Me and my wife are traveling through Italy and I think this is one of the best spots we've eaten at. It is authentic, delicious food. We had the aranchino. It was delicious and we also had the lamb both fantastic dishes.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in the area with a great wine selection too . The dishes are delicious and always plated elegantly. On my last visit, I enjoyed an arancino, spaghetti alle vongole, and a fantastic ricciola fish. Unlike most Italian restaurants, the second courses here are served with vegetables. The staff, Niccolò and Laura, are attentive, knowledgeable , and very polite. Giovanni, the owner and chef who is originally from Sicily, has combined some of the best dishes from the lake with some of his native island. He too is incredibly polite and takes the time to greet his guests and give his personal advice . He occasionally also has some outstanding olive oils from Sicily. At this restaurant you can enjoy the best of the north and the south all while overlooking a beautiful piazza and the lake.

Enjoyed my dinner here very much last week. I came with my mum and daughter having booked a table the night before. The caponata and lake fish were delicious, as was the dessert. Service was prompt and polite. Recommended.

Mangiato bene, antipasto polpo e hamburgher di salmone, lavarello, vino della casa. Speso il giusto.

Ottimo primo di spaghetti alle vongole. Avevano un pane con semi di sesamo, penso fatto da loro, che era la fine del mondo per fare la scarpetta! Do 4 stelle perché secondo me il prezzo è stato un po' eccessivo, bevendo acqua e mangiando solo un primo senza prendere il caffè abbiamo speso 24€ a testa. Per il resto la qualità è ottima e il servizio pure

Ristorante che quasi si affaccia sul lago(anche se è in una piccola piazzetta). Piatti curati e molto buoni. Menu abbastanza vario sia di pesce che di terra, e vegetariano (più alcune proposte fuori menù). Personale molto cortese e attento alle vostre esigenze. I dolci sono abbastanza classici...ma il biscotto al cioccolato con il gelato credo sia una buona conclusione. Con piccole migliorie sono da 5 stelle.

Ristorante posizionato sulla piazzetta di Lenno, accanto alla Chiesa di Santo Stefano e vicinissimo al lago. Sala da pranzo carina con pochi coperti, ma con la bella stagione, possibilità di tavoli all'esterno. Cucina varia, prezzi nella norma. Piccolo parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Non fatevi ingannare dal nome perché di trattoria non ha proprio niente!! È un ristorante anche molto carino, piccolo, elegante, accogliente e con prezzi elevati. La qualità delle pietanze non è buona ma OTTIMA, inutile girarci intorno, si paga ma si mangia bene! Il personale é attento e professionale Note negative, rimasta delusissima per la scarsità dell antipasto che, pur avendo il prezzo di una portata... "importante", aveva le dimensioni di uno stuzzichino.... Altra cosa che assolutamente non ci si aspetta da un posto così raffinato sono i SERVIZI IGIENICI: Esterni, lontani e unici. In conclusione, lo consiglio? SI, ma con la consapevolezza dei prezzi👍

Affacciata sulla piazza della chiesa S. Stefano di Lenno, a pochi metri dalla passeggiata lungolago, questa trattoria è stata una sorpresa. Non è il solito ristorante "turistico", che normalmente troviamo nelle località più rinomate del lago di Como. Il servizio curato e i piatti della tradizione lariana e italiana sono il suo punto di forza. Abbiamo pranzato nei tavoli all'aperto, in un giorno feriale, scegliendo il piatto fuori menù consigliato dallo chef: spaghetti allo scoglio, veramente buoni e decisamente sopra la media di quelli normalmente serviti negli ristoranti della zona. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Personale gentile, preparato e molto cortese. Si mangia molto bene e location suggestiva, se mangi fuori infatti è con una vista lago.

Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno approfittando di una delle prime giornate di primavera. Quando c'é sole pieno dev'essere uno spettacolo. Nei tavoli a fianco c'erano solamente turisti stranieri, eravamo i soli italiani. Location molto carina sulla piazza che dà direttamente sul lago, di fianco ad una chiesa (così sembra). Siamo arrivati alle 14.50 quando stavano per chiudere. Il primo contatto è stato un po' brusco, con la cameriera che ci si è rivolta seccamente dicendo "è chiuso, cucina closed". Quando le abbiamo parlato in italiano, ha chiesto all'interno se potesse farci sedere ed hanno acconsentito, non molto invitante. Proseguendo, invece, ci si è rivolta in modo carino e simpatico, così come anche quando siamo entrati a pagare c'era il proprietario, presumo, col quale abbiamo chiaccherato. I piatti sono ricercati e abbasta curati, un po' per turisti in realtà, anche nei prezzi che non sono proprio economici, ma la posizione del locale certamente incide sul prezzo e se vuoi fare bella figura, ci stà. Accettano carte di credito ma non la AMEX (American Express).

We had lunch at here after visiting Villa del Balbianello. We had the 3 dishes of the day - Minestrone soup, Pasta with smoked trout and Grilled lake Char followed by Honey parfait and Cannoli. It was all delicious and the staff were lovely. A good experience all round!

Very nice lunch in Lenno - good fish dishes in particular including octopus and lovely baccala. Pasta was very light also. Would definitely recommend.

Bella location nella piazzetta con vista lago. Servizio cordiale e accogliente. Qualità del cibo ottima ma molto scarsa la porzione di contorno che in teoria dovrebbe essere la parte meno cara del piatto. Per riempire il buco nello stomaco ho preso un cannolo siciliano fatto sul momento, buono. Prezzi in media con gli altri ristoranti. Si consiglia la prenotazione per avere un tavolino all'aperto.

Prezzi troppo alti per la grandezza delle porzioni ed il servizio. Bella la location, nella piazza con affaccio sul lago. Sapori buoni ma porzioni troppo scarse.89 euro a pranzo per un antipasto e due secondi, una bottiglia d’acqua e un calice di vino.

Worth trying if you value the quiet ambience alone, but we much preferred the food in other places in Lenno. Maybe we were unlucky, but we (a 2) ordered 2 main courses and each was not great. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh at all and they hadn’t been cooked or presented very nicely. I don’t normally add salt in restaurants but I had to add a lot to make it tasty, and it’s not like there had been lots of delicate flavour to begin with. The food wasn’t bad enough to complain about or send back - occasionally you go somewhere and the food isn’t great and we just wanted to eat dinner - but it was the worst we ate on our 7 day trip. If you are a good cook or know your food, i’d probably eat elsewhere. The wine by the glass was okay, but seemed like an unusually small portion.

My experience at this trattoria was quite disappointing. The prices are high, but the portions are small – you definitely don’t leave feeling satisfied. The service was underwhelming as well, with staff seeming indifferent, almost as if you weren’t really welcome. To make matters worse, there’s a €4 tablecloth fee per person, which I find unreasonable and not a standard practice. For the price, I expected better service and food quality. I certainly wouldn't choose to dine here again.

Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We waited 25 minutes at our table without any attention from the waiter and couldn’t even place an order. When someone finally came, we explained that we no longer wished to order due to the long wait. The response was rude, and we were told there were many other tables to serve—which isn’t the customer’s concern. We were still charged €4 for a bottle of water, which we paid. Overall, the service was poor, and the prices do not match the attitude we received.

Aggressive and rude treatment from the waiter. There were no customers and everything was annoying, even turning an umbrella to avoid the sun while eating was answered in a rude way. We ended up deciding not to eat and he ended up insulting us for leaving. A restaurant not recommended

We traveled far to try this restaurant because the reviews seemed amazing! However, upon checking through the menu out at front, the guy out at the front was so rude to our group! We had to leave immediately, but unfortunately, we couldn't try their food/service. Please be nicer to your new customers.

Absolutely disgusting for a restaurant as you can see on the image, this is raw shrimp 🤢 from the Taglioni pasta. The prizes are very high, (7,80 euros for service !!! and minimum 15 euros per dish) and the quantities are not even great. You NEED to miss this spot for sure !
