loro" lo fanno così e tutti gli altri stranieri turisti non si lamentano. Solo noi italiani! NOI ITALIANI NON BEVIAMO NEMMENO IL CAPUCCINO CON LA BISTECCA! Cmq dopo averlo sostituito con uno spaghetto alle vongole decisamente buono, ed aver restituito una cotoletta impanata ai capelli dello chef, mi ritrovo entrambi i primi nel conto. Al mio disappunto mi ritrovo letteralmente aggredito dal boss dietro al banco che in principio si rifiuta di "pagare lo spaghetto al posto mio" ma poi per non litigare con la moglie mi risponde come sopra da vero e proprio razzista! Siete un virus x l'Italia! È noi purtroppo ve lo permettiamo!

Pizza is essentially pita bread. Pasta was devoid of flavor. Aperol Spritz were light on Aperol and heavy on soda. They also charge a 3 euro cover charge per person. Most disappointing meal we had in Europe. Right on a busy road. The view is nice but it is Lake Como - every view is a post card.
