10/10!! Food was delicious, drinks were amazing, kind and friendly service from the hostess to waitress. We went to celebrate a birthday and were given little donuts and yummy ice cream. We will 100% be back to try the Prime Rib special on Wednesday!

Love bottomless mimosas! Can't complain. Wish they had chicken fried steak though.

Okay!! Monica has been such an amazing server. She has been so kind, patient & attentive. I had a party of 14 for my birthday and she managed to be so kind and patient with us. She really made us feel so comfortable and at home. BONUS! She speaks spanish and had my tia & mom even more comfortable and safe. Very knowledgable of the menu and kind to all of us. Thank you so much for making this birthday so memorable 💙💙💙

I don’t review often, but this place deserves a plug. Brix Scramble (flat iron steak) was served in a cast iron pan, and so good I was scraping the remnants off the edges when I was done. Sat by the lake in the cool morning sun and had a breakfast that stayed hot in the cast iron. Will return with wife when time permits. Thank you. 😊

We were staying at a nearby hotel so we popped in for dinner. They were very busy but the waiter was friendly, fast & efficient. The other staff refilled our water nearly as soon as we finished ours. Prices are very reasonable. The fried chicken sandwich was good. I got the southwest quinoa salad with chicken & the lemon vinaigrette dressing was the perfect complement. When you combine the great service with good food at a reasonable price, that's a winner in my book. Would we return? Absolutely.

4.5. I have been wanting to try Brix out since the old restaurant in this location closed. I was hoping for higher quality food and an update space. I was not disappointed. We ended up ordering drinks (Rose 75 and Oregon Mule), starter fondue, chicken club w/ side salad and halibut fish and chips. My favorite thing about our dinner was my salad. It was the best side salad ever with candied hazelnuts, goat cheese and sunflower seeds. I picked the citrus vinaigrette to go with it. So good! Next time I'm ordering a dinner salad! As far as service goes everyone was very friendly and efficient. I'm looking forward to coming back.

The server was so nice and kept our mimosas filled the whole time! Bubbles with every bite is definitely worth it! Had a great meal!

Amazing brunch, awesome interior design and love the open floor plan. Friendly service to go with it. So happy this restaurant made its way to Tualatin! Will certainly be a regular here.

Our first time here & first time being asked if we wanted to get started with donuts! Yes, please! Breakfast was good & everyone we came across were welcoming.

Breakfast was great. Had the Benedict with very fresh and tasty fruit. My daughter found a gluten free option. Service from Delany was very attentive but not intrusive.

We just celebrated our son’s 7th birthday here and Angela was absolutely amazing! We’re so grateful to her for such a great first experience at this location! Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Thanks Angela ❤️

Went for brunch on a Saturday. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nicely varied menu. I chose the Huevos Rancheros and my companion had Mac&Cheese. Both of us were satisfied. Very tasty pork and refried black beans. Enjoyably strong creative cocktails! Friendly staff. A few larger groups arrived while we were there and they appeared to be handled with ease. I would certainly return.

We showed up out of the blue as a group of 20 and they sat us immediately, despite being very busy. Our waitress was amazing, so efficient, so helpful, and so organised. She had some great hacks for making sure we all got ordered, got the right food, and could split the bill. The food was super tasty too. But honestly it was the service that stood out. Highly recommend!

Came for happy hour, food came out super fast (almost startled me) and the happy hour drink menu is better than most (great prices too). Nice atmosphere, and looking forward to warmer weather when we can sample the lakeside seating.

We visited Brix for brunch today, and the food was excellent! The service was perfect; Sam was professional and took great care of us. We had reservations and were seated right away. We had to change our itinerary the night before, and they were still able to accommodate our large party of 11. I ordered the Southern Benedict, and it was delicious! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff at Brix in Tualatin!

My workgroup came here for a retirement happy hour. The service was friendly and attentive. I got the Brix Tachos and the spicy watermelon margarita. Both were great. Bring has a cozy vibe and we all had a good time

While staying at a hotel nearby, we chose Brix for a late night drink with family. Excellent service and the appetizer we shared was perfect. We returned for breakfast. Everything was hot and tasty. Service was in the spot too!

Had the new York steak, it was cooked perfectly, highly recommend. The carrots that came with the steak were disappointing, 4 carrots, 2 were raw and 2 were overcooked. Creme brulee was good. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating, nice clean bathrooms and good atmosphere in the restaurant

Not too many vegan options, my dad is vegan and the only thing he was really able to eat was french fries and the large pretzel but came with sides of cheese sauce that he wasn't able to have. So if you're looking for a vegan place I wouldn't go here. But for a normal food the food here is good! Cauliflower buffalo bites we're fantastic, definitely upset the stomach but still worth it! Got a burger with fries and it was good, nothing too exciting! Are server on the other hand was not the best, large gentleman with a beard and tattoos on his arm that was behind the bar. He was not attentive at all, kind of seem like you just didn't want to be there. Need a napkins and he didn't check on us, I had a flag somebody else down to get refill on drinks and extra condiments. Other than the service from that one guy not being the best I would recommend this place

Recenty stopped by the cutest spot right next to the lake, and I can't wait to share my experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and they had a great selection of drinks. Plus, they offered complimentary doughnuts with brunch which was a sweet surprise. Let's not forget the bottomless mimosa, which made the brunch even more special! Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would absolutely recommend checking out.

Brix Tavern Tualatin has such a chill, inviting, and fun vibe. From the comfortable, stylish furniture to the thoughtful table and lounge layout, it’s the kind of place where you can relax whether you’re here for a lunch meeting, dinner with friends, or just drinks. Food: The food is consistently delicious, beautifully plated, and always fresh. I’ve been here many times — for both business meetings and casual hangouts — and have never had a bad dish. The menu changes seasonally, which I appreciate because it means fresh, quality ingredients (even though I still miss some favorites when they rotate off). One dish I wish they’d bring back is their incredible polenta plate with an amazing demi-glace — so good I had to ask for extra sauce on the side! Some of my must-try favorites: Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with its sauce. Coconut Prawns – cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. Salt & Pepper Calamari – light, crispy, and seasoned just right. Bacon Wedge Salad – crisp butter leaf lettuce with the perfect amount of toppings. Surf & Turf – marinated flat iron steak that’s juicy and flavorful, paired with shrimp with a little spicy kick, and tasty mashed potatoes. Burgers – good and fresh, though not the star of the menu. Pizzas – flavorful, great to share, and fresh every time. Desserts: Vanilla cheesecake is a must-try, and the chocolate lava cake is a dream for chocolate lovers. The crème brûlée is okay — good, but not as memorable as other desserts here. Service: Always on point. Friendly, attentive servers who keep drinks full without asking, and a warm greeting at the door every time. Drinks: Great drink menu with photo-worthy presentation. Perfect for pairing with apps or enjoying during happy hour. Bottom Line: If you want delicious food, a great setting, and attentive service without breaking the bank, Brix Tavern Tualatin is a solid choice. Whether for a casual hangout or a work lunch, the atmosphere, food, and service always deliver.

We had an incredibly delicious meal. The name Brix Tavern is deceiving. It is not taverny at all. I had the pulled pork burger, mate had the roast beef. Both were delicious 😋 The hostess wanted to give us poor seating and pushed back when I asked for a good table in front of the lake, but she gave in. There was no need to put us in the back as it was a Monday, which are typically slow days at restaurants.

Great food and friendly waitresses and waiters. Stunning view outside as well (& much more quiet there!). My only complaints are that I did have a reservation for a table outside but when we arrived they had given it away regardless that my group had showed up on time for our reservation. Also, when ordering a mocktail I still ended up paying almost full price for it when it was just juice and soda water without any alcohol - I did not anticipate it would be free, I just expected more than $2 off.

Popped in for some happy hour cocktails on Memorial Day. The happy hour was a nice surprise— also the happy hour “hours” as it were is very confusing. Seriously, check it out. Who could remember those rules? I’d like to come back for actual food sometime.

Live this place for any time of day. Brunch is great they accommodate or vegan necessities without hesitation. There are also a number of beautifully crafted Benedicts that had my eye coming out of the kitchen. Orange juice tastes like tang, with the price of fresh squeezed Hope they change that 🙏 We stop here for appetizers and happy hour which is also a luxurious and well picked selection of menu items.

Good food, good service, atmosphere depends on where you sit - they accommodate larger groups in a screened off back area with no view, kind of weird. Small groups or bar seating would be better.

Our waitress Samantha was awesome! She was friendly, informative, and timely. I highly recommend getting a table in her area. The halibut was soggy though and maybe undercooked. It had a nice presentation. The fried chicken was good but there were hardly any mashed potatoes and the brown gravy was average.

Everything is great about this place; the atmosphere, food, view, and service. However, what would make this place better would be to extend their breakfast hours. My friends and I had a reservation at 10:30 on a weekday. All of us wanted breakfast but found out they stopped serving breakfast at 10. McDonald’s serves breakfast until 10:30-11 depending on the location. It’s hard to change your mindset to lunch/dinner items when you’re craving something from the breakfast menu. But like I said, the food was good, I would have just preferred breakfast.

While everyone gets busy, we walked in for a quick drink and sat at the bar. The bartender immediately gave us drink menus and disappeared to do other drinks, which I understand. However, it took 15 minutes before she said I’ll be back in a minute. I don’t feel it was all her fault as she was the only one at the bar but perhaps they should have had another bartender. Now to the food. We happened to come on a Monday which is all day happy hour. We had the salt and pepper calamari, coconut shrimp and a turkey club. The food was good, not great. Calamari while tasty was a bit overdone and chewy and was the shrimp. The sandwich was good. So all in all an ok experience.

We had the halibut sandwich. The batter was gummy, and the filet was thin. The beet salad was very good. The calamari first round was cold, but they got us a new one it was much better.

Quality of food does not justify cost. Mashed potatoes lacked flavor, meat was chewy and tough. Best thing was the veggies. Happy I didn't order the halibut. Service was great though. Drinks were pretty good. $30 for the prime rib in the pic. Not worth the price

For Easter 2025, I was excited to bring my family to Brix for their amazing food. However we were disappointed in food quality. It’s was buffet style, specifically, the biscuits and gravy was runny, bland and not what they normally provide. It was lacking any good flavor, and very different from what their sausage gravy was. We chalked it up to Easter staffing, and an easier way to be open and still provide for the community. However come September 2025 we went back for the amazing food we had come to expect from Brix. To our surprise it again was not the same. The gravy is now titled bacon gravy tastes like it’s from a bag, is very runny, and not thick and full of flavor like it used to be. It’s buffet quality, and very bland. The biscuit is still soft and fluffy but the gravy is very disappointing. The two don’t go together.

Upscale Bar and restaurant in Tualitan with outdoor seating next to the little lake. Great drinks and food. We had the fondue, risotto and calamry which was all great. Customer service and especially the greeting staff need some work. Update, service since COVID has been sub par and in the last year food quality has gotten downright BAD! It used to be our go to for sunday brunch and now we don't go after our last visit 2 weeks ago.... Sad 😭

Usually great service but recent managers have not been supporting the great service I am use to receiving at Brix Tualatin. Subpar fruit quality and manager will not budge on a replacement. Fruit looks to be defrosted, I am not sure if it has always been that way for a while now.

Service was nice. Half hour wait to be told they lost the order ticket. Food was just OK. Small piece of the menu under the bowl of soup? Turkey club was ok. Steak rib fondue with cold au jus. Won't go back.

Six of us went there to celebrate a birthday. We had lunch which by all counts was good. It was an excellent lunch. We brought with us a birthday cake, paper plates and plastic flatware. We cut and served the cake ourselves. When we got the bill they had added a "cake fee" of $20, and an 18% tip on that! There is a group of us of about 12 that meet for lunch alternating Fridays. Those that can come, come. We have used this restaurant before without the cake fee or the included 18% tip. We will 86 this restaurant from our list. We normaly would eat there 3 or 4 times annually. Now? We will never eat there again.

We were invited here today for mothers day, didnt know it was a mothers day "buffet only" day, 49.99 per person arrived around noon and the place was packed, we got in line to serve ourselfs and found that most of the pans were empty except the greasey bacon an sausage and the biscuits and gravy the rest of the pans were just scraps of bits and peices non of the pans were in hot/warmers so everything was cold except the ham and what looked like prime rib? The only decent items were the deserts, other then that it was a waste of time and money. For a "FINE" restuarant like this to serve something so blantantly aweful as this and get away with charging as much as they do, you have to ask yourself is it their fault or is it the customers fault for putting up with it instead of just pointing it out to them and demanding their money back? Either way I dont recommend this place to anyone for any reason, stay away.!

I spend half my time in Newberg and half in Scottsdale. Scottsdale rules the brunch scene, but Brix was my go to when in Portland. In the past we have had amazing service and food. Today took a turn that has me contemplating opening a brunch place here. I literally saw the server poor OJ in a pitcher and then go around the bar to put soda in it, instead of champagne. Is this how they afford mimosas with every bite?! I haven't had a server do this here before. The manager said they add OJ from a gun. With this poor logic, the whole pitcher was OJ. She also snapped at my step son - I can't hear you! You are talking low and mumbly!! - rude and disrespectful. In talking to the manager he was more concerned with soda being refilled than anything I had to say. I added a picture of the OJ jug the manager says comes from a gun.

First thing through the door the hostess snapped "breakfast ended at ten!" It doesn't say that anywhere on the information easily visible on Google or the website. She didn't even ask if I wanted breakfast, just snapped at me first thing. I thought about getting lunch but the rudeness of the hostess soured me on the atmosphere so I left. I guess it would have killed them to make one more hashbrown at 9:59 AM? We'll never know because they were rushing into 10 AM lunch service, apparently. This place was completely empty and apparently the staff prefer it that way.
