I went to the Ruel bar last night with some friends. It's a really nice place. We had dinner there, and all the dishes were exceptional. The drinks were also delicious and well-made. The staff was also really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Good place, eacht time of the day. Food, drinks, atmosphere are in a nice way simple and good. Friendly service and it's possible to sit outside, even if it is a little colder. Definitely a bar, I like.
I stopped for a few minutes for a coffee with friends. Everything was fine. Good service. Quiet place with tables on the front veranda. Excellent location, but the table arrangements could be improved.

Nice and reasonably priced bar for an aperitif
Normally I sit down, watch the menu and choose my drinks properly. Here you dont have a menu so you have the ask what they have and choose directly. All without knowing what you are gonna pay for it. It turns out the glass of wine was 9 euro's. Craftbeer is 5 euro. You will have a plate with anti pasta next to it so they add something extra. But dont like the fact they have hidden prices.
Bad experience today, a random stop, two crodini at the counter for €10.00, no receipt. What a shame! The beautiful place doesn't justify the price!
We paid €20 for a mojito and a basic gin and tonic. The mojito, by the way, was watered down, without lime or cane sugar (just juice). The gin wasn't even premium. The icing on the cake: no receipt. €10 for a subpar cocktail is excessive.
The atmosphere and venue are very nice, the service is a bit slow, but the staff is truly awful. I've been there twice, and both times, when paying, the curly-haired girl at the cash register wanted to charge me twice for my order. There's zero organization; they don't mark tables and orders, so people are rightfully allowed to say whatever they want when they pay. Both times I've been, the girl wanted to charge me because she didn't remember that my other friend had already paid, and she even wanted to be right, without even giving out receipts. A real shame.
