Elegant, glamorous and beautiful place. Very attentive staff, tasty Bicerin and best Gianduia in Torino. Must visit, great for a breakfast date/meeting or business meetings as well. The restroom could need some more care.

This place is just grandeur. Looka too classy. We stumbled upon this place randomly while taking a stroll through the city centre. They have amazing Bichelin which is variety of espresso. Was absolutely in love with the whole place and also the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They have a variety of desserts. This place is too big to be called a cafe but it is a super classy cafe. I have never been to such a classy cafe all my life. I'm living in switzerland so found the prices to be reasonable but some may find them a bit expensive. They have good coffee. Very elegant and decent place to have a nice coffee. They also have a variety of sandwiches and pastry dishes.

A Bicerin is 8€! But it’s worthy the money for the whole experience. Maybe it’s not a place for daily coffee but it’s still nice to share some little sandwiches and pastries with a nice company here. They all look fresh and tasty. It’s a place to savor the history atmosphere here as a visitor.

We managed to get a table at Baratti & Milano without a reservation, which was a nice surprise. The service was friendly and the place itself looks beautiful, with a classic, elegant atmosphere. The prices are on the higher side, but I guess it’s expected for a historic spot like this. I went for the classic Bicerin and it was absolutely delicious. They also have a selection of sweets and chocolates you can buy as souvenirs.

Fun experience in a long-time Torino culinary institution. Beautifully appointed dining room with white table cloth, crystal chandeliers and dark oak paneling. I ordered cappuccino with whipped cream and a small tasting platter of 3 dessert petit fours. Cappuccino overpriced at €9. Petit fours were tasty, reasonably priced at €1.50 each. Service was average, my server was a little terse and unsmiling. Good for a one-time tourist experience.

While the cakes were delicious and the venue historic and rather pleasant, be aware! We queued for around 15 minutes for a table and then a further 30 minutes to be served and an additional 25 minutes for it all to arrive. Staff were not attentive, were quite rude, and it just seemed like general chaos only held together by the fact it's historic setting and tourists are their main custom. Take a photo from the outside, walk on by and find one of the many other good cafés within a few minutes walk. Waiting over an hour for a coffee/cake is just ridiculous!!

An hostorical caffé in Torino, with its original style and charme. Really nice. The staff is warm and always smiling. I recommend it for a good coffe or a tea, but not as restaurant. The service is too slow, 40 min for a dish. I ordered meatballs and they were lucking taste.
