This place is incredible. They make all their sauces homemade and you can tell. I will definitely be back.

The service could use some improvement but the overall experience was great. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was calm.

Service is A+. Drinks A+. Food A+. I've always liked Reilly for their consistent positive vibes, and perfect food. Plan to spend about $30 per person if you get a few drinks. Try the Mafalda!

Main restaurant had over an hour wait but we were graciously offered other options such as bar seating or eating in the beer garden. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great drinks downstairs ❤

Loved the sauce and crust! The sauce was fresh and tangy, the crust wast chewy yet crunchy. Perfect!

Evan and crew at the bar were amazing, I was needy and they served their hearts out with care while slammed busy. Nice work, so very nice. Oh yeah the food was next level too, just grab yourself some buttermilk ranch to round out the accessories. It's a thing for dipping za nowadays!

They stayed open the full 10 minutes till closing time, let us order pizza and beer and were kind to us in the beer garden! Such a great way to end the night.

This might be the BEST Neapolitan-style pizza in Tucson!! They seriously nailed ALL aspects of the pizza. The crust is PERFECT. Great leoparding on the exterior. Just the right thickness - not too thin that it can't withstand the ingredients, not too thick that it's bready. Right balance of crew and crispy. With just the right hint of salt that leaves you wanting more. The sauce is JUST tart enough that it keeps you refreshed and balances against the rich toppings. The pepperoni is the cupped style that gets those perfectly crispy edges. Good fresh mozzarella and basil as well! And an appropriate amount of basil - not like that places that only have a token leaf or two on the pizza. Bonus: get the cannoli. They the filling, like everything is perfectly nuanced and balanced - it's got just a hint of orange that leaves you refreshed and wanting more. Plus, not traditional, but it's fun that one end has mini chocolate chips and the other has rainbow sprinkles!

Great time at Reilly's!!!! It was the perfect place for girls night. Thank you so much!

Seriously next level pizza. We had the speck and egg. One of the most memorable pies, crust that we've had. The cauliflower was incredible. Good drinks and extremely fast service on a busy Friday night. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite pizza places in Tucson. Not great for families unless you can sit outside in the heat. Otherwise it has great food and drinks for when you don’t have the kids.

The bread was absolutely amazing. Salad was super fresh, and pasta delicious. Cannolis are worth getting too! Highly recommend. Not overly fancy- good for Any occasion / with or without kids.

I had an arragula prosciutto pizza. It was delicious! I have been to Italy and ate pizza, and this was the closest that I have tasted in town so far. Perfect, the crust is buttery, salty and crunchy. Loved it, definitely try it!

Love this place. Pizzas are great. But I enjoy the meatballs the most! Im sad that the brussel sprout recipe has changed, its now kim chee flavored, still tastey but miss the old version. Downstairs is also the tough luck club bar which always has a special cocktail menu that changes every few months. Definitely one of my favorite places.

Had a really good time. Dinner was fabulous. Food was very tasty. The waitress was amazing and there is also a speakeasy downstairs which was really quaint and relaxing.

Cool place and good food! The place has a good vibe and atmosphere. Fair drinks menu. The star is their signature pasta and pizza dishes. The service was fine and would definitely recommend this place!

Best pizza ever and the Brussel sprout appetizer is to die for..... A must try.... Even if you hate brussel sprouts. Love the atmosphere. Service is great. We were told that after 6:30 there is less of a wait. Great back yard for outdoor seating.

Such good pizza and the best atmosphere of any Tucson restaurant I have been to so far. A great place to take a date or for a special occasion, but still casual enough for casual attire. I recommend the Brussel sprouts I could not stop eating them. The pizza had that tasty cheese that just stretches and stretches with a nice sweet dough and a marinara sauce that is not overpowering.

What a hidden gem!!! we drove by this place many times, and did not stop until yesterday. We ordered the rigatoni with mushrooms and fennel sausage & roasted peppers pizza which both were amazing! Both dishes were recommended by the bartender upstairs on the rooftop. Great job!!! We will be back again very soon! Thanks 🙏🏻

Excellent! Pizza made with flavor , a crust that's truly done right , thin , crispy. We enjoyed the Ceasar salad that's so fresh and delicious, then we enjoyed our craft pizza Pepperoni and Fresno chili it's so so good and of course Crimni mushrooms with a Truffle sauce that's perfectly delicious! The house Cabernett is a great match to our delicious meal. Service is always great ! Yes you must go to Riley Craft Pizza!

Ambiance was really nice. The authenticity of the pasta had lots of key flavors. Absolutely amazing. Paired with the fresh pizza. Great vibes.

We were looking for a nice Italian restaurant near us. All we could find were closed restaurants or reserved ones. When we came across this restaurant while we were walking on the road, we stoped by it and it was closed like every other restaurants. After we called to see if they were opened, Ryan was really friendly of letting us in. They were so nice to all of us. And had a table for 15. The atmosphere was amazing! It was old fashion with a little sprinkle of modern. We got our food within minutes. And it was delicious!! The pizza was so cheesy and crunchy. The pasta’s sauce went well with the basil and rigatoni as a garnish. Don’t get me started with the fries! It was bomb! It was amazing! We also made besties with David making pizza. He showed us many tricks throwing the dough. Truly incredible! If you come to Tuscon, Arizona for vacation, come on down to Reilly’s Craft Pizza and Drink!! Thank you so much for the great Experience By: Raya, Kyla, Leon, and Issy

An overall fantastic experience from start to finish. We arrived a tad early and hit the Tough Luck Club downstairs for cocktails where we enjoyed a perfectly made old fashioned and manhattan. The service upstairs was just as great as the bar downstairs. Our server was friendly and made great suggestions — from cocktails to wine to different pizzas to share. This will definitely be a permanent spot on our places to visit next time we’re in town.

Gorgeous dining space - love the vaulted ceilings! - and very chilled and friendly service. I had a perfect cocktail here (the spiced pineapple vodka one) and every bite I ate was sensational - the Brussels sprouts, the wildly good vodka rigatoni and the chocolate budino. The homemade pasta was absolutely sensational. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

C

Food was phenomenal! And the ricotta toast with prosciutto was so the perfect appetizer! Clarissa was our bartender and had great suggestions! Pizzas were the perfect size for a personal pizza and you can order half and half if you can’t pick between 2!

S

Delicious!!! The food exceeded our expectations. We ordered Spaghetti Ala Chitarra, Mafalda (bolognese) and the meatball ricotta pizza. It was early and the service started out good considering our Server had a large party. It took awhile to get her attention for another drink. She never checked back after the food was served. Her big party was gone. I ordered dessert, the server was taking her time having a lengthy conversation with another table. She had another table trying to get her attention as well as us. We had a concert to get to, I wanted the dessert to go. We couldn't get her attention. I went to the ladies room while my husband tried to flag her down, he said she completely blew him off and went to do something else. I saw her when I came out of restroom and asked her to have the dessert to go and for the check. She needs to learn to pull away from talkative guests in order to give good service to all her guests. Also, work the station not one table at a time, wasted trips and time (both hubby and I were food servers). The Tiramisu tasted okay but the way the boxed it to go looked unappealing.

J

Absolutely love this place. The pasta was out of this world. Perfectly cooked, super creamy and very generous portions! Also a very decent beer list. Service was very friendly and efficient. Really nice place to have dinner. The desserts were also sublime.

Summer was super friendly and helpful! Darlena, the mixologist at the Tough Luck Club, was phenomenal and explained and answered all of our questions! In addition, she was nice and made amazing drinks! I highly recommend it!!!!!

Out of 5 stars the experience was a 10. The food was perfect, we had amazing service and guidance with our amazing waitress Mars, and the vibe was great. Mars guided us to get hot honey on the pepperoni and pepper pizza and it was THE BOMB DOT COM. Aka so good.

P

I went at 17:00 and booked a table. I gets very busy. The Simple salad was a mix of salad leaves with a dressing. It was huge. Enough for two people. Pizzas were thin crust so that was just right.

A jewel in the heart of Tucson! We had an amazing experience at Reilly Craft Pizza and Drink. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and an impeccable presentation. The handmade pizzas are spectacular, and the atmosphere of the place is modern and cozy, perfect for a date or an outing with friends. Of course, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance, since the wait can be more than 2 hours, especially on weekends. It's totally worth the wait, but it's better to avoid it! We will definitely return. A must-see in Tucson if you love good pizza and well-prepared cocktails! 🍕🍸

Was in town for the weekend on work and was craving some pasta. Came here and was greeted by some friendly staff including Sadie and enjoyed a very delicious espresso martini. I ordered the rigatoni and had a great time in this very cozy restaurant!

E

This is my go to spot for brick oven pizza , they never disappoint ! The craft drinks are ways so great and refreshing too. Recommended! The ambience is low lighting and mostly always busy on weekends. They also have an outside patio area with a bar which is nice.

Really good pizza, pasta, salad and drinks! Really beautiful space with multiple areas to dine and drink. Nice main dining area with an open kitchen. Great lowkey rooftop patio with beautiful downtown views. Staff is always very nice and professional. My favorite food is the spicy rigatoni.

Was on the roof Saturday Oct 21st. The bar staff were amazing to watch. Truly teamwork in action. The manager was amazing She checked on each table, Helped out delivering food, even helped out the bar. What an inspiration to see her leading by example. A true team player as well as boss! Will definitely make this a regular destination. Tried every appetizer on the menu. They were all wonderful. Was there with another couple,it was their first time . They loved it also.

Their 'Poet's Square' cocktail was my favorite that I've ever had. Sophisticated, unique and flavorful without being too strong for someone that doesn't care for the taste of liquor. Everyone who tried it was impressed.

L
Lizz Dimercurio

This craft pizza place is in a historic building with that turn of the century vibe. There is a beer garden! We had the sausage and roasted red pepper pizza. The sausage is flavorful and has enough kick to make it better than most. Make a reservation. Make a reservation. They were accommodating and have a couple tables set aside for couples that don't make a reservation, but we probably should have made a reservation. I am positive that even on a weekday, I would make a reservation.

Update: Aug 20, 2025. While the service was lackluster and the charcuterie board special was very weak, I will say this and I think its pretty significant. I am a self made millionaire in the pizza business. 25 year veteran in Chicago. Not only that, but I've had so many of the hot and iconic pizzas in not only Chicago but NYC. The Margherita and Pepperoni & Fresno Pepper Pizzas i had last night, both EZ Cheese and cooked Well Done, was some of the best pizza I have ever had and that's really the best compliment this place is ever gonna get Closer to 4.5 but dont think its fair to give them 4 stars and lower their average. Service was very friendly and effecient. Salad and Brussels and Caulifower appetizers were solid and while the Neapolitan pizzas werent earth shattering, they were pretty damn good. The penne vodka was excellent albeit a tad salty. Their food was better than what Bianco is doing in Phoenix. Recommended. We only ended up here because of the arrogance of Anello giving us a 730 reservation only to tell us they couldnt seat us till 830.

I love that Reillys is so consistent. The food is always as good as the time before. I’m not a big meat eater but I usually get the Arugula and prosciutto pizza because it’s just that good. We got the fries as an app and my bf commented they weren’t that crispy. The server came with the check and had taken them off. I really appreciated this level of customer service. Always a 10/10 for me.

My boyfriend and I came in to celebrate an anniversary. There was a small wait so we decided to eat at the bar. The bartender, Trevor, was extremely attentive and even recommended an appetizer for us. The food was amazing and Trevor introduced to a fantastic moscato that perfectly concluded the meal. He was very kind, knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely return just to have this service again!

Went here with a group on a whim and we were stunned by how delicious our food was! We shared 1 margherita and 1 pepperoni pizza, 3 servings of rigatoni (1 with beef added) and 2 servings of the brussel sprouts. Sensational all around and Sadie was a wonderful server. All of this in a pretty cool part of downtown Tucson. Highly recommend!

A Memorable Night at Reilly’s Craft Pizza & Drink My recent visit to Reilly’s Craft Pizza & Drink turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful experience, one that will definitely bring me back. Located in a beautifully refurbished building over 100 years old, Reilly’s offers a blend of history and modern dining that’s truly captivating. The highlight of our evening began when Chef James personally guided my party to the rooftop lounge and bar. His gracious and friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic night. At his recommendation, we tried the Pepperoni & Pickled Fresno Chile pizza, and it was a revelation. Each slice was a perfect balance of spicy and savory, leaving everyone in awe of the flavors. The atmosphere, combined with exceptional food, made for a perfect random Saturday night out. The setting at Reilly’s, from its historic walls to the sleek, contemporary rooftop, creates a unique ambiance that enhances the dining experience. I’m already planning my next visit—Pepperoni & Pickled Fresno Chile pizza will definitely be on the table again tomorrow. If you find yourself in the area, don’t miss the chance to enjoy this fantastic spot.

Delicious pizza, great drinks, and you must try the brussel sprouts! Lighting is a bit dim, but it suits the old funeral home. I hear the whiskey bar in the basement is where the morgue used to be, but I haven't ventured down there. The Beer garden in the old hearse garage is super cool!

S
Sara Knepper

Unlike many places, the cost is worth the quality you get! Amazing pizza and pasta. Their brussel sprouts are incredible - the best I've had anywhere - a perfect balance of texture and spice. The coffee gelato was a delicious dessert. The service was perfectly timed. We had dinner when they opened so it wasn't super lively or loud, which was perfect for a dinner date. Highly recommend!

Im glad I finally had the chance to come in. Brought my son after seeing a show at the Fox and needed a quick bite to eat. Service was super fast and the food came out very quickly. The pizza was phenomenal and the truffle fries were a big hit with my kiddo. My sauce fearing child even devoured the aioli which is quite impressive for him. Cannot wait to come in again and try something else.

Amazing food and service was awesome! The pizza I had was phenomenal! The atmosphere is pretty cool. It's just a brand new open business. They're open kind of late, at least 7:00 in the evening. Their menu is humongous from burgers to pizza to tacos all around. This was a great establishment and I will be back. Plus it's right next to the cigar place so you can have a smoke and grab something to eat as well. Totally awesome!

This is a go-to place for my husband and I. It’s an excellent date night place. The food is always delicious and I feel well priced. Some of my personal favorites are the Brussels, roasted cauliflower and for a cocktail, the iron horse old fashioned. Yum! I haven’t gotten the chance to enjoy the garden they have outside but the speak easy down stairs is another fun stop. They have some fun cocktails.

First time having dinner at Reilly. 4 of us - all good food and pizza snobs 😉😂 We were not disappointed. Everything was excellent. The service was amazing, too! 👏🏻👍🏻👌🏻 Looking forward to going again, … soon! 🥰

We hosted our daughter's wedding here this past Saturday. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing. The service perfect. We couldn't ask for a better time than what we experienced Saturday. We were in the indoor beer garden. It was perfect for the amount of people we were hosting (53 total). We highly recommend Reillys for your event.

We really like dining at Reilly due to its ambiance and flavorsome food, especially the housemade bread and chopped salad. We always sit at the bar as we enjoy watching the creation of craft cocktails and the variety of patrons. We took our out of town friend to Reilly on Monday and shared the housemade bread, chopped salad and fennel sausage and roasted peppers pizza. Both the bread and salad were delicious as always. The bread slathered with the cultured butter was delectable and the salad was loaded with ingredients. The pizza crust was perfect and the sauce and toppings were flavorful, just not enough sausage. We were able to spread out the sausage pieces to ensure everyone had a few bits on their slice however it was skimpy. I expected a pizza with an abundance of sausage similar to the pizzas pictured on the website. Next time, I’ll raise my concern while we’re there if the pizza toppings are sparse. Again our overall dining experience was great and we will return as it’s the perfect place for pre-concert dining.

I'm not sure I would have found this place had some local folks not told us about it. The venue itself is really cool. The building looks like it may have been an old theater. It's really nicely done inside and there's a lot of room for larger groups, too. The beer/drinks selection was quite good. The pizza was fantastic. Our group got a variety of things and everything was amazing, really. Lastly, the service -- I was impressed at how fast they were and how great the bar and wait staff were. Truly top notch. I get to Tucson a few times a year and look forward to going back here!

Summer was awesome. I am pretty sure she’s the reason why this place operates smoothly as she was. I never been to a restaurant the size where she was very friendly and so informative even telling us about the history of the building. It’s rare to have restaurants. do such a thing in such a small town I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I was very impressed by Summer and how informative and friendly she was to the staff. You guys are lucky. They have an employee of this magnitude

N
Nicholas Davis

My father-in-law and I had a wonderful experience at Reilly’s. We had been seated inside initially but with the gorgeous spring weather we waned to get a spot outside. The waitstaff was completely understanding and showed us to the outdoor seating area which was great. We enjoyed a welcoming atmosphere from our server Summer with great drinks, food and super fast service. We will definitely go back.

The appetizers were really good - ricotta toast and brussels sprouts - wow. The pizza was really tasty too. Wish there was more of a selection of pizzas, however. The location inside is nice, outside was feeling less secure or ideal for parking. The ricotta toast was AMAZING.

For a Saturday night and a few empty tables, it took longer than I expected to meet our server after we sat down for our reservation. That being said, time tends to move more slowly for me when I'm hungry, so it may have been perceived. Everyone was super friendly and pizza is always tasty. Personal preference: Panna Cotta was so good, but would have preferred less of the peanut butter topping, even though it was absolutely delicious. Panna Cotta is a favorite of mine because I feel like it's subtly sweet and simple. Stunning presentation though. Thank you for a great meal!

I would like to thank Reilly Craft Pizza and Drink for their amazing hospitality, delicious scratch-made food, and their support for community. My colleague and I approached Ryne the General Manager earlier this fall about an opportunity for Reilly’s to host our fledgling choir in its rehearsals and for its first-ever performance. Not only did Ryne say yes – but he and his team made us feel completely welcome in their space, always going the extra mile in their hospitality. We are so grateful! Fan faves: housemade bread, ricotta toast, herb & garlic fries, homemade pasta, & pizzas of all kinds. Mocktails to order. And I found my favorite salad ever, no joke: Reilly’s Apple, Pecan Brittle & Gorgonzola. To the entire Reilly's Team: thank you for being wonderful humans & for your commitment to community!

First time here and having a great experience. down stairs had a great and unique drink selection and the restaurant upstairs had a a good beer selection and atleast the truffle fries tasted delicious. I'm definitely coming back to try more food and recommend giving this place a shot.

Pizza is very good, but are personal pizzas to most people (2 people tops) and very expensive. Appetizers are a little eclectic, and also very expensive. Nice choice of local beer, but also very expensive. Nice ambiance.

What a chill Pizza restaurant I love the old style Décor and the fact they have 3 different bars your main one in the dining Area one outside that's a beer garden and 1 downstairs as a speakeasy Pretty cool For my pizza I Ordered the Crimini mushroom Is Was decent it wasn't a real wood fired oven but still good held It It stayed crispy while it sat there Not to sure what I think about the cheese It was sliced not shredded so it didn't melt all the way I think we're just missing some garlic and then it would been perfect my wife Ordered the margherita pizza I tried that it was average A little side Salad came with the pizza it was OK it was just lettuce and cheese and dressing Never service was slow took for ever to come over I never came and gave refills Or the see how the food Was just Lacking in every way Would definitely go there at night to hang out

R
Rachit Mohindra

Strict "No Ranch" policy. Food's pretty good on the whole, but the crust would taste way better with a bit of ranch. But the fat kid in me just doesn't get as excited when I'm trying to find something on the menu. But the speck & egg pizza is worth a try, and the tiramisu is amazing.

Checked out Reilly Craft Pizza last night and had an amazing time there with friends! The cocktails menu, while short, was amazing and the pasta's incredible. I had ordered the Poet's Square Cocktail and the Orecchiette and was not disappointed at all! Definitely coming back on my next trip to Tucson!

This place will capture you, the food the drinks YES!! Everything I had I would eat again, Service Was Excellent and that also makes a good restaurant as well, loved how our waiter answered all my questions (new here & wanted to try new food items) My evening was wonderful.

K
Kristy Snowden

I didn't take a picture of the pizzas, but the carbonara was a pleasant surprize! I cannot recall ever eating a pizza with both bacon and eggs but it was absolutely fantastic! The margarita pizza wasn't my favorite, which was unfortunate because it usually is. Also, make sure you make a reservation beforehand, just in case. When we arrived, we were kind of lectured on how reservations work and their importance, and than immediately seated. It was a little confusing, but did not take away from our evening or our experience.

Very good pizza and atmosphere, with generally attentive service. Prices are a bit high, but not out of norm for downtown. Great location with easy parking.

Great atmosphere in downtown Tucson. We had the Pepperoni & Pickled Fresno Chile pizza and loved it. Ricotta toast was okay for my taste.

Great place for pasta or pizza in downtown Tucson. Beautiful indoor seating and prompt food service. The Brussels were more skin than Brussels, but ricotta toast is delicious, as is the fennel and sausage pasta.

B
Brian Loesgen

Interesting flavors. Reasonable price for a bottle of Italian wine. We sat out back, which was much quieter than inside. We were a bit surprised by the amount of self-service. Portions were good. We enjoyed our visit to this re-purposed mortuary, the oldest in Tucson.

Went for Valentine’s Day and the food was super good! Everything was super fast and yummy. Our waiter was super nice and fast. My only thing was that they sat us down in a tiny table in the corner next to a register and the door, so people were coming in and out. I understand is a busy day, but when we got there they had at least other 20 tables available. The food we ordered legit didn’t fit in the tiny table. We had to use the other table next to us to put some plates there of how tiny it was lmao. Also, All the waitresses were dressed in mini skirts just standing infront of us throughout the entire meal lol. I get it you want the tips but damn hahaha they were just chilling there talking.

N
Narci Delarosa

I went for dinner with friends and we ordered their classic pepperoni pizza. I liked it but the only thing it’s too greasy and they have No ranch! The server did pretty good overall 4/5

T
Tyler Smoker

Pizza was really good, however we did not get all of the ingredients that we asked for on the pizza. After inquiring about it, we were given a slight shoulder shrug and the employee went on about their business. Beer selection was good. They even had one of my personal favorites, the Duchesse Belgian-style ale...on tap! So that was super cool. Cool little place. Convenient parking garage (paid) right across the street as well. The downstairs "speak-easy" style bar was pretty cool as well.

Food is pretty good, enjoyed the prosciutto and arugula pizza, fries and aioli also good. It's 2026 and they're serving soda in cans. Is this an aesthetic decision? There's a full bar times three, do the soda guns there just have carbonated water? Honestly cheapens the whole experience so much I had to remove a star.

A
Alberto Rascón

A solid spot for pasta and wine, though some dishes were disappointing. Visiting as walk-ins on a Sunday evening, we were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, but we could sit at the bar and order drinks while we wait for a table. We accepted and enjoyed a glass of Pinot Grigio at the bar. Soon after, we were seated at a nearby table where a friendly server took our orders. We started with brussels sprouts as an appetizer, which unfortunately arrived overly burnt and excessively oily, making the flavors overwhelming and unenjoyable (3/10). For mains, we chose the vodka rigatoni and a classic pepperoni pizza. The rigatoni was excellent and the highlight of the meal (8/10). However, the pepperoni pizza was greasy, oily, and overall nothing special (5/10). The service, although friendly, felt somewhat distant as we rarely saw our server for the rest of the evening. Prices were about average, but aside from the enjoyable wine and pasta, the pizza and brussels sprouts left much to be desired and overall a disappointment.

The first time we went here it was a weekend night and very busy. My husband and I sat at the bar, and after a few drinks were very hungry! We got the pepporoni pizza and it was great! Not sure if it was the alcohol, but we raved about it so much that my friend decided to have her birthday dinner here. Yesterday was her dinner, and I feel bad that I hyped this place up because the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere of the building is historic and nicely decorated. However, the pizza was just ok. Good, but not worth the price. Our group also ordered the truffle fries which were good, but again not worth the cost. Service was ok. At the end of our dinner the waiter offered a complimentary dessert to my friend for her birthday (tiramisu!). She enjoyed it, but when we got the check, we found out that they charged us for it!

I have had the pizza there and it's pretty good. Tonight, a friend and I ordered a vegetarian pasta. It was extremely bland. $25 For over cooked broccolini, and a super bland sauce. The pasta itself was a good texture, but oh how bland! The bartender was nice and informative, and atmosphere is good, but the salad and pasta dish was pretty awful. Definitely not worth the price.

The food is okay! Kind of challenging to find something for dietary restrictions. The combination on the vegan pizza is super salty. The cauliflower and brussels sprouts appetizers are divine though. Definitely has super cool vibes, and is worth going to at least once!

We made a reservation for after a hockey game at the TCC. The game finished up early and they were able to seat us. We were sitting at a high table near the bar. I don't mind those types of tables, but all of the chairs were extremely wobbly and uncomfortable. The place is also fairly loud, which makes sense for what it is, but it was tough for my youngest (15 years old). We tried many of the appetizers. Most of them were on the spicy side, even though that wasn't clear from the menu or ingredients. For the most part, everyone liked their pizza although we could have ordered one for every two people to share. We were excited about the gelato for dessert, but the flavors were odd, no chocolate, so we went elsewhere.

Decent pizza, but service is pretty bad. Went on a Thursday around 5pm, took about 20-30 min to get a drink, everytime. I watched our drinks sit in the bar for about 10 min before we got them. Seems under-staffed for what they’re trying to do. Food and drink taste were good

I'm not sure where they learned to season their food but I have never had the amount of black pepper both in meatballs and their vodka Rigatoni. I don't understand how you can screw this up. When I told our server about it, he was like I'll make a note of it. Well thanks for making a note of it. Sorry to bother you since you and the three other servers went right back to standing around talking with each other. Did not get offered more water, after we finished our meal he did not offer a dessert menu either. Sorry to bother you. Was looking forward to this place given the recommendations, but sorely disappointed.

Maybe it was an off night, but we came for my nephews birthday and both the food and the service was bad. We were a party of 8 and 4 of the water glasses had lipstick on them. The pizza was bland & tasteless. Three different pastas and none was very good, not sure why we boxed them up to take home. The two good dishes we had were the fries and the Brussels Sprouts which were great! Hate to bash but just being honest.

Brussel sprouds were too spicy ( really.. not tastyspicy more hurtspicy) Pizza to thick and not cooked, also to much fennel ussd. As an "Italian" restaurant not offering espresso is a no go (got a cup of coffee instead). Service needs to be reminded several times.

We went for my nieces wedding. The staff spent most of the night hiding behind the bar on their phones and weren’t really attentive. The pizza was definitely not worth the price we paid. It was a decent dough covered in sauce and barely had any cheese. They also put red onion in their Caesar salad which made it overbearingly onion-y. Overall, this place is not worth the hype. Save yourself the money and go eat at Brooklyn Pizza on 4th and come here for the beer and cocktails.

The food here is great, however the portions are incredibly small given the prices. When I spend $20 on a pizza, I would expect it to feed 2-3 people. That is definitely not the case here. We spent $95 on 3 pizzas and 4 beers and we all left kinda hungry. Which brings me to my second point. The service is so, so slow. We would have purchased more food (since we were all hungry after the tiny pizzas), but it took almost 45 minutes for our pizzas to arrive, so we didn’t bother. Everyone was very nice, but the service was glacial.

It’s such a disappointing restaurant experience. We are only in Tuscon for a short time and chose this as one of two restaurants to Try out. The food was outstanding, especially the pasta in vodka cream sauce. However, unfortunately, the service was awful. The waitress seem to mean well but was impossible to get her attention. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but she simply never came to our table after taking our order. I asked another waitress to please get our waitress and it’s still never happened. I finally had to get up and find the waitress myself to ask for a check, It’s super annoying to be eating your food or even waiting to eat your food for your waitress to come back because you need something and she just ghosts you and your section of the restaurant. The whole thing left a bad taste for what would’ve been a Great dinner. This place obviously has a serious problem with service. Don’t know why management doesn’t take care of this issue.

The place was empty, there was only one table, some people at the bar and just my boyfriend and I. We got seated and the server I believe her name is summer took extremely long to get us our drinks, we even watched them sitting at the bar while she was eating and being on her phone ( we literally saw her). She was extremely rude, we were not happy with the service at all. Food was decent, she forgot our appetizer and I told her and she was rude and told me I didn’t order it when it was the first thing I mentioned. My boyfriend got the chicken parm sandwich and the bread was burnt, like straight up just black and it tasted burnt. We told our server about it and she said “oh we recently changed our bread and that’s the vibe they’re going for and that’s how it comes now, a little toasty”, what? Then the manager came out and apologized and confirmed it looked burnt. Also after her taking her sweet time to eat, chat, and talk to her friends, we first watched how our drinks just sat at the bar and then our food at the kitchen window. She took over 10 mins to bring us our checks. Again, the place was empty, she just wasn’t interested in doing a good job. Terrible service by summer. I mentioned to my sister what had happened and she said she had the same experience with the same server.

After being sat and waiting for 15min, we had to ask for service. We got our drinks and food in. The food was great and prompt, shout out to the BOH. But one friend asked to sub a liquor for a drink and was told yes. Then she was told they couldn’t do it because the drink is pre-batched, even tho they had all the ingredients. Okay fine, but then we had to remind them to still bring her drink after 10min. The least they could have done is comp our bread or done something to make up for the bad service. To top it all off, the server only talked to us when we were paying to say how tired she was. The lowest tip option was 20%. Amazing food, horrible service and vibes. Working in the service industry, I know how easy it is to make up for small mistakes but they truly just did not care.

I ordered the veggie pizza and margherita pizza to go, with the tres leche tiramisu. My veggie pizza had garlic dumped in the middle, and only mushrooms. No peppers or eggplant. The margherita pizza had more veggies on it than my veggie pizza! And the $8.00 tiramisu? It was smaller than my small fist. See picture. I drove 14 miles for this?

Very disappointed. Salad was good, pizza came out burnt and took a long time. Beer lines need cleaned. My daughter received warm lemonade. Service was very rough, perhaps due to some understaffing though we watched several staff chit chatting amongst themselves verse being focused on customers. Considering cancelling other reservations we made for this restaurant group for this weekend. Such a bummer!

⭐☆☆☆☆ We were a party of three grabbing dinner before a show. The evening started fine — greeted by three hostesses, seated quickly, and served by a friendly waiter who seemed to be training another. Then came the strangest part of the night: a hostess returned to confiscate our half-drunk can of water that she’d already approved when we arrived. Yes, a can of plain water — not alcohol, not outside food. Just water. The restaurant provides water on every table, so the decision to take ours felt petty, unnecessary, and frankly demeaning. Technically, under Arizona law (A.R.S. §13-1802), taking something someone already possesses without real consent could even qualify as theft — a weird precedent to set over forty-five cents’ worth of hydration. The menu was limited, overpriced, and by that point, the atmosphere went from classy to smug. We decided to leave and spend our $150 elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place that values basic respect over arbitrary rules, this isn’t it.

DO NOT GO HERE. We paid card and left cash for a tip. Mind you MORE than 20%. And they STOLE from us. The server added a $100 tip for themselves, on top of the generous tip we left. Absolutely DISGUSTING business practices. We would love to say this is the first time we have heard of this happening, but it’s not. They LOVE stealing from their customers and they will protect any bartender or server that steals from their customers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I swear I’m not a picky eater, I not only tried one pasta, but two different pastas, and they were both so bad, no flavor and chewy. I didn’t try any of the other items and I hope they taste at least good because every item is very expensive for what it is. So disappointed on the food, never coming back but trying to warn people to not order the pasta from there.

I am writing this to express my absolute outrage regarding the treatment I received from your hostess. As a regular patron, I am appalled that I was profiled and discriminated against simply because I arrived in my work clothes rather than my usual attire. Being asked to provide a card on file specifically to 'ensure I could pay' is an insult to my character and a disgusting business practice. And put my on a wait list of 1 hour and a half while everyone that walked thru the door was seated at they came in. This type of 'lookism' is a form of discrimination that I will not tolerate. You are losing a loyal customer today, and I will be sure to share this experience with my network so they know exactly how you view the working class in Tucson.
