Great Ramen place, I did ordered a miso Ramen, Crab Rangoon, and Spam Masubi, full meal were Amazing, great taste , generous portions, nice presentation, and good environment, Customer services was exceptional from beginning until the end. My favorite Authentic Ramen Place at Central Valley.
Finally a ramen shop in Turlock! Ordered the Kuro (Black Tonkotsu) extra spicy. Not really spicy; wish they had a spice bomb or chili oil. Broth was really good, probably the best in the area. Noodles were nice and soft and not too thin. Overall great place for ramen in the 209!
Best Ramen spot in the county bar none. Broth is rich and flavorful without being heavy handed. Chashu has a nice char if a little thin. Eggs nice and runny and noodles firm. Definitely will be coming back again and again.
Really good Ramen spot, it's a small location but I do like that it's connected to Fire Wings next door. I was able to get some Ramen and Wings. I will definitely be back.
Delicious.. timely service. The shrimp tempura is a must.
Really happy this restaurant is near me. Good ramen place with kind employee. Chicken garaage is also good. Quite similar with Ramen in Japan. Strongly recommend

I ordered on DoorDash so I will not rate the service and atmosphere, however this was the best food I’ve had in a while! I ordered the shiro tonkatsu ramen and a side of the spam musubi. I got a lot of extra swirly naruto, and everything was flavorful, salty and delicious. The musubi was soft and the rice was well cooked, seasoned perfectly.
This is by far the closest to authentic Japanese Ramen I have tasted here in the central valley and the presentation, ingredients and taste are all what you would expect in a Tonkotsu based Ramen. The place also emulates a traditional Japanese Ramen shop except the attendants are not Nihonjin.
This is a very solid place to get ramen and the last time we went the service was absolutely awesome! Vanny and Frankie were awesome and deserve the highest pay possible!

Fresh food, fairly quick service and friendly atmosphere. The food is very well seasoned so if you don’t prefer aggressive seasoning, be sure to ask for “easy salt etc”. The food tasted wonderful. We tried the curry dish and it was very strong. I did not prefer it, but spouse enjoyed it. They are located in the Rite-Aid parking and are conjoined with the Fire Wings next door.
The food was great! Honestly best ramen I’ve had so far. Unfortunately there was a chunk of noodles just like stuck together so I couldn’t even try to eat that without making a huge mess. I think they need to flash reboil the noodles for each bowl to separate them. Everything else was great. Toppings were fresh and the spice level of mild was good. Loved the flavor! Can’t wait to go back!
The food was tasty but did feel a bit rushed .Staff was friendly and energetic. Will be eating here again.
I came in today around 3pm after having skipped breakfast. I was beyond hungry, eyes blurry from a day's exhaustion setting in. I asked the cashier to pick anything for me. She recommended the Kuroramen. Sounds good to me. After a few minutes wait, a hearty bowl was placed before me, and the day's stress melted away. Each ingredient's individual flavor stood out, while harmonizing with the others'. ぷしゅ ―――!

Has great food, I wont deny it, great food, great taste, only bad thing is that they close at 9PM but if you show up after 8pm they wont serve you on their own bowls, it has to be take out (that was my experience) and if you show up at 8:30pm they wont serve since they consider it close (again my experience) I think if they close at 9pm they should stop serving at 9pm and if they will stop serving at 8:30 pm they should change the closing time at the front door. Other than I love their KURO bowl.

Ufff, I really didn't want to believe the low reviews and it's definitely much better than a one star, but they are right that the meat portion is tiny, the 2 slices are super thin. That's not the case at the way superior ramen place in Modesto. The eggs were great though, my gfs koyatsu soup was pretty good too, my miso soup though? Didn't really taste like miso and a tiny bit too salty. I'll give it one more try though

Food is better quality and has improved. It's a little pricey, but has been my go-to for ramen. I love the chicken karaage and the kuro ramen. That being said, they have music coming from the kitchen mixing with music from the overhead speakers and music from the tv. All of it combined can be very overwhelming. If you come an hour before they close, expect takeout.
First time here. Place looked trendy/ modern. We got miso and shoyu bowls. Soups were good and creamy. Noodles were thick and tough. There was some spinach that seemed to come straight from frozen and thrown into the bowl. It made the taste watery and bland. Chicken gyoza was crispy on the outside and mushy in the inside. I got spam musubi because there is no way to mess up just in case, which I was still correct. For the 30 minutes we were there, nobody came to clean the other tables where other customers had left. Won’t be going back. Good to try one time, but the price is definitely not worth the quality. Seems to be same owner as wing shop next door. We even used their plastic cups for drinks. Gives the impression that owner is out for quick money with frozen foods warmed up and sold.
It is really a hit or a miss. and when they hit, it is the best ramen I have ever had (compared to the bay or la) but that is personal preference. Often times they mess up the orders, like completely wrong or mossing items or flavor is watered down. But I keep coming back because when it is good it is very good

Food - Only giving two stars because the Spam Musubi wasn’t bad, and was crispy like I requested. Sadly that was the only highlight. I ordered Shoyu and my mother ordered Veggie. The broth was serviceable, but the Shoyu was lacking in flavor and the Chashu was cut half as thick (paper thin) as other restaurants. But the real lowlight was the noodles. I’ve legitimately had microwave ramen cooked better than this. They were hard and tasted of starch, making our mouth dry as we chewed. Unacceptable. Service - We felt rushed by the lady at the cashier, asking us “anything else?” numerous times, and we had to request a fork and chili oil twice. The food was presented nicely and was quick, but we were the only guesting dining in. Atmosphere - While we did appreciate the art on the walls, the lighting, and the seating options, the speakers were playing Rock and Metal which is a bit of a turn off, especially at a Japanese restaurant, and it was a few notches too loud, enough that it was not as enjoyable to converse with it playing. Definitely one of the few redeeming qualities of the experience. Overall, this place is a skip. There are much better locations in the area, especially Modesto, and if you are up for an hour drive to Livermore, Sonora, or Sacramento you can get much higher quality, authentic food for the exact same price.

I love supporting small businesses and trying new restaurants but this was not what we expected. The ramen we got was cold, even the eggs weren't fully cook and were runny. And the biggest disappointment was their meat portions...we went on a hunt for meat looking under the noodles because all we got was 3 tiny slices of pork belly on top of the ramen. However, we had no luck!! For $40 for lunch for 2, I would expect at least 3 ounces of meat. They need to turn up their burners and increase their meat portions.. we won't be going back.
