Muy lindo, el personal amable, el lugar lindo, cuentan con estacionamiento y baños, la playa está a unos pasos. Los alimentos están ricos y en general es un ambiente tranquilo. Tienes que hacer reserva para que te dejen pasar en el ingreso, pero una vez llegando no te preguntan por ella. Tienen camastros en la playa y mesas en la zona del restaurante. Si lo recomendaría.

Los meseros son amables y la comida es buena. Las reservaciones no sirven como tal , solo es para mostrar tu entrada al parque del jaguar. Tienen estacionamiento por cierto $$

Me encantó el servicio todo el tiempo, muy atentos y amables. La comida deliciosa, es mi segunda vez probando. Acceso a la playa termina 5:30, el restaurante sigue hasta más tarde.

El restaurante es súper bonito, la brisa del mar una maravilla, la comida excelente (y los margaritas!), pero sin duda lo mejor que tiene el restaurante es su personal, cálido, atento y muy amable, en especial Cristian, que nos ha atendido varias noches y es excepcional. Muchisimas gracias!

Después de un largo y agotador día de aventura—viajando desde Chichén Itzá, explorando cuatro cenotes y pasando horas en la carretera—mi esposa y yo llegamos a Cinco con muchísima hambre. Lo que recibimos fue mucho más que una cena; fue una experiencia inolvidable gracias a Christian, el increíble gerente. Christian nos recibió con tanta calidez y energía que de inmediato nos sentimos como en casa. Su pasión por el servicio es evidente—se nota que realmente ama lo que hace. Desde el primer momento nos atendió con una hospitalidad genuina, historias encantadoras y un servicio impecable. La comida fue espectacular, pero el servicio de Christian fue lo que realmente hizo que esta cena fuera especial. Si estás en la zona, hazte un favor y ven a comer a Cinco. Pide que te atienda Christian—te irás con el estómago lleno, el corazón contento y recuerdos que vale la pena contar. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Me encantó el club de playa. Excelente ubicación frente al mar hermoso! Buenas bebidas y comida. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la música (House) y el servicio de un mesero argentino muy, muy atento y amable. Recomiendo mucho este lugar ❤️

En mi visita a Tulum acudimos mi esposo y yo al Club de Playa CINCO, la playa, atención y los alimentos nos encantaron. En esta temporada (Primer semana de enero) se solicita $1000.00 pesos de consumo por persona. La playa es realmente hermosa y sin rastro de sargazo. ¡Gracias a todo el staff por hacer mis vacaciones una maravilla!

Llevo 3 años sin comer carne y hasta ahorita no había probado una hamburguesa vegetariana tan rica como la que encontré aquí. El servicio es muy muy buenos, los meseros son amables y nos prestaron juegos de mesa (póker, dominó, baraja española). Super recomendable! Buen servicio, comida y precios.

Excelente lugar, ambiente muy callado, precios racionales para Tulum. Si quieres estar a pie de playa consumo mínimo de 500 mx por persona (20 dlls). Bebidas y comida riquísima. La playa es preciosa, pero eso no es mérito de ellos. El mérito es la cocina excelente , que sabe preparar cosas sencillas y hacerlas exquisitas. El trato de las personas que trabajan allí, que seguro están cansados de turistas , pero son amables, atentos y grandes profesionales. Solo estuve un día y voy a regresar . Felicito a todas las personas que trabajan en este lugar .

Would absolutely return again. Even though the weather was super windy and cloudy while we were there, the vibes were wonderful, the food was great (although a little higher than I’d like), and the staff were friendly. I got a water, fries, and shrimp governor tacos and paid $35 total. No entrance fee at the beach club. Just $150 mxn to enter jaguar park.

We stopped by fairly late for dinner on the beach, after the main beach traffic was over. The beach looks awesome and the beach club I’m sure is wonderful, but wow the restaurant is really quite good. Very casual, only two tables occupied but the staff was still very engaged. We chatted about the menu, and that they play movies there a couple nights a week. We got a kick out of the staff enjoying the movie that week while we ate. The food was really quite good. Lots of the beach clubs lean on French fries and generic foods. Cinco has those options, but you should really go for some of the more exciting options. We split a Ceviche and a grilled lobster with an Ancho chile and butter sauce. With a few tortillas on the side it was really really good. Highly recommend trying this spot out for a chill dinner.

The beach itself was clean and peaceful, located right in the national reserve, which makes it such a unique and special spot. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy the beauty of Tulum. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best beach clubs I’ve been to in Tulum! The staff was super kind and sweet, and we had an amazing time. The beds were very comfortable and the food was delicious. It’s true that it’s located in the national park, where there is an additional entrance fee, but this didn’t bother us because the experience was totally worth it. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent the day at Cinco Tulum and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We parked our 4X4 for free in the small parking lot and secured covered loungers at the restaurant. Herman and Hernando took care of us throughout the day as we spent time between the restaurant and the beach. We ordered guacamole, ceviche, and washed them down with local Tulum beer. House and caribbean music played throughout the day, which only enhanced the ambiance. The beach was only one minute away, and the cool turquoise water and white sand was the perfect compliment to the beach bar vibes. Just a side note, you will have to pay an entrance fee to enter the National Park, I believe about 65 Pesos per person. From there, the beach club is about 1/2 mile down on the right. We look forward to another experience of Zen at Cinco in the near future!

Ernesto is a great chef! We had Herman and Nemias were very attentive and we had Great service. Chef fantastico!👌 I highly recommend the Cameron's and Salmon, much more flavorful than one of the most expensive places in town.Best food in the area, Hands down!! Good vibes, fair prices..make this spot a must- do in Tulum!!

Restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food was the best we had during our entire trip through Mexico. Try the Diablo shrimp and the Curry salmon (and don’t miss their cocktails!). The staff was very sweet as well. It’s a very quiet place though (due to the national park restrictions) but my hope is that everyone sees this review and head over there for a great dinner experience!

We stayed at the restaurant / beach club for a few hours. Originally, we wanted to reserve sunbeds on the beach, but they were all full, so we stayed at the sunbeds in the restaurant area. Which in hindsight was the better idea because the sunbeds on the beach were sooo close to each other, I wouldn't have felt comfortable. We had great food, lovely drinks and didn't have to spend the minimum 700 pesos per person. We had free WiFi.

After reading some reviews, we decided to spend the day at the beach bar (not stayed at the hotel) and we had a great time. During this season, there is a minimum consumption of 500 pesos per person, which you easily spend with drinks and some nice food (I recommend the shrimp tempura tacos). Moreover they have free parking area, very appreciated! Compared to other beach bars in Tulum, prices are reasonable and good service! Also you can reserve in advance in their website. Lastly, keep in mind that when you enter this natural area of Tulum where the beach bar is located you pay a local fee of around 63 pesos per person, and the beach bar closes at 6pm.

WOW - what a great beach club! Nice and quiet and peaceful, just as I prefer a beach. Great food, great drinks, great beach! And excellent service, big smiles all around. Never had such a premium serving of my coconut as I did here - it’s all in the detail, 5 stars from me ⭐️ Vegetarian tacos was great too, and the sorbet next level - this is a must try! We booked ahead the night before on their website which was easy and they had the beds set up and ready at the front from 11am. For $700 minimum spend per bed you get all day access and free secure parking, great value compared to many other places.

La atención es excelente! La música es perfecta en volumen y selección. La playa es hermosa los camastros con sombrilla son muy cómodos. El consumo debe ser de 500 pesos por persona y eso incluye el estacionamiento. Para llegar al lugar hay que pagar un permiso de entrada al parque jaguar de 200 pesos si mexicano y 400 si eres extranjero. Eso es lo único malo pero al parecer es un permiso federal. La comida es buena.Pero no basta y les faltan opciones de entradas 🙃. Pero la atención de los meseros y el trago de bienvenida hacen la estancia muy placentera. Pudimos estar todo el tiempo que quisimos en la playa.

Excelente club de playa. Atención del personal es muy buena, la comida es muy rica y la ubicación en la playa es buena. Los baños son lindos y todo el entorno es pintoresco. La relación precio calidad es adecuada pero el consumo mínimo por persona nos pareció un poco elevado ( $1.000 mex por persona)

Solo fue al beach club , que pagas 500 pesos por persona que los mismos se descuentan de tu consumo, tiene estacionamiento, camastros , reposeras sombrillas y puff super lindo buena atención de todos no es caro lindo ambiente si buscas pasar un lindo día de playa

Ojo porque puede que nunca logres llegar como fue mi caso. Te bloquean la entrada si vas en coche y te mandan hasta el parque jaguar para que ahí pagues $$$ para que te lleven al lugar. Estando ahí te dicen que NO te pueden dejar en el Cinco. Lo más cerca es a 500m. Así que si después de toda esa travesía quieres caminar 1/2 km en el sol, pues por fin llegarás. Yo no. Me quedaré con las ganas.

Imposible llegar a mi reserva. Antes me gustaba ir por su servicio y comida. Pero ahora como “area protegida”, lo que el gob. Quiere, es cobrar por todo. Asi le estan dando en la “torre”, por no decir mas feo, al turismo. Creo que restaurantes y hoteles deben protestar por eso.

We made a reservation couple of weeks in advance, paid the entrance to tulum and then at gate they said they don't have space. Upon arguing for several minutes they gave us a table at restaurant and it was a bad experience. Service was really slow and bad. It was hard to get any of the servers attention. Only pro was -drinks were good. Food was really tasteless for Mexico. We had to go get up, walk to and ask the servers to take our order. In the end, they added extra cocktail to the bill which I had to ask them to remove. After all this, I skipped tip and she went back to tip option and said add tip. I said I had a bad experience why should I tip? Then the woman at the billing counter started gossiping with her coworker. This was the worst restaurant I visited in my trip to Mexico.

We wanted to spend the day there but have been told by the park ranger that we needed a reservation for Cinco to get in the park. We tried contacting Cinco for over 30 minutes with at least 15 phone calls and What's App chats from two different phones. My friend got an automatic reply through What's App, I didn't get any reply until today. I live here so I was very surprised by the customer service. Just a little FYI.
