We frequent this place often because it's convenient for a quick dinner. It's a quiet place that gets busy on days when there are various promotions, which make it more accessible by lowering the average price and thus making it a better value. Four or five years ago, it was managed by a young man who has now become the manager of several roadhouses, and the service was precise and everything was on point. We've seen how it's evolved over the years, with various changes in management. Today, the main problems in the kitchen have been fixed, and the food is good and well-prepared. Service-wise, they're more attentive than in the past, even though the staff is young and inexperienced.

Sembra che al Roadhouse sia cambiato qualcosa. Niente salse al tavolo e quando le richiediamo ci chiedono quali vogliamo nello specifico, servendo un cucchiaio di ciascuna delle due che ordiniamo. Niente appetizer in attesa di ordinare. I prezzi si sono alzati. Peccato, lo apprezzavo di più in passato.

The welcome was lacking, the bathrooms were rather dirty and poorly functioning, the staff was generally annoyed, and the air conditioning was very cold (too cold for a place where you have to eat). I pointed out that one of the lamps falls exactly at head height; my son even got soaked because it couldn't be seen from the unlit side... yet the clerk, almost amused and incompetent, replied that the problem had already been reported (a sign that the problem exists) and that there was nothing they could do. Absurd! The meat was barely cooked; maybe some people like it that way, but it was still a bit hard to digest. The service was also imprecise... in short, it's just not up to par. Let's not even talk about the prices, which are disproportionate to the quality... 5 burgers and 2 waters were almost €100. I won't comment on anything else so as not to be pedantic. The food quality is average for the Roadhouse chain... but I definitely won't be returning.

The Roadhouse in Treviglio is an Excellent restaurant and yet there is something strange about it... Mind you, the staff is friendly, attentive, has an average high cultural index and is accompanied by a pleasant relational sympathy. there is a slight nuance compared to the other franchise restaurants: the amount of food that is served is lower than the other restaurants. if you order a Tex mex you will almost certainly get 2 pieces instead of the 3 you get in other restaurants... if you order a rib, the shape will be slightly different I’m talking about a slight nuance that in an untrained eye would pass as normal, the feeling that something is not entirely correct remains.... Sit tight and I'll be in touch. 😉

The wait was particularly long (about 30 minutes) despite the restaurant not being overly crowded and the time being perfectly normal (8:15 PM). Furthermore, the waiters weren't very knowledgeable about the current promotions. However, I must admit that once the sandwiches arrived, they were delicious, soft, and well-cooked... the only shame was the slow and uninformed staff; for this reason, I'm giving this restaurant a very generous 3 stars.

A welcoming place, albeit crowded, with tables very close together. Service is generally good, with a touch of professionalism rather than courtesy. The food is decent, with some portions being generous. Perfect for families with children, thanks to the play area and weekend entertainment.

We were there this evening. Unfortunately, I found a sprig of weed on my plate of tagliata with arugula, and my husband's bottle was chipped. We reported this to the cashier, and the response was: "You could have told us and we would have changed the plate and the bottle." Our intention was to point out that they should be more careful, and instead of thanking us, the response was quite rude.

Instead of a Tex-Mex steak, I received an unfamiliar piece of meat. Oversalted and with two sinews in the middle. The fork was dirty, so I had to have it replaced. Meat and fries, and they didn't even bring any sauces. I asked for hot sauce, and they only had Tabasco.

More than 18 euros for a plate with 5 squares of meat!!!! Steak full of sinew!! Wow, for a place where meat is the DISH, it's definitely subpar!!! Only the price isn't subpar!!! You pay like at a restaurant and leave hungry... Luckily, there's a McDonald's next door.

We went on a Monday, nice atmosphere, when I asked for a small water, the waitress brought me a large one saying they didn't have the small ones, there was dirt inside the bottle but we noticed it later, when I pointed it out the waitress apologized, didn't offer to change it and even made me pay for it, two teriyaki bowls arrived VERY DIFFERENT from the photo, with eggplant and overcooked meat in inedible chunks and white rice from the morning. After a walk we both felt sick. Absolutely NOT

Helpful staff, but other than that, nothing. The food we ordered arrived late despite the small crowd. The meat arrived full of sinews, making it unimaginable picanha. The tartare, needless to say, was full of oil, and the burger had burnt meat.
