La carne è stata il vero punto forte: qualità altissima, cottura perfetta e sapori autentici, valorizzati da una selezione attenta delle materie prime. Ogni piatto è arrivato in tavola con una presentazione impeccabile. Servizio professionale, cordiale e mai invadente, che completa un’esperienza gastronomica di livello superiore. Un ristorante ideale per una cena importante, una serata speciale o semplicemente per chi ama la buona carne in un contesto elegante. Tornerò sicuramente.
Siamo stati a mangiare in questo fantastico ristorante l’altra sera, Bracerie Venete a Trieste. Locale super curato e piatti davvero deliziosi. Abbiamo iniziato con albume d’uovo e guanciale, una vera esplosione di sapori. Come antipasto abbiamo scelto due fuori menù, uno più buono dell’altro. Abbiamo poi proseguito con una guancia con polenta taragna, assolutamente deliziosa. Da non perdere anche le ribs, tenerissime e che si scioglievano in bocca, tra le migliori mai assaggiate. Servizio impeccabile: camerieri bravissimi, simpatici e molto attenti, capaci di farci passare una serata meravigliosa. Posto super consigliato per chi si trova a Trieste!
A Trieste uno dei ristoranti più noti e rinomati. Il livello è molto alto: nella qualità e cura dei piatti, nell’ambiente (il locale è ovviamente rinnovato ma ricavato da un ambiente rustico di cui ha mantenuto lo spirito) e nell’empatia e competenza del personale e del titolare. Il menu è curato e vario ma noi ci siamo concentrati sulla carne: una costata di manzo portoghese di non so quanti etti eccezionale. Dolci e un ottimo Cabernet Franc del Collio. Prezzi in linea con ristoranti di questo livello. Ah le foto purtroppo non rendono pienamente giustizia 🫤
Sono stato qui a cena stasera, provando il menù degustazione proposto dallo chef. Iniziando dal locale, è davvero accogliente, in stile rustico ma elegante, con una cura per i dettagli unica. Il personale di sala è stato attento e gentile I piatti erano davvero ottimi e ben presentati , allego foto della degustazione. Mi è stato presentato ogni piatto con cura e con amore. Consiglio di farvi indirizzare da loro su ciò che può fare per il vostro palato. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare i piatti dal menu alla carta, in particolare le carni frollate in vetrina. Ho notato anche un ottima carta vini, nonostante non ne abbia usufruito. Consigliata la prenotazione, sembra sempre al completo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ci tornerò sicuramente. Ho fatto 250 kilometri per venire ad assaggiare il loro menù e sono rimasto soddisfatto! Il Bao è assolutamente da provare, così anche come l'entree con il tuorlo d'uovo! Il Wagyu accompagnato dal tartufo è un esperienza.
Sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti di carne della città, servizio accurato e cordiale, ambiente caldo e rilassante. Piatti presentati con cura e dalle materie prime ottime.

Se potessi dare una stella in più lo farei, ristorante stupendo rinnovato recentemente. Il menù e’ un viaggio di sapori e innovazione. L’entrée con l’uovo lavorato in quel modo con tartufo,guanciale e pecorino e’ un qualcosa di sublime. Bravo il ristoratore che fa ricerca e sperimentazione. Trovato questo locale su internet per caso e l'abbiamo provato. Già dall'ingresso si capisce che il locale è di alto livello. Veniamo accompagnati al tavolo, viene lasciato il menù è nel frattempo vengono descritti dei fuori menù di giornata. Dopo l'ordine vengono offerti 2 entrè, un bignè all'amatriciana ed una polpettina, entrambi deliziosi. Decidiamo per ravioli e pluma, tutto gustosissimo. Prendiamo 2 dolci fatti in casa e ci vengono offerti anche 2 meringhe con panna. Anche qui niente da dire sulla bontà dei dolci. Servizio attentissimo, molto presente alle esigenze, posate cambiate praticamente ad ogni portata. Insomma un locale di alto livello, prezzi ovviamente adeguati al livello e qualità.
Merita una Stella Michelin! Anche se non siamo di Trieste, siamo tornati per la seconda volta da Bracerie Venete, e possiamo affermare con certezza che questo ristorante meriterebbe senza dubbio una Stella Michelin. La location è incantevole e curata, creando un'atmosfera perfetta per un'esperienza culinaria di alto livello. Il servizio è semplicemente impeccabile: il personale è gentile, genuino e incredibilmente piacevole, dimostrando una conoscenza approfondita sia del cibo che dei vini. Vi consigliamo vivamente di fidarvi dei loro suggerimenti e di lasciarvi guidare negli abbinamenti vino-cibo: non ve ne pentirete! Da piemontesi, con un'esperienza anche in Irlanda, possiamo dire che Bracerie Venete è, a nostro parere, il miglior ristorante per la carne in cui abbiamo mai mangiato. La qualità della materia prima è esaltata in ogni piatto, anche nei più semplici, come la carne con olio e sale, che qui raggiunge vette di eccellenza. Gli abbinamenti sono originali e sempre azzeccati, dimostrando una creatività che non sacrifica mai il rispetto per il prodotto. Bracerie Venete non è solo un pasto, è un'esperienza sensoriale completa che appaga il palato e l'anima. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci una terza volta!

In un contesto raffinato ma mai pretenzioso, questo ristorante si è rivelato una vera gemma per chi ama la cucina di qualità e l’arte dell’accoglienza. Siamo stati a cena per festeggiare un compleanno importante, io e la mia compagna. Ogni dettaglio, dall’arredo all’illuminazione, ha contribuito a creare un’atmosfera intima e rilassata, perfetta per una serata speciale. Il servizio era impeccabile: attento, professionale e sempre cordiale. Si percepiva la cura e la passione di chi lavora con amore per il proprio mestiere. Il menù era una piacevole scoperta: piatti creativi ma equilibrati, in cui ogni ingrediente era valorizzato con rispetto e maestria. Ottimo vino, con proposte selezionate che accompagnano i sapori con eleganza. Un perfetto equilibrio tra gusto e presentazione. Un’esperienza che va oltre il semplice “mangiare fuori”: qui si celebra il piacere di stare bene. Consigliato a chi sa apprezzare la qualità autentica, in ogni sua forma. Ritorneremo sicuramente
Locale molto elegante con specialità carne...tutto squisito dalla entre' al dolce passando per antipasto e primi...sfiziosita' e tocchi di classe hanno condito la nostra cena ma.......un antipasto fuori menù ( carpaccio di costata condito con vari oli ) pur se x 2 persone NON PUÒ costare 90 euro !!! Nb la Signora dice che nel piccolo taccuino sul tavolo a matita c era scritto il nome dei fuori menù e anche il prezzo...(a matita w in piccolo)....comunque ci tornerei e lo consiglio vivamente....magari con un occhio al portafogli !!
Posto molto particolare in centro a Trieste , servizio impeccabile , personale molto gentile e disponibile. Offrono durante la cena delle sorprese stuzzicanti per gli ospiti molto gradite. Io ho mangiato della carne e devo dire molto buono e servita benissimo. Grazie.
Siamo stati serviti da una cameriera molto in gamba che con simpatia e professionalità ci ha immerso nelle specialità del ristorante e ci ha consigliato piatti spettacolari. Carne superlativa cotta alla perfezione e materia prima di ottima qualità. Bello acqua l’ambiente con luci soffuse e la giusta distanza tra i tavoli che garantisce la giusta privacy, da ritornare sicuramente.
Da anni non mangio alimenti animali, eppure eccomi qui a dare 5 meritatissime stelle a Bracerie Venete. Ho avuto il piacere di scoprire questo ristorante in occasione di una cena aziendale. Prima di entrare ero curioso di sapere cosa avrei potuto mangiare (pensavo poco o nulla), e come sarei stato accolto (spesso mi è capitato di essere incalzato da gesti di stizza). E invece, sono stato accolto alla grande. Il personale non si è risparmiato qualche simpatica battuta, che ha solo contribuito a mettermi a mio agio e al buon umore in generale. Ho anche fatto qualche domanda per capire dove e come reperiscono la carne, e ho apprezzato l’attenzione che ripongono nella scelta, facendo chiaramente molta attenzione alla qualità della vita degli animali. Il filtro “etico” è senz’altro molto alto, e ciò si riflette nel gusto della carne, che i miei colleghi hanno molto apprezzato. Ma quindi, cosa mi hanno fatto mangiare? Delle squisitezze, preparate apposta per me fuori menù. Una crema di verdure con noci e zucca, una delle zuppe di funghi migliori che ricordi e svariati altri contorni davvero buoni (non ricordo tutto con precisione). La qualità degli ingredienti e della preparazione mi hanno davvero stupito. Quindi, a fronte di un personale simpatico e di un menù vegetale preparato apposta per me, 5 stelle sono meritatissime (da un “vegano”). Inoltre, sulla base dell’entusiasmo dei miei colleghi, mi sento di consigliare questo posto a chiunque mangi carne!
In una parola: eccellente! Partiamo dal pezzo forte, il cibo. Piatti estremamente curati, sapori decisi e accostamenti mai provati prima! I piatti che mi hanno colpito maggiormente: l’uovo crudo con pecorino e guanciale e il dolce (panettone grigliato con crema). Una menzione particolare la meritano i tagli di carne che denotano una ricerca accurata e una estrema conoscenza del prodotto (abbiamo scelto la varietà tedesca). Nota di merito anche ai camerieri estremamente gentili e professionali.

Un’esperienza semplicemente splendida! Da Bracerie Venete si respira un’atmosfera calda e autentica, fatta di profumi, sorrisi e sapori veri. La carne è straordinaria — tenera, succosa, cotta con maestria — e ogni piatto racconta la cura e la passione di chi ama davvero ciò che fa. Il personale è accogliente e genuino, ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, come tra amici. Locale curato ma senza ostentazione, perfetto per una serata speciale o una cena rilassata. Finalmente un posto a Trieste dove qualità, calore e professionalità convivono alla perfezione. Assolutamente consigliato!

I came here for dinner on my birthday with my friends. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic, very observant and very kind, we were absolutely impressed with what an amazing service they provided. The food was absolutely exquisite. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious and the recommended wine was very very good. I cannot praise enough this place that made such a wonderful experience for me.
We had the best night! Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, could not wish for a better night out. Many thanks for the great service & great food! 😊
I was invited for my birthday to this restaurant. I had so nice experience. They were so attentional and they offered a lot of things by the house. The food was really good and the evening well spent. The desert, on the other hand, was not as much as I expected but the overall dinner was delicious.
Great ! Fantastic Steak with people who know what they are talking about. Let them guide you and you will have a great dinner experience ! Very rarely you get this quality for a still reasonable price ! We will come again when in Triest.
Absolutely stunning, the food is delicious, staff is sooo friendly, you'll just have to check it out by yourself, it is definitely worth an evening! Just be prepared, it's a little expensive, but definitely worth your money, believe me. This feedback is NOT bought btw, i just reaally loved it!

Lovely atmosphere, outstanding service, and food was both delicious and beautifully presented. Only negative thing I can come up with is that the wine recommendations were a bit off for my taste at least, but wine selection looks great. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys meat focused fine dining! And for me, I'm definitely coming back for more!
Simply superb small out of the way restaurant. In a seafood oriented town this is unapologetically a meat restaurant. Menu set up for three courses though you don't have to order them all. Gratis appetizer for all. Dark and quiet ambiance. Feel like you are at someone's home for a dinner party.

Top place for meat in Trieste. Food was superb, service is excellent. This is a must experience! Prices were also Fair. I strongly recommend to ask the waiter and order by his recommendation. Tip: you get the meat rare. If you like medium or well done ask the waiter to use the torch. I dont know what he does but this gives the mest a superb taste!!!
They squeezed us in without a reservation and were incredibly welcoming. Very knowledgeable staff explained every dish and made excellent recommendations. Very, very good food! As good as I have had in the best London restaurants. The highlight of our trip to Trieste!

Absolutely outstanding! Had a mix-up as I accidentally cancelled my reservation online. They were very nice and seated us immediately after I explained my error. Waiter was extremely helpful and nice in walking us through the menu in English. And, wow!, what a menu. Fantastic options for steak lovers as well as those not seeking big servings of meat. I opted for an amazing trio of tenderloins that included.....Zebra + Kangaroo + Venison. I know, weird! But these were all outstanding as was the vegetable accompaniment. My wife had a pasta dish with no meat that was also outstanding and beautifully served. Oh, and the wine selection is broad and well curated with all price levels and taste options. We loved a local hard to get bottle as well as the complimentary Prosecco Aperitif. Just a great night. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant for its food, service, wine list, and atmosphere.

Bracerie Venete Restaurant è un ristorante davvero speciale a Trieste, perfetto per chi ama carne di altissima qualità e piatti ricercati in un ambiente elegante e accogliente. La posizione è comoda e l’atmosfera è calda, con un servizio professionale e attento che ti fa sentire coccolato dall’antipasto al dessert. Gli ingredienti sono selezionati con cura – dalla carne frollata Dry Aged a tagli internazionali come Wagyu oltre a proposte creative di antipasti e secondi – e ogni piatto è ben bilanciato e presentato con gusto. La carta dei vini è ampia e ben abbinata alle portate, e i dettagli di servizio curato rendono l’esperienza davvero piacevole. È ideale per una cena romantica, una serata speciale o un pasto di alto livello. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualità, atmosfera raffinata e una cucina di carne memorabile!
In una fredda serata ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante. Crew molto giovane , ottimo servizio, tutti simpatici e gentili (anche se hanno bisogno di piu esperienza) , cibo molto interessante. Il punto debole....il vino . Anche se abbinato bene, le etichette erano troppo scontate. Per un cibo così particolare ci vorrebbero dei vini speciali. Cmq da provare.

I had this anniversary dinner and i tried to choose a fancy place in Trieste And bracerie venete is one of them I would have given very easily 5/5 but unfortunately i cant do that. I was disappointed at the meat, i was given recommendations and i was specific about grassfed beef and not fatty cut And i got a fatty cut where there a little to much fat on my opinion, maybe a misunderstanding with the waiter but i tried to tell him in 3 occasions that i dont want a fatty cut. The atmosphere of the place is very nice, a very distinguished restaurant. The staff overall is very well behaved. But ofc i have to judge based on the meat And the meat for my and for my request was a disappointment since i had to pay a good amount of money But my unlucky experience doesnt mean it is a bad restaurant Is a very good one Pricy but ofc not all restaurant are supposed to be for everyone
I wasn't blown away by my experience here. The service was reasonable and despite language being an issue the staff made every effort to talk through the menu (which was presented in a book for some reason). The food was well balanced and the three types of salt added a bit of variety to the meal that I enjoyed. Having eaten at Hawksmoor I'd say the steak at Bracerie Venete was poor, the medium fillet steak came rare to blue, with acrid tasting char marks on the top and the glitter garnish made me wonder what on earth I was eating. The price seemed disproportionate for the quality of the food or the service.

Very rude. To confirm this is my review of Bracerie Venete Restaurant in Trieste, unfortunately my real experience of this place. Edited in response to the owner: You're correct, we didn't dine here. Your staff's staggering rudeness at the door made sure of that. Your condescending reply, however, has perfectly confirmed my initial assessment of your establishment's arrogant atmosphere. Thanks for proving my point. We happily spent our money elsewhere.
