Llegamos a éste lugar buscando opciones sin gluten, hay hamburguesas sin gluten la mesera sabe de la contaminación cruzada y si te comenta lo que pueden consumir , preguntándole al chef. También hay pasta y pizza sin gluten en la parte de arriba de italiano. El pan esta rico y aunque la hamburguesa se ve pequeña está bastante llenadora y la carne deliciosa, yo pedí la clásica.

El servicio, con juliet, super atenta y simpática. Nos llegó la comida perfecta y super rica. Muy recomendable las patatas trufadas para acompañar cualquier hamburguesa, todas muy buenas.

The rooftop bar above Good Burger (The Good Italian) is one of my favorite places in Tulum. My husband and I came here 4 years ago to celebrate after we got engaged, and this has been our first trip back since. We were lucky enough to have Javier help us with our drinks two nights in a row, he was super sweet and accommodating, even turning on the lights in the unoccupied top floor so that we could have our dinner up there. The food was amazing, and the service was great. Thank you Javier and The Good Italian for making our sunsets the absolute best!

The owner of this restaurant has Celiac disease (I do too). They have delicious gluten free buns and I was told there was a dedicated fryer for the fries. Seems like the gluten free buns are home made and it was tasty! The pulled pork was tender and juicy. The truffle fries were also delicious. They had a 2 for 1 margarita deal with several flavors to choose from, including pineapple, passionfruit, and traditional.

Lovely rooftop spot for the evening! The breeze made it a comfortable escape from the heat, and the atmosphere was really nice. A couple of things to note for future visitors: The bill came with the tip already circled and labeled in Spanish as a “suggested” amount — but for tourists, it could easily be mistaken as mandatory. It ended up being about 20% extra, so double-check before paying. Also, they didn’t offer the burger menu at first — we had to ask for it, even though it was advertised at the entrance. It might be confusing if you’re expecting to see those options right away. Overall, still a pleasant experience, but good to be aware of these details!

Came here to see the Canelo vs. Munguia fight and had a great time. Spent $76 USD on our meal. We had a mojito, 3 XX Lagers, the Tropic Tulum smoothie and 2 cola’s then for appetizers we had the loaded fries which were delicious and the chicken tacos which were a little cold but still tasty. Atmosphere was beautiful!

After reading some bad reviews I was a little hesitant to come and therefore decided it best to try tuesday for the 2for1 deal and it didnt disappoint. Served by Alvaro who also had a few other tables but this didnt slow him down, he was very attentive & pleasant to everyone. The loaded fries have cursed me as I will no longer be able to eat "just fries" they were tasty af & a nice big portion. Complimented also by the housemade habanero aioli 😋😋 I always judge a burger place by how good "the classic" burger is and this location really lived up. Put together extremely well with a thick & juicy patty (cooked to your liking so be sure to ask), fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles & housemade chipotle aioli all in every single bite. All in all this place was amazing and I will defo be back. The only reason it missed the 5th star is because my partner asked for no mustard, no ketchup & it came with mustard & ketchup even tho I seen Alvaro write it down so il mark that up to a slight miscommunication but il give em a chance to redeem themselves next week 😉

A three story building with a different restaurant on each floor. Convenient location and open late. Very nice inside with good service and atmosphere. If you are looking for a really " good burger" go somewhere else. If you view the photos the hamburger bun is huge. Notice the burnt top. If you are into bread you are at the right place. The burger was very lean, dry and chewy... very disappointing.... The loaded French fries were very good. The chicken wings were good and the service was very good. The shakes and drinks were very good. Nice atmosphere but stay away from the burgers.....

La comida no estaba mal pero tampoco era una delicia. Precios altos para realmente lo que era, lo único que rescato al lugar fue la atención del mesero (argentino si no me equivoco) el cual fue bastante amable y servicial. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento y aceptaba cada una de las modificaciones en los platillos sin problema alguno. Al pagar la cuenta nos cobro una chica (mexicana), la cual nos dijo que si íbamos a dejar propina, lo cual le respondí que si pero que la dejaría en efectivo (en algunos lugares les quitan un %, se las dan días después, etc) por lo cual siempre trato de dejarles en efectivo y directo a quien de verdad estuvo pendiente de mi mesa. Al decirle esto comenzó hacerme caras por no dejarle servicio de inmediato, la ignore me pare y le di directamente la propina al chico (20% porque el se la gano), llevar la terminal no te hace merecedor de la propina. La propina NO ES OBLIGATORIA, pero si la persona que te atiende hace el esfuerzo de atender bien sin cruzar la linea del hostigamiento por supuesto que merece propina, 10, 15, 20% lo que quieras darle.

El lugar está muy bonito pero tienen unos precios que ni en zona hotelera. La hamburguesa más barata son 170 pesos y no viene ni con las papas... Que son otros 100...

Una pena que en un ambiente tan lindo tengan tantos problemas con el servicio. Pedimos 3 pizzas, había pocos clientes en el local, y demoraron más de 1 hora en servirlas. Es difícil entender que no avisen antes y que hagan esperar. La atención de los camareros es buena y las pizzas estaban ricas pero esperar tanto tiempo sin que nos avisen antes tira abajo la calificación.

Unas costillas cocidas y pasadas solamente por la salsa bbq, no traían nada de acompañamiento, así que pedí unas papas fritas (fue lo más rescatable de lo que pedí) Cuando pido la otra cerveza, estaba un poco fría, pero no la habían puesto en hielo como lo había pedido anteriormente. Así que yo en lo personal no recomiendo este lugar

Update: This used to be my favorite burger spot in Tulum. However, the last two times I ordered, the experience was terrible. The beef was unappetizing and appeared almost raw on the outside. The photo here captures when the burgers were exceptional, but those days seem gone. Additionally, they failed to follow the instructions on Rappi, and my order arrived incorrect both times. Instead of filing a claim and requesting a refund, I chose to simply never eat here again. Paying $18 USD for a burger and fries in Mexico—which is more expensive than what you’d pay in Beverly Hills—only to receive subpar quality? No, thank you. From now on, it’s Ruda burgers for me.
