Great place! Good food, service and atmosphere!
I came here on a Monday evening and had a wonderful time. We ordered two classic platters that were truly spectacular, then we had a pizza and a casoncello bergamasco. The casoncello was delicious. The pizza is delicious, if not the best I've ever had. The dough was perfect, soft and crispy, really good. I really recommend the pizza, and finally we ordered two cheesecakes that were spectacular, perfect, and what a presentation. It's a restaurant that I recommend to everyone, really good.
Lunch with a very special group of friends. A lovely time together in a welcoming and friendly restaurant.

We had a fantastic meal here of very traditional but modern food. I had a wonderful seafood pasta that was so tasty, like nothing I had eaten before. My desert was a scrummy cheesecake and all the sweets around the table looked as good as mine. They serve food until very late, although I would book ahead to be sure. Great service and friendly helpful staff.
Amazing restaurant! I go here every time I'm in Treviglio! Staff are amazing and even with my poor Italian speaking skills, they are very sweet and patient with me! Food is delicious, wine selection is divine and the restaurant space is chic and modern and fun! Kids are welcome, but being that it's Italy, that doesn't change the upscale style or atmosphere. I went for New Year's Eve dinner and have zero regrets! If you get stuck on what to order just ask for what the server or the chef recommends, you can't go wrong. I wish there was a Mate in NY!! I'd go every day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went to Mate for a business lunch on the go. I opted for their set menu which, on that day, included a shallot soufflé, roast beef served with roasted potatoes, ice-cream, coffee and a small bottle of water. Everything was delicuous, you can tell they use only local, seasonal ingredients. Great taste, perfect size of portions. Kind service in a clean and modern atmosphere.

Good food, but portions are really small
Very good food, authentic local ingredients and recipes... However prices are high (10 euro for a Margherita pizza) and a 3 euro is charged per person, even for 2year old child!!!
Pizza and burger are really good. Seafood was OK. However, we had to wait for really long time for every order and food didn't arrive at the same time. 3 stars for organisation.
