The chicken tastes good, their salads are delicious, and the prices are affordable. They also sell half chickens, but it's recommended to buy a whole one for that price, and they even have certain promotions. Highly recommended, and they always arrive on time when you place your order.

The best roasted chickens in Tuxtla, I never tire of eating them. The sauce is delicious and everything is prepared in a traditional way. You can also choose between tortillas made from a machine or handmade. They also have burgers, quesadillas, and orders of arrachera (skinny steak). Simply delicious.

It's sad to see the inside; the lack of care is obvious. The bathrooms need improvement.

Pollo Picazo, or Pollo Feliz, depending on who you believe...or rather, Pollo Depresivo. The food is the definition of passable. The place is sad, not very conducive to staying more than a moment. Although I wasn't sad when I arrived, my waitress's obvious depression infected me. It's one of those vicious cycles where they treat you poorly, and therefore you tip less, and therefore they treat you badly ad infinitum. The food is reasonably priced and not bad, but it's hardly better than a 6/10. I should have read the reviews, but I was hungry and just passing through. I don't recommend it. It's not a happy place.

The chicken is delicious, that's undeniable, but the bad thing is that I feel like the prices are already too expensive and the chickens are getting smaller and smaller. I even feel like they're rushing to work, and I've gotten some chicken with a somewhat raw interior. What really bothered me is that when I arrived on a day (March 2023) when they're selling a promotion, they surprise me with the change and obviously the price has increased. They don't give any warning. Their signs outside still have the "old" promotion, and their Facebook page is outdated and has no notice of the promotion change. The worst part is that they force-sell it to you, no matter what you claim, because even the receipts contain proof in your favor. In short, I have no desire to buy from that place again, and I really hope I don't. They really made me have a bad time, not because they raised the price by a few pesos, but because of the abusive behavior and the favoritism the company and employees have toward customers.

The sauce is tasteless and not spicy at all. They don't turn on the air conditioning. They have a fan directed at them and not at the customers. They serve you and go and play with their cell phones. They don't pay attention to the customers and to top it off, they don't let you use their wifi. The truth is that I needed internet and they didn't pay attention to me, that's why I don't recommend it. I'm sorry, but they should always serve the customer and make their visitors see the most pleasant thing in their business.

At the branch I visited, they didn't have chicken burgers because the fryer wasn't working. When we walked in before ordering, I asked if they accepted credit card payments, and it turned out they couldn't charge me because the terminal wasn't working. Nothing to do with the franchise. It's been Pollo Feliz for 40 years. I'm originally from Guadalajara, where this delicious chicken was born, but in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, they prepare and present it completely differently. The excellent service of the ladies is worth mentioning.
