Tip: The pizza is best enjoyed at the restaurant; takeout quality may not be as good.
Truly the best pizza and salad I have had in a long time, we went there for a birthday gathering last night, we ordered 3 pizzas and 3 salads and appetizers, one better than other, we can't wait to go back. I just think the music was too loud.
We recently stopped at the parlor for the first time, I can see what the hype is about. The pizza is incredible. We didn’t get the pasta, but everyone said it’s worth going back just for that we will definitely revisit.
The Parlor has been on my must-try list for a while, and it definitely lived up to the hype. This hidden Italian gem is attached to the industrial-style dining room at Stafford Prime--kid- and dog-friendly, and open only until 8 p.m. on weekdays. The first time I stopped by (peak dinner hour on a Friday), the line was out the door, and I figured I wouldn't get to order before closing--so I left. But I finally made it back yesterday for an early dinner (lesson learned), and I'm so glad I did. We started with the Focaccia Pugliese, which was perfectly crispy and came with one of the best tapenades I've ever had. Next was the Paccheri Pasta--cooked beautifully al dente, with sausage and fresh rapini. Last up was the Devil's Kiss Pizza, which had a perfect balance of sweet and savory and really tied the meal together. Every dish was on point, and The Parlor is officially on our go-to list now.
Wow. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of pizza 🤣 crust is perfection, so many different and unique pizzas and pastas. I wish I could order a gallon of the green goddess salad dressing, I would literally use it on everything. The chef is truly talented. The restaurant itself doesn’t have a lot of seating but there’s an entire lounge area a few steps away. Also, be sure to grab a fresh pasta and a sauce to go. They make the pasta in house and it’s superb. Go here, you will not be disappointed!
First time trying their food and I was very surprised how delicious everything was. Never tried lemon pizza in my life and it was amazing! 🤩 very light and refreshing yet great taste 😋 their daily special ginger chicken soup was soothing with wonderful taste! Their pasta is super tasty too. Tried their Orechiette with handmade pasta and sausages. Highly recommend this place. Must try hidden gem in Tustin area 👍👍👍
The BEST Italian food in all of Orange County. Maybe even better than a lot of food IN ITALY. Such fresh ingredients, amazing quality, inventive, and absolutely delicious. Make it a habit to go here often. From the salad to the pizza to the pasta, it’s all the best of the best. Argaux wine is wonderful. Dessert is yummy! I can’t rave enough about Parlor. Eat there or to-go it’s all a dream.
My sis brought me here for an easy casual dinner with her baby in a stroller. They love it here cuz the pizzas and pastas are so legit, fresh and delicious. The seating area is really chill and there's plenty of seating. Please note that this is located inside a corporate building, and there's also a cafe too that she raved about, but was closed during dinner time. Also I heard this place is NOT open on the weekends. Here's what we got: Vesuvio Pasta - really good and light - great flavor with broken pieces of sausages and there's a bit of a heat to this. Pepperoni Pizza - the pepperonis are the mini sized ones, and it's your standard pepperoni pizza but very delicious. Funghi e Cavolo Pizza - not your standard mushroom pizza in a very good way. No sauce - just cheese and oil, and of course mushroom. I believe they use maitake mushroom for this and it's amazing. They also put chunks of kale on top and it works really well. This place uses fresh ingredients and they create yummy seasonal Italian dishes. The service is friendly, you order at the front, take a number and wait at your table!
This place blew me away. The food was so good, the set up is cute and unique (shared open dining space with a cafe that isn't open for dinner), and the food came out quickly. The rigatoni and sausage/pepper pizza we tried were perfectly balanced and seasoned. I cannot wait to go back!
My colleague found this place on a search, not a visible location if driving by. Located behind the Tricon building. I got the meat lovers pizza (no cheese) which was today’s daily special. Wood fired pizza, the crust was crunchy at the bottom and had some char on the top. The bacon they had used was very fatty and not to my liking, but I’m not knocking the pizza down (my personal preference). Looked like they had put their Salsa Matcha on top of the pizza (or could have been chili paste and oil), which gave it a little bit of kick and flavor. Saw the Green Goddess Salad with Chicken go by and it looked pretty good (no didn’t get it or taste it!) I got food to go, you can either eat at the Parlor or go back to the eating area which may have better ambience to eat (didn’t check it).
While searching for a pasta restaurant near my house, I came across this place with excellent Google reviews and decided to give it a try. The food was prepared with such care, and each ingredient harmonized beautifully, complementing one another without overshadowing the others. When I visited, the "Today's Special Pizza" was a sweet potato pizza, so I ordered that along with the Bucatini all'Amatriciana pasta. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pizza was so incredible that my husband and I were literally stunned after the first bite. The cheese on the pizza was rich and nutty, the vegetable toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the guanciale was crispy, releasing its savory, flavorful oil. As for the pasta, I’m not sure if they make their pasta in-house, but it was unlike anything I’ve ever had. The noodles were unusually thick and delightfully chewy, with a unique texture that was completely new to me. Even though it was my first time experiencing this kind of pasta, I’m already craving it again after coming home. The sauce was perfectly balanced—not too salty or bland—and generously filled with guanciale, making it rich and exceptional. I enjoyed my meal so much today that I’m already planning to try other menu items on my next visit.
The chicken lemon soup needs a new name or lighter on lemon. Still a solid nourishing option for a cold day. The pasta making experience was fun and enlightening almost. I felt like little Francesco Totti at his aunt's house on a sunny and cool afternoon in Rome. The pizza was magical too. Overall 4.71/5 and will return.
I had a wonderful experience when I visited this place with my friends! The atmosphere was absolutely delightful, with its bright and clean ambiance. The food was truly delicious, although it did take a little longer than expected, especially during lunch hours when time is limited. However, I must say that the staff was incredibly friendly and we definitely enjoyed our times here.
Severely underrated place for a good bit to eat! The pizza is thin, crispy, and has amazing flavor profiles. The margherita and the funghi pizza are absolutely out of this world. The Italian wedding soup is hearty, filling and it’s full of flavor. The cacio e Pepe is light, and tastes really good too. You really can’t go wrong with any dish here and the big hangout/work space makes it really relaxing to get some work done or to relax and chill!
The space is so large and comfortable. And was pretty happy with their food.
Best Italian food I’ve had in a really long time. Fantastic pizzas, pastas, and salads. Definitely will be coming back here again

Absolutely delicious. Everything from the pizza, pasta, salads are all fresh and wonderful combinations. Highly recommend the chili verde soup, but can’t go wrong with anything honestly it’s all so good!

Max and Stafford are the best. The pasta is such good quality and is so fresh
Great recommendations for people new to the place! Quick service for everything being homemade.
Amazing food, staff and location. Dined in and took some take out because I couldn’t get enough ❤️🤌🏻
Fantastic hidden jem.
Excellent food. Where shall I go next....hmmmmmm
The best eats in town 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Great place
Amazing place
To die for!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your team for such a warm welcome and a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank the chefs — you truly made my day and made me feel happy. Dinner with my son was absolutely delicious, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and level of the dishes. Everything was prepared with such care and taste. The next time we are in Los Angeles, we will definitely visit your restaurant again. Thank you for doing your work at such a high level and for making people happy through your food
Likely the best pasta you can get in the OC. Serves more of a business crowd due to service times and location, but worth the trip if you can make it. Pasta is made in house and they offer other great options like pizza and salad.
Nice lunch spot here. Good unique food with nice seating areas
다시 가고싶은곳!!!
Simply amazing. I’ve been there twice already, once for lunch and enjoyed my meal in the patio, and once for take out. Their pasta is simply incredible and so is the pizza, and this is coming from a born and raised Italian. I can’t wait to be back!
I love their space. 20 dollar margherita pizza and it was good. Easily my favorite pizza in this area.
Pasta and Pizza, yum. The wife found this spot on Instagram and we drove from HB to see what it was about. Love the atmosphere, specially during the sunset. The Rigatoni was good and the pizza had great flavor.
Underrated is the best way to describe this place. If you want a great quality, and fair price for a wood fired pizza this is place is a must for casual lunch or dinner
Great hidden gem in Tustin! Sarah, Jimmy, and Max have been amazing to me the three times I have stopped by for lunch. Friendly staff, great salads, pizza, and GELATO! Jimmy makes the Gelato fresh and it is delicious!
Pizza is great. Rigatoni was superb. Also like the green goddess salad was tasty. Our 2nd time here and would highly recommend this place.
This guys are amazing. The Pizza is the closest authentic Italian pizza you can get in OC. The Pizza Dough is the best ever and it’s definitely a must. If you are into authentic Italian kitchen Parlor is the place to go…🙏🙏
Great food very tasty and authentic pasta and pizza. Clean and plenty if parking. Outdoor and indoor patio seating. Priced slightly above moderate.
We loved this place, we have already been here 3 times and recently we came here group of 8 and the food was amazing service is excellent and loved by all. We were also treated with homemade gelato and cookies on the house celebrating birthday.
One of the best Italian Restaurants in Orange County. Great food, music, and staff. Don't leave without trying their Gelato
Their pasta dishes are great. The location is unassuming but don't let that fool you.
We love the Parlor. The food is fresh and delicious, and we had a blast eating in the pasta room last night. It was great!
Delicious. Had a salad and the sandwich of the day. Everything was so fresh, and simple but flavorful. Can't wait to try more!
Great pizza very similar to the pizza we had in Napoli Italy. True Italian food.
Amazing italian food. Very interesting location. Prices amazing. People amazing. You can dine in!
Delicious and subtle flavors. A welcomed addition To the OC food scene. Can’t wait to go back!
Nice relaxing atmosphere! It is a hidden gem! I love it!
Amazing food, Jimmy Max and Carlos are the best. Some of the best pizza and pasta in OC.
This is my absolute favorite pizza on the planet right now. I've been here dozens of times with my family, coworkers, and have been known to make the 1 hour round trip drive by myself just for one of these amazing pizzas. The staff here has always been delightful and gone out of their way to provide a positive customer experience. Be aware that the pizza making part of the kitchen may close about 30 minutes prior to the close time listed on Google. If there's any doubt on timing, be sure to call ahead.
The place threw us off as we were expecting a restaurant vibe, but the place is actually really cute and modern with a LOT of space for seating in and out. Parking was also really easy. All I need to see from social media was a video review of their Cacio e Pepe and I was sold. We ordered that and the pepperoni pizza, and both were so dang good. I'm definitely going to come back here soon. One thing I wish is that there would be more drink options, whether it would be non alcoholic or alcoholic.
Excellent wood fire pizza, with good wings as available as well. It is a bit on the pricy side however.
Honestly, one of my favorite spots to go during my lunch break. Pasta, pizza and their salads are all good! The ingredients are crafted with quality and the final product is delicious!
Amazing place with amazing food. Great for families due to the amazingly large dining area that you self seat. Couches room for kids to have fun but relaxing for couples also. We went as a couple and enjoyed it.
Food is consistently good. My only complaint is that they dont open in weekends
A hidden gem in OC! The quality ingredients and love that the chef integrates into the pizza provide a succulent dough and incredible flavor. My wife and I regularly refer friends and comment that, "The Parlor has the best pepperoni pizza we've ever tasted!" On our last visit, the chef recommended that we order the sausage & pepper pizza, because he knows we always order the pepperoni. Since we had already placed the order, he simply delivered the sausage & pepper pizza and said it was on the house! Needless to say, it was outstanding now, we usually order both when we visit. As an added bonus, the Buccatini pasta is made fresh for every order and packs a complex flavor with the dry aged pork belly.
Just entered and was greeted with a smile and positive vibes, all the staff are super friendly and well spoken. Small options for beer but great selection of wines tho, 10/10 highly recommended to come and check it out plus not mention the atmosphere is so mellow 🤟 not to mention the music 🎶🎶🎶 Thank you especially to Megan and Diana for their amazing service too !!!! You gotta check it out ✅ Don't forget to try out their cookies freshly made too 🤤
If you so happen to be lucky enough to have stumbled upon this undiscovered gem, it is your lucky day. The only thing I dislike about Parlor is they aren’t open on the weekends…not yet at least! Hands down the best margarita pizza I’ve had in Orange County. Trust the lemon squash flower zucchini pizza is heavenly delicious. The short rib pasta is out of this world and good enough to convert my vegetarian friends. Lastly my absolute favorite thing are their daily specials, it’s a surprise every time and the birria pizza was one of the greatest things I’ve every eaten. The entire team here is nothing but always fabulous and the space is great for large groups or families with kids. Hence why it be incredible if they were open more.
I'm a mover and my customer said she was going to buy pizza for lunch. So when we went to the drop off sure thing she came in with a pepperoni pizza and the other was the special of the day, it had cheese some strings of meat and peach. I've been all thru the USA and believe when I say that I know good food, but both pizzas were the best I've ever tasted in my whole 36 yrs of life. I asked my customer where and what the name was and I'm glad it's just around the corner. Best pizza ever!!!
We brought pizza in for lunch at work the other day. We ordered 4 different flavors which were all good. I never expected the pepperoni to be not only the best pepperoni I’d ever had but also one of the best pizza’s I’d ever had as well. This is not at all my go to flavor by any stretch. The pizza was simply that good.
Wow. Simply WOW. I love the parlor; I have tried thousands of places in many countries, and THIS place is lovely. Every time I have visited, the food has been on point, and the service is top-notch. You must try the Gelato and the soups... to die for. I feel like someone hugs me when I eat at the parlor. Please, chef, don't change a thing. You really have something going on here—special thanks to Meagan and the entire team at the parlor. Wow, thank you I Highly recommend it seriously. You MUST TRY.
Just enjoyed two pies - one pepperoni and one squash blossom with Meyer lemons. Amazing!! The cheese was delicious, the crust was fabulous, the toppings were plentiful! So excited to go back and get more wood-fired pizza from this new gem in the neighborhood!
We absolutely love The Parlor at Stafford ever since trying it out for the first time about 2 months ago. We have been back a few times and also had catering for a party of 8. I recommend coming here if you’d like an Italian dinner that is authentic and exciting! Allow time if you’re in a hurry because there is often a line. It is worth it, it’s so delicious, and I believe they even cure their own meat for the toppings. If you have a chance, order the pastrami sandwich. But a warning, it is humungous and it can definitely be shared The salads are also awesome! Try the lemon, vegetarian pizza, absolutely amazing! The chefs prepping the food are awesome, every detail is accounted for. The set up when we had takeout was perfecto! They take care of every last thing that you can think of. It’s a new business and I recommend trying it out for sure!. Grazie😃

Good place that would come back to even though my pasta dish was subpar. I ordered the spaghetti and clams. The clams were delish and tasted fresh. The so-called spaghetti noodles were more like the size of udon noodles. The noodles were au dente but if you know udon noodles they shouldn’t be au dente. I know my buddies that I was with had the short rib pasta and the fennel sausage pasta. All of those were done right and were delicious. That made me wish I ordered those instead. If I’m in the area I would come back.
Great pizza if you're able to eat there. Very high quality pizza. Solid price for what you get. I would definitely come back to try their pasta. The pizza isn't as great when you do takeout so I would recommend eating there. Plenty of seating but it is an open air concept so beware of mosquitoes
Our 3rd time here. And consistently blown away by the pizza. Sausage & peppers with hot honey side, and a margarita pizza. Plenty of enclosed space for kids/toddlers to scramble. Usually upbeat house music with a variety of genres. This place bangs.
Went here to get a $16 small personal margheritta pizza. About a 10 minute wait in line and another 10-15 minute to wait for the pizza. Open space atmosphere was nice so I can see myself coming back to eat at the venue for the other items they had. Pizza itself was good. Crust was crispy though rest of pizza was a bit floppy. Taste wise it was pretty light and balanced. Pizza: 7.9

Foods great. Neat, fun experience.
Ingredients were OK. They show really nice meats in the window, but that’s not what you get on the pizza lol
Great place to grab lunch. Food is quite excellent and service is efficient and nice. Atmosphere is very hipster - feels like I’m eating in a chic, clean garage. While their pizzas are excellent, I quite enjoyed their salad.
The pasta I had was really good but a bit overpriced. 16 dollars for a small to medium sized portion of pasta with no side or bread.
I'm hesitant to post a review of this hidden gem due to the risk more people will go and we'll have to wait in line! 😁 Just kidding! This place is amazing! The food is delicious and tastes like they use quality ingredients. It's located in a weird industrial area, but it's clean and accessible. I would have given the staff a better review but they play the music so loud you have to repeat your order to them so they can hear you. Very friendly though!
The sausage and pepper pizza had just a bit of kick, and was flavorful and fresh. We also got the green goddess salad which was a lovely blend of citrus tang and creamy avocado. It's tucked away in a business center, so it may not be noticable from the street, but worth the trip.
We heard about this place from a family friend and stopped for lunch. My wife ordered the eggplant and beef short rib pasta and for the quaintly and price it’s really good. The eggplant had a very tomato taste and large chunks of grilled eggplants and the beef short rib pasta had huge chunks of beef in a savory heavy beefy flavor sauce. The only downside is the beef rib pasta is a bit salty, so if you like somewhat salty food this might not be your thing. I’d recommend anyone to check this place out.
Food is quite good. I've tried a Pepperoni pizza and in another day a Chicken Sandwich. The sandiwch was way too salty, but still good. The service was in general OK, but I've tried to come again and arrived at 7h45 PM, thought was OK since internet hours is until 8 PM. However, unfortunately they stop taking order at 7h30 PM. They do no internet is wrong, but apparently are not taking this minimum effort to correct the info.
TLDR; come here but don’t come if you’re hungry and it’s crowded. We love this place usually. We love the food and the people are usually nice. The space is nice. The music is kinda loud but it’s probably the intended vibe. So all that is why we happily tip $10 for to-go orders. Honestly I feel sad to have had this experience today because we love the food here. We waited over 45min for our to-go order only to find out it had been ready for 15min but just sat on the counter. Don’t get me wrong it was crowded for sure. But other people were getting their orders. She just like … forgot. Which is fine (I guess) but damn that $10 tip in this economy to sit there waiting with no apology or acknowledgement. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she’s just not good at multitasking. This wasn’t Megan - we love Megan. But maybe someone can think of a more efficient way to do things. We were one of many groups who had to check on their order bc they waited 30+ minutes. Oof With all that said, the food is good. Just don’t get takeout when it’s crowded unless you’re ready to wait forever and potentially get your food cold.
I want to like The Parlor. I want to have reason to rave about The Parlor. I have eaten here 4 times, first by myself, twice with my husband and once introducing other friends to what I thought/hoped would be a fantastic find. The first time I had a short rib soup, I think, and it was fabulous. But on subsequent visits the food has not lived up to that first experience. Weird mushroom pizza. Mediocre pasta. Most recently we had a Ceasar salad (no chicken?) and chicken ginger soup. There was NO detectable ginger -- certainly no fresh ginger! -- but the broth was so salty it was brine. The best I can say is, the food is uneven. Service can be slow and spotty. They can bring one order, but other orders come way too late. Overall, the operation comes across as a well-intentioned but overly ambitious amateur endeavor.
First impression, nice building, plenty of parking. I walked in and the music is way too loud, no big deal, maybe I'm just getting old, I'm 41 for the record but, I could hardly hear the cashier telling me they are out of pizza, they should probably take the sign down that boasts there special pizza that I decided on in line because after they told me they were OUT OF PIZZA I felt rushed to order something I wasn't sure if I would like. We ordered and sat at a DIRTY TABLE. The menu is short and simple which I did like. What I didn't like was how they brought my girlfriends food out after 15 or 20 min and FORGOT MY ORDER and when I asked about it they said it should be out in 5 min. Well, 15 to 20 min. later the same amount of time as took for my girlfriends food to be served, here it is. I don't like being lied to, just admit you screwed up and fix the problem. So by the time I got my food it was 45 min. after we ordered, my girlfriend had just finished her food. OVERPRICED OK FOOD, BAD SERVICE, CHEAP CHAIRS AND TABLES TO SIT AT AND NOT ENOUGH OF THEM. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.
I’ve been going to the parlor for about a year and noticed the wait time my last couple of times have been longer than expected. I was still excited to show it to my friend during our lunch today as the food is great- but unfortunately I think that the wait has gotten out of hand. We ordered a Margherita pizza, and after 30 minutes had to leave because our lunch time was over. I let one of the people at the cashier know that I would come back for the pizza, they said it would be ready when I got back. When I got back it took 15 more time ultimately resulting in an hour wait for a pizza. I’m glad that more people are appreciating their great food but I don’t think I can wait an hour for my order.
I genuinely don’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews — they feel completely misleading, if not outright fake. I ordered a mushroom and olive pizza, and it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was burnt in places, there was absolutely no sauce at all, and the entire thing tasted like nothing. The mushrooms were fully boiled and completely flavorless, with zero seasoning. Paying $20 for something this bad is honestly shocking. Very disappointing experience — definitely not coming back.
I arrived at 12:30 p.m. on Friday and it was closed with no announcement or anything to let me know they would not be open.
Very uncomfortable experience , was judged from the moment I walked into the door.. just wanted to try a new place for lunch the cashier kept checking my money to see if it was real, even went as far as putting hand sanatizer on because my hand slightly touched hers while receiving change. Never again
Poor service, we ordered our food an hour ago and it’s not out yet and they are saying 100 pizza coming out at the same time and still don’t know when we are getting food with hungry kids. Don’t get blind sighted driving here and wait forever
If you are a fan of overpriced, cold, old pizza well you have found your new favorite spot. To go is always terrible, they ask for a pick up time and always make your food well ahead of that time. Why ask then, just make it whenever you feel like it. Try another spot for lunch if you want something served hot and fresh. They will make your food whenever they please, and you get to stare at it under the lamps while you wait.
