If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never encountered such rude and aggressive staff. My husband placed a mobile order, I went to pick it up at the drive thru. The woman working the drive thru insisted I had the wrong location and they didn’t have my order an ld then told me someone else picked it up. Then she was obviously annoyed and snapped at me to come inside and get it figured out. I went inside and the man was returning my food and when I said I didn’t want it after someone else had handled it the staff began arguing with me so I just took the food and went back to my car to call my husband. While I was in my car the woman from the drive thru came up to my window yelling “hey lady!” And startled me so I rolled down my window. She said “do you want your drinks or not because if you come back again it’s gonna be a complaint” I got out of the car to get my drinks and told her I would be complaining anyway to which she responded “you’re crazy” and laughed. We went inside and I was so uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe so I just took the drinks and got in my car and called my husband and left. When I called the store to ask for the owner or corporate info to complain I could hear them talking rudely about me in the background and the guy on the phone refused to give me information and told me if I wanted it then I had to look it up online myself. Corporate is closed on the weekends but I will certainly be calling first thing Monday morning because that was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The owner needs to do better about who they hire. The whole staff was rude and aggressive. We ended up just throwing the food and drinks away because we didn’t trust they weren’t contaminated.

There are several staff members who make you wait too long, don't attend to you, spend their time chatting amongst themselves, and serve you reluctantly.

I went in with the intention of ordering food. I asked the lady if I could use the restroom first before making an order she rudely said no and that I had to order first. I told her I was going to make my order as soon as I got out but she said no. As I am reading the reviews it seems this is what they do even if you are a customer. I went across the street to jack in the box and got food over there instead where they let me use the restroom first and then order. I hope this review helps people decide not to eat there with there ride service.

Had placed an online order then when I showed up they didn’t have it and made me wait outside and when I get it I don’t even have any beans or chicken in my salad makes no sense and the attitude they had was just so bad

20250829 at 4pm, order under Adrian T I stopped here to grab dinner and have a pee break. I placed my order first using their machines. Then asked woman (short and fat, she wouldn't give me a name) for restroom access snd she said to give a second.....fair enough, but she completed her task and then others...I asked again and then gave me attitude and says it's for customers only. I told her I ordered food and she said she didn't know that with an attitude. I then went to cancel my order, I felt unsafe with my food now. I spoke with a manager who wouldn't give me that girls name or her own so I can make a complaint, manager also had an attitude and wouldn't give me any names. How am I supposed to make a complaint to store owners then? Only option i see now for these people to be held to SOME standards is a review. Now instead of the owner hearing from me, everyone that looks at reviews can thanks to the "manager". I expect bad service from a regular employee, not a manager...she isnt manager material.

Food was not at all good! Every order I've had had been smashed or lacking ingredients... I should not be able to count how many graded cheese pieces I have in my taco...🤦🏻 not sure why this taco bell slacks when the one on Mooney has no problem actually giving the food I asked for 🤔 either way this location sucks as making any kind of food plus we didn't get our Fiesta potatoes we order off the rewards... I would definitely like to see some improvement but who knows... 🤷🏻 Would definitely recommend the Mooney location in my honest opinion. Take your chances at Tulare location (NOT) or if you like have assed food then continue and don't listen to me 🤣🤣

The staff is nice, but the Manager is rude. If your order is wrong and you try to let her know about it to correct the mistake she always gives you an attitude.

People are very Rude in there , this is my second visit there , every time I come in they give me an attitude,ask no cheese on my food after a less that a minute that I payed and the lady said it’s to late , I told her I won’t be able to eat like that , and she’s said that’s already done , if u want u could order another one again and pay for again, so I left the her food there ! I can again on a different day to order crunch wrap , she said u won’t get that price cause you have to order from the app or the tablet inside and ask her to help me on the app and didn’t get any help , and to top it off the food got me really sick 🤢!

The only reason I gave the food 1 star is because I am a 70s baby when Taco bell had real food. I had not had it in a very long time and we were coming back from a concert. We had a taco which was basically a lettuce taco. And A joke of a nacho bell grande. Let's just say my husband and I were not feeling well the next 2 days. The food was flavorless, sloppy and was NOT REAL FOOD.

This taco bell is awful! They literally messed up our whole order! We ordered 2 beefy melts, nacho fries, soft taco Supreme, 2 enchiritos (Hillman store builds them for me) and a cheesy bean and rice burrito-no jalapeno sauce add sour cream. and Paid $6 for some soggy, disgusting fries with literally nothing on them, my cheesy bean and rice had jalapeño sauce on it, the enchiritos were given to us in pieces, the beefy melts were missing and they gave us 4 bean burritos. How hard is it to make what people ask for. Awful!
