This is probably the best and cleanest Chick-Fil-A location I have visited. The employees take a lot of trouble to make sure the tables are clean. I love bringing my kids here. We have been coming here for about 7 years. This location always has fresh flowers at each table and extremely friendly staff!

Really good service. Food is what you expect from a great place like this. Managers go above and beyond to make sure all is right. It's a newer location so staff is still getting into the flow of things but very polite and a good pace at the drive thru.

Always great service with a cheerful attitude. I really do wish they would open on Sundays. Chicken is consistently good and love their numerous choices of sauces. When it's in season, their peach shake is the best.

This is my first time actually ordering in at this location. The staff was super friendly and I didn't feel rushed even though I did dine in during the lunch rush. My only feedback is that they could have kept up on cleanliness as the dining room tables and condiment bar area were a little sticky.

We really like this place. The food is good and the chicken sandwiches are large enough to be a good meal. We take advantage of the app when the Ducks score 5 goals to get our free chicken sandwich but also add some sides to round out the meal. When the wife and I do this, we get a good meal for 2 to share. In addition, everything tastes pretty clean. There's no heavy greasy typical fast food taste to anything. I like that. Plus, they have the best lemonade around. Its tart and sweet at the same time. Ideal by my standards.

It is a good chicken restaurant to eat at. Unfortunately on this date my chicken sandwich was too salty and very dry. The chicken strips are really the best around with various sauces to choose from. If you order the fruit cup, get it in the combo otherwise, Fruit cup alone is very expensive. The place is clean and brightly lit. As always the staff is very courteous.

Newly renovated. Service to your table. Free food occasionally. Get this … a lettuce-wrapped Grilled Chicken sandwich with tomatoes is only 120 calories. I love that… easy to be healthy. I would only ding them on the fact that their health tax is too high.

Good taste and good customer service!!! I love chick-fil-A!! And I want to commend an employee, Jack. Today, I was waiting in line to order the menu. But there was a giant bug flying around my family. We were all afraid. Meanwhile, Jack bravely came out and tried to catch the bug. After catching the bug, he said sorry for making us wait. Chik fil a got it down. Never takes longer than 10 minutes. Always hot and always bomb. Chik fil a sauce is a close second to the Polynesian sauce. I get the spicy chicken deluxe with the bomb mac and cheese and 12 piece on the side. With that delicious pineapple dragon fruit lemonade.

I was there twice this week and am often since my sister lives just across. My son, who is on the spectrum, is fascinated with chick- fil-a and he likes to sit inside to eat. the owner came in during our visit on Tuesday, and it was nice seeing how he attended to his customers and began to interact with others who were having lunch. I've been to many any of these restaurants, but I've never been asked if I needed a refill at my table, so I give them a 10 on customer service. The only trouble I had was that the ice cream melted, no joke in a min. So maybe the temperature was off a bit because I've never seen an ice cream cone melt so fast. Their drive-through does take longer than other places, but I've never had a missing item, and also, the loop around is shorter than others. To be fair it's a popular place and most of the time you'll find it busy with customers which tells you it's a good place to grab a bite !

Consistent with other locations. Very good, but despite the redesign of the drive-thru, they still have two staff taking orders without using the drive-thru POS system to place the orders.

The food is undeniably delicious! I rate it a 4 because we ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals and discovered that one piece of chicken in the sandwich was twice the size of the other. I was out with a colleague from work, and we decided to take the food to go so we could watch a movie. This situation made our evening a bit awkward when I offered her the larger piece of chicken, and she insisted that I should have it because I'm twice her size. Apart from the occasional oversized or miniature chicken piece, this fast food place is fantastic.

Excellent Service, Just a Small Mix-Up We are regulars at the Chick-fil-A located at 13490 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, and have consistently had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always welcoming and the service is prompt, which keeps us coming back. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we experienced a small hiccup. After ordering through the drive-thru, we returned home to find that the fries were missing from our meal. While this was disappointing, especially since my wife particularly looks forward to them, we understand that mistakes can happen and it’s all part of being human. We didn’t return to the store but wanted to share this feedback to help improve the service further. We appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to our next visit, and of course, to those delicious fries! Thank you for always striving to provide great service!

I believe this is one of the greatest Chick-fil-A locations in Orange County. I appreciate everyone's smiling, welcoming you, and providing above and beyond customer service. It is always clean inside and out with fresh flowers at your table. My food is hot, fresh, and delicious. I enjoy the egg, cheese, and sausage meal with their crispy hash browns, Simply Orange , and my favorite is the Polynesian Sauce. A special thank you to all the staff who work very hard to create a welcoming environment. They provide so much for our community. My family loves coming here. This is one of our best and fav place. They are 5 stars in all areas. We visit very often. Food (5/5) : Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich is our all time favorite and The Best. No one can beat them! Hello, I just wanted to come here to express my feelings about my expierence in this chic fil A, I went through the drive-thru in this location yesterday and I had the best experience I have had in a drive-thru for a while, there was this gentleman working alone outside, his name was Abdul, he was very patient and polite with us taking a while to order, even though he was alone, he provided us with a great experience and great service, the order was 100% accurate and he helped me understand all about the rewards in the app, he's a very nice person and cares about the guest's feelings, from now on this is the location I will be headed to for drive-thru orders. I rarely feel the need/urge to post reviews but THIS Chick-fil-A has never disappointed me and if they ever make a slight mistake? They are suuuuuper sweet and quick to fix it! Today in specific I noticed a worker I hadn’t seen before and Sharon? If you’re seeing this? I LOVEEEEE your positive attitude! Very few people show excitement or care for their jobs nowadays. Such a sweetheart! Sooooooo helpful & super aware of when people need assistance, OR if tables need clearing/cleaning! This place is always so clean and the lighting is nice as well. Love the atmosphere here, all tables have flowers on them and staff greets u when u come in. They also adapted quickly when the line got too long by adding more cashier. Just a little note that out of all our takeout items, looks like the Spicy Chicken Deluxe is saltier. Not sure if just a one off.

Food tastes as expected. Only a few of the staff are reasonably trained and competent; every time I go, there is something wrong with my order - whether it's sauces, drinks, or food. Service is quick. I come here regularly and I would recommend to a friend.

I came at lunch time on a weekday, and discovered that this location is frequented by students from the local high school at about 1:15pm. In fact, there were 20 or so students in line or waiting for orders. I have nothing against them, they were like any other customers, but I mention just to say there were a lot of them and they were loud, which is to explain that this location is very busy at lunch, and even after the normal lunch hour. It took a while for my food to come out as you would expect in a busy situation and the tables were a bit messy, for the same reason.

Good not great. Staff seem lackadaisical and wont travel up line to take orders in drive thru. They'll wait for you to come to them and it cause significant back ups at times. The re-designed drive thru is a much needed improvement. The food is top tier (for a chick-fil-a). Same problem as other locations with high prices. You can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price at $20+ per person for a "large" meal here.

February 2020: Their service is phenomenal. Hands down, the best in the fast food business. December 2020: Went on a Saturday night and they are terribly overstaffed with a bunch of high school-aged kids standing out in the parking lot, taking orders and accepting payment. When I got to the window, they had no record of my order or my name. There were so many people inside, they were practically stepping on each other's feet. Service has gone downhill in 10 months and now they're "temporarily closed due to unforeseen issues". Everyone probably caught COVID-19.

We had not went to Chick-fil-a for over 6 months. We tried a location in Irvine/Tustin and went through the drive up window. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to get through the line in under 15 minutes. Much to our surprise, the French fries were soggy and cold and not what we normally received in the past. We also had a regular chicken sandwich and spicy deluxe sandwich too. But the French fries ruined the visit.

Never posted a review from this restaurant from a visit years ago. We had a horrible experience and had a worker that I believe was drunk and should not have been working. Overall Chic Fil A I believe does a great job vetting their employees but this one was bad. I did address it with the manager after she made a very rude and racist comment but I don’t believe the manager addressed it. Food at Chic Fil A is okay these days and very expensive

I just moved to the area so this is my new Chick-fil-A. I’ve come a few times now and was hoping maybe I just had bad luck but the service for the drive-through is a little chaotic. It’s not necessarily the employees’ faults, but rather there’s no process or structure to help them move things along smoothly. They’re taking orders out of order and no one’s directing the merging of traffic so someone might get ahead of you who ordered behind you. And they have someone running to the cars with the food but then you’re stuck with your food getting cold while the person in front of you is trapping you in at the window waiting for their food. They’re trying but the process and system they have is working against them. Maybe worth adding an employee who just directs the flow of traffic. You know, it's not so much that Ididn't get what I wanted, mistakes happen, and the gentleman who took my order was exactly what you would expect from a CFA employee. It was the fact that it was handed to me, I showed shock at what I received and said, that's not what I was expecting, and before I could say anything else he looked me in my eye and told me to, "Have a nice day."

The food was good but in the drive thru, there was a gentleman named Matthew, I believe a manager because of his grey polo, training a new associate. He informed us that there was no Zesty Buffalo sauce available for us to order, and he was smiling as he said it. My girlfriend and I thought it was strange how he seemed happy to tell us our favorite sauce was out of stock, but figured he was trying to be nice. At the window, just to double check, I asked for some Buffalo sauce and lo and behold, they had plenty in stock for our entire order. I get miscommunication happens sometimes but what the heck Matthew? Three years of service and you’ still can’t track the sauces you have in stock, or you just like to play weird jokes.

I have been going here for a while and I haven't had any issues before but today when I opened my sandwich there was a bug in the lettuce. I hope that in the future that the lettuce is cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

The place itself is great—very clean and cozy. It almost feels more like a nice restaurant than a fast food joint. However—and this is more about the food than the place—it seems like the portion sizes are shrinking. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, which, according to the description, contains 43 grams of protein. I seriously doubt the wrap had even 50 grams of chicken in total, let alone 43 grams of protein.

The food was really good but they had out order as to go when we told them it was for here. There were kids screaming and running around the inside of the restaurant. There was a ton of ice in my drink. One of the TV monitors for food kept going out and it was distracting.

I'm a delivery driver, and I go to many different Chik fa lay locations. Usually, in the morning and order the 12 count nuggets because the breakfast is trash. This location finally reopened and now only sells breakfast in the morning. Won't be coming here anymore. They need to change that back. If they are all going to follow this model, then I'll just stop coming all together. The food has slipped a little over the years.

Manager and staff are snotty! As if I was an inconvenience. Are they not paid to be here?? This is only the second time I have ever eaten at one of these. Yesterday was my first at another and they were amazing and kind. Then they got my order wrong and wanted to charge us for the correction stating I ordered the wrong thing. How could they know that since I ordered Auth a man and they weren't even around for my order. Though I would love if we had one of these where I live, I am glad this one is not my one choice!

Love Chick-fil-A, but this location is terrible!! They literally get our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They consistently leave items out. I have contacted them, but nothing ever changes. This location is the closest to our house, but they mess up so much I will drive out of my way just to not have to deal with the issues. It’s a running family joke at this point....I’ve never seen anything quite like it honestly. Even when they have the checker at the window double checking orders they still get it wrong. How does that happen?!?

Manager needs more training..Messed up my order on the drive, pulled up to the window handed me the wrong food and then handed me my order which was still incorrect. CFA is known for their customer service. This location puts that reputation to shame. EVERY time I order, my order is wrong. So much so that earlier this week when I was leaving the store I stopped to check the bag before I left. YET AGAIN, my $9 salad was packaged without dressing or toppings which I verified were noted on my order. Who eats a salad without dressing?! This is now the 3rd time in less than 2 months they've forgotten the salad condiments. Also, the container wasn't closed tightly and had I not checked before leaving, would have ended up spilling all over the bag on my way home. The sauces were also not provided (we had over 10 based on the size of our order) and I had to call that out to them. Upon realizing their mistake I was handed a bag with the missing items without apology or acknowledgement. Imagine my frustration to come home, open the bag containing sauces to realize they yet again forgot the dressing. Worst franchise ever. Will absolutely not come here again, headed to Woodbury or The District instead as those locations provide better service, order accuracy and are in better locations that are more easily accessible. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The service was horrible starting with the cashier. She seem like she didn't want to be there. The food was horrible, the bread was crumbly and it was cold. The Mac and cheese was water down and chewy. I'm sorry but I won't be back at this location again. It needs to be properly managed.

We went to the drive-through made our order went up to the window paid and then they told us to pull forward and they would bring our drinks out to us after 10 minutes of waiting for 3 drinks I went back and asked them and their response was we forgot. The manager was nice i said i didn't want anything in return but this is the 2 time this happened at this location so one more chance. I think we just need to work as a team i know it's harder for people in fast food because of the virus. You still you guys have one more chance with me.

Worse experience I've had at a Chic fil a. Food of course is great but this was worse customer service I've experienced at a Chic fil a. Waited ten plus minutes before being acknowledged, then told could not find my mobile order. After they finally found order and it was ready, manager stopped before giving me my order to talk to employee, keeping me waiting, again. When I finally got my 4 shakes, I wasn't given any apologize for wait and inconvenience. Not coming back.👎

Went thru the drive thru. Long wait cuz window attendant had an incident. Got home with my food. They forgot to give me my brownie. I called to complain. Rude lady named Claudia has the audacity to accuse me of lying saying she remembers putting it between the sandwich and fries. I looked thru the whole bag picking up everything. NO BROWNIE!

First ever disorganized Chick-fil-A I have experienced. Young staff and a manager. A lot of standing around and unsure what needs to be done next. Dirty tables. Getting the orders wrong. Then put the same returned wrong orders in other customers' bag (can't believe using already touched by a customer food into another customer's order instead of discarding the returned food). Long wait times both inside and drive-thru. A lot of unsatisfied customers. Definitely, need training for all associates including the manager. The staff was polite, but not experienced to handle the store volume.

Worst Chick-fil-A location, waste of money. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich & fries. The chicken breast was burnt, dry, bun was old, and the fries were gross. The whole meal was almost inedible. If you're craving Chick-fil-A go to a different location

I drove up this morning thinking I would get my complete order like always through the drive up. Only received the bag that said my name with my correct order , checking inside the bag already home and got someone order for Kevin. Drove back told them the situation and later got what I ordered but with out my hashbrowns :/ so upsetting

I had the worst experience at Chick-fil-A on 5/31/2024 around 8:30 pm. It all started with using the Mobile app to order food. I accidentally placed an order for a regular chicken deluxe instead of the spicy chicken deluxe. I thought it was a simple mistake that could be easily corrected, as these things happen to everyone. When I realized my error, I attempted to fix it through the app, but it wouldn't allow me to go back and change the order. So, I addressed the issue with the Team Leader (no name mentioned). Unfortunately, she was direct and aggressive from the start, stating that once an order goes through on the mobile app, it cannot be changed. Her tone was unhelpful and dismissive. In response to her aggressive demeanor, I replied in a passive-aggressive tone, which seemed to irritate her further. She became visibly flustered, frustrated, and her face turned red. While I understand that everyone can have a long day, it is no excuse for a team leader to act unprofessionally. I pointed out that when an employee makes a mistake with my order, they are usually more than willing to correct it. However, when I made an error on the mobile app, I felt belittled. The team leader's response made me feel like an idiot, suggesting that I should get reading glasses to avoid such mistakes in the future. She eventually asked if I wanted a refund, but I found this offer pointless since the redeemed points wouldn't be returned to my account. A refund should mean getting back what was spent, and in this case, it wasn't happening. Her choice of words was poor, and the entire interaction left me unsatisfied. I left the store without getting the item I wanted and felt left with no options. I could either cancel my redeemed points and not get the food, which was already prepared, or accept the incorrect item. The team leader at this location needs a serious wake-up call from the internal team, but I doubt it will happen. This experience has made me reconsider my dining options, and I am hesitant to return to this Chick-fil-A location.

Came for the drive through after the reopening but was sorely disappointed by the staff working the drive thru, who insisted my order cannot be modified or changed in any way(the order id just made to her moments before) then shooed me away. Extremely rude and cut me off from speaking. I don't have to go to Chick fil a but it's lame that y'all remodel then don't try once customers show up.

Ordered drive thru. Got home, missing a sandwich. Called the store but directed to off site customer service who wasn’t that helpful. Drove back to get my sandwich greeted with an employee who seemed annoyed I was there picking up my forgot sandwich. No apologies.

Order was wrong and the grilled chicken nuggets were extremely burnt. This location used to be good, but their grilled chicken nuggets are always slightly burnt…this time not only was the count incorrect, at least half the nuggets were inedible.

I have enjoyed going to most Chick FIla Restaurants over the years, but my family has NEVER been treated more poorly than at this location. The manager was absolutely RUDE to me after I complained about a HAIR in my chicken nuggets and in my milkshake GROSS! (Obviously off of one of the cooks NOT wearing a hairnet.) Also the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I can firmly tell you that this is the WORST Chick Fil A location my family has ever visited! Most of them are actually pleasant experiences except for THIS one. I can tell that I am NOT the only person who has had a bad experience at this location as it seems to be a common problem as listed here and on Yelp. The owner of this location needs to make some serious changes before I will ever consider coming back here ever again!

As she starts getting irritated with me, lack of patience, lack of service, lack of kindness, I requested to speak to her supervisor. Now, keep in mind she is irritated, she looks at me and almost with an aggravated tone saying -I AM THE SUPERVISOR. Now, lets pause for a second. This fast food chain has Stephany as their sole supervisor? I do not think that is the case. Stephany not only unprofessionally handle the situation, but also lies to us as customers. After me getting frustrated, she hands me out a business card. I asked her to write her name on the back, and she tells me to calm down. If I went to any other restaurant or hotel or hospitality establishment, I would be asked to park on the side, and they would make my request. My order was some biscuits and little items. Nothing difficult. I had already paid, I am just picking it up and I am super patient. But when I am told stories which I know they are lying, that is when I really get annoyed. This Stephany gal not only has no couth, but lacks of professionalism. Whomever taught her manners, gets a zero from me. If I were her, I would find a way to attend some type of school so they can teach her better. In other countries women are taught many valuable skills aside manners. I am so embarrassed this gal provides customers with such a poor attitude at the beginning of her day, cant imagine how she behaves later when the shift is over and she may be tired. Buyer be ware of where you take your business to. All I know is having manners and telling the truth is the beginning of a any relationship 101. I refuse to be disrespected by a service provider and I will not ever return to Chick Fill-A. I instead went to California Pizza and got an incredible warm pizza. I was welcomed and served with respect and friendliness. Chick fill-A is no longer worthy of my business. Stephany from Chick Fill-A you get zero stars from me and my family.

I recently ordered and was cold sandwich from this location, and I was very disappointed with the quality. The food was not up to standard — the sandwich was served cold, and the potatoes were not as good as they usually are here. This is not acceptable, especially since I’ve had better experiences before. I hope the team pays more attention to quality and consistency moving forward.

Update 5/28 Here’s my ice cream. Melting as I wait for my food after I’ve already wiped down the sides once. Yep, they prepped the ice cream first. I asked for a napkin so I could wipe down their counter. And then waited. And then asked for a bag because they were still melting minutes later when my food was finally ready. I was offered a paper bag?? I had to ask for plastic so it wouldn’t leak all over my car. Was offered an apology but really? Their timing is always off. Orders aren’t ready when promised. Ever. Corporate should pull some data points and help this operator out. Lots of staff, some with nothing to do. Seemed unorganized per the usual. This store operator must not be engaged - I can’t imagine any business owner letting performance like this slide. 2023: Let me start by saying we eat at CFA once a week. Crazy work and sports schedules, we are a fan of this chain. This location, however, is a poorly run franchise. So disappointed by my latest visit - the franchise operator was there by the way, and made no attempt to interact. Placed a mobile order at 11:37am on 5/30/23, arrived and then waited over 20 minutes inside the restaurant for it to be prepared. For some reason it didn't come through on their computer so they never started it even though I initiated pick up through the app. That must be why so many other people were served before I was. Take it home only to find that there were no sauces included for the nuggets or sandwiches. My salad was missing the dressing, toppings, and utensil. Because we like condiments, I called the restaurant back to let them know I was coming in to get a new salad as it had now been 25 minutes since I picked up my order. Nobody on the phone apologized to me, and when I arrived nobody apologized to for me having to come back due to their mistake. Only saying that it was my fault that I somehow did not ask for sauces. I then asked, well the salad comes with dressing, doesn't it? Was given a new salad and dressing as ordered, but no apology. Just very poor customer service, so many locations to choose from, I will not be coming back here. If you're out and about in Irvine, avoid this one.

BUGS IN THE FOOD?!?! 🤮🤮🤮 first, I get the wrong order. Which is fine, mistakes happen. But HALFWAY into eating my grilled chicken sandwich, I tear off a piece of lettuce and notice a BUG on the leaf. Then, I open the sandwich and there’s ANOTHER ONE. THAT WAS CRAWLING INSIDE! I threw up and was so disgusted. I don’t even want to think about how many I ate before finding the two 😭 Do you guys not wash your lettuce??? In a FOOD establishment??! Or check the food EVEN ONCE for quality control before you serve it????????? I will never be going to this location and I advise everyone not to either. IF YOU DO at least check their meals here before eating them….. 🤢🤢🤢 absolutely disgusting…
