Family and I came out here for microcenter and searched for a spot to eat afterwards. We came here on a whim, no expectations. The dining room is open, nothing fancy at all. There is also have outdoor dining. Sports playing on the TVs. We ordered some single slices, a large Deluxe pie, and a caprese salad. The sizes for whole pizzas are either large or extra large. Again, nothing fancy with the caprese salad, save for FAT mozzarella slices. The tomato was fresh, not beady or old. Our pizza was served in less than 10 minutes. I am not a fan of thin crust pizzas, but this pizza stood the test of all the toppings of deluxe toppings( pepp, sausage, onion, bell peppers, mush, olive). Awesome long cheese pulls. Massive slices; I can only imagine the xl size. We will definitely be the spot to go to after our microcenter runs! Absolutely delicious
I spent my 6th wedding anniversary here it was awesome and delicious the service was wonderful 😊 and the food was so yummy 😋
What a great find! Was looking for a pizzeria to have lunch after landing at John Wayne and Terra Mia was excellent! It’s a quick five minute drive from the airport. Has both indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Combo specials are a great value for lunch. Pizza was quite tasty. Service was great. Good selection of pizzas by the slice. Restrooms were clean and maintained. Really happy with our lunch.
Walked in to order a quick pizza to take home. I door dashed a pizza from here months ago and was blown away by the quality. Upon arrival today, I was met with the absolute most helpful, friendly, gregarious hostess/cashier I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at a pizza place. Damaris was her name. She called everyone baby and honey and brought smiles to all our faces. She upsold me from a medium to a large pizza without missing a beat. With a presence like this at the desk, no wonder the place was jam-packed. Oh, and the pizza. I ordered a large sausage pizza with mushrooms and onions added. PHENOMENAL. It was just like NY pizza. Great crust and the kind you need to fold in the middle to keep it from flopping over. So flavorful.
If you’re on the hunt for authentic style pizza, look no further than Terra Mia Pizzeria. Here, you can pick from a diverse range of delectable slices that transport you straight to New York City’s bustling streets. The standout deal of two slices and a drink for a mere $8 is a steal, providing phenomenal value. The crust is the real MVP – achieving that elusive balance of crispiness on the outside and softness within. As a delightful bonus, the pizza maestro also treated us to some garlic bread, which was just as scrumptious. A must-visit for all pizza and bread lovers alike!
Still have not found anything as good as New Yorks John’s of Bleeker street, but Terra Mia is close. Crust is oven burnt and really good!! Tried 4 different slices and all were delicious. The service was amazing!!!
Unbelievably good. I know their pizza is NYC style but every NYC style pizza shop says that, lol...this actually holds up to their word and is the best pizza I've actually ever had outside of NYC. Meatballs and salad are perfection too. They actually take time to make a beautiful presentation for to go orders! Wow! I've only ordered delivery so I can't comment on anything else but the food and this 💯 must try.
Seriously a hidden Gem. I LOVE PIZZA of all kinds and this is a fine pizza to call a NY slice great carriage, quality ingredients.... first time and he called me his friend as I walked in the door. 8 slice choices, two slicces and a drink for less than $10.00 out the door.

Authentic NY style pizza at a great prices per slice.

The All Five Star rating on the web caught my eye, so I decided to give them a try for the first time today. WOW !! Delicious!! If your a fan of thin crust pizza , with a crunchy crust, this is the place for you !! Clean and modern interior and exterior. Friendly and efficient staff. And the food is delicious !! The pizza slice with drink lunch specials are a great deal for the price!! The Garlic Knots are Fantastic!! Warm and buttery garlic bliss !! And the Cannoli dessert offering is absolutely the BEST CANNOLI I’ve ever enjoyed ! I can highly recommend this place !!! One of the TOP Pizzerias in all of the OC !!
LOVE!!!! LOVE LOVE!!! One of my fav pizza places now! The pizza is yummy , you can get the 2 slice special with a free drink for $10 bucks! Pizza is fresh and amazing, def recommend to try!
Excellent taste and fresh !! Very friendly and inviting ambiance. Must try. We visited Tustin and this place is GEM hiding !!!
Shoutout Micheal absolutely 5 star customer service he made sure everything was top notch, I will be coming back!!!
For a new place to try going on an empty stomach..... I was afraid.... but the fact that the taste, service. And price is on point, I was surprised!!!! Been back 3 times since my first time.
Best pizza in town. Big selection of pizza by the slice. 9 bucks for 2 slices or 11 for 3. Fountain drink included.
Nice little pizza place to quickly grab a lunch special. Awesome deals for lunch or dinner. They even have one of those touchscreen soda dispensers where you can customize your drink to exactly the flavor you want or invent one that doesn't exist yet. Very friendly and courteous service too. The pizza is the star of the show here... Thin but crispy crust on a variety of slices you can grab and go or create your own custom pizza if you have the time to wait for it.
I rarely post reviews but had to for this place. I needed a late night slice and their House pizza was probably one of the best I've tasted. Nice and friendly staff too!
I've been looking for a thin crust pizza place and theirs is great. They sell by the slice and have a lot if choices. The place is casual. This is now my favorite place for pizza.
I was born with immigrant parents and my mother lacks speaking English. You may think that this does not correlate with anything, specifically in a review of a pizza store. When my mother was ordering, she struggled saying the words of each food but a bald Italian guy was incredibly paitent and kind to my mother. If a bald italian guy with a beard watching soccer on his phone is serving you, just know that he will give you the best service.
We ordered two pizzas, it took a lot longer than expected, but the staff brought us free garlic knots and a slice of cheesecake. Everything was super yummy and we had a great time!
Excellent pizza, would definitely recommend the lunch special (2 slices and a drink for less than $9). I would probably go every day if I was younger or stayed healthy enough to be able to have a couple of slices per day. Among my coworkers, this place is in everyone's top 3. The place can get packed, but not because of lack of seating, it's just really good and there's a lunch time crowd. It's got an old Neo Geo and Ms Pacman in the back, so you know this place is a legit pizza parlor.
Some of my family is from New York, so finding New York style pizza is incredibly important to us. We've tried at least a dozen places in the OC, from Fullerton down to Dana Point. This is the best place. They do slices (which is a key indicator that the place is good). They often have a white pie and garlic knots! They also have a great little outdoor patio and their staff is super friendly!
So glad they opened a second location. I am a New Yorker and in my humble opinion as a pizza lover, this is the best NY Pizza in OC. I will qualify this with I have not tried them all yet, but the 25 or so others I have tried are no match. Only one other place in LA county I think is slightly better, but this place is authentic and delicious. Lots of pizza options and they have the usual pizza place options. Chicken Parm Hero is very good as well. They also have some of the best garlic knots I have ever had. They also have a gluten free crust option that tastes as good as any I have tried...but I prefer the gluten full. Parking is plenty and they have an outdoor and indoor space to sit.
Excellent Italian style pizza , recommended and affordable
Decent thin crust NY style pizza. Native New Yorker so pleasantly surprised. Edit - Upgrading my review to 5 stars. This is now my go-to pizza. I've tried a number of pizzerias in Tustin and Irvine and none warranted even a review. Great NY pizza, nice staff and pleasant facilities.
Just a warning the website on this listing takes you to a website that has a phone number of a different location. If you call the number on the website, the one linked from this Google listing, and place an order you will have to pick it up from a different address from the address of this location. It's a mess and not a good experience. The website has no mention of other locations or phone numbers, just one,a different address than this Tustin location. One lady pretty much told me to get my order from the Laguna location while another lady said this happens all the time and placed an order for us and called the other location to cancel that order. Food is really good, we had cheese pizza and BBQ wings. Both great and would order again, next time the correct location.
Food was great, have been twice now and the people behind the counter are very friendly. The pizza is by far the closest thing I have had to a good ol' slice of NY pizza. Definitely recommend. Also it seems there is a deal for two slices where you also get a free drink.
Went in a little before closing, but they were so welcoming and attentive! You don't get that a lot these days. The pizza was so good too!
Best pizza I've had in years!! The lady at the front counter was awesome!! So friendly and nice with a big smile!!
These guys are really kind and the food is to die for. Specially garlic knots. One time we called the wrong location and they were still very kind to accommodate us asap.
The service was great 👍, I got a Margarita and Pepperoni Pizza and the flavor is very good. 22/Nov/2025 at 9:00pm. Nice Service!
Thank you to Julio and Beto, and his staff for such an amazing experience at the Tustin location! My family and I have been coming for some time now and it has been a wonderful experience! Recently, they took it to another level with an extraordinary experience. The pizza was always good. Lately, the taste and presentation of their single pizzas were, as I mentioned earlier, at another level! I can count on Beto and his team to provide all the items in order to be ready for carry out or when my family and I dine in the service is above and beyond.
Put in a phone order for two 18" pies, Cheese and Margarita, as well as 4 garlic knots. Told me about 20min, and they had it ready in 15min. Pizza is NY style, thin crust. Tastes exactly like pizza from the your favorite corner pizzeria in the big apple. Definitely satisfied a craving, and we'll be back for more. They even sell pizza by the slice if you don't want a whole pie. Great service at reasonable prices, with even better food. Highly recommend you check it out. They also have a location in Laguna Hills.
Excellent pizza! I had the feta, spinach with a salad and coke special! Unfortunately 😔 I forgot to snap a photo. Portion sizes are good. The ingredients were fresh. The place was busy during lunch but they kept the line moving, I will definitely be back!
Had the best experience dining here! atmosphere was great, food was delicious and staff was on top of it! definitely will be coming back!
Micheal and sergio went above and beyond for me on my order i am more than pleased, I look forward to coming back again for an amazing gluten free pizza!!!👍
Crisp crust, nothing soggy! Very friendly, and great taste. I like the pickled cauliflower in the antipasta salad. We'll be back if we're ever in the area.
The pizza was thin and crispy and delicious, the garlic knots were huge and for a great price and also delicious, the woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and sweet. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back.
Clean minimal compared to more upscale, but still inviting atmosphere. I am very picky and very cost conscious, but walking out of here for less than $36 for garlic knots and two very high quality sub sandwiches this place is an excellent value for the money. With a large selection, I recommend restaurant to almost all palettes.
Little hole in the wall restaurant. We enjoyed the food. We got a few slices of pizza, garlic bread or knots, bake ziti, and some poppers. Came in on a Sunday and they were busy, but it wasn't hard for us to get a table. We liked that you can order their specialty pizzas by the spice.
I had an incredible experience at Terra Mia Pizzeria that exceeded all my expectations. The pizza was absolutely top-notch, featuring a perfectly crispy crust, a rich and tangy sauce, and a generous layer of fresh, flavorful toppings that created a symphony of tastes in every bite. What truly stood out was their all-day special: two slices of pizza and a drink for just $8. This deal is not only a bargain but also highlights the exceptional value you get compared to other pizzerias. The affordability does not compromise quality; instead, it enhances the overall experience. The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service made the visit even more enjoyable. Terra Mia Pizzeria is definitely a gem for anyone looking for outstanding pizza at a fantastic price.
One of the best pizza by the slice spot in orange county. I love pizza, and I try so many pizza by the slice spots, and this one is one I came back to over and over
Me and family visited for pizza we are from the Northwest. This pizza surpassed expectations sincerely. The meat lovers was our favorite and highly recommended to you. The atmosphere was a little loud and we only noticed due to us having our baby with us. But overall 5 stars for me!
Lively little Italian eatery & take-out. Fast efficient service with a real family vibe. Our food tasted so fresh and given how busy they were there’s no time for ingredients to sit around!
If you want to find NY Brooklyn Style pizza, you can find it here…Cheese pie with basil or you can make half with pepperoni! They use small pepperoni not thin big mediocre ones.
I think one of the best NY style pizzas in Orange County. The deluxe pizza is really good. My only comment would be that the crust gets a little soggy on the deluxe. Maybe it was a combination of all the toppings and it being delivered? I wish it was a bit dryer and crispier. But overall it’s a solid pizza.
Jay is the owner and took time to educate me on the NY style pizzas. He was awesome and even though a made an incorrect order he took time to fix it without ever blaming anyone. This place is the best in OC as I have been to NY pizza and others. He also was so nice to understand my needs as a consumer. I now will be ordering all future business food through him since he is a professional. Terra Mia Pizza, you rock keep on doing what your are doing. To all the community support this business as they are truly the best in the pizza industry.
Absolutely amazing pizza, owner and staff amazing, must go to in oc. Single slice or whole pizza, if you are between places, pick this one.
We met up at this place because its on the way to my kids house. We usually go to the Laguna hills location off of Alicia Pky by our house. We have been there twice and it has been great. The workers were friendly and offered my daughter a free drink while she waited for us to show up. We were there for about 3 hours out on the patio with our little dog and had a great time fellowshipping with our kids. The staff were so friendly and the pizza is amazing. The calzone and stromboli were delicious also. It is our go to when in the area. Its great to have a place to meet like Terra Mia
Today we visited for the 2nd time. Food was very good. They were short staffed today. But the young employee" Sean" handled it like a pro. He took our orders and many others then bringing it to the tables. No attitude and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I own a small business and it was refreshing to see a young man doing his job so well. I wish my employees were as good as like Sean. Definitely 5 star for him and the cook/s 🙏
This place really hits the spot. The pizza was delicious, crispy crust, great flavor, and the portions were huge, definitely worth the price. The wings were a pleasant surprise, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The laid-back atmosphere made it even better, especially since I had my kids with me. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for great food in a chill setting.

Clean place, quick tasty dinner. We tried a slice of garlic pizza, baked ziti w/garlic knots and the calzone. Food portions were shareable.
I almost completely gave up on any New York style pizza slices in Orange County as I’ve tried many of these supposed best of the best in the area and I can say without question not many good pizza spots (the non-table service variety). I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews and some of the photos and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the slices and the price of $11 for three slices and a soda. I ordered all three sizes well done which gave it an extra crispy texture and was happy with the results. I’ve been to Sgt. Pepperoni’s, Loosies, Pizza Bakery which neither were particularly good. The place was pretty busy for lunch and the service was pretty good so I can say that if I had to choose another slice, I would come back here.
Real New York style pizzas they are serving. Awesome tastes like I remember when I lived in Manhattan years ago. One issue with Slice POS. I don't think they can manage online orders well through Slice. I had to wait almost one hour from original pickup time. You'd better avoid Slice.
We decided to try a neighborhood spot and it wasn't bad. If you are looking for a very casual, kid-friendly, family-friendly restaurant, this is your spot. Lots of options to satisfy everyone. The portions are big. The flavors are robust. It touts a NY Italian eatery and it doesn’t quite hit NY flavors. However, it’s great. The service was so-so. We will try it again because it’s convenient, it’s tasty, and we love to support small businesses!
A decent New-York style pizzeria located near Red Hill Ave in Tustin. Pizzas were pretty good for the price with this place being a good place for those looking for a budget oriented pizza lunch. Highly recommend this place for the cost to taste ratio.
Walked in for 2 slices for about $7 or $8. Good deal for the quality of pizza received. Waited only about 10 minutes for a slice of cheese and a slice of white spinach. Good size though a bit floppy. Cheese pizza was good though I remember enjoying it more last time I went here. Pizza: 7.5/10
Hidden jem for lunch time! Decent NY style pizza for reasonable prices! I got combo set for 3 pizza slices with free drink which was only $11! Loved the garlic spinach and white jalapeno!

Happy to have found Terra Mia, since a few of our local go-to places have left. Good size pizza, reasonable price, and best of all, it seems they use high quality ingredients that results in a great tasting pizza!! Ordered pick up at 5:30p, very busy for the small shopping strip where TM is located, but to be expected and still some parking spots available.
Update: Apparently, I missed the line on their menu that says they have a gluten free cheese pizza. Apologies for the oops! My friends liked the food here, but they definitely DON'T have anything gluten free. In fact, they have multiple stickers that say "I ❤️ gluten"
The guy who took my order over the phone could have been friendly and more professional. The lady there was amazing!! She treated us like she had known us forever!!! Loved that. The wings were a tad overcooked.
A NY style pizza. Ordered their Vegetarian pizza and asked for a crispy crust and they did a good job at it. The crust was thin, crispy at the edges like a cracker. 5 Stars for the crispy crust. The pizza had a lot of Spinach and a few slices of onion which I felt was underwhelming . The overwhelming differences in the amounts of various veggie toppings brought down the overall taste otherwise it would have definitely been a 5 star pizza.
Pretty Solid. It has some comparison to New York style but it isn't perfect. It's definitely better than most places in the area though. Praying they get their liquor license so we can all enjoy a cold one while eating pizza. The salads are pretty legit as well.
Ordered a 14” sausage, onion, and mushroom thin crust pizza cooked well. The restaurant is close by to where I am staying. The ingredients are fresh. While the outer crust had a good crisp; there was considerable fwop in the center. A very tasty pie. Clean restaurant with a patio. No 1L or 2L sodas. They’re either 16oz bottles, or a fountain with regular or small size cups. After tax the check came to $28.28.
This joint is nice for regular pizza. They need to take that disappointing grandma pie off the menu. No can or bottled soda for large pickup orders is crazy too. Do better because there's hella corporate offices nearby.
Place has great pizza, haven't tried the other stuff but it's pretty pricy. I'd definitely eat here more often is the price was lower. $25 for a large peperoni and jalapeños is outages to me. Edit: Ordered another Pepperoni and Jalapeños pizza over the phone. I didn't bother to look at it until I got home. For some reason they gave me a thin crust and pizza looks really plain in some areas. Quality seems to have gone down. Pizza was not as good as last time either. Price is the same.
Tasty pizza! Excellent service. Just a bit salty for my taste and I prefer a little sweeter sauce. It’s a good pie and worth a visit.
While some items are great, others are way too salty for my taste. Their house and peppironi pies as well as their buffalo wings are good, just too salty. Had ordered a few for my office, and those were the only items that were left.
I was really looking forward to this pizza, but unfortunately, it ended up being a disappointment. The main issue was the overwhelming saltiness—so much so that it felt like something bitter and salty was accidentally poured on it. It wasn’t just a matter of preference; it was inedible. That being said, I'm giving it three stars solely because the crust was amazing for the few bites we took before the whole thing went to the trash.
This is a NY style pizzaria, with large thin crust slices. There are other menu items we haven’t tried yet but we got the combo deal. 2 slices of pizza with a large drink for only $9, the combo deal is well priced. I had a slice of the vegetarian and the margerita pizza. It was good but for me, it didn’t have enough red sauce. Overall it was good but I was hoping for more flavor. Maybe will try some of the meat pizzas next time.
Don't order online through Slice no matter what. The first time I came here I ordered a pizza over the phone, and everything was fine. The second time I noticed they had a online ordering link, and used that. They use Slice, a third party service. Terra Mia didn't have my order at all, scheduled for 4PM when I arrived late at around 5PM. I showed them my email receipt and they made a plain cheese pizza in a hurry, and forgot all my toppings. They quickly added the toppings after I pointed out the mistake. I messaged Slice about the online ordering problem, and Slice just said, sorry not our problem since you got the pizza in the end. Well, lesson learned just call Terra Mia directly and never use Slice for any online order, ever.

While the person who took my order was polite and attentive, their food does not hold up to the good reviews that I read. I based my choice to order pizza here from the reviews! Very disappointed ☹️ The crust was thin & tasted dry. Barely any tomato sauce on the pizza, again, very dry. Barely any cheese either. The atmosphere was not pleasant either. While sitting inside restaurant waiting for our food; No air conditioning, warm, 🥵 stuffy, they had nice beautiful fans overhead, but were not on. Made for an 'unpleasant wait.' The floors were dirty and unswept, food on unused tables as well, dirty windows. Sorry about the bad review. Maybe ownership can make these positive changes and make a pleasant dining experience for their customers.
I didn't like it ! I didn't like the service , relatively higher prices , overall taste of the pizza .. garlic knots were okayish .. salad was above average It was crowded as expected on a Friday night but it's good to try different places ...
Food was not great. Pizza was extremely thin. I typically eat 2 regular slices of pizza and I’m more than good but here, I had to eat 4 because 2 of their pizzas equals 1 regular sized pizza. This is just my opinion. I also ordered garlic knots and they were a solid 2 out of 10. They were also not warm unfortunately. The service was good though.
Pretty disappointed overall. I got an order of garlic knots and a white spinach with garlic pie. The knots visually looked like basic dinner rolls compared to the photos I’ve seen online where they were covered in butter, garlic, and greens. They tasted very faintly of garlic or butter. The pie also tasted a little dry and I was trying to shake some salt on it to help the under seasoned flavor. I will say, the service was great and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time. But considering the reviews I saw of this place, I can safely say I don’t plan on coming back.
No metal utensils for dining in. Only cheap plastic. The chicken Parmesan was not only rubbery but super hot. The cheap plastic fork kept melting and bending. The cheap plastic knife couldn't cut butter. When it was brought to the cashier's attention her solution was to offer more cheap plastic forks. Which also melted. Two stars because the baked ziti, classic suace, no meat, was easier to eat and actually tasty.
Pizza was greasy and floppy and for $4.50 per slice I expect better (but if that’s the type of pizza you like then it’s not bad). Overall ambiance wasn’t great and the floors were sticky too.

Their Saturday posted hours say 10am–10pm At 8:45pm on Saturday, I called to ask what pizzas were available. I was told they had pizzas and were open. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes on the freeway in the rain to finally try the place out. I arrived at 9:15pm (45 minutes before closing) and the chairs were already stacked. I went inside and stood there while being ignored. There was a guy in the corner on his phone, I couldn’t even tell if he was an employee. When I finally asked if they were open, he said “no, we’re closed.” If you’re closing early, fine. But don’t 1) Tell customers on the phone that you’re open 2) not even give warning like “by the way we’re closing early in about 10 minutes” 3) Keep your hours posted as 10pm 4) Let people drive half an hour just to turn them away It’s a complete waste of someone’s time. I ended up calling Loolie’s afterward and was welcomed immediately, which really highlighted the difference. Won’t be coming back.
I recently tried Terra Mia Pizzeria in Tustin through Uber Eats pickup, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The app showed that my pizza was still being prepared even after a 10-minute drive to the restaurant. I waited an additional 5 minutes in my car before heading inside. When I finally reached the counter, I was helped by a staff member who retrieved my order from on top of the oven. It was evident that the pizza had been sitting there for a while, which raised concerns about its freshness. The interaction regarding my dessert order was frustrating. Despite it being clearly listed in my order, the staff member initially dismissed my request, implying that I was mistaken or trying to get something for free. After I insisted, he finally checked the order and found the tiramisu. He handed me two very different-looking tiramisus without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The dismissive attitude was unacceptable and left a bad impression. When I got home, I noticed the pizza appeared undercooked, which aligned with the rushed preparation timeline. To make matters worse, consuming it later made me sick. It’s disheartening to encounter such issues repeatedly with pizza places in Orange County. The only redeeming quality of this experience was that the restaurant is conveniently located, but that’s hardly enough to compensate for the poor service and food quality. If you’re looking for a reliable pizza spot in the area, I’d recommend Lucy’s in Santa Ana, despite the challenging parking situation. Rating: 1/5 stars. Terra Mia needs to work on both their food preparation standards and customer service. As it stands, I can’t see myself ordering from here again.

Prolly the worst pizza I've ever had, not terrible, but not good. I even had to send it back because it wasn't cooked and the crust was still doughy. The service was really bad, they even forgot our order and I had to keep telling them parts of our order.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pizza arrived and it was spinach and feta cheese and it was completely cold. They also forgot our desert. We've tried to call several times and they won't pick up the phone. Will never order from here again!
Very mediocre experience compared to the stellar ratings. The toppings are on the same level of any big box pizza store. The sauce is pretty below average too considering this is “New York style” which uses Italian tomatoes… borderline false advertisement to call this New York style pizza. Soda machine needs proper calibration… Unygenic The fact that this place is a 4.7 shows that Tustin doesn’t have many places to eat
We ordered 7 pizzas for delivery by 5pm. Only 5 arrived cold, and they came at 5:45pm. We still have not received a refund for the missing items. It might have been the delivery platform’s fault, but the experience was disappointing and I do not plan to order from this place again.
Pickup experience was bad as they lied to me when I arrived that they're making it but never even started the order. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. It's a huge waste of time. I wish they were HONEST about the estimated time from the start so drivers can cancel and avoid waiting while they can assign a new driver to synchronize the timing. Food and prices are good but SERVICE SUCKS AND VERY SLOW!!!
