El primer restaurant de Aldea Tulum, un concepto estilo mazatlan en sus mariscos, todo muy bueno y muy rico. Recomiento la tostada de Ceviche Tulum y el molcajete de mar y tierra está increible.

Los precios son bastante accesibles y la comida está muy buena, también pedimos aguas naturales y son sabrosas. Lo único malo son las moscas que se aparecen apenas te traen la comida. También te agregan a fuerzas el 15% de propina en la cuenta y además nos preguntaron que si queríamos dejar propina (adicional)

Los burritos de Marlin fueron vegetarianos; demasiada verdura y poco Marlin.

Lo bueno: Muy agradable sitio, buen sonido musical e instalaciones impecables. El mesero fue atento. Lo malo: -Los precios, estoy “acostumbrado” a que Tulum es caro pero la verdad creo que tienen precios como si fuera un Beach Club. - Las porciones, podrías esperar que sirvieran algo que te llene o un emplatado bonito pero la verdad la ración era poca y los platillos normales para el precio. Gasté casi 1000 pesos junto con mi pareja y la verdad me fui con hambre del lugar. Del sabor no me quejo, pero no podría recomendarlo. Quizá podría volver a ir dentro de mucho tiempo después.

El servicio es buenísimo, los chavos se esfuerzan por dar un buen servicio, la comida esta entre regular a buena se que están iniciando y les falta pulir ciertos aspectos, no pidan el pulpo muy caro y ración muy pequeña. Lo que no tolero es que ya en dos ocasiones hay gente fumando, la última vez me sente lejos de ellos y llega uno que creo es el gerente o propietario y se me sienta al lado! Para comenzar esta prohibido fumar en lugares publicos.

El lugar es ameno, es agradable. Pedí unos tacos gobernador de pulpo y sin exagerar ni tenía 1 solo pedazo de pulpo, era puro queso. Pedimos un caldo de camarón que tampoco recomiendo, en general la comida se nos hizo mala, nuestra experiencia fue probar y no volver. El servicio de la mesera fue bueno.

The saddest shrimp cocktail... the shrimp were almost having a pool party at the unpopular girl's party in the classroom, 3/4 ketchup broth, 1/4 shrimp, 1/4 avocado and 260 pesos, the tacos were burnt tortilla, the only restaurant available in the area, I'd better go downtown even if it takes me half an hour to get there, the people are super friendly but you have to equate the food with the service so that it becomes an option and not "it is what it is", this place used to be cooler, I hope they recover.

Súper mal servicio ! si tienen en el anuncio servicio a domicilio se supone que tienen que contestar las llamadas y no decirte márcame en 30 mins y luego no responderte después de 20 intentos !

Durante mi estancia estaba hablando por teléfono con un familiar que me preguntó que tal estaba el lugar y yo le dije que regular, de inmediato salió un hombre de la caja (supongo que el gerente porque le daba órdenes a todos) y seguramente escucho mi comentario porque me miro de una manera tan fea que me sentí un tanto intimidada, en fin el servicio de mi mesero fue bueno pero la comida como lo dije es regular y claramente cero abiertos a la crítica.

Pésimo servicio, se tardaron más de una hora en atendernos, los platillos estaban en la barra llenos de moscas y eso nos querían dar. Le doy una estrella por no haber menos.

You have to go get them at the bar, they don't bring sauces, they only bring you a bland red sauce, they are not prepared, they have to remove the white bottles of sauces from another table while people are eating and it is very uncomfortable, it is really bad that having several tables they only have 1 set of sauce for everyone, the waitress puts dirty plates from other tables on the table of another customer eating, a disaster, the shrimp quesadilla was with larger shrimp and now they use very small ones, the only good thing is that the beer was cold, I hope they train their staff so that it is at least worth including the 15% tip, it is a shame that this is happening in a mediocre restaurant process that nobody supervises, I doubt I will return again.

The food is expensive considering the size and presentation, but the taste is average. The service is fine, but if you're careless, they'll try to overcharge (be careful there), and to top it all off, they already include the tip on the bill (no matter what), and they still have the nerve to ask if you'd like to add more, what the hell? Tipping isn't mandatory, much less should it be included in the bill. It's something you, as a customer, evaluate, and depending on the quality of service, you decide whether or not to tip.
