I recently dined in this Italian restaurant around Lake Como area, and I must say it was an superb culinary experience. The food was simply amazing, with every dish bursting with flavors. The fish was very fresh and delicious, and the risotto was a delight. The ambiance was equally delightful, in an almost 600 years old house that added to the overall experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, wine selections in their menu complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, this Italian restaurant in Lake Como left a lasting impression with its exceptional food. I highly recommend this place if you are looking something other than pasta and pizza while enjoying the Lake Como area

Perfect dinner. The owner warns that the restaurant doesn’t offer food that would suit children but our 12 and 17-year old teenagers had a great meal. Maybe just because they don’t propose the usual pasta and pizza. A lot of care is given to special and local and organic ingredients and less usual combinations that work perfectly fine. There is no outdoor seating here but perfect for a rainy day or even when it’s too hot outside. You can even buy their olive oil, sauce, pasta etc.

This is a must visit restaurant at Lake Como. Definitely the top restaurant of our trip to Italy. The owners are very friendly and excited to share their cuisine. You can get here by C10 or an easy walk from the Lenno ferry terminal. Highlights of the meal are the bread sticks, foie gras, beef tartare and duck breast on the hot pebble. They also sell the amazing olive oil + salt for you to take home. Please reserve ahead by emailing them.

An incredible restaurant that could be Michelin rated based on the amazing tasting menu and service. For starters the beef bone marrow with focaccia and the beef tartare are must tries for carnivores. Afterwards, don’t miss out on duck breast on a hot river stone with a apricot mustard….it will blow you away! The wine list provides some great options from Lago di Como. Highly recommend and book in advance!

Incredible food and great service! We came here for lunch at opening time to find room (can be quite busy even for lunch), and had a delicious meal. The waiter was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, pairing the wine/prosecco with the food we ordered. And everything, especially the complimentary homemade bread with olive oil was delicious! Even the desserts were special, we had a drowned rum and espresso in ice cream. Highly recommend this place :)

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Antica Trattoria del Risorgimento around lake Como. A true gem of authentic regional food. Every selected product feels carefully selected. In particular, the fois gras is excellent.
