This is my absolute favorite sushi place! I have been going to this place for a long time now they know me by name. I am absolutely obsessed with their spicy mayo! I can’t find sushi this fresh anywhere and their staff is some of the best staff I have encountered in a long time. I will continue to keep going to them!

Fresh, fresh, fresh! I work in the center and I see the delivery truck show up an hour before opening every day. I finally decided to try and was very impressed. I got the Deluxe Combo and every peice was delicious. Pictures don't tell the whole story, these servings are very large, but not too heavy on rice. Definitely recommend.

This sushi restaurant is high quality! I ordered the seaweed salad and it had just the right amount of texture and flavor. The gyōza was good but the dipping sauce saved it. I got the golden dragon roll and I was pleasantly surprised. The fish was fresh and the spicy mayo was tangy. The fried squid was chewy but crispy.

The super California roll and matcha mochi were great however the cherry blossom is a bit hard to get a hold of. The servers were really welcoming.

Awesome food. It's a bit tiny. If you don't get there on early for dinner, you'll have to wait a while. The wait isn't that long though. The most I've waited is 10 minutes, but for the food it's worth it. I've gone there enough that they already know my usual. The workers there are pretty nice and do their best to keep an eye on you. I guess my only qualm is that it's a bit small for the lunch and dinner rush. Aside of that, I enjoy the food and atmosphere it provides. 😋

I liked it. I lived in Japan for over 3 years so I tend to be a little picky. The flavor was definitely there. The service is a little sub par. They had a whole lot of servers sitting around in plain view, not serving. Finally the manager took our order. I would definitely order take out.

I have a few options for sushi. I come here once in a while since the location is the opposite way of my commute usually. The Titanic roll is usually my goto. Donburi bowls are good also. They have plenty of options to choose from, and they are all pretty tasty.

My husband and I love Sushi Cuisine and rarely go to any other sushi place. There have been times where service suffers a little because they are super busy but the staff is always friendly and you can tell they're hustling. I love their beef and chicken teriyaki and the rolls are also delicious. I did get the ramen once and it wasn't special so I stick to other menu items.

Overall, the meal was good. The rice and sashimi were excellent but the teriyaki chicken was too dry and the shrimp tempura was undercooked and not as crunchy as they should be. Maybe they rushed it because they’re about to close, but I’ve had better Japanese food. 2/4 were good, I guess.

Food was good, but I was surprised when our most expensive roll, $15 Godzilla Roll, was the smallest, least pleasing roll we ordered. We did not get our rice that came with our combination plate even after the waitress asked if we wanted it. Service was okay, but the rice thing was annoying and they kept asking if we would like more water even when it was clear that we were ready to go and wanted our check. We probably won't return.

I have had way better sushi in land-locked states. The sushi was disappointing; I can't recommend the restaurant nor will I be back.

Very disappointed!!! Size- very small ( mostly rice ) Taste- one of the worst I’ve had. Sloppy and poorly rolled, cream cheese soggy, questionable salmon. Service- fast, friendly. :) Atmosphere- ok, It smelled very strange to me.

We got take out and I wasn't thrilled. We had the lion king roll which the salmon was very dry and the avocado was brown. The spicy turn roll was very bla and not great. Maybe we just got them on a bad night, not sure but not a good first experience.

I like this place, but today was a bad day. I ordered a bento to go, and that was a mistake. Somehow the chicken teriyaki was loaded into the clamshell on top of the tempura which turned partially into a dark brown mush. The food itself smelled like something had been burned, and it was the chicken. I've eaten here before, the food is good, the service is good, but this was a bad day.

Absolutely disgusting meal. The eel still had bones in it. Not just a few, but all the bones left in it. Every single piece. All the fish was bland, the rolls sloppy, and not a single person who tried it, liked any of the multiple rolls we had. No one was willing to finish any of it. One person even said you could better sushi at Safe Way next door.

Just moved to Turlock. My family and I LOVE sushi. Unfortunately will not return to this establishment. Never once have I had a roll smell like the ingredients had been left in the washing machine for a week. We ordered a lot. I noticed the smell when the waitress came back and reached over my plate to put down my youngest’s katsu. I thought it was coming from her plate. I ate 2 pieces before I could tell the smell was coming from my own food. I couldn’t focus on any other smell after that. And surely could not even imagine eating that. The overpowering, pungent, mildew smell that emitted from my “crazy monkey roll” caused both my partner and I to leave hungry after spending almost $100. We didn’t make a big deal, we had our kids with us, and it was very busy. Just paid the bill and sadly no tip. I went home and drank vinegar and cayenne, hope no one else out there gets sick.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I would give this place a 0 if I could. I am not familiar with their menu and their was a misunderstanding of what roll I wanted. The lowlife waitress told the cook the wrong roll and I quickly corrected it. The waitress rolled her eyes and disputed the correction, saying she knows what I ordered and pretty much disregard my request. Then she told me to know what i want before going in. It got worse! then I asked for my money. Nobody stopped her, I was so uncomfortable!!!!

I was very disappointed I didn't even eat my noodles. It takes two weeks for the stomach to digest these types of instant noodl. Being pregnant I was looking forward to the authentic ramen noodles. Didn't get that. I drank the broth instead. Being pregnant with a ramen soup craving, and leaving with dissapointment. It was $7 for the soup. I think they may have microwaved it, to soften up the noodles.the bowl was extremely hot, and soup was so hot, I had to wait a couple of minutes for it to cool down. When the dish came out, the noodles we're still squared like the package. I had to miss it into the broth to soften it up. Won't be going back for a while.
