Amazing amazing amazing, the sandwich’s are so yummy I enjoy having breakfast here. I enjoy customizing my sandwich and their food is so fresh! The lead cashier is super personable, and really genuine. I love to see the artwork on the paper sandwich baggies. I was so sad when they closed the Cerritos location, but was so glad I found the Irvine location. Thank you to the team at this location for providing the highest quality experience.
Very happy with this location of Wich Wich. The sandwiches are good, they will customize as I need them to, and the manager, Samantha, has always been friendly to us. Our latest sandwiches were excellent and just as ordered!
The sandwiches was fresh and super delicious! Love their fries too. It was not busy at around 3pm when we came so we got our orders real quick.
Yummy Wicked sandwich. Love this place. It's been a few years. Still delicious. Packagedcookie looks good too as its soft.
Bomb, clean restaurant. It’s cool how you get to check off what you want in your sandwich, which makes it a lot easier for the sandwich masters :) I got the wicked one then selected my add ons.
Visited this location around 12:30PM (lunch time). I was greeted with smile. The restaurant was clean and organized and my order was ready in timely manner. The sandwich was excellent as expected. Thank you!
Such a nice concept and experience, Delicious 😋 food and super nice team, So trendy no and a must consider regularly
First time at Which Wich. Won't be my last. Had a delicious toasted ham sandwich.
This was an unexpected and nice surprise. We frequent CPK in Irvine but waddled into the CPK at the Market Place in El Camino Real, Tustin, before running out errands. The ‘happiness’ was notable in the atmosphere; tables were filled with happy smiles. And very quickly we were seated. We can’t say enough about the Manager who worked nonstop, Willie our server got everything perfect and our salmon and shrimp dishes were delicious. The kitchen manager stopped by to say hello and ask if we had enjoyed our food. Definitely! So thank you CPK Team at this location; great job! Happy new year.
I went to this resturaunt with my family. There were 10 of us. I was really shocked with how amazing the head manager keeps everything under control. My daughter just came out of the hospital and she wanted CPK. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back!
Went here last month for my moms birthday and Abby our server was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious; would highly recommend! We wanted to take my mom somewhere nice, but the wait times during dinner rush wasn’t long. Overall, very friendly staff plus the food and drinks are reasonably priced and to die for! We will be returning shortly. Huge thanks to Abby, for helping make my mom have a great night. It’s 5 starts because of her, thanks Abby!!
I had the zuccini noodles and shrimp. OMGsh, so good. I asked for all zuccini and no pasta. Service was good. The AC was not on, so we were sticking to the seats and hot, but the food was worth it. Plus, we did the $8 take and bake deal they have going on. I think that's a great deal and now we have dinner for another night.
We have been to this location a few times but today was special. The credit goes to Gabbie. She was not only Smart, knowledgeable but was the Most attentive server I have ever seen. She was attending like 8 or 9 tables I noticed but oh man, her eye to the details and requirements of the guests was remarkable. She 2as very very attentive. She gave me water just when I finished it, she asked about how's the food, she brought us Fresh fresh bread, she was on top of everything seriously. Very focussed and the best thing is she was wearing a million dollar SMILE. Thanks Gabby for making our evening so memorable. I think she should be promoted to the next position if NOT THE MANAGER because she is Very good in his Job. 5 stars for everything for Gabbie and this location.
Went here recently with a friend. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and The Favorite Salad. We enjoyed our selections. One of us had a combo (chips & drink). The total came to just over $24.
Personally, I don’t like the layout of the ordering system. It’s too confusing for first timers like me. But the sandwich was good (I got a toasted Grinder) and Liz was a great customer service-oriented worker. She apparently isn’t the manager but has a good feel for making things right with customers and coordinating amongst the workers there.
California Pizza Kitchen in Tustin is a great place to dine! The restaurant is always clean, and the atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting — perfect for a casual lunch or dinner out. The food is consistently good with a nice variety of pizzas, pastas, and salads. Everything comes out fresh and flavorful. Service is solid, and it’s a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely a go-to for good food and a great vibe!
12-29-22 I came on a Thurs night, and it was crazy busy. It took 30 min for the bartender to get my order. They do a lot of takeout business. The bar was covered with to go orders. So now I tried their new West Coast Burger. It’s tall and looks good, but it’s too salty with the bacon. I’d stick with the pizza and pasta. I also tried their sangria flight. The beehive one is too sweet (and I like sweet), the red berry is ok, and the strawberry rosé one would be my favorite. Keep in mind I’ve been to Spain twice now so I have pretty high standards. ——————————- This place is consistently good. But I’m unhappy they got rid of the pear and Gorgonzola pizza! That was my favorite! So now I generally order the chicken tequila pasta. They have a new appetizer: spicy honey, and I think it’s delicious! Good for sharing and to stave off your appetite while waiting for your main course. It’s sweet and spicy but not overpowering. Moscow mule is not bad either
Have been going here for a while and different locations. CPK is known for their pizzas, salads, and pasta. Once we entered we had to wait for 15 minutes and that was fine. We had a somewhat big party. Even though we had to wait, the receptionist was very nice and keeps apologizing to us. Very kind and understandable. Once we were seated our server was so kind and already started ordering our drinks. What we ordered - Mushroom pizza. Delicious. I was very surprised. - Kids bbq pizza and Mac n cheese. My husband shared this with our toddler. - Chicken piccata. It was good. I felt that the chicken was overcooked though. It was also dry and very chewy. - Shrimp scampi zucchini Didn’t have room for dessert. But we will next time. Overall, I’m giving this place 4 stars due to the chicken being dry. Thank you. We will definitely come back here again.
They didn’t have the Avo sandwich twice went I went there, I asked them not to put a specific ingredient in my salad and still did so. I liked it better before…
Not a great experience. Sandwiches are small and just ok. Fountain drinks had a funny taste. Our 1st time here, the place was empty, and the staff not very helpful.
Food: Personal pizza with sausage and avocado slices. Service: Our server was was extremely attentive and made the experience pleasant. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was OK, but be advised that you may experience that at-home in the kitchen experience because it's sounds like that. Caution: My personal pizza with two toppings, no drink, and tip came to $31. I had recently visited The Pizza Store in Placentia and for $23 I had a fresh iceberg lettuce salad w/Blu Cheese Dressing, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, and red cabbage, and a personal pizza w/ extra sauce, sausage, and jalapenos. And I included a tip. I get there isn't anything fancy about the Pizza Store, but they have great food. Addionally: to receive responses to my reviews that include "better experience next time" implies there will be a next time (I strongly dislike when businesses mention this, because it implies a single negative experience). I used to go to CPK and enjoy the food, but unless someone else wants to go there, I won't be suggesting or going there anymore.
Liked the location.. its Ina spacious safe area . We wanted the rib eye.. but there was non in the menu. I ordered the spaghette.. it seemed plain. With the additional mushroo.s . It tasted it came fr a can. I wasn't i.pressed by the service too. She didn't know the ounces in meat. She also brought our appetizer after our entree. No smile. But it did its job and filled us up. I give it 3 stars.
Service was great and everyone was very friendly. I ordered the Vodka Pasta, it came with about a fourth cup of chicken. I think this dish is a little over priced. Pasta was a little hard and made me a little sick the rest of the day. The chocolate souffle was delicious! Maybe next time I will order a pizza.
I had a very poor takeout experience. My sandwhich was drenched in pesto and 1000 island sauce. Furthermore, it was not cheap at all.
Lady that took my order earlier on today seemed unhappy. Just going through the motions and grumpy. She seemed upset when i mentioned it was my first time there. Maybe she was irritated that she had to help me fill out one of those brown sandwich bag orders. The soda was flat, the sandwich was not good. At least the the fries were tasty. That's why I'm giving it a 2 star review. Atmosphere was good. I like the art work on the walls. Also the restroom was out of service. I couldn't even wash my hands.
I had a disappointing experience at this establishment today. As a devoted fan of your sandwiches, I was looking forward to redeeming my birthday Wich. Unfortunately, Sandra's behavior made my visit quite unpleasant. Upon entering, she loudly exclaimed, 'If you want an order, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes.' Despite this, I decided to stay and dine here. After redeeming my free Wich, I still had a small balance of 54 cents to pay. I attempted to use Apple Pay, and Sandra's response was extremely impolite. My father had to step out to retrieve his wallet. During this time, Sandra apologized for the delay. However, when I assured her that the wait didn't bother me, she rudely retorted, 'I wasn't apologizing to you, but to the lady behind you.” She made it seem that my presence was inconveniencing everyone and causing delays. I was taken aback by her response. As a long-standing loyal rewards member who has frequented Wich Wich for many years, I have never encountered such poor service. Usually, I don't take the time to leave reviews, but my experience was so unsatisfactory that I couldn't let it go unnoticed. I hope you consider this feedback seriously. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and for your consideration
Was there on Wednesday 1/14 Had not been in a CPK for many years. Was with a co worker from east coast, he suggested it. When we arrived the front door was opened for us, it was nice. I got the feeling there was a corporate visit. Lots of people standing around talking that didn’t look like regular employees. Our service was terrible and the food was worse. The pizza crust is so touch and rubbery it’s almost hard to eat. The Thai salad was 60 percent red cabbage, it was incredibly bitter. I took one bite and pushed it away. The server never came back to ask us how our food was. And when we had to ask for the check he didn’t even notice I did not eat the salad. I did not want to make a big deal of it since I was with a coworker. In a nutshell, the food and service were terrible. CPK in the 90s was amazing. It has gone downhill.
My advice.. go somewhere else. $12 for what amounted to a lettuce and onion sandwich (see picture added a fry for scale to illustrate the meat that came in the sandwich). I ordered the Grinder and each bite tasted like spicy iceberg lettuce & onion. Fries are very small and workers seemed like they didnt want to be there. 1st time here and wont be coming back.
Yeah don’t bother coming in, Food tasted alright, was prepared terribly with no meat it was a vegetable sandwich essentially, service was disaster. There is a young tall lady that couldn’t care less when she looks at you and when you are ordering. They put two slices of turkey in a sandwich and charge $19 for the large. Can’t see this place lasting any longer. Fountain drinks barely work and taste terrible due to buildup and mold inside. Place is really busted I can make a sandwich at home for 2 dollars that tastes 100x better Place is very run down and bathroom stinks like poop. Everything is dirty, chairs are all ripped, gum all over the floor, I mean come on this isn’t a public restroom I come here to eat.
This location is really bad...poor service. We came to get sandwiches and I needed to wash my hands before ordering. They wouldn't give me the code to their restroom without the receipt. We went to Piadina instead...much better service and I got to wash my hands before ordering. Food at Piadina is great.
Place is dirty and run down unfortunately. Don’t recommend you eat here, fountain machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long, bathroom is very very dirty and the food was alright. They barely put any meat and charge you very expensive for a sandwich. The young lady at the front could care less about you and she looks like she is doing you a favor.
I used to come here a bunch and they definitely lost me as a customer. I ordered a sandwich and fries, and the fries were taking a long time. Turns out the machine was broken, and instead of telling me they let me wait for over 20 minutes. I had to approach them and ask what was going on and eventually they gave up on the fries. No rush, no apology, nothing. Totally unprofessional and the food I got was bad too.
We had a very disappointing experience at this location last night. First, the service was extremely poor. The server treated us noticeably differently compared to other tables. We were ignored for long periods of time, had difficulty getting basic assistance, and felt uncomfortable due to the clear lack of respect and professionalism. Second, and more concerning, after the meal everyone in our family experienced stomach issues/diarrhea later that night. This raises serious concerns about food quality and safety. We chose this restaurant for a family dinner and expected a basic level of service and care, but unfortunately this experience was far below expectations. We will not be returning and hope management takes these issues seriously.
I ordered a $24 White Mushroom Pizza for pickup and was shocked when I opened the box at home. The pizza was under 10 inches in diameter and looked more like a personal pizza than a full sized one. For that price, this feels extremely misleading. What makes it worse is that CPK does not list pizza sizes on their website, so there is no way for customers to know what they are getting. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I will not be returning.
There was hair in my daughter's food onion in her fruit and I was serve the steak salad with raw steak. I used to really enjoy California Pizza kitchen but after not eating there for over 10 years I decided I'd pop back in and relish on some old memories only to be rudely awakened by sticky tables with fruit flies nagging me in my child. The food was removed from the receipt without any hassle as we did not eat any of the food but I just think that it could have been avoided.
Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. When we arrived, we noticed they were in the process of closing, which wouldn’t have been a problem if not for the intense cleaning happening right in the middle of our meal. Up to that point, it was understandable… but the worst part was the strong smell that filled the air. As we tried to enjoy our food, the scent of cleaning products (or perhaps something even worse) took over the place, making it almost impossible to ignore. Instead of a pleasant dining experience, we ended up rushing through our meal just to get out as soon as possible. While the service was decent and the food wasn’t bad, the overwhelming odors and the feeling of being in the middle of a cleanup completely ruined the night. Maybe at a different time, the experience would be better, but this was definitely not a good impression.
