I liked the place to buy a coffee to go but staying to have it in the afternoon is not an option since there is no air conditioning and it is terribly hot. Tamooco there is a lot of room since the place is small. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is delicious as is the pastry. I would like the hours to be longer in the afternoon.

No abren a la hora indicada en varias ocasiones me ha tocado esperar 10 minutos a que abran porque aún preparan cosas. Deben cumplir con el horario que dicen a sus clientes. Varias personas aún en carro se tuvieron que ir.

I find it absurd that you have to pay for a cinnamon addition to any of their drinks, since the amount is minimal, and it should be available to the public as it was at the beginning.

The service was good, but I think the whole wheat breadstick had too much fat for being whole wheat; it seemed fried rather than baked. I didn't like that the establishment didn't have a restroom; it's too big to not have one.

Tostao is a chain of stores that has arrived to fill the gap where Juan Valdez and Starbucks can't reach, because Tostao has a similar layout but with much more affordable prices. I like Tostao!

I'm giving this rating because I feel like it's a rip-off to sell a "large" shake that comes in at less than 500ml for 9700 and they don't even add any sauce; the sauces are just additions.

The place is very good, spacious, cool, the food is good but I don't understand why the power outlets don't work, it seems they have been disabled and the place is ideal for having a drink and working but it seems that idea bothers them.

While the products and quality haven't changed either, there's no justification for the 36% increase in coffee prices so far this year, especially cappuccino, which is the most consumed. On December 31, 2021, a 12 oz cappuccino cost 3600, on January 1, 4200, and on July, 4900. It's noticeable. It's the place you're looking for every day, maybe once a week. It would be nice if they didn't go overboard. Now it costs 5900, and they greet us with, "Although the products have improved in quality, they haven't," so what justification? Let's wait for the surprise on January 1st.

Products: Good quality, however it's time to include a more "custom" line. Space: Very small, with few people serving. Service: Average (not to say bad). The employees need a little more customer service.

The cafe looks nice and the price is reasonable. I liked it. But just one thing: a girl working there called me "China" when she handed me a drink. Not as a lady, I was so disappointed. I don't think she meant anything, but she was very rude to me.

El día 23 de febrero a las 2:50 pm al realizar mi pedido, le pregunté a la trabajadora que era el te chai, ella me respondió “un te como con sabor a canela” al ser te yo asumí que no llevaba leche, actualmente por un tratamiento que estoy llevando no puedo consumir lacteos, por lo que cuando me entrego el te y me di cuenta que llevaba leche, le comenté la situación y ella muy amable me dijo que iba a preguntar. La encargada que salio de una habitación de forma muy grosera me dijo que “eso no se hace” porque a ellas las regañaban, me de forma grosera me repitió lo mismo varias veces, creyendose con el derecho de regañarme; la interrumpi, porque no fueron claro con la información y no tenia porque tratarme de esa manera. A regañadientes me hizo el cambio pero quede con mucho malestar

How is it possible that a Cafe/ restaurant, does not have a bathroom, it's not even sanitary. Also it's 2023 and there is no wifi for customers.
