Okay, there's not much to say about this Mcdonald's. The structure is the same as any other Mcdonald's, clean and average. The exterior, however, is very nice: large, well-decorated, with a drive-through area and games for the kids. We went for breakfast in the Café area, and it was a bit disorganized and not exactly presentable. However, the macarons were good and the cream was rich, although the cappuccino was cold despite the fact that there were no other people there. They probably need some time to get the service up and running, but it's not bad anyway! Mcdonald's is always a pleasure!

Of some orders placed on Deliveroo, maybe only one arrived correctly: Missing items Wrong menu Missing sauces Once they put a double patty on the wrong sandwich!! If you can't even put together a McDonald's menu, I wonder what you'll ever do with your life...

I waited until I had a clear idea before writing a review like this. The Minions napkin was missing, then it was McDonald's summer one, which was sold out, I was treated condescendingly at the checkout by a girl who was less eager than me on Monday morning, and today I activated a promotion on the Grinch Christmas package via the app, but as usual it wasn't available. I was happy they were opening here in Trescore, but evidently I'm not capable! Better to go to Grumello, at least there things are good and they smile when you walk in.

I've had breakfast at this restaurant three times in the last two months. The first time, the juicer was broken, the second time it was broken, and there were no fruit juices (only one flavor left), and the third time, the coffee machine didn't work. I don't like to discourage places because I think it's always a matter of personal taste, but the lack of products is objective. I hope this helps us improve.

A truly disappointing experience. The place is poorly managed: interminable wait times even when there are few people, orders delivered in a confusing way and with no attention to the customer. The staff seems uncoordinated and unmotivated, and every time you try to ask for information or point out a mistake, they respond hastily, almost annoyed. I'm not expecting Michelin-starred service, but at least professionalism and a minimum order are acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't find either at this place.

Terrible experience. I ordered baby carrots and they arrived white, dry, and completely oxidized, uneatable. A product like that shouldn't even leave the counter, especially at a place like McDonald's, where freshness is paramount. I pointed this out to the staff, and the response was anything but professional. Zero attention, zero care, zero interest in solving the problem. At this point, I wonder who checks the quality of the products before serving them to customers. I hate to say it, but serving food in these conditions is unacceptable. I hope they improve, because today's experience truly exceeded all expectations.

Always, absolutely always, something is missing. And when it happened while we were eating there, it was easier to go to the cashier and say they'd forgotten to add something (not to mention that the burger often practically has to be reassembled by itself, because it's scattered all over the box). But when it comes to takeout, it's much more complicated. For example, this evening my husband came home with the food and we discovered they hadn't put in two portions of fries from the menu. Going back no longer made sense, first of all because we were all hungry, and secondly because no one wanted to waste any more time. Moreover, even when we ordered through Deliveroo, they sometimes put in the wrong product. While I previously understood that it can happen, that it's a human factor, now it really irritates me. It's no longer a human factor; it's simple and constant negligence.

I stopped for breakfast. The kiosks were deactivated, and out of eight screens, not even one worked. I had to order at the cashier. I ordered the large morning menu with juice, but they served it in a glass that, to say it was dirty, is a compliment. I'm very disappointed because I know McDonald's standards, and this doesn't reflect them at all. Besides, I was the only customer in the place, so it can't be an oversight due to overcrowding; offering a glass like that is a complete disregard for the business. And why doesn't a savory breakfast exist in almost any McDonald's, at least here in Bergamo? I wanted to give this McDonald's another chance, but it disappointed me just like the last time. I ordered two takeout menus, and the sandwiches were burnt. All you could smell was the burnt bread flavor that covered everything else. They both ended up in the trash. It's a shame because it was convenient, considering it's the closest to my house, but at this point, I doubt it'll last long unless they change something. I'll go eat somewhere else. But why do you note the changes when you order a modified sandwich but then don't make them? A tasty mac and cheese ordered without red cabbage, the change is listed on the packaging, but obviously the sandwich contains red cabbage. Napkins and straws for home deliveries never arrived!
